Muchos bichos se comieron a mi hija le tuvimos que dar antibiótico. Nos cortaban el agua cuando querían sin sentido, la nevera no funcionó bien hasta el último día. Entraban en la casa sin avisar para echar mata moscas (no es malo pero puedes sentir que te invaden la intimidad si no te lo dicen). Comparados con otras casas menor atención y mayor precio. Ah no hay lavadora aunque lo ponga

La gentillesse et les attentions , logement spacieux, propre.

De locatie is prachtig aan zee, bij eb kun je het strand gebruiken. Keurige tuin en ideale ligging om de zonsondergang te bekijken. Ideaal gelegen tov het vliegveld. Wel aan de rustige kant van het eiland, voor ons prima, gemoeg faciliteiten in de buurt waaronder supermarkten en restaurants. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien. Geen overbodige luxe, maar wel comfortabel en netjes. Complimenten ook aan het echtpaar wat de housekeeping verzorgd, erg vriendelijk en attent. Het wad voor ons een positieve verrassing tov de foto's.

il faut traverser les propriétés des autres locataires pour accéder à la plage. pas possible de se poser sur la plage car pas de sable sec mais possible de se baigner dans les vagues. pas de take away a proximité, complique de se restaurer.

Dated house and installations, well cleaned and maintained by Ganga and husband, we had the beach house just be aware other guests are coming to use the beach and walking on the ground everyday, so no privacy

Heerlijk ruim huis. Wij hadden de villa die niet direct aan zee lag. Personeel is super vriendelijk. Dichtbij diverse kleine supermarkten. Gemeenschappelijke tuin met uitzicht op zee is geweldig. Ook de zonsondergangen.

Bedden zijn niet zo heel groot. Geen prettige stoelen op de veranda.

Nous avions le chalet 3 chambres en front de mer. Tout était top mais les points forts sont la grande terrasse, le beau jardin avec tout le mobilier, l'accès direct à la plage quasi privée au bout du jardin et la vue sur la mer. Le chalet est très confortable, propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très gentil, hyper réactif et toujours prêt à aider aussi bien avant le voyage (il répond très vite aux mails) que pendant le voyage en cas de besoin ou de question. Tout était parfait et je reprendrais directement ce logement si je devais retourner à Praslin.

Top ausgestattetes Quartier mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, jeweils mit WC und Dusche und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Küche. Weiters gab es noch eine große Terrasse mit Essplatz und Liegen. Dann noch zusätzliche Liegen auf einem Vorplatz. Die Gastgeber waren sehr aufmerksam. Sie gaben uns Informationen und waren in allen Belangen sehr behilflich. Die Lage war gut. Ein Privatstrand, der aber wegen dem hohen Wellengang zu dieser Jahreszeit nicht benutzbar war. in Nähe Supermärkte und Busstationen.

Es hat keine Punkte gegeben, die uns als negativ aufgefallen sind. Das die Frequenz der Busse nicht optimal ist, betrifft das Quartier nicht. Frühstück konnte man im Supermarkt einkaufen und dann selbst zubereiten. Die Küche war komplett.

Wir hatten das 3-Zimmer-Haus direkt am Strand. Damit ist das wichtigste schon gesagt. Eine solche Top-Lage für ein einzelstehendes Haus mit Self-Catering ist auf den Seychellen nicht oft leicht finden. Das Haus war wohl früher das Wohnhaus der Besitzer und daher nicht unbedingt für Vermietung gebaut. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, auch wenn die Ausstattung insbesondere in der Küche, wie oft auf den Inseln, selbst schon hie und da, etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Ein Zimmer hat ein eigens Bad, die beiden anderen teilen sich eins. Wie meistens auf den Seychellen, ist alles sehr großzügig. Sehr schön ist natürlich die Möglichkeit , über einen Steg direkt zu einem kleinen "Privatstrand" zu gelangen. Je nach Gezeitenstand hat man dann dann auch etwas Sandstrand. In jedem Fall kann man gut schwimmen. Besser als erwartet. Wir waren zu viert in dem Haus, dabei auch unsere 3 jährige Enkelin. Das Haus mit Garten und Strand war wirklich ideal für uns. Die Manager-Ehepaar war sehr freundlich uns zuvorkommend. Leider mussten wir erfahren, daß das Haus zum Jahresende hin abgerissen werden soll und wahrscheinlich durch ein neueres Appartementgebäude ersetzt werden wird. Wie schade, wir wären gerne wieder gekommen.

Eigentlich nicht viel. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer neben der Küche war etwas laut. Und im Garten fehlten die Auflagen für die Liegen und Sonnenschirme.

Pulizia impeccabile, arredi semplici e un po' datati ma funzionali, posizione eccezionale con bellissimo giardino privato lato tramonto e accesso alla spiaggetta (condiviso), anche se non è sempre utilizzabile per eventuali onde e marea. Numerosi supermercatini e fermata bus nelle vicinanze. L'aeroporto vicino non disturba più di tanto. Gestori premurosi e gentilissimi. La cameretta singola, che a noi non serviva, ha solo il ventilatore ma è comunque collegata con una porta aggiuntiva ad una delle camere matrimoniali con condizionatore. Doccia, lavabo e lavatrice all'esterno sotto al portico, comodissimo. Zona tranquilla, sicura e silenziosa. Foto corrispondenti. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Emplacement absolument charmant en bord de mer pour cet établissement parfaitement entretenu et soigné. J'ai logé dans la chambre pour une personne qui etait certes, petite, mais beneficie d'une belle vue sur la mer par deux fenêtres. Le jardin avec toute sorte de végétaux tropical est une joie de voir. Par marée basse, il est possible de se baigner à la petite plage privée. Anse Georgette est à 30-40 min à pieds. Très recommandable.

Great location, quiet atmosphere, excellent staff

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Große Felsen wurden am Strand entlang aufgetürmt die kleine Buchten mit Sandstrand bilden, da auch hier der Klimawandel zu merken ist. Über eine Holztreppe im Garten war der Strand zu erreichen. Im Garten gibt es Liegestühle aus Holz und auf der Terrasse mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen kleinen Straße. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einen Supermarkt und einen Take-away. Die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt.

Es fehlten Auflagen auf den Liegestühlen. Eins der Bäder gehört modernisiert.

Отличный домик . Отдыхали вдвоем . Дом на 4 человека . Рядом есть классный пляж . Магазины рядом . Нам разрешили раньше заселиться и позже выселиться.

Fantastica l’accoglienza di Ganga che ci ha regalato più volte la frutta locale, speciale la posizione della struttura, balcone con vista insuperabile, a soli 20 metri dall’oceano e dalla spiaggia accessibile quando c’è bassa marea, giardino e barbecue disponibili per gli ospiti. Tramonti mozzafiato che vi consiglio di non perdere! Parcheggio privato. Pulizia impeccabile. Cucina attrezzata per l’utilizzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente!!! Ve lo consiglio in tutti i casi!

Хорошее тихое место. С хорошим видом и приветливым персоналом. Вид с балкона на закат действительно красивый. Кухня хорошо укомплектована всем необходимым. Персонал мгновенно отвечает и сразу помогает, так как всегда находится поблизости. И в номерах и вокруг все чисто и красиво.

Около апартаментов купаться нельзя. Пляж Georgette нам показался неудобным из за трудной дороги с продьемами черех территорию отеля. Нам понравился пляж Lazio. Он действительно прекрасный. Но до этого пляжа из апартаментов ехать около 40 минут, так как нет прямой дороги.

I would say that this is the best place in Praslin to feel real Seishells - as you are having beachfront villa exactly on your personal very nice beach where only you and the ocean with all the facilities - like oceanfront terrace, barbecue on the ocean, the villa itself is in a traditional style, everything you need is inside - amazing experience and amazing people. You can also walk for 30 minutes to Anse Georgette and you can take a bus and then walk to Anse Lazio. There are 4 supermarkets just 5 minutes walk.

La ubicació és fantàstica, davant d,una platja amb accés des del jardí. És una casa espaiosa i l,atenció molt bona!

Squeaky clean, beautiful setting right by the ocean. plenty of flowers and greenery. The staff welcoming and very kind. Ganga and her male colleague were amazing. Close to the best beach, Georgette. You don't really need to hire a car in Praslin. As most accommodations here, the hotel was only a two minute walk from the nearest bus stop. All in all, a great experience - thank you!

Le cadre avec accès direct à l'océan depuis le jardin, l'emplacement calme et proche d'un arrêt de bus et de commerces alimentaires, la gentillesse et grande disponibilité des hôtes., Ganga et son mari sont adorables et font tout pour ce que soit toujours impeccable. Sans compter sur l'équipement à l'intérieur qui permet de faire comme à la maison. Allez y sans hésiter !

Красивый домик, все чистенькое, аккуратненькое. Приветливая хозяйка, приветственные фрукты. Есть два кондиционера. Рядом три маленьких магазина, два ресторана. И 30 мин пешком до самого красивого пляжа острова Анс Жоржет.

Die Lage war fantastisch, die Aussicht auf’s Meer vom Balkon aus haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr lieb.

Absolutley amazing place. We had a beautiful beach right in front of our eyes. You wake up and go to bed to the sound of the waves every day, lovely. Very kind and helpful staff 🫶🏻 laundry service was included, we appriciated that very much. Hope to come back one day. Thank you!

Es war nicht leicht zu finden. Wasser gab es nicht immer, war aber kein Problem. Es waren auf den Fotos PoolAnsichten. Die gehören nicht rein bei booking com. Denke ich.

Vicinanza alla spiaggia peccato che in questi mesi non si può sfruttare per le onde e le meduse altrimenti spettacolare. Letti comodissimi,cesto di frutta offerto , chalet molto grande e confortevole .

Difficoltà trovare il posto di notte insegna con il buio non si vede . Aria condizionata rumorosa.

Très belle maison avec de beaux espaces dehors comme dedans pour une famille de 5 personnes. Magnifique jardin bien entretenu par 'es gérants. Le bruit de l océan, la terrasse, tout était agréable.

Il est difficile de se baigner à cette époque de l année (juillet) sur la plage privée devant la maison.

We stayed in 3 bedroom villa and it was an amazing experience ! Best location in this property - peaceful and relaxing with incredible view! ! We had our personal beachfront with a huge yard, barbecue and magical sunsets! Well equipped kitchen with all stuff. 5 min walk to supermarkets. Nice owner Marinette and very helpful Ganga and her husband! Would be happy to return again one day!

The direct access to a small beach and stunning ocean view. The location is near supermarkets and car rental. Thank staff are very friendly and helpful.

The outdated furniture and beddings, the lighting inside the house was too dark, the privacy was poor. One of the bathrooms is connected between two bedrooms.

Everything was wonderful. The sea view was fabulous and all staff and the owners were absolutely lovely and really helpful.

Clean, comfortable. Marionette the owner is very accommodating. Many thanks to Ganga and her husband for taking care of us. The beach is great. The supermarket and the bus stop are a 5-minute walk away. This is the second time we have been here and we would love to come back. For me, Paslin is the best island of Seychelles

Some lights need replacing

The house, the garden, the beach. However, the beach is safe for kids only between low and half tide. Great sorbet shop next to the lane.

Most of the snorkeling spots are on the other side of the island, but Praslin is small so that is not really a problem if you have a car.

Perfect location. Walkable distance (30-40 min) to amazing beaches inside the golf area. Wonderful personel. Shopu nearby.

Old equipment of the room. The table at the balkony would deserve major repairs or replacement. No good restaurant nearby.
