Casa Tara Villas

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Tara Villas. The property was exceptionally clean - the windows were so spotless that several times we actually thought they were open! Our daughter especially loved the swimming pool and really appreciated the perfect water temperature and the fact that it stayed open in the evenings. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which was very convenient, especially during a longer stay. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We were greeted with cool towels and delicious fresh coconuts picked from the trees growing on the property — such a lovely touch. The location is also very convenient. Right next door there is a well-stocked supermarket, a liquor store, and several smaller shops. A small beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, while the spectacular Anse Georgette can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot. A beautiful, peaceful place with wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

El anfitrion fue muy cordial con nosotros y pese a un error por mi parte en la reserva nos explico y nos facilito todo para poder solucionarlo. El apartamento esta muy completo y dispone de todo lo necesario. se agradece la piscina y sobretodo si vas con niños que siempre es una buena opcion.

todo fue segun lo esperado aunque quizás optaria por otra ubicacion si volviera para disfrutar mas de las playas de la otra zona de la isla. el precio es elevado pero como en otros alojamientos de la isla,

Casa Tara e’ composta da 4 grandi appartamenti distribuiti in 2 grandi Ville . Gli appartamenti sono perfetti ( io consiglio quelli al primo piano meglio della prima villa ha una vista più aperta ed è molto luminoso ( appartamento 4)) In generale gli appartamenti sono tenuti benissimo e’ tutto nuovo e bellissimo. Gli appartamenti sono composti da un grande salone con cucina ben fornita a vista, 2 camere ognuna con grande terrazzo e 2 bagni. C’è una bella piscina che può essere utilizzata quando si vuole. Un comodo parcheggio e un supermercato proprio di fronte. La posizione è da valutare bene in base alla stagione ma se si ha la macchina ci si muove con comodità. La struttura è molto curata sia negli a appartamenti che nelle zone comuni grazie ai magnifici Pramod e Janu sempre pronti per qualsiasi necessità,super professionali e con una grande cura alla pulizia ed a far felice chi soggiorna presso Casa Tara ❤️Ps se amate i cani proprio di fronte al supermercato ci sono fissi 2 cani che aspettano che qualcuno li aiuti con delle scatolette che si possono comprare nel supermercato a poco prezzo 🙏🙏

Sehr großzügig, sauber und gepflegt. Gute Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Die Lage ist sehr gut, um zum Anse Georgette zu kommen. Sonst sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt gegenüber.

Desde el momento en que llegamos fueron muy amables con nosotros, siempre dispuestos ayudarnos en todo y nos aconsejaron en cualquier actividad. El personal es . Simplemente maravilloso. El aparato es precioso, muy amplio, muy limpio, bien situado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas magníficas vaciones. Mil gracias de como nos atendieron y lo recomiendo 100%.

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber / Service. Parkplatz innerhalb der Anlage, kleiner Pool mit Außendusche. Gute Küche und Ausstattung, es hat nichts gefehlt. Eigener Waschraum mit Waschmaschine. Schöne überdachte Terrasse u.a. mit 2 gemütlichen Liegen. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Alle 3 Tage wird die Bettwäsche / Handtücher gewechselt und die Wohnung saubergemacht.

Tagsüber etwas laut durch Handwerkertätigkeiten in der Nähe, aber meistens waren wir dann auch unterwegs. Nachts ist es aber sehr ruhig.

Majutus oli väga puhas ja toad meeldivalt suured. Voodid väga mugavad, eluks vajalik kõik olemas. Personal väga abivalmis ja sõbralik, oli väike probleem elektriga, see lahendati kiiresti! Soovime kindlasti järgmisel korral tagasi tulla ja soovitame seda teistelegi!

Amazing accommodation in Praslin. The apartment was very spacious and the comfort is comparable to a high end hotel. Excellent bed linen, beds, shower, kitchen equipment. Everything was perfect. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area is always clean and the location is perfect, just a few steps from the best supermarket of the island and liquor store. Sunset not far neither.

Don’t think you will be a few steps from a beautiful beach. You can reach the sea but it’s not the best spot in the island to enjoy the beach. However, if you have a car, that’s not a problem at all. Anse Georgette parking is just 3 minutes away!

Manager czekał na nas i nie było żadnych komplikacji z odbiorem kluczy.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Casa Tara Villas und wurden hervorragend von Pramod betreut der uns jeden Wunsch von de Lippen ablas und jederzeit erreichbar war. Auch haben sie den Grill und Essplatz liebevoll hergerichtet und uns Empfehlungen zum lokalen Fisch-Kauf von catch of the day gegeben. Besonders genossen haben wir die grosse, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche. Die an den einzelnen Zimmern und ans Wohnzimmer angeschlossenen grossen Balkone haben zum verweilen eingeladen und auch so war die Wohnung geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer waren durch die Klimaanlage gut temperiert. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und auch der Poolbereich sehr einladend. Direkt vor der Wohnung befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit umfassendem Sortiment wovon wir sehr profitiert haben. Strände haben wir meistens mit dem Auto angefahren, fussläufig ist jedoch auch ein Strand zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Standard Ausstattung wie Salz/Pfeffer/Öl in der Küche wären wünschenswert gewesen. Leider war das Wohnzimmer nicht mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet und wurde deshalb teilweise extrem heiss.

Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Größe, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Appartements, aufmerksame und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Swimmingpool als gute Ergänzung. Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Waschmaschine im Appartement.

Lage zur Straße und Nähe zum Flughafen ist nicht ideal aber stört nicht, da sich die Lärmbelästigung sehr in Grenzen hält. Dass es in der Nähe keinen Zugang zum Strand gibt war ein kleines Minus. Wenn man persönlichen Kontakt zum Unterkunftgeber möchte muss man sich was etwas anderes suchen - aber: die zuständigen Leute sind sehr freundlich und bemüht und auch gut erreichbar. Menge an Hinweisschildern sollte man einfach ignorieren (erinnert an Unterkünfte im angelsächsischen Raum).

Am avut o ședere minunată la acest apartament! A fost foarte frumos și confortabil, perfect pentru o vacanță relaxantă. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și de ajutor, iar locația este excelentă, aproape de toate atracțiile importante. Recomand cu căldură acest loc și cu siguranță voi reveni!

Obiekt bardzo zadbany, czysty, z dostępem do basenu. Co 3 dni sprzatanie apartamentu, wymiana recznikow. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do sklepu. Gorąco polecam nocleg jak i sama wyspę Praslin. Nocleg rewelacyjny, godny polecenia.

Piękne przestronne apartamenty. Każda sypialnia z osobną łazienką. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Taras z leżakami. Niesamowita czystość każdego apartamentu i terenu obok. Wspaniały czysty basen. Piękny ogród. Czyste i zmieniane ręczniki oraz pościel. Wspaniała obsługa Bikala...uprzejmy, grzeczny, zawsze dostępny. Ogród i basen sprzątany codziennie tak jak i pokoje. Sklepy obok. Bardzo polecam, bo to jest niesamowite miejsce.

Apartamento grande de 2 habitaciones (cada una con su baño), salón-cocina y 3 terrazas. La cocina está completamente equipada. Muy limpio. Está situado a 3 minutos en coche del acceso a las playas de Anse Georgette y Petite Kerlan.

Piscina muy acogedora, lugar tranquilo para quedarse cerca de supermercados y restaurantes, nos acogió un chico muy simpático que lleva las villas y nos ayudó bastante. A la bienvenida nos dieron cocos y toallas refrescantes un buen detalles sobretodo cuando hace mucho calor.

Our villa and the entire property were immaculately maintained. Large villa, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings, onsite private parking, great location near the sea with food and grocery options very nearby. Our host was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed, and the onsite caretaker Bikal really made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. They even greeted us with a refreshment of fresh coconut water from the garden upon our arrival. I definitely recommend Casa Tara.

Namestitev je zelo lepa in z velikimi sobami, lepša kot na slikah. Vse zelo čisto. Skrbnik iz Nepala (se oproščam, ime smo pozabili) je čudovit, zelo prijazen in vedno na voljo za vprašanja in pomoč. Dvakrat nam je prinesel kokosove orehe za pitje. Rezerviral nam je tudi vstop v resort Lemuria za ogled plaže Anse Georgette, ki je ne smete zamuditi. Hoteli smo se kopati tudi na plaži v bližini apartmaja, vendar zaradi plime in vetrov ter visokih valov kopanje na tej strani otoka ni bilo mogoče. Smo se pa zato z veseljem vsak večer osvežili v lepem bazenu, ki ga ima vila Casa Tara in uživali v pogledu na krasen vrt. Tik čez cesto je tudi dobro založen market in več njih še v bližini vzdolž iste ceste. Čisto v bližini je tudi trgovina s spominki. Na tej strani otoka imate tudi kar nekaj okusnih ponudnikov take-away. Namestitev je imela tudi pralni stroj, da smo si lahko oprali perilo. Če imate avto, je ta lokacija dobra izhodiščna točka za vse glavne znamenitosti otoka. V kolikor ga nimate, je morda bolje bivati na vzhodni obali, ki je bolj primerna za kopanje (vsaj v avgustu).

Wonderful stay! The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The beautiful, well-maintained pool was the perfect spot to relax. The manager was incredibly kind, always available, and eager to help with anything. Highly recommended!

Es war alles sauber, groß, neuwertig, der Pool und die Liegemöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon haben uns sehr gefallen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt.

Die Lage ist zwar in der Nähe vom Strand, aber man kann diesen nicht betreten, da ein Hotel davor ist. Man sollte da unbedingt ein Auto haben.

Everything was cleaned and well prepared. The host was very friendly and polite. The pool is a great addition to this place. As well as stores nearby.

Sometimes it was a little noisy at the street.

het huis is heel schoon, zwembad en tuin erg mooi.

De locatie van het huis viel ons dik tegen, en hierdoor hebben we spijt dat we voor dit huis zijn gegaan. Pal tegenover het huis zit een drankenzaak en een supermarkt, dit veroorzaakt vooral s avonds heel veel overlast. De drankenzaak is tot 22 uur s avonds geopend, dus je heb er de hele avond last van. Mensen die luid staan te praten, auto's met het geluid op standje disco die voor de drankenzaak blijven staan. Kortom: om tot rust te komen vonden wij dit geen goede locatie.

We had an apartment on the first floor with two rooms. It is recently renovated and has all comfort, including two sunbeds on the big terrace! The place is nice and is kept very clean. The manager Bikal gave us warm welcome and was very attentive on all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The villa is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. We loved the modern decor blended with authentic island touches. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like dining out. The private terrace was one of our favorite spots to relax in the evenings, listening to the sounds of nature. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. They assisted us with everything from arranging local tours to recommending hidden gems around the island. If you are looking for a peaceful and charming place to stay on Praslin, Casa Tara Villa is an excellent choice. It offers the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and local flavor — we would not hesitate to return.

This place was amazing - much better than on the photos! Now, the property has a very nice garden with a pool and the apartment is really big. Every room has their own balcony and the beds are big and comfy. The house is well equipped and the staff is very kind and helpful. The supermarket is just a few steps away, which was very convenient. We loved our stay here and we highly recommend this place!

Very clean and spacious, good towels, very comfortable beds. The kitchen is well-equipped (although we didn't really cook there), several shops around. Getting to the Lemuria hotel, from which one can get to Anse Georgette, takes no time.

Noise: The small airport nearby gets quite some action -- planes can be heard as early as 6am and as late as 10pm, and you won't miss them even when taking a shower. Also the main road is right there, so depending on what you are used to, you may find the amount of noise more than what could be expected from a peaceful island. To be fair, the airport would be audible from any other apartment in the area, and I believe very many apartments on Praslin are located next to the main road. An annoying side effect is that, while we avoided using AC on the Seychelles and mostly slept with open windows, in this apartment, which heats up quite a bit during the day, we had to switch on AC at night a few times, and as a result one of us developed a cough and got quite sick. Compared to the other three accommodations we had on the Seychelles, this one was purely transactional which doesn't sound like what many other reviewers experienced but maybe the hosts have changed in the meanwhile. Basically, we got the keys from an employee who had been on Praslin for three months, didn't see any hosts in the week we spent there (but someone did come to the apartment every day even though we said we didn't need cleaning), and finally got a message "please checkout at 10am, because we need to clean the place, or pay 50 eur and checkout at 6pm". It's ok and efficient, just not the family-style that is otherwise common in the Seychelles.

The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. Bikesh from the Reservation Department was always available for support and was sharing all the information in a timely manner, big thanks to that! It is approximately half an hour walk from two beautiful beaches: Anse Georgette and Petit Anse Kerlan. There are several supermarkets nearby as well as the bus stop.

This is just a personal preference, but it would be nice to have AC in the living room as well. Both bedrooms had it, which was amazing, however in the living room was usually too hot to stay for a longer time. Probably most of the people don’t mind it, but we didn’t like presence of lizards in rooms, so net on doors/windows would be good, stopping them from coming in.

Nice apartment, the really apartment is better than in the photos.

Everything was good, nice owner, who stayed on the groung floor and was very pleasant and helpful.

The property has 4 apartments in 2 buildings. The owners are living in one of them. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and very spacious. The owner is super kind and taking a good care of the guests. The location is not in the most touristic side of the island therefore it is quite. Grocery stores are just around and also beautiful beaches are in walking distance.

The apartment is only partially air conditioned, the kitchen ware (ie. pans) could be improved.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet place. There is a supermarket, beach, bus stop, take away restaurant... The host is perfect, caring. They arrange everything, from car rental to transportation to attractions. They even cooked us local delicacies and pancakes for the children :)

Good non sticky frying pan would be good to have, location with a view to super market may anoy someone or it might just be fun to watch all local people visiting super market

We had such a pleasant stay at Tara Villas, exceptional accommodation and very welcoming host. Kathleen is so nice and kind, the location is comfortable and clean. There is a supermarket and a liquor store just in front of the villa. It is 20 minutes far from the port but driving a car on this island is a pleasure. The room is very clean and daily refreshed, Kathleen is always doing her best for making her guests happy. The property also has enough parking slots.

We liked everything - maybe an adiditional AC in the living room could be installed.

Everything inside is awesome! Upper floor for us, 2 large bedrooms each with its bath and balconies, 1 living balcony we always shared for breakfast and dinner.. air conditioning only in the bedrooms but it doesn’t mattered for us.. Near small beaches (100 mt) but we always went around to this marvellous island for its greatest places! A thankful to Katelyn and her housband they really was so kind and helpful with all our request! Hope to see you again, and I wish you have a blessed life till we’ll meet again Giuseppe and friends :)

We have been coming back for a number of years and everytime it's the same great service. Lovely apartments at a reasonable rate. Apartments have everything needed for your self catering needs. The bedrooms are large and with two showers/toilets. We'll set up kitchen. Nice and quiet surroundings and multiple shops very close by.

Schöne, sehr saubere Apartments in einem gepflegten Garten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Apartments ist gut - knapp 30 Spaziergang zur Anse Georgette. Leider fehlt im grossen Wohnzimmer/Küche eine Klimaanlage, weshalb der Raum zu einer Sauna verkam und man sich kaum darin aufhalten konnte. Das wäre definitiv eine Investition wert.

The host couple was so friendly and helpful with our request. We also got to taste some very delicious homemade bread fruit and pancake. The fried breadfruit made by Tony was exceptionally tasty, we could unfortunately not find anything comparable with Tony's breadfruit in any restaurants we visited.

We had a great time at Casa Tara Villas. The apartment was on the second floor of the house. There is a spacious living room, a nice terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom to each of the two bedrooms with good water pressure. Pre-arrival communication with hosts Kathleen and Toni was prompt and accurate. They helped with a reservation for Anse Georgette beach as well as a restaurant we had chosen. On site, Tony assisted in the preparation of a barbecue of fish that we bought from local fishermen. The place where the villa is Anse Kerlan, is quiet and peaceful. There is a very well stocked supermarket and liquor store opposite the house which is a great convenience. We had a rent a car which allowed us to go around the island and visit many beaches. The airport is nearby and there is plane traffic during the day, but that didn't bother us. There is a small beach near the house, which is perfect for morning swimming and relaxation. There is no air conditioning in the living room (unlike the two bedrooms), which on a hot day, especially in the afternoon, is a welcome extra, but certainly not something you should worry about. I highly recommend the place!

Such lovely hosts, exceptionally clean and comfy apartment, very spacious and nicely decorated. The location is excellent, close to super market, liqueur shop and our favourite beach Anse Georgette.

We had a wonderful stay. Our host waited for us with fruits and coconot juice. She was very helpful with all the information we needed and organizing trips and cooked delicios diner for us some times. The villa is very clean and with nice furniture, we felt so welcomed. Location is in a quiet area but with a nice beach, 5 min walk where we enjoyed wonderful sunsets. Amazing beaches Anse Lazio and Anse Georgette very close by car and a short hike. We would like to return.

Very clean and a spacious facility. The hosts are friendly and nice persons, always willing to help by providing all necessary information. We fully recommend this accommodation.

This was a spacious apartment that felt modern and was very clean. Management was really helpful. Nothing to complain about. Maybe the only thing would be that the bed was a little hard and had no cover. There are two supermarkets very close, one just across the street. Just a 5 minute walk to a small beach and the Castello hotel. Management explained to us how we could easily reach both Anse Georgette (you need to be on a list) and Anse Lazio.

公寓位置交通方便。房子很新，干净整洁，有房间清洁服务。屋主夫妇对游玩出行提供不少帮助。帮我们预订Georgette沙滩的参观。不过Wifi不免费，需要购买流量卡。另外屋主夫妇过份紧张客人用电，有天午睡开空调会上门问有没关好卧室门窗这样奇怪的话。其实房间已经有小纸条提醒出外关空调关灯，这样就可以了。
