Rude not very empathical Just money and.money

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The room service and food were excellent, especially the Risotto, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is quite basic and feels a little old and dated, but it was clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was generally good. The check-in experience was excellent. The attendant was very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. The checkout experience was still good, although the staff seemed a little overwhelmed and busy at the time.

One major issue was the mattress. It was extremely soft and appeared to have lost its shape, which made sleeping uncomfortable and caused us to feel like we were sliding toward the edge of the bed. This definitely needs attention.

Funcionarios aparantemente muito prestáveis mas pouco eficientes. Tinha que insistir varias vezes para se obter o pretendido e nem sempre com sucesso. P.ex. A TV nao funcionava, liguei 2 vezes e ninguem apareceu a resolver

Room size was great and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast and Dinner were both varied and tasty. Nice entertainment in restaurant during some evenings. Spa was nice. Few shops in the mall which was nice to have on site. Nice coffee place on first floor.

Room décor a bit tired and it feels a bit dark inside. Brighter rooms and lighting would be nice.

1. Check in process was chaotic. Took more than an hour to gain access to the room despite advance booking. 2. Nobody to help with luggage - had to move luggage by ourselves. 3. Was not provided with wifi password at check in . Had to ask for it. 4. The central vista - where the Atrium and restaurant is located - noise levels too high! The volume of music in the restaurant during breakfast time also need to be reduced. 5. Breakfast quality and choice - average

Not up to Radisson Hotel standards at all. The check-in process was very slow and really lacked in customer service. It felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, especially after a very long day of travelling. Our room had less than half a toilet paper roll with no extra toilet paper when we arrived. There were also no gowns in the room. We requested a non-smoking room but you can still smell smoke in the room coming from the vents. Our room was close to where the cleaning staff worked and was noisy at 1am in the morning that we couldn’t sleep. There was also a security concern as a stranger was knocking on our door who asked questions about whether I am alone in the room. It didn’t look like it was a hotel guest so I don’t know how they got access and why they knocked on our door.

i think the hotel is experimenting with the staff that is not well trained to talk to the guest. Due to commercial acitvities inside the staff there is less stress to the travellers coming to the hotel , taking less care of there minute needs.

The main issue was the staff, who were quite rude. Initially, he denied that I had a booking, and since my phone was dead, I had to wait until it charged before I could show him the confirmation. Once I showed it to him, he checked again and said he could now see the booking. There was also some construction work going on at the hotel, which made it difficult to find the elevator, and the common areas were quite dirty. Thankfully, the room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable enough to get a good night’s sleep.
