Al Marwa Rayhaan by Rotana - Makkah

The location to the kaabah and view.

The room was much smaller than what we booked. They gave us 2 single bed for 2 adults and 3 kids. When we showed them what was booked on booking.com they refused to help or change the room. The brought in an additional bed which made the room very small and there was nowhere to move. The staff was very rude and housekeeping poor. They took hours to respond to simple requests.

The location is amazing u can reach kaaba very fast. The breakfast was so yummy many varieties. The reception people were welcoming and helpful.

Cleaning and room service should be better than this and beds are not comfy at all.

Konum yakın iyi

Oda cok fazla nemliydi, odadaki nem kıyafetlimize dahi geçti

Location and convenience

But I did not like was not about the property. It's actually the lifts that are in the mall area from where you get to the ground floor are extremely crowded. However, the property didn't have a dedicated lift actually helped a lot.

Rooms are clean and spacious

Breakfast is excellent and beyond expectations

Everything was ok

WiFi was bad

Our stay was truly memorable, not only because of the spacious and comfortable room, but mainly because of the exceptional hospitality and genuine care we received throughout our stay. The housekeeping team Rob.Uddin, Shehab, and Riyad, under the continuous supervision of Mr.Yousuf were outstanding. They were attentive to every detail, responded promptly to all our requests, and made sure that anything we needed was provided immediately. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly appreciated. A special thank you to Hanadi at the reception, who went above and beyond to make my mother feel especially welcomed. She kindly arranged a room upgrade for us with a partial view overlooking the Holy Mosque and its courtyard. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special. Breakfast was wonderful and we especially appreciated the attentive service of our waiter, Hridoy, who was always looking after us and making sure our preferences were taken care of. The entire restaurant team was warm, welcoming, and extremely cooperative, even during the busiest hours. Their friendly attitude made every breakfast a pleasant experience During our stay, I suddenly developed severe inflammation and a high fever. The reception team immediately took the situation seriously and arranged for a member of the staff to go to the pharmacy and bring the medication I needed. This level of care and concern meant a great deal to us and went far beyond what we expected from a hotel The gentleman responsible for our luggage was also very kind, polite and helpful throughout our stay Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable, but what truly made this stay special was the way we were treated with genuine warmth, respect, care, and hospitality. If we have the opportunity to stay here again, it will certainly be because of the wonderful treatment and welcoming atmosphere we experienced. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay pleasant❤️

Its very close to Haram and service were extremely nice. This is my third time to stay at Al Marwa and its highly recommended

I had an issue with the first room i checked in at but they changed it immediately

The staff was very friendly (Khadijah)

The finance team took an extra charge of 835 SAR other than 1008 SAR per night and later told me that they will refund.

L'emplacement et la vue

La taille de la salle de bain

The whole experience was amazing. The hotel representatives did all to make the stay highly comfortable and with all ease. Thank you so much for the entire crew.

No such thing, it was a great experience.

The location is outstanding, and the staff are definitely very decent, friendly, and professional.

The rooms have connecting doors that lead to the neighboring rooms, and unfortunately, the soundproofing is very poor. The voices and conversations from the adjacent rooms can be heard very clearly inside the room, which was extremely disturbing. I was unable to sleep properly on multiple occasions because of the noise.

I would like to give special thanks to Madam Rahaf at the reception for her excellent service and genuine care. This is my third stay at the hotel, and every time Madam Rahaf makes sure we are well taken care of and provides us with a very good room. Her kindness, professionalism, and special attention truly make our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Madam Rahaf, for always taking such good care of us. JazakAllahu Khairan! We truly appreciate your wonderful hospitality and look forward to staying again.
