Great location, very well maintained and very clean. No complaints at all.

Lack of parking

We loved the friendly staff, 10/10 cleanliness, and quiet location. Wish we stayed longer than just 1 night! We walked down a path from the hotel for a couple of minutes and we were in the main street of Queenstown. Just fantastic!

There was nothing we didn't like.

Easy 10 minute walk to town. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable.

Staying on the bottom level you can hear everything going on upstairs.

The heated floors were such a luxury, rooms were huge and real milk provided (not revolting UHT pods). Very close to town and the bus to the airport.

After hours access is up a flight of stairs so no disabled access after 7pm.

Great location, good facilities in the room

Parking under the lodge was very tight, not a huge issue it just took time to park the car coming back to make sure we didnt hit a wall or pillar.

It was in a great location, the accommodation was very clean, the staff were very helpful

I thought it had a toaster in the room which would have been handy

The location of the property is great. You can be downtown within 3 min walk. The laundry facilities are very easy to use.

The walls and floors are so thin. If anyone in the entire property is moving around during the night, you will hear it. We had a room on the main floor and heard every single person walk around the hotel all night. Fix that and it's a perfect little hotel.

The carpark is a nightmare. They need to warn people about this. It's very hard to get the car in and out

Exceeded our expectations. We stayed 4 nights and the room was a decent size, very warm (under floor heating in the bathroom was greatly appreciated) and the staff were so all so lovely. It was good value for money and a great location, being a short walk down the pathway into the town centre.

Parking was tight and no lift.

It was exceptionally welcoming, clean and warm.

It honestly was the perfect location. A 5 min walk into the centre, so easy to get around. We had the one bedroom apartment which was perfect. From days skiing, we could do washing, cooking and heaps of space to chill. The service was great, even to the point that we were given the owner’s personal umbrella to use for the day when it was raining heavy. They were accommodating with every request and let us use their kitchen to cook a steak. This is the perfect accomodation!

Excellent location on a quiet street only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre. Free parking, spacious rooms and good value given the location. Very comfortable bed and good shower pressure. Lovely, accommodating hosts too - will definitely stay again!

Very loud noises at night and very loud on the first floor

It was quiet, clean and cozy, very close to town!

Shower didn’t have a lot of pressure but they offered us multiple solutions which was nice. The problem was rectified and we enjoyed our stay nonetheless.

We had a comfortable stay. Staff are very helpful, breakfast was nice. Rooms are big, bathrooms have underfloor heating which is lovely. The location is also very good. Laundry facilities were handy. Overall the place is pretty easy and casual, a great base for enjoying Queenstown.

You will need a physical card to pay for the room as they don't accept pay wave. It does get a bit noisy but we weren't bothered that much. I could see how parking could be stressful, but we were lucky and managed a car park whenever we needed one. There are only 6 parks available for guests. Walking back from town is easy but uphill!

Spacious room, excellent location, heating, comfortable beds, helpful staff.

The location was terrific as close to centre of Queenstown and nice walk through gardens. View to the mountains from our unserviced room was outstanding. Underfloor heating in bathroom definately a winner there!

Nothing. A suggestion perhaps to supply a long length mirror somewhere as certainly enough wall space or even behind a cupboard door would be useful for all guests.

Everything, the location was awesome, I could walk everywhere. Down to the centre of town, restaurants, shops, adventure and just across the street the lovely gardens to saunter in. I loved everything about it and would certainly return there on my next visit.

Lovely big bed and comfy pillows. Easy walk to town nearby. Room is spacious and pleasant little balcony to sit out on overlooking park with 2 photos below showing autumn trees and mountain views from balcony. Lucky to park car undercover. ( not many car parks available)

Great location, short walk to town. Room size was good, king size bed.

We stayed for 3 days and had the breakfasts. Usually the person who is on reception is in charge of the breakfast room. On our third morning, it was a girl. There was no bread, fruits were empty, no bowls or plates. I had to call her to fill everything up to which she replied that the bread was frozen. I told her to put some in the microwave to defrost. We asked how to use the coffee machine, since previously Marco, made coffee for us. She said you just help yourself and pointed to leaf tea. She was more interested in the computer. Marco was very accommodating but this person was very lazy. Plus, I had to ask for a roll of toilet paper twice as there was no spare left by the cleaning staff. This place is good but some staff need to lift their game.

The heater didn't work. sound deadening between rooms non-existent. The only views were of brick walls. Parking was very limited. The room was for a disabled person, which wasn't requested. Furniture very limited.

This place was a very nice surprise. So well appointed and clean as a whistle. I would highly recommend.

GWの一人旅で宿泊しました。 広々とした木目調の落ち着いたお部屋。隅から隅まで清潔！シャンプー・リンス・タオル完備されている。調理器具もキッチン設備も、すべて揃っていて、なんでも作れる（油、塩、胡椒、ミルク、コーヒー・紅茶、ココアなどまで揃っていた）。5月の宿泊で外気温は寒かったけど（一桁）、部屋は暖かく、シャワーもすぐに熱々のお湯が出てきた。 レセプションも親切。中心地まで、徒歩10分くらい。

隣の音はそれなりに聞こえた（ドライヤー、喋り声）

This lodge is simple, but very pleasant. We stayed in a Deluxe King Room which is a good size, comfortable, and quiet, as it's located on a street with little traffic. The room was cleaned daily and the service is good. It's also very close to the tourist area, where the restaurants and bars are.

Fantastic central location, on-site parking. Tidy and good sized room. Staff nice. Location is as good as it gets for queenstown in this price range.

We were in unit one .. door to reception kept banging every time someone went through … there must be some way of stopping that … with a slow release mechanism?

Lovely staff great location quiet. Close to town but away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. A short stroll through the park across the road takes you directly into town. Good continental breakfast.

Parking is tight and limited. No lift.

The location was relatively close to the CBD but neighbouring on the Queenstown Gardens which are a favourite place for us.

To get to the CBD we had to walk down a steep path. OK going down but very difficult for elderly folk like us. The shower was OK but quite difficult to fill a bath . I would have enjoyed having a bath as a special treat but found the process too difficult. We would have liked some simple instructions on how to use the microwave and the TV.
