Great location! Overall comfortable, clean and fair price

The facilities are pretty old and the space is pretty cramped, but the location makes up for both, also its priced accordingly

Apartment was warm and comfortable. No views from ground floor apartment Communication with owner was great. Washing machine was handy Walk into town was about 10 minutes, a bit steep.

So cute, clean, cozy with great amenities and so conveniently located. Great staff!

Great location. The heaters worked well and the beds were comfortable. Good value for money.

The shower pressure was non-existent. In the middle of winter in Queenstown, you need a hot shower.

Staff were very kind and nice, beds were comfortable. location is great so very convenient to the centre of Queenstown and there are free carparks which is wonderful..Staff were very kind and warm when I contacted them, got number from website.

Room is very dated but clean. I had to contact to find out which room and how to get in, room was quite small as we were travelling as three adults and I thought there were two bedrooms( my mistake).

Kitchen utensils were trash, bottom of pot n pans not stable on hot plate usage Bath room supplies very limited for a week stay - only 2 small round soap. No body wash . Poor venting - should have extractors affixed to 2 windows ! Bash my head on slope of wall above toilet. Shold paint the slope walls a different tone to walls , first day was head banging days . Outside steps n landing slippery n could potentially cost you more than you do it now to prevent icy surface fall! We experienced twice. Balcony too was slippery

I stayed in room 7. I'd originally been booked in to stay at the maisonette, but the owner was kind enough to provide a last-minute free upgrade to room 7, which is larger. Thank you! The room was very clean and tidy. The room was spacious, with its own kitchenette, fridge, microwave, toilet, shower, and washing machine, television, small dining table, chairs, 2 seat sofa, and another single seat sofa. There was plenty of space to lay a couple suitcases down. After a long day of climbing, it was a a joy to sink into comfortable bed and unwind. The thermostat was set to the perfect default temperature - just warm enough to provide comfort from the frosty climate, but not so hot as to be cloying. The thermostat could be adjusted, but I didn't feel the need to. Parking spaces were bigger than I'd expected. My compact rental car had about a metre to spare when parked, as you can see in the attached pics. I booked this room because of its central location and parking, and it delivered on both counts. In short, this room exceeded my expectations, and I would be happy to stay here again.

On my second night, another person parked in my parking space. Parking spaces are clearly marked by room number. It was not busy, so I ended up parking in another persons space (room 9). I can see how this can become a problem if it's a full house. Also the first night was super-quiet. However, the second night was a little noisier. The people in the neighbouring (or upstairs room, it was hard to tell) walked about the place with very heavy footfall, which reverberated. This didn't last beyond midnight though, and it was quiet after that.

Everything you need. Great location. Responsive staff. Nice and warm. Clean. Good bed.

Slightly low water pressure but serviceable

The location is not bad, short walk to the wharf and garden but no views

Too dark is the first impression, no view at lower levels, parking is the worse part of the facility, only supply two sets of towels for two people booked for five days stay, no room service until asked for extra consumptions.

Shower pressure terrible also shower head needs fixing, it kept falling down. You pay quite a bit to stay here with no visible staff and a long list of instructions and a threat of being charged $100.00 is you don’t leave the kitchen the way you found it. Construction going on in the property next door which takes away your view and privacy but I know this can’t be helped.

The Apartments are only about 8 mins walk from downtown Queenstown. They were clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed and plenty of room . Great having a washing machine . It is quiet and has off road parking.

I never received any emails about checking in. When I landed, my local sim didn't work and I had to walk to another hotel to make a phone call. I was not well received when I made the call. It's not my fault I didn't get the correct correspondence.

Nice room with a view, spacious, nice walk to the gardens and city (walking from the city to the room is uphill so be aware if hills aren't your thing)

VERY slow internet - between 4 & 6Mbps and good 5G connection is 100Mbps and beyond. It was painfully slow. Car parks on site were dangerously small.

Very quiet and close to the town centre, only a 5 minute walk away. Great heating and comfortable beds with good linen. Everything you need for an apartment stay with parking on site which is a real bonus in Queenstown.

Instructions on how to get into the unit could have been sent earlier as I had left home the day before I was due and had not received the email at that time. Once I did retrieve the email details were pretty good. TV kept going off on occasions and netflix changed to another language without me doing anything Perhaps I could have received some sort of discount for the large hole in bathroom ceiling (which I was informed of on arrival)

There was a note saying that a trade person will come to fix the leak in the bathroom ceiling. There was a big hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. Not sure if none walked into the room while we were out, but the hole remained open. Small parking space. Not big enough for any car bigger than a small sedan.

Appartement pour 4 adultes alors que nous avions seulement 3 chaises avec la table...nous sommes restées 3 nuits et nous avons eu notre 4e chaise seulement le dernier jour...un adulte a dû manger assise sur le lit.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The bed exceptionally comfortable 😌 . Loved the washing machine, quite unexpected.

The bathroom is very modern and beautifully clean, but the toilet roll holder needs repairing/ replacing - the toilet roll keeps falling off and running away.

We booked this place since we needed a place with parkibg facilities but her the parking space was extremely narrow and we barely could fit our smal SUV. Some of the units have a nice view but we were un the bak corner, ground floor and saw only the parking lot. The facilities are rather old and shabby.

Schönes Apartment mit Spitzdach, wirkt groß und gemütlich durch die sichtbare Balkenkonstruktion. Gute Waschmaschine. Gute Lage, da kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt. Jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen Parkplatz.

Die privaten Parkplätze samt Zu- und Ausfahrt liegen hinter und neben der Anlage, es ist recht eng.

Just had 1 issue where I was given the incorrect room number, which let me into an already occupied room.

Die Mikrowelle und der Wasserkocher waren nicht sauber. Auf der Matratze lagen Kabel, deren Zweck sich nicht erschlossen hat und die beim schlafen gestört habe.

Das Internet hat während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Da ich dringend darauf angewiesen war, war das ein großes Problem. Nachdem ich das Problem gemeldet hatte, kam nur ich solle den Router neu starten, was nicht funktioniert hat. Danach hat sich der Gastgeber einfach gar nicht mehr gemeldet und meine Nachrichten ignoriert. Für Unkosten (SIM-Karte/Coworking-Space) kam der Gastgeber nicht auf und bot auch keinen Nachlass etc. an. Das ist absolut unprofessionell.

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and is in close proximity to the Queenstown Gardens and the Town Center. The studio type room has everything we need for a 5-day stay. It was a pleasant stay in Wakatipu View Apartment.
