Nice facilities, heater was on when we arrived so the room was lovely and warm.

Perfect location, right across from river/walking track and disc golf, super close to town and on the way to the mountain. Super friendly staff, facilities and rooms kept in very tidy condition.

It's not new and it's not luxury - But it's clean, comfortable, good value and convenient, and that's what counts. Staff were great. Good for family of three.

Well the hot water broke while we were there... But that's not really their fault. Things break sometimes. We understand.

The room was kept beautifully clean. Had all the essentials we needed and reasonably spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at Ohakune Court Motel! We booked a studio room for two adults and one child, and it was the ideal size and layout for our family. ​The motel provided everything we needed for a comfortable visit: ​Comfort & Warmth: The room stayed nice, clean and cozy thanks to two effective heaters. ​Thoughtful Essentials: The compact kitchen and private bathroom were well-appointed and fully functional. We appreciated the daily clean towels ("whitewares") provided for both days of our stay, as well as the complimentary long-life milk for our morning coffee and tea. ​Connectivity: Reliable free Wi-Fi was included, which made planning our daily trips around Ohakune very convenient. ​Overall, it was a great, hassle-free experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Ohakune Court Motel to anyone visiting the area!

Plenty of heaters provided

It was clean but it is an old building, and the single glazed windows are terrible they let the cold through; our pillows and heads were cold all night.

Clean and awesome shower pressure

The back door had coloured glass that let in a fair bit of light, needs a blind or similar.

Brilliant setting. Close to mountain, bush walks and the township. Beautiful view.

One of the cups had a tea ring inside it. Wooden steps need slip resistant mats.

Clean and nice cause we have our pwn kitchen and bathroom which is what we wanted

The beds were excellent. Everything else more than happy with. Would certainly go there again, and infact it is the second time we have been here. Temperature inside the unit was great.

The cups were not very clean. Had trouble with the ss basin handle at the back of the sink, The water in the sink did not drain very well.

Great location and plenty of space for the family.

It wasn't clean. The bowls and plates were dirty, and also the cutlery. There were stains on the bed's duvets (blood or whatever), how is there not a cover for that? Or replacement? So gross, I couldn't sleep with any of the blankets. And the mold on the windows and in the bathroom was bad, my son had asthma.

The person in charge is very helpful and accommodating. The place is clean and the spa is a plus

Areas by the floor of the shower has water on it. Hinges of the drawers/cupboard doors in the bathroom are askew

Super clean and comfortable with the heat was already on before our arrival. Really good location and quiet for a good sleep after the long day on the mount. We were there on Sunday night and decided to stay an extra night.

It would be nicer if we could check in before 2pm. The bathroom could do with some more hooks so we can hang some wet clothes, but it's not a major issue..overall we are really happy with the place.

The spa and staff were good.

Maybe need to replace the fry pan and the laundry facilities.

Room was compact but well equipped, everything very clean and tidy. Location nice and quiet, well away from main road.

The road works outside were a but of a nuisance, but that will be completed soon .

Die Anlage an sich ist gemütlich. Das Motel ist aber ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Für den Winter gibt es genügend Heizmöglichkeiten.

Das Bad ist ziemlich klein. Kaum Möglichkeiten, ein Handtuch zu hängen.

Clean, clean, clean. Well layer out. Loved our room. Private setting on the corner. Great. Yes we would recommend.

Amazing place so peaceful. Amazing staff the woman that served me and checked me in was so friendly , kind and understanding. Helping me work the Tv even though I’m a grown man , showed me the utmost respect and welcoming energy. Made me feel at home in a strange town . Gave me some town history and really made me feel relaxed after a 6 hour driving day .

Bed had dip in middle so roll together, room old and tired not as advertised, spa facilities not available longer hours this is why I booked here. Taps dripping all night. Shower pressure caused water all over the place staff not overly helpful

We would have loved an electric blanket. Ohakune was freezing. Having said that the room heated up quickly.

Town nearby was perfect for quick shopping

The shower was disgustingly bad, drain was blocked, there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap provided.

The location before visiting Mt Ruapehu is only 20minutes drive away from the motel!! :) My family of 9 were coming from the Wairarapa, therefore we’re going to check in late after office hours, I contacted the facility about this and staff was very friendly, giving instructions to late check in process. Upon arrival, the heaters for both rooms were turned on, making it warm and toasty. The rooms we stayed in all night were very nice and warm despite being closed to Mt. Ruapehu. The bedding, kitchen and bathroom cleanliness was superb! Would recommend!

The price, location, and size of the room were great

Cleanliness was disappointing. The hot water kettle was full of mildew and the bed sheets had a weird smell to them.

A friend booked other Ohakune Accom the same night and the pool wasn't working which they were very disappointed as that's why they booked it. Yet our accommodation had a spa and it was such a nice surprise after a days skiing! Also after a bluebird day up at Turoa it was lovely to see the mountain in all it's glory from the motel.

There wasn't anything I didn't like :)
