Friendly staff, great location. Comfy beds and we had access to the sauna

Absolutely everything you need plus extra little touches to make your stay super comfortable and convenient - they really thought of everything! The rooms was exceptionally clean, very comfortable beds, and great heating. We loved it so much we immediately booked our next stay here.

Booking was simple. Checking in easy. The room was really well equiped. Clean and tidy. Good TV. And everything I needed to cook etc It was great

Nice apartments with ample parking space. Well maintained and friendly staff.

The heating was not optimum and it was kinda cold in night despite all arrangements provided.

Our spacious unit was very quiet with a great view. Great location for access to bike trails and helpful staff.

Clean room. needs updating, shower curtain over bath for shower. Bed was very very soft, woke with a very sore back. Spa Pool you had to let them know 2 hrs before you wanted to use it so they could heat.. need block out curtains for the ranch slider light was shining through all night.

A comfortable room with everything we needed for our 1 night stay. Good heating and well equipped. Friendly staff. We would definitely stay again if we are in that area.

Plenty of free parking, very quiet, good internet , decent room blackout, cooking facilities , comfy bed, lovely walk alongside river ,nice sofa , good tv .effective heater . Two ev chargers nearby . Good info centre in town and quite near supermarket . Concierge was quite helpful .

Shower was in bath , not great for older people , the heater on the wall was a bit wobbly .

The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped with a full size cooker. Heating was good. Good sized rooms. The location was good but definitely a car ride to restaurants, cafes etc. Overall very good with friendly staff.

I can't be sure but i think the spa pools were not functioning while we were there.

The weather was cold and the room was a bit chilly and the small room heater didn't work..

Very quiet location. Comfortable bed, large room. Very clean, the kitchen had everything you needed. Quick drive into town.

A little dark inside and no outdoor seating. Thought all the units had a outdoor picnic table looking on to grass like in photos but they don’t

Very good location, the room was of a very good size and very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, beds were comfy. Overall good value for money. Friendly resident cat you can pet was a bonus.

took a bit to get an invoice email but may have slipped their mind, once I asked again it was sent promptly

Great place to stop for your mountain adventure. A 3minute drive to everything in the city, parking easy in front of the room. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was cleaned after the first night, beds done and kitchen tidied up. Very clean and had everything we needed. Gave us tips regarding where to have breakfast. Looking forward to stay again next time we're in the area.Thank you!

Great spot but the spa pool wasnt very hot.

Check in was super easy and fast. Lady at reception was lovely. Arrived at the room. Everything we needed was there. Nice and clean. Very comfy. Top marks for the spa bath jn the room after a while day on the mountain.

Honestly,I can't fault the place. Exactly as what's in the pictures provided on the website. Friendly and fast service. One thing I will say is the slide doors are right next to the walkway and could hear people walking past. That was mi or.

This is our second time staying here. Room is very clean, staff have been super helpful, we even have a bath in the room-a total bonus after a day of skiing. Shower is hot and with good pressure

Location was great, the room was warm and clean.

Facilities are exceptionally clean and functional. It is not a high end property but was very warm and comfortable and had everything we needed for a night to get up to the mountain.

The built-in jacuzzi was unhygienic, with grime and residue coming out of the jets.

We stayed in July and the room was very cold, even with the heating on (which was electrical heating I think) during the night.
