clean and beautiful! we loved this for our ski holiday and it was even better that this season the remarkables bus stopped right at blue peaks !

The room arrangement was very nice. The unit had 2 rooms. Unlike other hotels, it had only one bed per room, not 2 beds in one room.

Excellent location for Remarkables ski bus. Stops right outside. Short walk to town, was pretty quiet considering the location of the road.

Loved the location to centre of town. We walked everywhere! Property was clean, heater warmed the room instantly, water in the shower had great pressure. Bed was comfortable. The room was everything we expected it to be. Staff were lovely

Pillows could have been better quality. Walls were also thin and could hear the neighbours easily moving around/opening and closing doors etc. We didn’t spend much time in our room, only at night so this wasn’t a massive concern for us.

We loved our stay! Very friendly staff who allowed us to leave our vehicle parked after we had checked out. The one bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us, very spacious, warm, and had everything we needed. Loved having a coffee machine too! Will definitely book here again.

Slightly pricey however we did stay during a long weekend.

Room and service was great! Staff was kind and easily allowed for an early move-in.

There wasn't breakfast service or room cleaning. I didn't mind at all, but could bring this place to the next level.

Very warm and cosy. Good selection of teas and coffees, and a nice modern bathroom with good shower pressure.

Studio rooms are very cosy, ok for one person. The milk was forgotten in the fridge.

Very nice staff. Check-in was smooth and simple. The bed was comfortable with a weighted blanket that I loved! Short walking distance to town center.

The room is close to the main road so could be a bit noisy when the windows are opened.

The accommodation is close to the central of Queenstown (about 7-8 minutes down-slope). The parking space is just outside our room. Although there is a minor problem in parking issue, the staff si solved immediately. Good and quick respond. Appreciate...

The rest room is a little bit small and no space for placing up stuffs inside.

You are gambling for a nice room and paying the same price. The first time we stayed we had a room away from the street with a nice view. The second time we stayed we got the room right next to the main road which was noisy and had no privacy yet we paid the same price for the nice room!!! People were literally looking into our room. There weren't even privacy blinds only blackout curtains which meant we pretty much had a windowless room. We also had problems connecting to wifi and when we asked for help from staff we were told it's just technical problems and to wait. We did not get any compensation. Photo attached shows main busy loud road with no privacy blinds and a person standing looking in.

Location was great - just up the road from the Queenstown Gardens and short, but steep in places, walk to town centre. Good heating. Clean room. On site parking.

Beds were hard, and pillows were below average for comfort.

Good location and value for money. The room had everything we needed and loved the free parking.

There was a bit of noise from the people in the room under us, the road was somewhat loud and a king bed would have been nice.

The location was very convenient.

We arrived about 4pm after being on a multi day hike and our room was not ready. A replacement was not offered until we push the issue.

The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

There was a light outside our room that shone all night.

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the downtown area with many restaurants and bars in the vicinity. There was also parking at the Lodge which was a huge help.

We liked everything at the Lodge. The only thing I can say is that the room we booked was very small. We barely had room for our luggage and felt that we were tripping over it on the floor. Again, we could have booked a bigger room and do not fault the Lodge for this! Just something to keep in mind if you have lots of luggage with you. The value for the room was excellent.
