Very well thought out multi-unit tourism cabins. We were only overnight guests but this layout would work well for medium term stays. Very adequate size and well appointed.

Was in a pretty quiet area at end of a neighborhood street. We had a motel room, not a cabin, with small but nice eat-in kitchen. Very new, so clean and comfortable. Large enough for our large dog's bed to not be in the way. Response time from rental agency was generally quick.

Got a lot of conflicting messages from the agency running the property, room number changes and request for a deposit, but that had already been paid for in advance. Instructions on how to pen the door would have been nice, had to ask another guest for help. Room was very cold and we couldn't figure out the thermostat to make the AC shut off, as our attempts only made it colder but we didn't complain as it was one of the only places that actually had AC! Had to run the water for a bit to get any hot water in faucets or shower but once it did, it was hot. We thought we had a cabin reserved but it ended up being the motel room, which was fine in the end as we were gone most of the time but maybe play closer attention while booking.

It was very clean....quiet neighborhood...we had everything we needed. My first time to pei...would definitely book with you again.

The only thing was when we arrived there were fruit flies in our room...which was annoying when trying to eat our supper...other than that no issues.

The room with the kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evening.

Lovely cottage with a great design. The bedding and furnitures are really comfortable. The outdoor space is very nice — the patio is inviting, the BBQ is new and works perfectly, and everything is spotless.

We were provided with only one dish towel and one drying cloth for the entire stay. There was no sponge available to wash dishes or scrub pots. Although towel service is included and we placed the used facecloths and hand towels in the tub, they were not replaced. But the trash was emptied every day, which was appreciated The lawn mower under the bedroom windows at 7:50 a.m. the morning after Canada Day was also quite disruptive — it woke up the entire site and went on for an hour. Finally, the 2 bedrooms in the non‑executive units are smaller than they appear in the photos. There is clearly a genuine intention to make this place unique, and the potential is undeniable. Paying a bit more attention to the small details would help ensure that guests’ overall impression fully reflects that ambition.

Mostly we cooked. We only eat once at the restaurant.location is very good as its close to the grocery store. Everything is there. Lobster is the best that we ate . We dugout clams at the tea hill park.

We both found the pillows huge...neither of us slept with the pillow we used sweaters instead. But other than that it was amazing clean and beds are super comfy.

Everything was wonderful, we really enjoyed having a place that our little one could move around and let energy out. We also enjoyed that we could cook our own meals instead of eating out.

The cottages are wonderful. Close to everything and great to relax and have take out food in and watch a movie. Or cook your own dinner and feel like you’re at home.

Outside door wouldn’t stay latched; had to keep the dead bolt locked to make sure it wouldn’t open.

The actual cottage was lovely. I had an issue with booking.

I was travelling and this was a last minute booking. The booking was accepted and I was checking in during the check in period but I had a VERY difficult time, getting the information on which cottage I was in and how to access the cottage when I arrived. There was no one at the actual property that I could speak with and the phone number listed only had a recording that was NOT helpful at all. The website was not helpful either. I contacted someone from their customer service number but since I had booked it through Booking.com the person would not even attempt to heIp me. They even hung up on me when I asked a question. I had to contact customer service at Booking.com to help me get in touch with someone from Royalty Maples Cottages so I could access the cottage. This took over 45 mins. to accomplish and I was driving while all this was taking place. When someone from Royalty maples finally contacted me they said "they hadn't seen the booking come in and they don't usually take late bookings"....If that is the case that should be stated on the website or on booking.com. They also sent me incorrect information when they did send through the details. They had me in two cottages when I had only booked one. So there was a lot of confusion and stress on my part that I would have nowhere to stay after a long journey. The code they gave didn't actually open the door, they had to open it remotely. When I got in the cottage the door didn't seem to close properly.

We love to stay here cause it’s so clean peaceful and cozy.

We loved the location and the look of the property. The cabin was very clean and the bathroom was wonderful. The beds were comfortable.

It was cold when we got in. The fireplace heater was showing an error code. It took a long time for the cabin to warm up. There was no tea or coffee provided like we have had at most hotels of the same price. The heat pump went through a defrost mode for awhile and not being familiar with heat pumps we freaked out at first but after googling it we waited for it to finish and then we did get heat. We needed to use the oven to heat until the heat pump started to heat the cabin up.

Close to the college where I needed to be.

The cottages are beautiful, clean, and modern. Parking is easy and convenient and location is central for exploring the island. Beds are comfortable and the whole cottage feels very luxurious. Equipped for longer stays as well.

The ONLY downfall is no washer/dryer. Also did not get any check out instructions so wasn’t sure what was expected of us at check out.

It should say 24 hour notice for booking. We booked and as no one on site we had to make phone calls and emails to get access to our room. This wouldn’t be a problem if we had booked ahead of time

The cottage was clean, comfortable, close to where we needed to be and very nice. Located in a relatively quiet area.

There was no facial tissue, the fire place heat option didn’t work and there was lots of ice in the parking area and around the steps.

C’est un hébergement exceptionnel. Les équipements sont complets et très fonctionnels. Le lit est très confortable. Tout est aménagé pour qu’on se sente bien et en vacances. Et bien situé près des magasins à et restaurants. On aurait voulu rester plus longtemps.

Lovely brand new free standing units. Very comfortable beds. Convenient location Nice Kitchen and seating area.

Check in was really challenging as there is no onsite staff. Fortunately a person staying in one of the other units was very helpful and assisted. All the check in information was sent but is was sent on day of arrival and as international traveller I was no longer on line to receive it. Check would have been very smooth if the information had been sent the night before arrival.

These cottages are so much cuter than I even imagine from the photos. Honestly, they’re cute, comfy, cozy, the fireplace was so lovely, and a full kitchen, small but super well put together to give you anything you need while you visit. Quiet location - perfect getaway for me and my small pup.

It’s a little out of the way, but it does add to how quiet it is (which is what I was looking for)

Peut-être la localisation s’il faut dire quelque chose de négatif, car situé très proche d’une rue avec beaucoup de trafic, mais cela ne nous a pas gêné! Aucun bruit une fois la porte et fenêtres fermées!

L’endroit paisible et tranquille en plus d’être très propre.

Un détail la porte du frigidaire était du mauvais côté ce qui rendais l’accès difficile.

We absolutely LOVED this accommodation! The cabin is situated in a well approximated residential area which is quiet and safe. The cabins are recently built and have everything you need! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a little deck and 2 lounge chairs. There is a personal parking spot beside the cabin which can accommodate 2 vehicles. Also, they are PET FRIENDLY! We will Definitely be staying again, and staying longer!
