Comfortable beds, nice hotel shower, kettle in room with cups and coffee /tea selection, amazing breakfast.

Do hot in thecroomn, had to keep the windows cracked open all night.

Schönes großes und komfortables Zimmer. Sehr freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück, das beste unseres gesamten Norwegenaufenthalts.

Gerne hätten wir ein Zimmer zur Meerseite gehabt, der Ausblick auf die Straße ist nicht so toll. Aber es war nur für eine Nacht.

Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly.

The restaurant service was very slow, and although we booked a table on arrival, our reservation appeared to have been misplaced.

I had a long wait at check-in. Only one staff member and too many guests to process in a reasonable time. I went away and came back later, twice. On the third attempt I stayed in the queue and checked in.

Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Zimmer sind top. Es könnten mehr TV Sender (international) vorhanden sein. Das Personal ist immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist mit dem Bus vom Airport sehr gut zu erreichen. Falls Sie eine Schiffreise antreten möchten, ist der Hafen fußläufig erreichbar. Sonst fährt der Bus vom Hotel aus.

Bra läge. Fint rum. Mycket fin och bra frukost.

Kändes lite överprissatt. Restaurangen på hotellet på kvällen var ingen riktig höjdare. Tog en hamburgare som var rätt tråkig och det var väldigt dålig/långsam service. Fick inte ens fråga om vi ville ha mer att dricka eller en efterrätt etc. Att sedan frukosten var så bra (för det var den verkligen) förvånades oss med tanke på hur trist det kändes i restaurangen på kvällen.

Das Personal an der Rezeption konnte sich leider keinerlei Lächeln abringen. Zudem fand ich die lebenden King Crabs in ihrem Aquarium direkt in der Lobby eher abstoßend, da diese zum Restaurant gehörten...

Beliggenhet og flott frokost

Die Einrichtungen des Zimmers waren sehr modern und hochwertig. Der Stil hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, das auf den Hafeneingang ausgerichtet war – hübsch anzuschauen. Wir haben das Hotel nur eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp zwischen Schifffahrt und Flug genutzt. Kirkenes selbst bietet wenig Interessantes. Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch ein fantastisches Frühstück aus. Genau dieses Hotel würden wir noch einmal nehmen, wenn wir noch einmal in Kirkenes übernachten sollten.

Albergo sul mare, a due passi dal piccolo centro cittadino e vicino al porto turistico. Stanze comode, pulite e confortevoli, dalla giusta dimensione e senza mancanze da segnalare.

Nice location!

Convenient location near the port, nice view across the fjord. Huge choice for breakfast, possibly too much as I doubt many people stay for more than one night or two. One coffee machine was already broken on our first day, the other one broke down too on the second day. Slightly more focus on better quality and service rather than quantity would improve the experience. Room was very spacious and clean though.

Despite the size of the room, the bed was quite small, perhaps 150/160cm. Bathroom had not a single shelf, nowhere to put anything apart from your toothbrush on the sink. Reception staff was unhelpful. We wanted to know about local busses and were pointed to a display of airport connections with no further comment or assistance. When I asked about other buses (we had not asked about going to the airport) I was told there was only one hourly connection but not where the stop was. Staff at breakfast did not speak English, French, Spanish or German, only Norwegian and Russian.

Var fornøyd med totalpakke. Ble veldig godt tatt imot av "ung mann" da vi kom. Meget god frokost.

Liten middagsmeny...3 retter og en det var fritt for en. Også at det var litt lite mat, hvis en var sulten.

Perfect seaside location. Close to the town centre. Excellent for midnight sun viewing from the terrace (or from inside). Very nice breakfast and very decent dinner options. Recommendable!

We were just here for one night but the hotel is in a good central location. Our room had a lovely sea view and the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is vast and there is a nice terrace outside for afternoon sun. As a bonus, the airport bus picks up from outside.

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Das Gebäude ragt mit einer Wand über das Wasser. Von unserem Zimmer aus hatten wir seitlichen Meerblick. Die Zimmer waren gross und gemütlich. An beiden Seiten des Doppelbettes gab es Leselampen, die funktionirrten ( das ist nicht in jedem Hotel so). Die Bar/Bistro mit Aussenbereich war ein schöner Platz mit total angrnehmer Atmosphäre, um dort Bier zu trinien und über das Wasser zu schauen Wunderbar reichhaltiges Frühstück mit frschen Zutaten (Müsli. Milch, Obst, 2 Sorten Lachs). Das Abendessen im Restaurant (Fisch und Rentier) war köstlich (lokale frische Zutaten) und gut zusammengestellt. Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal überall im Hotel. DANKE für den komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt bei Ihnen!

Die Betten hatten in unserem Verständnis zu weiche Matratzen. Sonst war alles sehr gut.

Näkymä huoneesta merelle oli kiva vaikkakin huone ei ollut parhaalla kohdilla sen suhteen. Vaikuttiko että matkustimme koiran kanssa.

Hieman tylyä palvelua. Ei tervehditty kun hotellissa käveltiin. Pientä sekaannusta ruuan tilauksen kanssa ravintolassa. Lokit kirkui ajoittain äänekkäästi.

Tolle Lage, unkomplizierter Check-In, fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer war bereits um 09:00 Uhr ohne Aufpreis verfügbar.

Ease of moving through hotel on lifts, good restaurant with great view over the water. Room clean, well designed and quiet.

Check-in was VERY VERY long due to the arrival of many guests from an incoming flight. More people at the desk and organised pre-check in would have been invaluable. Room had no place but the floor to put luggage and unpack.
