Very disappointing experience – I had to leave the hotel Unfortunately, my experience at Flora Park Hotel was so disappointing that I had to leave the hotel and move to another place. The food was poor and the buffet was being closed before the stated dinner time, which I found completely unacceptable. We should be able to enjoy the full dinner service during the advertised hours, rather than being rushed or finding the food already being taken away. The staff were also rude and unhelpful, which made the situation even worse. Good customer service is essential in a hotel, and unfortunately that was completely lacking during my stay. The cleanliness was another major issue and was not up to an acceptable standard. Overall, I felt so uncomfortable and disappointed that I decided to leave and find another hotel. I would not recommend Flora Park Hotel based on my experience. The management seriously needs to improve the food service, cleanliness, and especially the attitude of the staff towards guests

Sia la piscina che la spiaggia privata dell’hotel ( a circa 10 minuti a piedi) sono molto belle. Struttura abbastanza curata, con qualche miglioria da fare ma carina. Colazione e cena molto buoni e staff super disponibile. Estrema quiete (tranne che dopo cena). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo considerando che offre anche la spiaggia

Avevamo la finestra della camera rotta, e dato che affacciava sulla piscina sentivamo la musica forte (eccessivamente) tutte le sere. Abbiamo chiesto di ripararla ma non è risultato possibile. In generale, la cena è poco occidentale, per chi non è amante delle spezie può essere un problema.

A medencére néző szobák nem csendesek, sokáig szólt a zene, és viszonylag korán is kezdődött a napi program.

Un grand merci à tout le personnel , en particulier à jeloul le maitre nageur et habiba la femme de ménage qui sont d une très grande gentillesse et d un grand professionalisme . Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable et l l hôtel est très bien situé.

Dans l ensemble j ai tout apprécié surtout le personnel et je trouve le prix des boissons et des repas très abordable pour un hôtel , le seul bémol c est l animation quasi inexistante et il faut sortir de l hôtel pour allé à la plage.

Location not great but bus stop outside easy to use to go to hammamet north or nabeul , staff are friendly and cleaners are fantastic , food good variety and they do themed nights , plenty of choice and well cooked, cooking station at breakfast and evening meal , pool plenty of sunbeds and clean , private beach for hotel use 5 minutes walk but found lack of drinks unless you wanted beer or water but they let you bring your own drinks to beach from shop , room was spacious but more 3 star than 4 star, lack of kettle in room and drinks payable for meal times

La gentilezza dello staff. La piscina è decisamente il punto forte della struttura. La colazione e la cena erano comprese, abbondanti e varie. Anche il bar Funzionava a dovere.

La stanza posta al secondo piano ha presentato inizialmente dei difetti: maniglia della porta/finestra guasta e scarico del water che perdeva, successivamente a delle segnalazioni sono stati riparati. La stanza si presentava cmq con scarsa manutenzione. Non disponeva di prodotti per l'igiene eccetto il doccia schiuma e il sapone mani. Durante le cene non veniva fornita l'acqua che andava quindi acquistata separatamente. Gli asciugamani della piscina, concessi dietro cauzione, presentavano delle macchie(li abbiamo cambiati giornalmente ma il risultato era identico). I cuscini in dotazione a bordo vasca erano anch'essi macchiati.. insomma la pulizia dei tessili non pareva adeguata a un 4 stelle.

Bon séjour, avec quelques points à améliorer L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un véritable atout : il est très proche de la médina et permet de se déplacer facilement. J’avais choisi la formule complète et j’ai apprécié la variété et la qualité des plats, notamment au dîner, qui était particulièrement délicieux. Le déjeuner était un peu moins varié. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner manquait de choix et je l’ai moins apprécié.

l’équipement de l’hôtel est assez ancien et mériterait d’être rénové. La décoration des chambres, et surtout celle de la salle de bain, est également vieillissante. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement, à la restauration et à la gentillesse du personnel, mais quelques rénovations et améliorations du petit-déjeuner seraient appréciables.

Un vrai plaisir de redécouvrir cet établissement : du repos, une ambiance conviviale et les plages de Hammamet sud à quelques mètres

⭐️ Very disappointing experience – would not recommend Unfortunately, our stay at TMK Flora Park was extremely disappointing and not what we expected from a holiday in Tunisia. The biggest issue was the behaviour of some of the hotel staff around the pool. We were repeatedly approached and asked for our phone numbers, which became uncomfortable and felt like borderline harassment. We were there to relax and enjoy our holiday, not to constantly deal with unwanted attention from staff. The food was also well below par. There was a very random selection of dishes, much of it was tasteless, and on one occasion we were served meat that appeared to be raw, which was extremely concerning. Overall, the food was one of the biggest let-downs of the stay. The one positive thing we can say is that our room was clean, and the hotel itself was generally kept clean. Unfortunately, this wasn’t enough to make up for the other issues we experienced. Our airport transfer when leaving was also over an hour late. We repeatedly contacted the provided representative and were continually told, “It’s on the way, five minutes.” When the driver eventually arrived, he actually asked us, “Is something wrong with the bus? Why did you keep calling?” We explained that we had been waiting for over an hour because the transfer was supposed to have arrived much earlier. His response and attitude were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Overall, this experience has left us very disappointed. Based on our experience, we would not recommend TMK Flora Park, and unfortunately the issues we encountered have also put us off returning to Tunisia.

The property was so clean, and calm! Small and comfy with a lovely individual flare to it. Amazing location, right in the middle of everything and a short walk to the main area!

Un excellent séjour, idéal pour des vacances au calme, reposantes. Le buffet était très varié, avec des produits de bonne qualité. La piscine est très grande, parfaitement entretenue et toujours propre. Les équipements autour de la piscine, notamment les transats, étaient également de très bonne qualité. Le personnel a été très agréable, accueillant et réactif tout au long du séjour. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à quelques minutes de la plage, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était également propre et bien entretenue.

Nous avons eu un souci avec la climatisation dans une des chambres mais le personnel est vite intervenu pour la remplacer

Just got back from our 4th stay at the Flora Park. The staff are amazing, they can't do enough for you. Very welcoming. The bar team work very hard looking after the guests to make sure they have the best time, the restaurant staff are very hard working looking after guests. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the dining table was decorated to make it special for us, and the cleaning staff work remarkably hard to keep the rooms spotless. Had so much fun at the pool with Sab and the aqua aerobics and water polo. We can't wait to visit again next year

Hotel clean, staff very friendly lovely rooms with balcony. Food was ok, depending on what you wanted to eat. They had a couple of nights which were special and the staff worked so so hard to put on a great night for the food.

Me and 3 others stayed here Friday-Friday and we had an absolutely incredible week! The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. The daily maids were great and left our beds looking adorable! The lifeguards and entertainment guys were so friendly and extremely helpful with everything. The only downside we had was the food, but we are very British when it comes to food so there wasn't much choice for her bland pallets. It was very exotic. However, outside the hotel there are plenty of options to eat that are not too expensive. It was my friends birthday while we were there and the staff were great! They decorated our table for breakfast and dinner and I was also able to buy a cake for her too which they put candles on and sung to her. Overall, would recommend and will definitely go back next year.

Le personnel était à l’écoute, disponible et attentif aux besoins des clients.

Certains équipements semblent vieillissants : par exemple, l’absence de télécommande pour la télévision est un point à améliorer.L’absence d’un étendoir sur le balcon pour faire sécher le linge est un manque pratique qui pourrait facilement être amélioré afin de rendre le séjour plus confortable. Par ailleurs, la qualité de la restauration était moyenne et ne correspondait pas totalement au niveau attendu pour un établissement quatre étoiles.

Yassin the entertainer was amazing here. He was really friendly and encouraged us to join in the activities. He really made the experience excellent for us.

It was a brilliant stay. There was a one person who stood out which is Yasin who is the Event Organiser / Entertainer of the hotel at this time. I recommend people to come to this hotel and Yasin will look after you

Where do I start with my review, so I guess with the promotional description and photographs. The 4* is an exaggeration, perhaps 20 years ago but not now. The room, of which I looked at three were shocking, loose wall mounted light fittings, could see the wires and the fitting was not fixed safely and securely. Thc pillows were chopped foam, lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom, was vile, the chrome on the fittings were rough, pitted, the shower head would not stay in the holder as it was broken. The times and grouting looked like an absolute disgrace with overpainting from the door surround. The mirror was filthy, holding screw hanging out. The sliding door for the patio was barely held on, loosely in place and vulnerable to inadvertently not locking and not engaging the A/C. The dining room food was diabolical, the quality poor, staff cooking were incompetent and the obvious lack of knowledge of what they were cooking was clear. Asking the chefs about the different dishes was met with blank faces and dismissed unanswered. The poolside food and team were good, the food there perfect and hugely contrasted the dining room offers. The bar team were friendly and attentive, the drinks menu was greater than what was actually available by a long list. Pool and grounds were as described in the brochure, the lifeguards friendly as was the entertainer. Reception staff were unable to provide first aid and scrambled for a Elastoplast strip and blunt scissors. My stay was Monday to Monday and despite raising issues as mentioned, I was left largely to endure it. Jasmine Hammamet is tired, broke, infrastructure in serious need for maintenance and care. A massive dissatisfaction, and a never to return destination. The 4* promise was absolutely not the reality, and for those who have remarked "well good for the price! ', I say, no in no way was it for me. Since returning I have been asked about the holiday and I have been embarrassed to remark about it and that has never been the case on my post holiday conversations.

Really nice hotel, good location and staff were very pleasant. Pool staff were always on hand to help with sunbed mattresses - big shout out to Jaloul and Bassem :) Rooms were clean and comfortable but shower didn't have much pressure at all so that was the only struggle in the room. Food was varied and very traditional but was tasty and fresh. Only slight downside is that the food was never hot, just warm but this was fine. Drinks at hotel were a decent choice but beer is bottled only and also wine is by the bottle and not by the glass.... cocktails were good! Water was not provided for meals which was unfortunate but again - we dealt with this. Location is about a 5 Min walk to the beach and similar to the Medina with shops and bars close by too. Overall, a decent place to relax with decent food and drink on offer. We have been to a few 4 star hotels in Tunisia and this one scraped a 4 star but was fine.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix Un peu étonnant au premier abord car hôtel vieillot, mais après on s'y fait et c'est vraiment sympa : piscine agréable, toujours de la place sur les transats, animations à la piscine chaque jour, nourriture super bonne, personnel très gentil, chambres spacieuses et propres, et très bon emplacement (tout à Yasmine Hammamet est à proximité à pieds).

Une seule animation le soir (le jeudi). Ce serait chouette d'avoir plus d'animations le soir (plus de spectacles ou concerts).

Above our initial expectation. We did 4 nights there and I had really nothing to complaint except one issue which prevents me from giving 5/5. In fact that issue even became worse at our final night there. The issue is the hotel does not provide drinking water. You have to buy your own water from them even for the meal. We have our Steripen Ultralight for our own drinking water purification during our travel. Therefore, we were ok. However, during our last night, Restaurant tells me I am not allowed to bring my decathlon reusable water bottle which contained my own purified water which was taken from the hotel tap (not purchased from anywhere else). Explain how this even make sense?!?! Meanwhile people are wasting plates and plates of food at that place but my ecological water bottle with their own water is a big issue.  Staff, Pool, beach access area, food and the rooms are nice. Place is clean as well. If they change their policy for drinking water, they will clearly receive better ratings. little things can go long way and make people happy. Finally, I do recommend this resort!

The atmosphere was amazing. Very calm in the day and never too busy. The entertainment was good in the evenings however some staff were very forceful in getting you involved. They do water sports during the day. The pool is incredible and never too busy. All staff were incredibly polite and helped if they could. My partner and I were pressured into writing a review which we have now deleted. This particular staff member asked very often whether we were just on holiday or if we work for Google. Sometimes the lifeguard is a bit too friendly with females so if a young woman going alone be weary. The room is cleaned as often as you like however you have to request more than one toilet roll. They also do have towels at the hotel for the beach/pool but you have to ask the lifeguard. The food service is nice, I’m a picky eater so for me it wasn’t ideal but my partner thoroughly enjoyed it. The waiters are always happy and friendly. The people selling tours inside the hotel, do not work for the hotel. They will hound you constantly. However are nice. The medina is a short walk and not busy at all during the day. However in the evenings it is very busy. Sometimes people follow you for a while before coming up to you so just be aware of your surroundings. People will come to you and say ‘do you recognise me I’m the chef/waiter in hotel’ THIS IS NOT TRUE.

Safe didn’t work in the room, spoke to reception asap was told they would look into it. 3 days later nothing so contacted easyJet, who spoke to the hotel. Safe was fixed that day. Staff said not to brush teeth or drink tap water but no water provided in the room so had to buy multiple bottles daily. No tea or coffee in the room No TV remote in the room No cups in the room so had to take some from the restaurant so we could brush our teeth. Drinks not included with meals even on the full board package. Paid £30 for late room check out, had the maids come into our room and remove all the towels and bedding from the room and was told by head housekeeping to “lady get out of your room now”. Explained we had paid for late room check out and showed the receipt, she stormed off muttering Wouldn’t recommend this hotel

El buffet, habia bastante variedad pero era todo comida tipica de Tunez o mucha ensalada, eche en falta algo mas continental o mediterraneo. Nos vendieron una actividad de barco pirata que estuvo divertida, pero nada que ver con lo que nos dijeron en el hotel

Overall this stay for 10 days was decent enough. Food & drink options are plentiful however for an adults only resort, we only experienced 2 nights with entertainment. We had a broken shower bracket for 2 days! Wasn't until the 4th time of asking did we get it repaired- even then the pressure was very poor. The bar staff are very friendly and do their best to chat to you. The life guard is a great chap, works long hours and he was there every single day on our trip! The resort is clean and plenty of areas to cool down. The massages are of high quality too! Overall our stay wasn't too bad, just a few things that drag the score down.

Ne znam od čega početi,sve je bilo fantastično,predivno,na recepciji predivni ljudi koji se uvek osmehuju i žele da pomognu,obezbeđenje na ulazu u dvorište srdačno,spremačice vredne i nasmejane,čistoća vrhunska a tek šta reći o hrani,izuzetna,sa puno iznenađenja.Večera sa izobiljem svega pored bazena,veče Tuniske kuhinje,morski plodovi,bukvalno sve što poželite.A kuvar koji sprema kajganu,nasmejan pozdravili smo se sa srdačnom zagrljajem na odlasku.A tek šef restorana,uvek srdačan,predivno.Na plaži besplatnoj, momci i devojke koje vas stalno služe i spremni su za dobro raspoloženje i šalu . A tek muzika ... Fantastično ! Bravo Flora , bravo .

I had a wonderful stay at TMK Flora Park and it was honestly the best hotel I have stayed in Tunisia and I already stayed in 4 Hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel was beautiful and well maintained, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.
