Room checkin process was easy

I travelled from overseas to Trichy to attend a wedding. After an exhausting, sleepless overnight journey, I arrived completely drained and desperately needed rest. However, while I was asleep, plumbing maintenance began right next to my room. The loud banging, which sounded like hammering, was unbearable. It abruptly woke me and ruined my much-needed rest. Carrying out such noisy maintenance beside an occupied guest room shows a serious lack of consideration for guests’ comfort. Such work should be properly scheduled, with affected guests informed beforehand and offered a quieter room. After such a tiring journey, a peaceful place to rest was the most basic expectation—and even that was not met.

The location it was easy access to all members who came for the occasion.

⭐ Hotel Breeze, Trichy – Sadly, Not Much of a Breeze! Stayed 31 August–1 September 2026 and, unfortunately, the experience was more of a storm than a breeze! The room was below standard, bathroom amenities were poor, and the coffee was so terrible that even the milk powder probably wanted to resign! ☕😂 No fridge for storing insulin until requested, no room safe, and no iron or ironing board. The biggest disappointment? The swimming pool! Advertised as a major facility, but apparently it has been “under repair” for two months. In scorching Trichy, this was the very reason we chose the hotel. We got the heat—but apparently the pool got the holiday! 🏊‍♂️😄 Reception staff also need a serious lesson in professionalism and presentation. After 41 years in business, we expected considerably higher standards. The hotel desperately needs upgrading, and advertising should reflect what guests can actually use—not what they hope to find. Overall: Very disappointing. The only thing that was truly “breezy” was how quickly we wanted to leave! 😄

Basha one of the staff was charming and helpful. But when I arrived I was told I had booked for 2 nights through booking.com. I hadn't. The rooms are very old. The bathroom was quite dirty. The air conditioning wasn't working but the ceiling fan was. The tray that I ordered my tea from room service was very dirty so I didn't drink the tea. The view from the window was nice. The staff tried hard.

A mail was sent by booking. com that there is price drop of ₹590/- for my upcoming trip.The mail was dated 26/7/2026. Upcoming trip means 14/8/26.But the breeze residency did not honour it. They interpreted upcoming means the trip after 14/8/2026.Please look in to it.

i got rate of 1000/- more than my collegue hotel quoted even higher rate. looking for better rate when booked directly.

Rooms are clean and well arranged with good amenities. Being an old property, the bathrooms were not very fresh.

Front desk staff was aware of the total guests but we were offered the rooms with less capacity than actuals in a room

Well-maintained clean and reasonably big rooms , spic and span bathroom, very central location ,staff were quite courteous and polite.

The AC was horrible. Infact if the AC was good and working well, I'd have given 9/10 . Someone from the maintenance did come and check and tried to do something but then nothing changed . And just like that 9/10 becomes 5/10 . No point charging so much per day when the AC isn't functioning well at all , that too in the peak of summer . Also breakfast was good , but kinda limited options. Live dosa counter available . Spread wasn't so great, but even then I'd give the breakfast an 8/10 . What makes it 5 is the non functional AC .

Very bad smell in the room curtains, bed sofa and furnitures. Asked to change the room but they make up with room spray in another room. Later came to know that all those rooms have same issue. Swimming Pool and breakfast was good.

The 5th floor keys for the rooms are not user friendly. To change either for the card system or for mechanical lock. Atleast alternative floors may have 1 smoking loung

Poor maintained sheets, unclean room with Airconditioner non existing, poor shower especially not even warm water

Aircon was pathetic, no hot water and to make it worse the maintenance folks tried to tweak something made mess of the Bathroom

We regularly choose to stay at this hotel, and generally, the food and all other aspects are satisfactory. The staff members are consistently very polite. However, on this particular occasion, the breakfast offerings were somewhat limited due to a gas cylinder issue, which we fully understand. Apart from this, everything else was perfectly fine.

It is very close to the railway station, bus stand and airport. Very good restaurants nearby. The breakfast was OK. The staff were very helpful.

The room is quite small. The air-conditioning was quite cold. The ac controls were not working. For the price thar I paid, it is not worth it.

Staffs were great but hotel facilities were not maintained properly like some of swtches had loose contact. Single charging point . Dirty furniture. Apart from the staff , it was not worth the amount spent.

WiFi does not work in some rooms and the staff themselves say it . The furniture has run down and they are creaky and dusty

No tea/coffee available from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No hot water available in the early morning. Could not take bath before going for darshan. No charging point near the bedsides. Charging points very far away, and that too the three point sockets do not accept two pin chargers. The staff especially at the reception was very impolite, took lot of time just to check us in, that too when we told them that we were very tired after a long drive.
