Everything was so perfect. The counter staff, room service and the breakfast serving staff. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Made our stay a pleasant one 🥰 Something for the management to take note is to tidy the tv cables so it will look neat.

Overall, I had an average experience. My stay was booked with Breakfast. I had to leave early in the morning around 6 AM. I requested them to provide me bread toast with butter and some cut fruits. I was provided with plane bread (no toast or butter) and cut fruits. Not great hospitality

They did not give us a room. They gave the complete booking for marriage function people and they lied with us that there is n issue wuth Air condition. Finally, we struggled and booked in another hotel for our stay. They are not trust worthy people. Infact, i did not get any call for the cancellation. Horrible experience with reception.

No proper payment facility at the property. No cleanliness, power sockets are poorly maintained. Wifi is not secure. Lots of mosquitoes, tv remote did not work, bathroom drain not working. No iron box provided to press clothes, no shoe shiner, window lock system broken, bedsheets are not washed.

Loved the food. Breakfast was delicious. I loved the Mini dosa. Staff were very warm and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Everything more than met my expectations. I will definitely stay here again if I visit India

We had reserved this property for a group of ten guests for a one-night stay on 25 December 2025, and an advance payment was made via bank transfer to secure the booking. However, after the advance was received, the front office team unilaterally changed the terms and conditions of use, which were not acceptable to our group. As a result, we cancelled the booking by email. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, we have neither received any response from the property nor received a refund of the advance payment to date. We work with multiple properties and have not previously experienced this type of conduct. This statement is shared solely to inform other travel agents and travellers who may consider booking this property. We hold full evidence of the transaction and all related email correspondence and can provide these records to senior management of the property or relevant authorities upon request.

Not systemstis at the reciepient. I guess Shortages of staff. So it tooks much time for procceding for check in room. In the hotel hv Only one lift . Mostly staffs usig to carry the extra bed. So we we were waiting quite long time to get in to the room at 3rd floor.

The hotel is clean, room is spacious, clean. Service offered by staff courteous. Breakfast sumptuous, tasty. Service rendered for breakfast by Benjamin is noteworthy.

Though bathroom is neat the tap fittings are old and leaking. They assured to attend the same when pointed. Have a restaurant which is both veg & Non veg. No nearby veg hotel.

I stayed in the hotel for my quick visit to the city. The hotel is decent and near the highway. I chose the hotel for my travel to the airport. But the hotel is little have from city center. The price was at higher side considering location and type of hotel. Also, please include veg restaurants.

My husband stayed here for one night as he flew in late night. It is very close to the airport and easy check in. The staff are polite, prompt and helpful. The rooms were very clean and a decent size. It was quiet and a good nights sleep. The food was excellent. My husband really enjoyed the authentic flavourful South Indian cuisine.

The rooms are basic and there are no facilities. They have all the amenities and it is quiet even if next to a highway. It is good value for money. For one night rest stop I don’t mind. It is away from all the tourist attractions. So if that is your main purpose this may be a bit far and inconvenient.

Nice Hotel. We stayed for 3 days. Pros: 1. Neat room 2. Good food 3. Convenient location 4. Good service The only issue we saw was that the hotel was under-staffed. So we need to call room service or reception many times to get them to answer. But they made it up by immediately servicing when they answered

Clean spacious room and fittings were very good especially the bed. Easy to use touch buttons near bed.

The bathroom shower head doesn’t work well, had to call a technician to repair the very night we checked in . Wash basin sink was leaking on to floor whenever used. As a result as it dries some dank smell was present.

Rooms: Stayed in the Executive room. Spacious and can easily accommodate an extra bed. Bathrooms were well appointed. Food: Breakfast spread was simple but tasty especially for South Indian dishes. Continental dish taste was below average. Service: Staff were friendly and hospitable. Parking: Plenty of open parking.

Reception staff were arrogant, no hot water in room, ,called several times to fix it, cleanliness was terrible, not worth for the money paid.

Well maintained hotel. Courteous and helpful staff. All appliances in working condition. They have a large outdoor parking. Hotel is situated on the highway just on the outer edge of Trichy mainstay. We did not get a chance to try their restaurant.

The only good part is the morning breakfast. Besides that it’s attached with Hotel Kannappa.

Bedsheets were dirty obviously not washed from someone's last stay. But left there for the next customer hoping it won't be obvious. Meals at Kannapa were bad and won't come back. At one time the vege mushroom briyani had mutton bones in it and the waiter claimed that the order didn't specify pure veg. Hotel staff were expecting money at every point like they weren't paid sufficiently by the hotel. Gestures and strong reactions asking for money is stressful and unwelcomed for the guest and family. I'm sure the hotel imposes service tax to guest but staff are acting in this manner in a way indirectly demanding for money. I was told by my sister one hotel staff was meddling with the suitcase lock and was trying to open it thinking no one was looking at that time but immediately gave excuses when caught doing it. Staff shouldnt be acting in this manner when it relates to guest properties. The taps in the room were faulty rusty and not maintained. Would never recommend kanappa restaurant and the hotel to anyone due to the above reasons. It's not worth for the money and the food quality was horrible.
