Stayed in 246 and 121, from arrival at the driveway, to check in, restaurant, bar and rooms, we were served with a genuine heart. Room was immaculate. The gentleman that dealt with the bathroom situation handled it discreetly, awesome! Food was super delicious. Thank you Mr Dinesh, Mr Ragu, Uday, Kiruthika and Indhukavi and everyone else we encountered with during our stay for your warm hospitality!

The front & bellboy service staff need to be more helpful Ask them to book for me a cab as I don’t have local number, non of the staff was helpful except for one lady staff ask them to do it for me They need to more helpful to hotel clients

The hotel abruptly sent a message cancelling my booking last minute. They blamed booking.com and then when a complaint was raised, they said they could not honour the booking. This hotel's booking policies are untrustworthy. Be careful with this hotel.

This place rocked. Excellent service, great rooms and absolutely lovely breakfast. I loved every minute of it.

If there is one thing I would have to bring up it would be the accommodation they provided to drivers. Better beds for them would be great

Rooms were spacious and clean, Breakfast had a good selection, and the food was good. The staff were helpful, and most were very friendly and welcoming!

Food quality for the next two meals has to improve, after the great breakfast, it kinda goes down from there. Not so tasty. The Bar could do with a better selection of Gins. These days we have a lovely selection of Indian brands that are world-renowned. Some Staff were a bit glum. Happy faces make for a happy experience.

For a 5 star hotel, the TV came with no channels and everything needed some kind of subscription which we didn't have. Also it didn't have any streaming options which made TV amenity useless for us. Surprising for a 5 star hotel.

I appreciate the effort that has gone into modernizing the hotel and maintaining the property. However, my overall experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, there was no warm welcome, and the hospitality felt lacking. Many of the staff appeared inexperienced and insufficiently trained, which affected the quality of service throughout our stay. The dining experience was particularly disappointing. Our food order arrived much later than expected, and there seemed to be significant confusion among the restaurant staff regarding service and order management. Better coordination and staff training would greatly improve the guest experience. While the hotel has been beautifully modernized, it seems to have lost much of the Tamil cultural identity that guests may hope to experience during their stay. Incorporating more local culture into the hotel's atmosphere would make the experience more authentic and memorable. Additionally, we felt that guests were treated differently, which created an uncomfortable impression. Consistent, fair, and welcoming service for every guest is essential for a hotel of this standard. I hope the management will take this feedback constructively and invest in staff training, service consistency, and preserving the local cultural character. These improvements would help the hotel deliver the level of hospitality expected from a true 5-star property.

Very convenient location

Overall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The only area that could be improved is the mattress. It felt too soft and sank in the middle, which made it less comfortable for sleeping.

Breakfast was good. All the days we enjoyed. Friendly staffs. They always happily fulfilling our requests. As We stayed there together with our 1-year-old girl they have provided us the Cot, bottle sterilizer, Water bucket etc. And the receptionist Pipasa helped us with early check in, which we really appreciate. Food was so delicious. Shout out to House Keeping Team for making our stay pleasant and for being very helpful. We will rate this as the highest during this India Visit compared to other 3 hotels we stayed.

The pool could have been in the more private area, For the room service it would be great if they could add more menu.

My family and myself stayed in Courtyard Marriott again after 02 years. Was met by Asst FOM Santosh during check in and was pleasantly surprised when he upgraded us. I felt that I didnot get a good deal from Gourab but Santosh squashed my apprehensions. During our 06 day stay there both Santosh and Regu Hskp Mngr whom I met 02 yrs ago will check on our well being. Very good food, Hskp Services and Front Office assistance. Will visit the Hotel in 2 yrs time. Will recommend this Hotel to anyone .

Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.. Staffs Mr. Mukilan and Mr. Ramesh, Raghul given a excellent service. We are all enjoy that Kerala food festival nice food and service mukilan he's explain all food.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay a comfortable one. Their chefs Vijay and Arul were so attentive and accomodating and made sure they cooked meals for my specific dietary issues which made my stay so relaxing and worry free.

I have stay at the courtyard Trichy several times. I really like how clean and quiet this hotel is. The rooms are well appointed and have great amenities. I love how spacious the rooms are. The sofa in the room is so great to sprawl in. The arm chair is also so good to relax in. I really appreciate the walk in closet. The king size bed is extremely comfortable and the sheets smell so good. Best part is how quiet the rooms are. I have stayed in a few different rooms. The breakfast buffet is also fantastic. Very wide spread and the food tastes great. They have a pool we haven’t tried. And a pretty decent gym. It’s usually not so busy. It’s easy to get taxi and to go to all the temples and sightseeing spots. As well as the airport. I like that the hotel is outside of the city traffic.

It was my husband’s birthday. I requested for a cake and decorations in the room. The staff are all very polite. They are helpful when engaging with the customers directly. Communications can be better though. I had indicated it was my husband’s birthday online when I made the booking. Once I booked through the Mariott website. I also booked through booking.com. Both times i had to highlight the requests to the staff. I either received no response or a slow response to my reservation requests. I expect more of a hotel of this standing and class. Staff should be on top of the emails and messages. The difference is always in the details of care.

Stayed at Courtyard Marriott Trichy recently for a few days. Check-in was quick and smooth. Mr. Santosh Kumar at the front office was very helpful and gave me a nice room overlooking the pool. The room was clean, spacious, and housekeeping maintained it well throughout my stay. My only complaint would be the bed, which felt quite hard for me as I generally prefer a softer mattress. It was also nice to see Mr. Raghu still at the reception. He always seems to have a smile on his face and is willing to help guests whenever needed. The main challenge during my stay was food. I follow a whole-food plant-based diet without dairy or meat. During my first breakfast, I found there were very few options available for me. I was told I could mainly have fruits and a couple of other items, which was disappointing because I had already informed the hotel about my dietary requirements before arriving. Later that afternoon, I decided to speak to the kitchen again, and that's when I met Chef Arulmani. Honestly, meeting him changed my entire experience. He took the time to sit with me, understand what I could and couldn't eat, and assured me that he would take care of my meals. From that point onwards, every meal was specially prepared and tailored to my preferences. Not only did he accommodate my diet, but the food was genuinely delicious. He even prepared plant-based desserts for me, which was a pleasant surprise as I rarely get dessert options while travelling. I also want to thank Ms. Prabha, the restaurant manager, the young lady with spectacles, the lean gentleman who often assisted during my evening meals, and the rest of the restaurant team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even when I requested food outside the usual meal timings. What could have been a frustrating stay because of my dietary restrictions turned into a very comfortable one because of the effort put in by Chef Arulmani and the restaurant team. Thank you to Chef Arulmani, Mr. Santosh Kumar, Mr. Raghu, the housekeeping team, and everyone at the restaurant and front office for looking after me. I would happily stay here again.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Courtyard by Marriott Tiruchirappalli.ROOM : 106 Disappointed stay and waste of money to saty this property...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I checked into the hotel on the 31st at approximately 12:30 AM. From the moment I entered the room, I experienced serious issues. The room air conditioner was not functioning properly, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite repeatedly informing the reception desk about the issue, there was no prompt response or resolution. An engineer was also informed, but no effective action was taken to rectify the problem. Due to the non-functioning AC and the lack of support from the hotel staff, my family and I were unable to sleep throughout the entire night. This caused significant inconvenience and discomfort, and we were extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The lack of support and poor response from both the reception staff and engineering team was highly disappointing and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the overall condition of the room did not meet the quality and comfort expected. This was one of the worst hotel stay experiences I have ever had. Furthermore, I have not received my booking confirmation details from the reception, nor have I been provided with the final checkout bill despite requesting it. This lack of basic customer service is unacceptable and has added to my frustration

Had a wonderful stay at Marriott Tiruchirapalli with my family, including parents and kids. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Every staff member carried a warm smile and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. A special thanks to the team for upgrading our rooms and ensuring every little detail was taken care of. Special mention to Rakhi at the front desk — she is absolutely amazing and makes sure every possible comfort is added to your stay. Rahul at the restaurant area is a fantastic host who ensures everything is perfectly arranged even before you arrive. Chef Vijay also deserves appreciation for the wonderful food and hospitality. Experiences like these make family travel so much more special. Highly recommended!

We spent 2 nights for our temple trip around Trichy, and we were very happy we chose this hotel Absolute positives + Great location, very close to Trichy Junction + Spacious lobby and car drop - rare to see this in Trichy + Excellent room, spacious, clean and functional + Great bath with comfortable showers and toilet + Good restaurant for dinner (we were not there for breakfast) - good ala carte menu with healthy soup and salad options + We got packed breakfast for our long travels, and that too at 5am / 6am - this was a standout service. Thanks to chef Mr Arul for taking care of specific dietary needs + Good airconditioner and Television in room + Nice H20 bottles, to keep us hydrated well + Very courteous and ever helpful staff across checkin, house keeping and restaurant Areas for improvement - the restaurant was crowded on day 2, could not get a place, they need more space to accommodate guests - no A/C in floor corridor, not ideal in summer (minor points) Overall an excellent option, especially if you are a Bonvoy member Last but not least, special thanks to Mr Dinesh, the front office manager, who was really an epitome of customer service excellence - he was so welcoming, super!

the dinner is really really good it is exceptional but they have to make good chocolaty deserts with veg which they don't have yet but still very very good so overall experience in the restaurant is very very exceptional and the room the staff the hygene the atmosphere all are very good

yummy chocolaty deserts have to be veg it would have been better if they have included bath tub to enjoy especially for kids in the rooms plus they can have a feature in the telephone not only to call the staff but someway to call somebody else or even speak to a relative a friend or even a client or somebody outside and inside the country and even local calls
