Net hotel . Dichtbij centrum. Fietsen te huur om in 10 minuten naar centrum te fietsen. Prima ontbijt. Mooi terras buiten aan achterzijde

Easy and good WiFi connection. The staff were friendly. The room size was very good. AirCon worked well. Location was very good, with easy access to Delft city centre. We used the hotel bicycles to travel to Delft and had a great time cycling for a day. Free parking on the hotel premises. We were given complementary breakfast and bicycles because of an issue we faced on the first night (this was a good gesture).

The mattresses were awful. They were very soft. The pillows were very soft too, making the night sleep not very comfortable. We had 2 rooms and the shower in one of the rooms was blocked, flooding the floor. They addressed this issue the following day. We had requested to have a a room with a bath. This was not provided and we were told at the desk that it will cost 50Euros to transfer (this was the cost for the move and not the room price). This was poor service and didn't make sense.

Staff was super helpful and breakfast was good. Easy to get to town on foot. But the bed was the best! After a long day of walking, it was very restful!

Ventilatie kon niet worden uitgeschakeld. Constant wind die wordt aangeblazen. Kamer was ook heel koud toen we aankwamen aangezien ventilatie maximaal werd aangezet, terwijl het niet eens zo warm was. Receptionist reikte wel een oplossing aan.

Very nice spacious room, comfortable bed. Modern design and spotlessly clean. Neat touch having binoculars in the room to view the historic buildings of Delft. Car parking was easy, always plenty of spaces and breakfast was a delight. Fridge and Aircon in the room helped with keeping cool. Possibly the best hotel we've ever used in Europe. The town of Delft around 20-25 minutes walk away .

avrei dovuto leggere meglio ma ha un microonde, un frigo e un lavabo, quindi "angolo cottura" è eccessivo (oltre a bollitore e nespresso). problemi con il microonde, aria condizionata non troppo regolabile. Problemi vari con sacchetti non svuotati e/o asciugamani non cambiati e in fine assenza di acqua un pomeriggio (immagino solo poche ore) ma nei giorni di caldo rientrare per farsi una doccia e non potersela fare non è "carino" (senza neanche essere stati avvisati) siamo stati sicuramente sfortunati ma direi troppe "cose negative" non mi permettono di dare un giudizio positivo.

По -перше, 20.07.2026 року готель зняв з мого рахунку 246,11 євро. При заселені мене знову попросили оплатити ту ж саму суму аргументуючи тим, що ті кошти які були зняті будуть повернути Букінгом впродовж 12 днів. Але ця сума і досі мені не була повернута. Приїхавши додому я зрозуміла, що кошти з картки зняв не букінг, а сам готель. Тобто я два рази заплатила за цей готель. По-друге, я не додивилась що завтрак в готелі коштує більше 100 євро. Тобто як проживання. При чому на завтраку була не свіжа випічка, і нічого такого, щоб за це переплачувати такі величезні кошти. Тому завтраки там не рекомендую.

Très joli studio, agréable et proche de Delft. Personnel agréable et serviable : ils nous ont aidé pour une réservation de restaurant et nous ont donné 2 verres.

Difficulté à régler la climatisation, coin cuisine peu équipé (pas de verres par exemple) et qu’un micro-ondes pour cuisiner

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und konnten entspannt in unseren Besuch in Delft und Den Haag starten. Die vorab für Freitag gemieteten Fahrräder bekamen wir kulanterweise schon für den Donnerstag Abend. Das Hotel liegt vor den Toren von Delft und unweit von der Autobahn. Tolle Betten - ruhige Zimmer - ein leckeres Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lies - hervorragend ! Wir kommen gern wieder um länger zu bleiben.

Perfecte ligging met gratis parkeerplaatsen met fiets op 5 minuten vanaf centrum Delft. Kamer prima alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Ontbijt heerlijk en zeer uitgebreid, personeel top en zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het eten in het hotel Het eten van het diner was in verhouding veel te duur. We kregen weinig te eten en was de hamburger niet goed, waardoor we ziek zijn geworden.

Breakfast is good and the rooms and very nice. You need to have a pool too, would make a big difference in the addition to the Sauna. Customer service was great too.

Personeel kan niet zo goed rekenen. Check, check dubbel check wat je moet betalen. Tot 2x terug moeten gaan om de baliemedewerkster te wijzen op een fout bedrag. Achteraf alsnog teveel betaald. De teveel in rekening gebrachte toeristenbelasting maar laten zitten. Op een bedrag van 90 euro is dat klein. Maar lekker zit het niet. Ben dan ook niet van plan om nog een keer dit hotel te boeken.

Ruime nette kamer met klimaatregeling. Hotel is goed met de auto te bereiken; geen parkeerkosten. Prima locatie als je de musical Willem van Oranje bezoekt. Delft centrum is op loopafstand, maar er is ook een shuttle.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night on our way through Delft but we really enjoyed the space. We were 5 (my husband and myself, our 5 year old, and our two young adult nieces). We stayed in a family room and it was perfect. The room was clean and had a ton of amenities. The hotel as a whole was immaculate, and they’d thought of everything. Check in was done online with digital keys which worked perfectly. They also had laundry that worked and actually dried our clothes! Would definitely stay here again.

Netjes en schoon. Ontbijt was vanaf 07:00 uur. Stond op de site maar dat had ik niet gelezen. Ik moest om 06:30 uur vertrekken. Er werd een ontbijtpakket aangeboden. Zeer goed, was alleen niet doorgegeven, dus geen ontbijtpakket helaas

Excellent location with modern facilities. Staff is fantastic and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well maintained. The hotel is within walking distance to Delft city center. I hope I don't spell the names wrong - Stef, Latisha, and Amina from the front desk do great job. Ladies taking care of breakfast always welcomed me and my team with smile. All in all...great hotel.

Dat ons op niet vriendelijke manier werd verteld dat we geen ontbijt konden eten ook al was het half acht , alles stond al zo goed als klaar Dit was echter 1 vrouw die onbeleefd was en wat meer opviel dat ze de hele week alleen maar liep te klagen Helaas maar dit is maar 1 persoon We hebben verder een zeer goed verblijf gehad en ander personeel was wel zeer behulpzaam

excellent ! reception is nice, the little girl who helps me to order dinner is really sweet, she saw i had a cough, then she prepared a cup of hot warter with Genger, then after i drunk that, really feel better, and i take the left genger back to room, and drink more , really great, i do not suffer from cough anymore the night and next day. all staff are professional, room is big, atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. fully recommend. if there could be hot/warm milk,then will be even better, the flavor of cold milk is far from the warm or hot milk. :)

Second stay here and it hasn't changed a bit. In that it is an excellent hotel to stay in. Cracking rooms, beds, facilities, staff, food etc. all brilliant.

Abgewohntes Zimmer, schmuddelige Wände, Teppich und Sofa. Hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, das Schlafsofa war nicht bezogen. Haben dann ein klappriges Bettgestell ins Zimmer geschoben bekommen, auf dem Niemand schlafen konnte. Für 350€ die Nacht eine Frechheit.

Schoon, genoeg ruimte, goed werkende airco en stil op de kamer.

I had room 528 which had plenty of space and a very comfortable bed, which was very enjoyable for me. Check in and check out was really easy as I had entered all my information online. The staff were also really friendly and pleasant.

Check in was extremely easy. The rooms were very clean and the toiletries provided were very good quality. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect and simple to adjust.

We asked for fresh towels as our room was not cleaned one day but they didn’t bring them. The next day the apologised profusely but we had already checked out.

Het ontbijt was ruim voldoende en van goede kwaliteit. Personeel attent en hulpvaardig. Het gebruikte diner was redelijk, enigszins "pittig". Kamer was ruim voldoende en van vele gemakken voorzien. De receptie heeft ons uitstekend geholpen.

Westcord Hotel Delft is a modern, newish hotel located just outside Delft City Central. It’s a very easy walk 10-15 minutes walk to Old Town and is adjacent to a very large park area with many walking and biking trails. Very large living room style relaxation areas in the lobby and on first floor. Wonderful breakfast buffet for every taste and I never had to ask for anything as it’s constantly replenished. The front desk staff is the most helpful, friendly, charming staff I’ve ever encountered. Lotte, our first human encounter here was so helpful and kind I have to mention her by name, but all the women at the front desk exhibited the desire to make us feel at home and were so very helpful. Although there isn’t much choice for dinner nearby, the hotel restaurant was quite good with an interesting menu. The service staff again was delightful and very considerate. The gym and sauna are first rate with many options for your exercise regimen. Both areas are beautifully maintained. I truly can’t find anything negative to say about the entire stay. Our stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The property is conveniently located near IKEA, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. We did note that it's not particularly close to the metro or downtown, so location preference may depend on your needs and how you're traveling. The room was spacious, pleasant, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing. What made our stay truly memorable was the thoughtful staff. We were genuinely touched by the beautiful decoration and personalized birthday card from trainee receptionist Lotte. Her attention to detail made our birthday celebration feel special. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for those with their own transportation.

Nice rooms, great to have a laundry, good gym, excellent breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Suggestions: please have bike helmets as an option when renting bikes. Very important for guests who value their brain cells. Good places to sit in common areas and use your laptop. Location: near a nice to walk (a forest). Bit far from center of Delft. No restaurants nearby, but hotel restaurant is good. For amusement, you can visit the giant IKEA store next door.

The inside is well-kept and stylish. Especially the lobby, including its seating and dinning areas, are large and inviting. The suite's Ikea furniture is incredibly practical and well thought-through, like the Bluetooth ceiling speakers. The Sauna and workout room on the fifth floor offered a nice view and spacious relaxation/fitness space.

Die geschmackvolle Gestaltung der Lobby im Delft Style ist sehr ansprechend. Alle Mitarbeitenden im Hotel sind äußerst aufmerksam hilfsbereit und freundlich. Fantastisch ist das Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse.

Zacht kussen en de airco werkte niet goed

Gute zentrale Lage direkt an Autobahn und dennoch sehr ruhig und sehr nah zum Ortskern Personal sehr freundlich.

Kostenlose Parkplätze waren viel zu wenig und Fahrradständer ebenfalls. Dies beides war groß beworben und daher unser Buchungsgrund. Wir hatten Angst um unsere neuen Fahrräder. Kaffeemaschine auf Zimmer ging nicht, Frühstück für 22€ unverschämt für die angebotenen Speisen. Es gab in Holland nur 2 Sorten Käse und kein Fisch, etc. Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und man hatte keinen Platz für Koffer oder wie andere Gäste den Rollator.

Despite the somewhat awkward location, next to an IKEA, I found the hotel to be really nice, clean, well-equipped and attentive staff. Nice trails for running in the immediate vicinity and a very good gym on the fifth floor were a bonus
