Lovely hotel with a very friendly staff. Lots of street parking nearby. Breakfast was very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Parking can be a little bit of a walk from the hotel during busy times but this cannot be helped and is no fault of the hotels.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Most important in my opinion.

Shower, not possible to regulate the water....extremely hot or cold....15 mins trying to balance it... Wiffi connection very weak

The property has an excellent location, just a short walk to the sea front, with ocean views. The room was very clean with en suite facilities. The host was not doing breakfast as slightly out of season, but provided a range of complimentary cereals and breakfast bars, as well as teas , coffee and hot chocolate.

Stairs to all rooms may be difficult for some people.

He reserves parking places outside the hotel for guests. He made us a breakfast despite it being after 10am as we had been to the Parkrun.

Exceptionally clean throughout the whole hotel. Our room had everything we needed. An en-suite shower with sink, and tea/coffee making facilities within the room. Bed was very comfortable, fresh smelling bedding and clean throughout. We had the sea view room which was nice and spacious. The host made breakfast which was delicious, (especially the sausages) we could help ourselves to tea/coffee, or fresh juices and an array of herbal teas. The host made a real effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Next time we visit great yarmouth we will definitely come back here. Highly recommended. 10 out of 10

Booked a deluxe room, as it was a very windy day the wind whistled through the door casing a noise, the curtain had a rip in it so didn’t look the best, but it was only short overnight stay for me. I would have preferred if there was an earlier start time for breakfast but thankfully my next location was only 10 minutes from the guest house so I could have breakfast at 8am

The owner Emilian was very friendly and helpful . Took our case to the room and saves parking spaces outside. Room very clean and comfortable. Tea and coffee with kettle and a hair dryer in room also. Nice cooked breakfast with other options available if wanted. Small selection of cakes and biscuits , tea & coffee available 24hrs if you want them.Good location for all Great Yarmouth has to offer. Overall a very nice & pleasant place to stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely stay in Great Yarmouth We paid £230 for three nights, including bed and breakfast, which we thought was great value for money. The breakfast was lovely, very nice and filling, with plenty of other choices available if you didn’t fancy a cooked breakfast. 🥓🍳 The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Emilio, the host, was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even nicer. There were also plenty of car parking spaces available outside, which was a bonus. The location was great too — within walking distance of the town and the seafront. 🌊 During our stay we also took a day trip to Sheringham and Cromer, and spent a few hours in Great Yarmouth enjoying the lovely beach. 🏖️ And of course, there’s a Wetherspoons in Great Yarmouth… which is always a good thing! 😂🍻 Overall, we had a really enjoyable three-night stay and would definitely recommend it. ❤️ Thanks karen and paul ❤️

We were a little disappointed we didn't get the room we requested especially as it was our 50th wedding anniversary and we had booked early in February, but overall we enjoyed our stay and will visit again and hopefully not be on the top floor as we are both in our seventies and it is a few too many stairs to climb

The location is excellent, the room was really spacious for a B&B and was overlooking the seafront. Breakfast was nice and there was a spread 24/7 incase you get a bit peckish or thirsty, which is a great touch. Also, we had lost our charger and the owner came right upstairs with one for us to borrow! Excellent customer service. And free parking!

The only criticism, is that the walls are thin, but I think this is always to be expected at a B&B, so it didn't bother us really.

The location is excellent just a few minutes from the beach. Good value for money with a very friendly and helpful host who let us check in early. There is free parking outside.

Location was great. Very clean sea view room. Host was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good - basically help yourself to everything (toast, tea, coffee, jam, cereals, etc) and the host brought out breakfast of two sausages, two decent slices of bacon, two large fried eggs and baked beans. All really tasty. Parked up very close by a good few hours before check-in.

The hot running water in our room was just a trickle, but we were only there for one night so not too much of a problem. Didn't use the shower, but it looked nice and clean.

We had a 2 night stay in the Taunton hotel, then another 5 nights. The 2 rooms we had were very nice. Comfortable beds. A good working shower, which is always a bonus. It was near the attractions of great Yarmouth, just a few minutes walk.

We booked a room with a sea view and indeed thats what we got. The owner, manages the Hotel on his own was very good, helpful and really went out of his way to help make our stay as good as possible. He even helped take our holiday cases up to the top floor. At all times he did a great job. everything clean and tidy. Well cooked breakfast with toaster avaiable and the usual jams and butter etc supplied. We had our own perculator so avoided the nescafe instant coffee : but otherwise all ok. Short walk to beach area and enough restaurants, Indian and fish n chips nearby :)

I don't eat cooked breakfast, so it was just cereal for me, but there was a nice choice with a variety of things to choose from , lots of tea and coffee and toast if wanted.

Although my room was a double room, it was very small on compact. Luckily I was on my own, but if I had of been there with my husband, I think it would have been a little bit of a tight fit!

The cleanliness and comfort of the room. The owner was friendly and professional. Plenty of choice of breakfast items both hot and cold and lots of different teas and coffees.

There was nothing to improve on for me.

Can’t answer that because when we arrived there was no one there. We stood outside trying to gain access in the pouring rain. Worst experience ever. All the contact numbers were unobtainable. I was so upset that I was crying 😂. We then had to go to other hotels asking if they had any vacancies. We couldn't get in touch with anyone. They rang us really late at night asking where we were staying so he could bring us a bottle of wine I said no thank you. I was disgusted. No compensation nothing. Couldn't get in touch with booking.com till the next day by email.

Very friendly clean, nice comfortable beds, nice touch that you can help yourself to tea ,coffee, cakes,24 hours aday, as well as having tea coffee and kettle in your room ,nice breakfast lots of choice,owner works hard and does everything himself,and is helpful and friendly.the property is only a road away from the beach, so great location, only thing I think would be helpful is a hot water ern, as can only fill the kettle up in dining room, when owner is around to take it to his kitchen, so that would be time saving for all and constant water. Toilet rolls ,sugar coffee tea and milk for your rooms are left so you can help yourself.

The host was friendly and check in was simple. Breakfast was good limited choice of cooked breakfast but fine for what we wanted. The hotel was clean and comfortable for the night we stayed. It also had lots of free parking available on the road outside.

Really friendly guy. To say he runs the place single handed he does an amazing job. He welcomed us on arrival and carried bags to our room. Homes cooked breakfast was delicious with plenty on offer toast,juices,cereals,fruits Jams,honey,tea,coffee hotcholate and cakes free to help your self at all times.

The squeaky bathroom door 🤣 and the little fan beside the bed could be little cleaner.

The hotel was in a prime location in GY, with free parking along the road of the hotel (when we arrived, there were lots of spaces). The man that checked us in was extremely polite and cheery! The room we had was exactly what I expected. It was clean, cool and had everything we might need for a stay. The bed was really comfortable and passed the usual bedbug check - the mattress looked almost new! The bathroom while small, was clean and had rolls of toilet roll supplied with shampoo & body wash! The man that checked us in explained there were snacks downstairs that we could eat anytime should we need to. We sadly didn’t have time to stay for breakfast, but there were a good few people in there eating and the same man that checked us in checked us out, just as cheery and polite as before. When we come back to GY next year, we will be staying here, as it actually exceed my expectations.

I really don’t think I could find anything I didn’t like and if I HAD to find something, it would be instead of tetley tea, use Yorkshire tea in the rooms. Even then, that’s not a negative just a personal preference.

What a great find, the host was so accommodating. We arrived early hoping to leave our bags; the room was ready so we were given the keys early. Requested the Seaview which we got right at the top of the property. The room was great, private shower and separate private wc. Tea and coffee and are available all day for free and theres a lovely dinning area for you to sit in. Tea and coffee facilities also in the room. The breakfast has a good range of as much cereal, toast as you like and a fried breakfast We will definitely be back.

Too many stairs & no lifts. The outside steps into the property were steep & there was no handrails to help which was difficult as I walk with a cane. Also the English breakfast, there was no menu we were just told what was being cooked there was no choice.

To be super critical, although the rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean they would benefit from a little by a slight upgrade.
