Location was spot on with plenty of parking and disabled access. The staff are fantastic exceptionally helpful Andrew Jody,Sarah along with the rest of the team really aim to make your stay a good one.

We we're in a front room and got quite a bit of road noise.

Location was perfect, parking on site was great. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very nice - freshly made and super hot!

Our room was a little dated and the shower wasn’t great - could do with modernising to make the stay much better.

The bedroom mugs were not clean, so I was unable to have a tea or coffee in my room. I tried cleaning them but I think it had been a while since they were clean so it didn’t come off.

Hair in bed sheets. Tree branch rubbing the window all night making a loud pitch noise. Dusty room fittings. Wheel chairs blocking fire escape route. On departure, reception did not ask how my stay was or if everything was ok.

We loved everything about the whole property all the staff were exceptional and offered to take our bags to the room very clean and the bed very comfortable also the food menu looked really reasonable value. We had a breakfast which was lovely and you didn't have to stick to the breakfast menu, you could make your own breakfast adding what you like or dislike. The bar was lovely and the opening hours were very good. The big bonus for me that there was a lift and I found it disabled friendly and a really good location will definitely be going back hopefully sometime later this year.

The location is perfect, centrally located and close to all amenities, with beach a 2 minute walk. the room was spacious, and very clean. The breakfasts were cooked to perfection and great value. The manager and staff Sara and Jody couldn't have been any more helpful.

The staff where very friendly couldnt do enough for us... room was cleaned everyday unless stated otherwise. We booked an extra.night due to how much we enjoyed our stay thankyou

The shower was not great. It's a shame we did not get a Seaview as requested. But would recommend and stay again.

Shower was freezing cold, no hot water. Had to wash with a flannel because I couldn’t have a shower. You hear every noise and bang within the property. Doors are not properly sealed so every draft makes the door bang. Shower curtain was filthy. Despite check-out being 11am, we had the reception staff using a key to open our room at 10:30am when we were getting dressed. He said they didn’t have the room as “occupied” on their system. Not acceptable for £116 for 1 night.

Top room we had sloping ceiling so hubby had to bend down to get into bed and shower

Surprisingly good! And very friendly! Got upgraded to a sea view room, and we had a drink in the bar and on day of check out the guy allowed us to leave the car in the car park whole we went the day at Yarmouth and said we could leave it there as long as possible. (Very greatful) Shower room was amazing and room was very clean in general. We would 100% stay here again

My breakfast of Alpen and toast was fine, not much you can do wrong with that. My partners full English breakfast was swimming in oil. Not very nice at all. She couldn't eat it

Short stroll to seafront. Check in excellent. Staff really polite and helpful. Plenty of parking. Wetroom was great!

Room was extremely hot. We did get provided with a fan but didn't help much. Got woken up by a thudding sound during the night which turned out to be music from lap dancing club opposite.

Basically we got what we paid for. The Bonus was The Parking. The Staff were willing to help, Two of them, showed a Good level, of helping us, on afew requests. The Level of Security on site as Good.

The Shower room was basic but clean, could of done with a wet mat for the shower, and racking to put the shower Gel etc, on (Instead of on the floor). There was a lack of instructions, of how to use The Shower, but the shower was nice and warm, without problems.

Great staff, and well kept throughout. Only things that let it down a little we're the quality of the breakfast (cheap OJ - seemingly watered down, not the greatest quality of sausages, etc.; not great given the price), the soggy ultra soft mattress, and a shower curtain that eats you alive whilst attempting to shower.
