Breakfast was perfect every day rooms comfy and constantly topped up with coffees and milk. good location with lovely sea views from our rooms

Only thing I missed was having somewhere to sit at night would have been nice to be able to sit in the dining room to play cards etc as our single rooms were too small

Great location, lovely breakfast cooked to order. Glad we got one of the on site parking spots. Lovely to be able to sit in the room by the window and look at the sea view.

Suzanna is a very pleasant host, the sea view is also good and the breakfast excellent. The chance of a parking space is an added bonus.

Space is a bit limited, but as expected. The bathroom and shower cubicle are a bit cramped, the wash hand basin is also tiny, inevitably given the room size.

If you like shopping then it's a bit of a walk but on the other hand It overlooks the bay so if you like walking it's ideal. Very accommodating and friendly propriator. No negatives - all positives.

Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Room was perfect and the Seaview was amazing of Scarborough castle just to the right. The full English breakfast was very nice too would definitely recommend this place to anyone and free parking 😀

The breakfasts were lovely and freshly cooked. The owner_/manager and Simon( who makes the best scrambled eggs) were really friendly and helpful.

The bedroom was at the top of the stairs,high up. It was very small, sea view there but small window that couldn't be seen from the bed. Very suitable for 1 fit person. Bathroom clean but dated. No contact from the owner so unsure of how we get in? Keypad. Would choose a bigger bedroom lower down.

There was noise from adjacent rooms because the walls are thin, but this is only a problem if other guests are noisy. This only affected one of my nights' stay.

This was one of the best value stays I've ever had. Room,view,breakfast just brilliant. General store nearby too if you need anything. Room was big, cosy and shower so easy to use. The £7.50 breakfast was amazing value for money, the dining room was so busy.

Fabulous welcome, friendly and efficient. Room and facilities are superb, lots of little extras such as the mini fridge, bottled water, luxury biscuits, coffee machine. Bed super clean and super comfy. Tower fan. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Perfectly placed for North Bay events. Our 2nd time staying at Leeway.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and homely. It had everything I needed, was clean and has a brilliant view. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Scarborough.

The only minor issue was I struggled to connect to the WiFi.

The breakfast was very good my room was lovely and so was the view there was comical pictures all round the Hotel in every room and the dinning room aswell they made you smile

The leeway was a great place to stay, the lady was very helpful, the room, I stayed in the single Seaview room was spotlessly clean, the fridge and fan was a great addition. The bed was very comfortable. And the views from my window were magnificent. I sat every morning watching the sun Rise . The train station is a short 15 min walk away. I didn't order the breakfast but wished I had. The leeway is situated in a quiet area of Scarborough on the north bay .but close to parks , the sealife centre and the little train . If your looking for a good place to stay look no further.

Lovely B&B a nice surprise there was a fridge in the room also a very efficient fan both very welcome as a hot day . Superb breakfast at a very reasonable price also a walk in shower that suited as we are elderly .

There is a lot of stairs so you need to be reasonably fit you can request a low floor on booking . You are on the sea front but quite a walk to the theatre fun fair ect .

Lovely breakfast. I do prefer fried mushrooms. Plenty of real butter and marmalade. I chose not to have hash browns as I don't like them and still searching for a fried breakfast with fried bread. Lovely lady very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Lovely sea view.

Not keen on microwaved mushrooms and maybe a cloudtopper as bed a little hard but thats just my preference

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The room came with a small fridge complete with milk and bottled water. The coffee machine was an unexpected treat.

The Twin room was spacious, spotlessly clean. Furniture in room was beautiful quality wood. Tea and coffee ,fridge a bottle water was great. The towels were of really lovely quality. The full English breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Our stay was lovely, would definitely stay here again. The owner was lovlely and friendly.....

The hotel was super clean and the room was really comfortable with a lovely view out to sea. Suzanna was very welcoming.

Location is fantatic. View from the room was amazing. Size of the room wasn't massive but more than enough for the budget room. Parking was easy, we turned up later so there wasn't space in the carpark but on road parking right outside with a visitors permit available if needed.

Only downside was the shower could've been slightly more powerful. Water temperature was great though.
