Great location will definitely stay again

Easy access on arrival great location the apartment was loverly and clean free wi fi the bed was very comfortable everything you needed. across the road was the sea not far to shopping centre there also an open top bus which you can go to the other side of harbour enjoyed are stay will definitely come again

The location was gorgeous and central, beautiful sea views and most the facilities were lovely and clean.

Our shower cut off and we had no water at all mid shower, I had to literally use several pots of water to clean, which obviously wasn't a good experience and quite embarrassing. We understand limits but no where was this mentioned, and for the money, - a two person, five day stay we would have expected a lot more, When it did work, the shower went from ice cold to lukewarm at best, very disappointed considering the premium price.

Facilities were amazing. The decor was stunning and we loved our stay. Location put us exactly the perfect walking distance from harbour and beach.

Oven gloves would of been fab. Parking was well managed with the scratch card but was the only thing that took this from being a 10/10 review. Sorry, I know there isn’t anything you can change about it and the system works you just might have to loop a few times for a space.

Lovely room. Had everything we needed for our two night stay. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Sea view was amazing

Shower head is far too heavy for the bracket, so it just points down to the floor. Not the best way of getting showered, but just needs a smaller/lighter shower head. Pillows were a bit flat. Could do with nice plump pillows.

Compact but comfortable studio flat with superb views. Clean and well equipped.

I told you it was for my mum and dad’s special 40th anniversary and you said you would do something complimentary but noting was done.

Lovely view of the north beach including the castle. Comfortable lounge/kitchen/dining area, all in excellent condition. We both slept well.

My wife found the two internal room doors difficult to open due to them being fire doors and having auto closing arms. The bathroom door was ok. This was a minor issue.

Amazing sea view. Well located. Small but had everything we needed for a short stay. Bed was a good size and very comfortable. Very clean and well presented.

Bought the parking permit but could not get parked on the first night. All the streets where we could use it were full so had to pay to park in a nearby car park. Did get a space the next day. Not the owners fault, I believe there were 2 concerts on at the open air theatre but a little annoying.

Was so clean the staff was amazing very polite couldn’t have been any better even let us come check in early because our first hotel was a absolute disaster and nightmare we booked this one for the night after and it was amazing

The apartment was clean and spacious the sea view was lovely friendly staff it wasn't far from amenities the bed was very comfy there was welcome tea and coffee

The property was very clean and tidy, access was easy. The hosts were superb and very helpful.

The on street parking wasn't good the roads were narrow and there were very few spaces making parking near the accommodation very difficult.

Mooi uitzicht op de baai in het noorden (en rustigere deel) van Scarborough (de zuidelijke baai is een grote kermis). Om naar naar het water te lopen moet je iets van 50-100 afdalen over paadjes. Strand en kasteel zijn op loopafstand. Parkeren ging via een parkeerkaart (vergunning) die in het sleutelkastje lag. Anders is het overdag blauwe zone (twee uur parkeren). Dit ging goed al is het na 19:00 wel drukker en dus lastiger een parkeerplek te vinden (maar wij hebben altijd voor de deur kunnen staan). Appartement is compleet.

Uncomfortable pillows on bed no extractor fan in toilet only one rail on steps to property

The apartment was Exceptionally clean throughout, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like home from home. The communication between ourselves and the owners was great.. Walking distance to the North and South bays were simple. There is a local shop around the corner. Amazing views of the seafront. There is not closing time to get back in it's come and go as you please. I would totally recommend staying here. We are looking at booking to stay here again next year

Clean apartment with all you need inside for a long weekend or week away, quite place from all who we're stopping there. Clear and essy instructions upon arrival for check in. Great location for a 15min in to town and views from the front outside. You can buy a parking ticket for your stay when you check in.

Great area but can be tricky parking. Could probably do with bigger bath towels, other than that, great place

Lots of stairs, bit of a hike for us oldies

The apartment was in a quiet location but still close to shops and restaurants. It was clean,bright and very quite, we didn't hear hardly any noise from our neighbours.

Everything was good apart from being asked to clean all work surfaces in the apartment with the cleaning products provided. I can't recall reading that in the details before booking. It still wouldn't put me off from staying again, as we always leave accommodation in a tidy manor.

Very good location and definitely a sea view, good kitchenette with an oven, comfortable bed and a small built in wardrobe with plenty coat hangers, clean and functional studio to stay in

Lack of privacy unless close curtains. Cloakroom sink in bathroom messy to use. Had to pay extra for street parking permit in cash.. £10….. Clean and functional but for price expected better quality towels and soft furnishings…

The property was very clean and well maintained. We had a very small problem with the bathroom plug. We reported it and within ten minutes it was sorted. Excellent service. Everything was newly decorated and modern. All you needed for a great stay.

Its all a bit basic was expecting deluxe as advertised. For example teas/coffees/milk sachets in the style of premier inn, empty fridge, small scratchy towels, poorly working electric shower, no welcome or recommendations pack, rules before arrival a bit unfriendly although very clear, dusty plastic plants as unwanted in every charity shop. Its a top floor bedsit with an amazing view just not deluxe penthouse.

It was a great location infront of the sea. The place was very clean and easy to locate inside and outside.

The shower was not the best, constant temperature change from very hot to very cold. we wish we could of known which apartment we were staying in compared to the photos.

Shower was a trickle and not in keeping with the standard of other facilities in the room . Also pictures on site are misleading and do not show the specific apartment you are booking.

Very clean, modern room with a clear sea view. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Great communication from the owners, making check in and parking so easy.

There is nothing to dislike.

The apartment was beautiful and cozy. It was perfect to spend some quality time with a beautiful view. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and had a good rest. The place is quiet and well heated during the cold weather. The host made sure we were fully equipped and prepared in advance our permit parking which was really thoughtful and handy for us as we did not have to worry about the parking. We highly recommend this place.

Modern technology. Modern decor very nicely fitted out very clean. Three beautifully large windows which was great for the view and made the room feel very spacious and airy.
