部分员工，特别是餐厅的员工，对亚洲顾客有明显的歧视态度，第一晚抵达时间较晚，前台员工提醒我们周围的餐厅营业时间将止，我们选择就在酒店餐厅就餐。有一个白人服务生，提醒我们下一次就餐，不能穿短裤和拖鞋进餐厅，我们认为是礼貌的，并未在意。第二天早餐，我们正常早餐时，因为用不锈钢勺子舀酸奶时发出了声音，同一位服务生示意打搅到其他客人了。但是，同样的情况和行为，其他白人顾客并没有被提醒。而且，餐厅里服务生收拾餐具的声音比我们发出的大得多，也没有觉得打搅到顾客了。特别是，还有其他族裔的顾客在餐厅里大声喧哗和说笑，也未被提醒。这种区别对待，使我们觉得很不舒服，希望你们管理层能够对类似的事情提高警惕，避免类似事情对酒店声誉的影响！

Отель и его расположение просто класс, с парковки к отелю и назад привозит и отвозит машина отеля, сервис отличный, завтрак был супер, в целом остались просто шикарные впечатления для всей семьи, рекомендую.

There was a beautiful view to the lake.

we were accomodated in a different building, so we had to walk to the main building for breakfast or check in and out. but it was a 5 minutes long nice walk and we always had help with the luggages.

Our room was beautiful in the front of the hotel with a gorgeous view of the lake. There was no air conditioning but that didn't matter because we could open the windows and have a lovely breeze.

المبنى لا يوجد فيه مصعد، فقد كان الصعود للغرفة بالطابق الثالث متعب نوعاً ما، أيضاً الفطور لم يكن متنوع بشكل كافي، ولم يكن يوضح الأطعمة الحلال من غيرها، السعر نوعاً ما كان مرتفع مقارنة بالخدمات والغرفة.

Poca chiarezza sul trasporto con le diverse navette, siamo rimasti a piedi due volte sotto l'acqua per navetta errata nonostante fosse vuota.

Its location was wonderful!

Some of the restaurant staff were not very friendly. We were going to have dinner, but didn’t have reservations. When we told the guy we didn’t have reservations, he just pointed to the side and told us to wait there. Not very friendly about it. We went elsewhere even though we were guests at the hotel.

We LOVED our stay at Heritage Hotel Hallstatt! We stayed in Haus Seethaler in a Superior Double room. It was the most picturesque, stunning hotel room we have ever stayed in. The location is jdeal in Hallstatt, and the breakfast included is lovely. It was great to be able to sit in our room and still enjoy the beautiful Hallstatt views while escaping the daytime crowds.

The shower wasn’t working properly, so every time we took a shower, the bathroom floor got completely wet. The hotel could use some renovation as well.

The Hallstatt itself is a paradise, so any view there is astonishing . But Heritage hotel really do have wonderful rooms with lake view, the breakfast and generally the food at the restaurant is very tasty (make sure to try a salmon for breakfast) and they have a service that brings your luggage to and from the rooms to reception building (which is 30 seconds away from ferry station).

Hallstatt’taki konaklamamız için Heritage Hotel’ı tercih ettik ve gerçekten harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Kainz binasında, göl manzaralı odamızda olağanüstü güzel bir gece geçirdik. Göl manzarası ve Hallstatt’ın büyüleyici atmosferi, konaklamamızı unutulmaz kıldı. Odada kettle bulunmaması bizim için hiç sorun olmadı. Resepsiyon alanında günün her saati sıcak ve soğuk su alabileceğimiz bir musluğun bulunması oldukça güzel ve düşünceli bir detaydı. Odadaki çaylar çok güzeldi; L’Occitane banyo ürünleri de konaklamaya ayrı bir kalite ve incelik katıyordu. Sabah kahvaltısı ise gerçekten muhteşemdi. Lezzeti, çeşitliliği ve göl manzarası eşliğindeki atmosferiyle güne harika başladık.

Breakfast was good. The room had lake view. Reception staff was supportive. Pulling luggage uphill was difficult, their help was really appreciated.

Mám zde sice psát co se líbilo, ale ubytování bylo průměrné. Oceňujeme spíše celkový dojem z lokality.

Myslim že postele zvl. matrace mají to nejlepší za sebou. Jsou nepohodlné. Koupelna byla poměrně hodně vlhká, ale naštěstí se měnily ručníky denně.

It was very conveniently located, it was clean, comfortable, and the staff was incredible. In addition, their on-site restaurant was fantastic. We never got a bad meal…whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was, they have this odd rule that during dinner, all GUESTS of the hotel had to wear close-toed shoes and while women could wear anything, men had to wear long pants. OK that’s fine. But then, they would let people who were NOT guests eat at the restaurant and they could wear whatever they wanted! So, 80% of the men were there in flip-flops and shorts, BUT since I was a guest, I had to go up to my room and change into long pants and closed toed shoes. It just didn’t seem to make very good sense.

Good location but it comes with a price of needing shuttle from parking to hotel. Shuttle experience was very bad with the driver not wanting to make a trip and finding excuses to avoid a trip. Suite room is not really a suite - this are two connected rooms with no separate area for sitting down. Breakfast has only one coffee machine that results in wait time to get coffee.

We are so excited to be in the beautiful town of Hallstat and have booked Heritage hotel. But sorry to say we have been waiting in the parking lot for 40 mins and there is no way we can be transported to the hotel. The town shuttle refused and the hotel has been not very cooperative. Been very frustrating and not good brand for the town and the hotel

Thank you Ms Nicole as she has recommended the cave and five fingers and we’ve had a wonderful day! She was so nice to remind us taking jackets so that we can fully enjoy the journey!

It wasn’t air-conditioned, so it was extremely hot at night and I couldn’t sleep. The fan was also very weak—it barely circulated any air, which made the room even more uncomfortable.

渡し舟に近い場所と思って予約しましたが、ここのホテルは３棟あるらしく、私たちが案内されたのはかなり高台の方でしかも３階でした。チェックイン時はスタッフが荷物を運んでくれましたが、チェックアウト時は自分たちで下ろさねばなりませんでした。これがかなりハードです。渡し舟の場所から部屋までは10分ぐらいあると思います。高いお金を払って予約したのに、正直話が違うと感じました。 また、バスタブがあったのはいいのですが水は茶色です。アフリカ大陸でもここまで茶色なことはないと思います。値段に見合ってないし、Booking.comでの地図表記を変えるべきです。

Awful experience with a staff not polite and not friendly at all. We have been victim of discrimination from the restaurant manager who has clearly not his place in a restaurant. I would like to be contacted by the hotel owner to explain clearly what happened and have this man fired.

Beautiful view for the lake.

The hotel itself is quite nice, but the overall experience was disappointing. The biggest issue is the parking. Having to leave your car about 1.5 km away from the hotel and walk through the entire town with large, heavy suitcases is extremely inconvenient. Although there is a shuttle service every 30 minutes, we waited but it never arrived. We politely asked several times if we could at least drive to the hotel for a few minutes to unload our luggage, but every request was refused. No assistance with transporting our bags was offered. The room furniture is quite old and could use an update. The bathroom is also poorly designed, as the glass shower screen is far too small, causing water to splash all over the floor every time you take a shower. Another major issue was the water pressure and temperature, which constantly changed from very hot to very cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Overall, the hotel has potential, but these issues significantly affected our stay.

The hotel is near the most popular photo point. We could enjoy the wonderful view of the lake in our room. The staff were nice and they offered us great tourist information and we had an amazing experience in Hallstatt.

Этот отель очень понравился. Он старом здании, но в этом городке все здания старинные. Наш номер был в основном корпусе. Отличный ресторан, где вечером вкусно поужинали, отличное меню, всё вкусно приготовлено и очень приятное обслуживание, оплата картой, что в этом городке далеко не везде. Автомобиль оставили на парковке номер 1, цена за сутки 20 евро с оплатой в кассе стоянки при выезде. От парковки следует бесплатный шаттл до центра, практически до самого отеля. На обратный путь на ресепшене нам забронировали места в этом шаттле, забрали прямо от двери. Имейте в виду, что у отеля три корпуса на расстоянии около 100 метров друг от друга, а стойка регистрации и ресторан для завтрака есть только в главном корпусе. Из других корпусов нужно идти на завтрак в главный. Мы при бронировании попросили заселить нас в главный корпус и нашу просьбу любезно удовлетворили. В целом, впечатления от отеля самые приятные. Всем рекомендую!

We booked a Family Room for our family of four, which was a very short walk from the main building. The room was simply perfect—flawlessly designed and extremely clean. We also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant, so dining was never an issue for us. A special thanks to the team for the birthday surprise! We had requested something small for my 8-year-old daughter, and they brought out a lovely little cake with a candle during dinner. The staff was so polite and always smiling. Also, even though we stayed in a very old, historic building, the comfort was top-notch. There was no dampness or dust at all, which you sometimes worry about with older buildings. We were so happy with our experience and will definitely be coming back to stay here again

Turistfælde. Priserne ude af proportioner - pris og kvalitet hænger ikke helt sammen. Hotel og restauranter udnytter de mange turister. At en portion brød, med hjemmelavet smør, lidt grøntsager og oliven til € 4,9/person er obligatorisk til aftensmaden er dårlig stil. Er aldrig blevet bedt om at betale 38 kroner for lidt ekstra brød til et måltid. Lidt blandet oplevelse med personalet på hotellet - nogle er meget service mindede, andre er ikke. Generelt virker mange af de erhvervsdrivende som om de er trætte af turister.

Fantastic hotel in Hallstatt! Location was excellent, walking distance to everything as the hotel we stayed in was in the center of town. There are three properties. The view from our room was outstanding! Restaurant was so good we ate their twice. Staff was helpful, spoke decent English and was able to help us w/ questions. There are no cars allowed so if you rent a car you will park at a lot outside of the town and their shuttle will bring you in. The room size was great for two people.

No A/C in the rooms. The rooms are very large but have no character. The bed was okay not great. Good size for a family of four if you are traveling w/ a couple of kids. Overall the hotel is a great and met all of our needs while we were there.

We visited Heritage Hotel to celebratw our first year with my girlfriend. We stayed in Haus Kainz - the main building. The staff was very friendly, we have felt very welcome. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Service was definitely on-point. Definitely recommended!

Az étterem abszolút tökéletes figyelmes dolgozókkal Máténak külön köszönet a figyelmességéért. Pozitívum még a szoba terasza.

Sajnos a hotel egy különálló épületében volt a szállásunk ahol közvetlen személyzet nem volt. Egy ilyen szállodában elvárt lenne a klíma ehelyett volt egy régi kis asztali ventilátor ami szinte semmit nem segített.

The location was excellent, as it was just at the doorstep of the boat arrival. We were given a room accessible by lift as requested and with a view that was just so amazing! Though we were a little early for check in, however the staff helped by giving us our room as soon as it was ready. Breakfast was lovely too and overall, our stay and experience at Hallstatt had been wonderful.

Room rate was pretty high, but it was worth the stay, the view, service and overall experience.

Alles was ok. Alleen kamer was relatief eenvoudig en prijs v 350,- per nacht lag in mijn beleving iets teveel uit elkaar.

You don't necessarily get to stay in the main hotel they have two other places to stay , both away from the main one,so you have to walk through the village to go for breakfast, there is a shuttle to and from the hotel on arrival and departure, but don't think you can just turn up with your bags and go there is a schedule apparently, we checked out and walked to the carpark to save waiting around, disappointed on arrival to find blood on our bedding , but this was quickly resolved, room was ok but needed some dusting, view did overlook the lake but no air con just a fan, overpriced for not being in the main hotel, breakfast was good, buffet , car parking is limited so get there early on arrival day, tourists start arriving by 8am, it costs €19 a day if you stay over, with hotel discount button on ticket machine you must get a ticket and keep with you for exiting

1.can't arrive with the car to the hotel need to take shuttle from the parking place. 2..there is no air conditioning in the room, was impossible to sleep and stay. 3.The towels she looks more than 25 YO. 4.The l9bby and reception cl9se shut off the place from 21:00,without notice it was difficult to find the alternative way to get back to the rooms.

We stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic location with stunning view of the lake. We booked a junior suite. The room was spacious and had a walk in shower. Clean room. Some Breakfast staff very cold. Boiled eggs on the buffet was very runny not boild at all. Had to request 3 times to get a proper boiled egg. Surely the Chef should be aware how to cook a simple boiled egg. Had dinner at the restaurant one night. Food was average. The staff including the Man in charge were not friendly or welcoming. The restaurant displayed a board saying the closing time as 10 pm and kitchen close at 9.00 pm. We approached the Manager around 5.30pm at the restaurant and requested for a reservation to be made at 8pm. we were told in a rude way it was too late to have at that time. So we had to adjust our reservation at 7.30pm. Surely when the restaurant is closing at 10pm I cannot understand why a reservation cannot be accommodated at 8pm. At dinner we requested a carafe of red wine for two of us. The guy who served our table came and just put the carafe on our table with 2 glasses and walked away without poring the wine in our glasses. Never experienced such a poor service at a hotel. Surely People in Hospitality industry should know how to treat guests and provide a simple service by poring a drink in the glasses. Reception staff friendly. We did mention about the poor restaurant service to the receptionist. Hope the management takes these feedback to improve the service. On our remaining stay at the Hotel we never had dinner at this Restaurant.

besonders gefallen hat die super schöne Lage und das Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den See ... die Bereitstellung von Regenschirmen .... Das Bedienpersonal war äußerst aufmerksam ... Zimmerreinigung auch sehr zuverlässig

Frühstück und Speisenangebot war im großen und ganzen gut , doch bei längerem Aufenthalt - wie es bei uns der Fall war- ein bißchen eintönig , keine Abwechslung der Speisen und beim Frühstück hätte es auch mal "Eier-Variationen" oder mehr Kuchenangebot sein können ... der Wunsch nach einem schön angerichteten Tisch zum Frühstück wegen des Geburtstages vom Partner (86 Jahre) wurde zwar aufgenommen und im Buch vermerkt, jedoch tatsächlich außer Acht gelassen an dem besagten Tag! Auch hinsichtlich Unterstützung bei Erreichbarkeit des Hotels zu frühabendlicher Stunde hätten wir uns etwas mehr Kompetenz und Service gewünscht, weil die Busse ab 19.00Uhr nicht mehr verkehren - so durften wir uns selbst durchschlagen über Verbindungen ab Bad Ischl bis Hallstatt und dann noch ein Taxi beauftragen - Serviceleistungen, die ich mir beim Anruf im Hotel von dieser Stelle erhofft hatte!

Our family of four arrived early, and Simon was most welcoming--he embodies the best and sets the standard for what "great" looks like in the hospitality industry. Although our room was not yet ready, we were offered an upgrade to a room that was an unexpected but wonderful surprise. We felt treated to the best and enjoyed unwinding, seeing the charming and beautiful town, and exploring the historic sites from this exceptional hotel which is the center of town. We also enjoyed the sauna--so much so that everyone wished we were able to stay longer to enjoy it again. We absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone. We hope to be back again.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights. Hotel is right next to the boat jetty. Check in was smooth and pleasant kudos to Elena . house keeping staff efficient and had a smile . The Restaurant staff ( dinner) need to learn to smile 😃. The service in the restaurant is average food menu needs uplifting. The second and third day had dinner at the adjacent hotel (Seehotel) food and service was excellent. And service with a smile 😃..
