Very good location, quiet and peaceful and still close to the town centre. Very clean and the food was good too

Everything was great the only minor hiccup was the slow internet connection which might have been an area thing.

The bungalow we booked was very comfortable, clean and quiet. We had very relaxing vacations at Notos Heights. The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist.

The variety of breakfast could be larger and some drinks were bit pricey.

Very nice and big pool, cheap bar next to it as well. Matrasses were comfortable. Good location if you want to go out.

Could be a bit cleaner. Housekeeping didn’t really do anything and always came in too early when we were still sleeping.

Facilities were great! And food was delicious! The rooms were beautiful and got cleaned every day. Reception staff were lovely and super helpful and special shout out to Lazarus in the restaurant/bar who went above and beyond. They even helped me with a 6am pick up/transfer.

10 minute walk from Malia. 20-30 mins from a lot of the nice beaches ect. Malia is very party which I didn’t realise. Also sometimes heard people still partying at hotel at 3-4am

We loved the very polite and always smiling and helpful hotel crew. The surrounding areas were amazing, the pool and the bar but also the spacious parking in the hotel. The room was very spacious, beds were amazingly comfortable and cleaning service was provided everyday. Breakfast was OK. Without the slight inconveniences mentioned below this would be a 10 out of 10 for us. We would definitely stay again in this place when we visit Malia again, highly recommended!

We felt the lightning in the room could be improved, especially in the toilet, where it felt really dark. Additionally, there was no mosquito cover on one of the windows, this could be easily improved. Wifi had its struggles too (probably not enough for work) but OK for everything else I guess.

Le confort de la chambre, la cuisine du restaurant en demi pension très bonne. La piscine est très propre et les propriétaires très accueillants et au petit soin. La localisation accès rapide sur plusieurs villes à visiter autour.

L'insonorisation de la chambre, on entend un peu trop les voisins d'à côté et au-dessus de la chambre.

Lovely staff, it was easy to find and get there from the main road, there were always parking spaces for the hotel at least when I was there mid may. They had a pool and pool bar and an amazing attentive bar man. Breakfast was good. . The shower was clean and big.

Appartement was heel ruim, mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon, iedere dag flesjes water aangevuld, personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zwembad was mooi.

Op Booking.com werd geadverteerd met dat er een speelgelegenheid voor kinderen was, dit stond op een van de foto’s. Helaas bleek dat in werkelijkheid niet zo te zijn, de speeltoestellen waren niet aanwezig. Nadat wij dit hebben aangegeven, is excuses aangeboden en is de betreffende foto weggehaald, wat erg fijn is. Desalniettemin waren wij wel teleurgesteld hierover en heb ik aangegeven dat als we dit hadden geweten, we waarschijnlijk iets anders hadden geboekt doordat we met kleine kinderen reisden en er verder geen voorzieningen voor de kinderen waren. Er was 1 kinderstoel voor het gehele complex beschikbaar en daardoor niet te gebruiken in het appartement. Slaapkamers voorzien van witte rolgordijnen waar de zon al vroeg doorheen komt, dit hebben we zelf opgelost door de ramen af te plakken. Kortom: met kleine kinderen zou ik een andere accommodatie boeken. Wanneer je met oudere kinderen of enkel met volwassenen reist, is dit een prima verblijf.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Andreas one of the waiters became a highlight of our family and he and Lazarkus were wonderful. There was 16 of us who came from New Zealand for a family Trip and we really didn’t know what we were booking. We arrived and were instantly amazed at the view and the happy service in the bar. The redfish food was amazing as well as the frozen daiquiris - amazing! To get to any shops or supermarkets is within 2 minutes walk and this was great as we had kids. The location is actually amazing, extremely underaged in the reviews. I don’t know what others complain about. The pool is huge and the best one I saw across our walks. We hired quads for a few days and that made exploring easier. We had a range of rooms across the family, mostly in the building next to the pool. We had a fridge and space in the room as well as serviced rooms everyday. Pool towels were available daily at the pool bar. We were so happy we booked this place.

The only thing that we found inconvenient was breakfast started at 8:30am which is quite late when our kids would wake up at 6am - Greece seem to open late so we made sure we bought our own food a few days in. We had some issues with our toilet not flushing but staff came straight away to sort it out.

Sehr einfaches Frühstück. Die „Apartments“ haben keine Küche. Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Laute Musik am Pool wo auch das Frühstück stattfindet.

Quite dark appartment (family suite 112), pictures on website looked different. Also no 2nd bathroom. Only 5 channels on tv. Wifi is poor. Cold water in pool, we had bad weather.

Double bed is actually 2 single beds joined with a sheet. Food was expensive and with a strange taste. Room looks cheap.

The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great. Martha at Reception was very accommodating with our special requests, Lazoros and staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful.

There were some deficiencies in the room and no luggage racks for luggage.

L isolation phonique peut poser problème en pleine saison

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Met Lazaros hebben we goed kunnen lachen. De bedden lagen heerlijk. Prachtig uitzicht!!

Het hotel lag (voor ons) ver buiten het stadje. Het was 10 minuten lopen, maar dan was je aan het begin. Naar de zee was minimaal een half uur lopen. We hebben veel met de (gehuurde) auto gedaan. Het ontbijt was erg karig. Brood, yoghurt, fruit of als je geluk had nog een klein croissantje. Niet alleen in het hotel, maar op heel Kreta het wc papier niet doorspoelen maar in een prullenbak, die maar 1x per dag werd schoongemaakt. De badkamer stonk hierdoor heel erg en het bed stond 2 meter van de badkamer af. Niet prettig dus. Verder heel veel miljoenpoten op de kamer die niet weg te krijgen waren. Ze adverteren met water op de kamer. Dit klopt, we hadden 1 klein flesje water pp voor 6 dagen. De rest kon je bijkopen. Zelfmeegenomen chips of snoep mocht alleen op de kamer genuttigd worden niet bij het zwembad, terwijl zij het zelf niet verkochten. Geen pantoffels (wat wel in de advertentie staat) dus zelf slippers meenemen. Bij de bungalow was alleen buiten een zithoek, binnen kon je alleen maar op de bedden zitten. Als je de airco aanzet, komt er eerst een stofwolk van hier tot ginder uit. Gekauwde kauwgom van de vorige bewoners lag nog op de kasten, en heeft er al die dagen gelegen. Hygiëne was ver te zoeken. Voor ons was dit de eerste keer Kreta, maar op deze manier niet een aanrader.

Les alentours de l'hôtel, espaces non entretenus. Il y avait tous les jours exactement les mêmes produits au petit déjeuner.

מלון בוטיק מקסים מקסים , בכפר נהדר שיש בו הכל והוא במרחק נסיעה קצרה מכפרים יפיפיים ומרתקים בכרתים . מרתה בקבלה היתה יוצאת מן הכלל ולמעשה עם ההמלצות המצויינות שלה בילינו 3.5 ימים קסומים בכרתים . שודרגנו לבונגלו שהיה נקי, נוח ומעוצב מקסים . ארוחת הבוקר היתה נהדרת . קיבלנו תמורה מצויינת למחיר. למלון יש גם מגרש חנייה גדול, מאוד מקל כיוון שכולם עם רכבים . בהזדמנות זו נאמר תודה פעם נוספת למרתה הנהדרת שללא ספק עשתה לנו שראית מצויין . ממליצים מאוד על המקום לכל מי שרוצה לראות את כרתים האמיתית .

פחות אהבנו את השרותים - לאנשים גבוהים הם פחות נוחים .

Le mot " vue soleil couchant " de notre chambre est un peu exagéré à cette époque !

Страхотен хотел, с голям паркинг, хубав басейн и мил персонал. Марта на рецепцията е супер любезна и учтива. Закуската е доста вкусна и буквално хапваш на 1 метър от басейна. Чиста и просторна стая с голямо удобно легло. Банята е голяма и си има прозорче. Две тераси и хубав залез. Селцето е на 5 минути от хотела. Препоръчвам таверна “Avli” уникално вкусна храна!

Onze vakantie was uitstekend! Hotel voldeed aan alle verwachtingen, mooie kamer steeds netjes gekuist. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lunch en avondeten super lekker. Absolute aanrader!

Ontbijt had misschien iets gevarieerder gemogen.

Camerele sunt frumoase, noi, spațioase, curate. Are priveliste frumoasa asupra orasului si marii. Centrul vechi este la 5-10 minute pe jos. Micul dejun este ok doar daca stai o zi sau doua, pentru ca nu se schimba deloc. Personalul e prietenos. Ai posibilitatea sa iei pranzul si cina la restaurantul de la piscina.

Micul dejun este acelasi in fiecare zi, nu se schimba nimic. Nu ai voie sa consumi la piscina alimente sau bauturi din afara locatiei. Patul este incomod, la fel si pernele. Aerul conditionat este pozitionat sa bata exact spre tine cand dormi. Locatia nu este potrivita daca doresti sa mergi la plaja pe jos, este o distanta de 20-25 min pe jos, urcare.

le cadre magnifique bien entretenu , chambre spacieuse même si on n'a pas vraiment la vue sur la mer, ménage fait tout les jours (personnel sympathique et souriante), le petit déjeuner bien rien à redire, le restaurant propose menu à la carte, très bon , la piscine magnifique spacieuse, nous avons passés un excellant séjour merci à eux

Mieliśmy apartament z jacuzzi na tarasie, pokoj czysty, ładnie urządzony - wywarł na nas pozytywne wrażenie, a był to nasz któryś z hoteli na Krecie. Śniadania smaczne, drinki w barze przy basenie wyśmienite. Widok ze strefy basenowej na gory i morze zapierał dech w piersiach, zwłaszcza podczas zachodów słońca.

Goed verblijf, leuke kamer met praktische badkamer, we verbleven in de familiekamer met 2 bedjes op tussenverdiep. Mooi zwembad en leuke bar/restaurant. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam....top!

Ontbijt is ok maar geen variatie, zou wel beter zijn om iets meer af te wisselen.

Het personeel is erg aardig en staat voor je klaar om je te helpen. Het hotel zelf bestaat uit 2 gebouwen, met ontbijt bij het zwembad. Onze kamer was goed; fijne douche die ook warm wordt, prima bed en leuk balkon met uitzicht op de stad Malia. Het zwembad is niet erg diep, maar lekker om even in af te koelen. Ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn fijn. Ook het ontbijt is goed; vrij uitgebreid.

Hotel does not look like so nice as on photos, everything is used and worn out, many things are not working properly, old and loud AC. Very poor quality and low variety of breakfast. I am really suprised that hotel has is highly ranked.

This property needs some maintenance.

The best experience was with the staff! Everyone was so kind and friendly, and always keen to help! They even helped us preparing a cake and candles as a surprise for my father's birthday!! The room was super clean and cleaned every day! AND the food portions are huge! Especially the bolognese pasta and the Caesar salad! And the Notos burger! Must try!!

I liked everything! Just the WI-Fi was not super good, but also not needed! The hotel is also far away walking from the city, and with the hear it's difficult to walk 20min in the sun. But we could take a taxi to the beach from the hotel, which was all arranged by them!

Excellent and clean hotel... Very polite and helpful staff especially Martha she was amazing and controlled every aspect in the hotel. The breakfast beside the pool was very good .. The pool itself was in good size and very clean as well. There are a lot of parking places for cars or quads..

У нас был номер с видом на город и море. Было приятно встречать и рассвет и закат, сидя на балконе. В номере две спальни и большая гостиная, совмещанная с кухней. Отличный бассейн, всегда в наличии свободные лежаки, хороший выбор напитков и еды в баре при бассейне. Приветливый ненавязчивый персонал, всегда готов помочь. На машине удобный выход к автомагистрали в сторону Ираклиона (но нет съезда в сторону Айос-Николаос). Пляж Потамос в 10 минутах езды через город. Пляж Вулизма с большими волнами в 40 минутах езды. Старый город рядом в 7-10 минутах пешком с множеством отличных ресторанов, чуть дальше ночная жизнь.

Слабоватый wifi (рекомендуем задуматься над wifi6), особенно актуально при отдыхе с детьми. Завтрак в принципе хороший и достаточный, но при длительном заселении однообразен и поднадоедает, хотелось бы разнообразия. И да, с закатом может закончиться горячая вода, так что нельзя затягивать с посещением душа :)

The hotel is in a beautiful spot, perfect location! Great view! We stayed at the bungalow room, as a family of 4, it was great, a lot of space for everyone and everything looked new and very clean. If you’re looking to be in Malia, this is perfect spot, you can enjoy the city, but sleep in quite away from the noise.

The Wi-Fi inside the room was a little slow, and breakfast was a bit light.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Martha an der Rezeption und Lazaros an der Poolbar. Das gute an der Unterkunft ist, dass es etwas abgelegener ist, wo es Abends nicht all zu laut ist und wo man vernünftig parken kann. Der Poolbereich war sauber und es sah sehr schön aus von dem Berg oben auf das Meer zu schauen.

Das Frühstück war leider nicht abwechslungsreich, kreativ und nicht besonders qualitativ. Ansonsten war alles ziemlich gut und empfehlenswert.

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits. In 5 Minuten ist man aber in der Altstadt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber, man bekommt immer eine bequeme Liege und der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich toll.

Die Einrichting in den Zimmern wirkt etwas lieblos. Ein Bild an der Wand oder ein bequemer Stuh würden etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit schaffen Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.l

We hadden een family suite die zeer ruim was voor 5 personen. De airconditioning werkte goed. Hele goede bedden. Het zwembad (zoet water) was groot en er waren fijne ligbedden en het waren er genoeg, zelfs in Juli. In de poolbar met uitzicht op zee kun je heerlijk eten (ontbij, lunch, diner). Vanaf het hotel loop je in 5-10 minuten naar het centrum waar alle restaurants zijn. Het strand is wat verder weg maar daar zijn wij niet geweest. Malia zelf is behoorlijk druk/toeristisch. Maar het hotel zelf ligt op een rustige locatie. Het personeel, in het bijzonder de dames achter de poolbar en de receptie, is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Schon das zweite mal hier gewesen. Das gesamte Personal ist zuvorkommend und hilft bei jedem Problem. Der Pool ist ein Highlight mit der Aussicht. Das Frühstück reicht vollkommen aus und deckt alles wichtige ab. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Auch abends kann man hier gut essen. Ich komme aufjedenfall wieder.

Man sollte vielleicht überlegen die Familien von den Partygängern zu trennen. Der Security könnte nachts etwas mehr eingreifen bei der Lautstärke aus den Gruppen Zimmern. Uns persönlich hat die Lautstärke nicht gestört aber die armen Kinder… Malia is eben ein Party Ort für viele junge Menschen und dementsprechend ist es auch lange sehr laut.
