Location was good pool looked nice

The walls were paper thin, and it’s not really suited to anyone who wants to be able to sleep before maybe 2am!! And then to be woken up early.. it’s a party place with people loudly partying in their rooms until up to 4am, banging doors loudly, dogs barking early in the morning and a manager/owner who ignores your messages when you ask for help to get the neighbours to quieten down after midnight and two days of constantly being woken up or no sleep at all.. very disappointed in the way this was handled and to be ignored is just rude. Would not recommend staying here if you would like some sleep!! And the beds are like bloody hard concrete absolutely awful.. cold water in the mornings for your showers too as so many people using the water and the internet is terrible 😣

Camera pulita, posizione abbastanza tranquilla. Per una notte d’appoggio è consigliato.

In camera non c’era il telecomando dell’aria condizionata, perciò per spegnerla dovevamo staccare la Luce. Non c’era sapone per lavarsi, l’acqua calda arrivava molto poco.

Εύκολο για να το βρεις. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία. Κοντά και στη πόλη και στην Εθνική οδό. Πεντακάθαρο και άνετο δωμάτιο . Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ιδιοκτήτης. Ξεχάσαμε και ένα προσωπικό αντικείμενο το οποίο μας ενημέρωσαν άμεσα ότι το έχουν στη κατοχή τους και μπορούμε να το πάρουμε όποτε επιθυμούμε. respect.

L’hôtel est proche du centre et proche de plein de restaurants. Il y a une petite piscine et un bar avec une restauration possible.

Il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine. Il y a des magasins, des boutiques, de souvenirs, des barres, des restaurants… après minuit, les environs se transforment un peu plus loin, en Ibiza.

I had a wonderful stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well.

Lovely hotel with 2 lovely swimming pools and the whole hotel including our room spotlessly clean. Food from bar restaurant really good and cheap as were the drinks. Plenty of sunbeds too. 3 minute stroll to old town and 10 minute stroll to the strip and then beach. All in all spot on and would definitely return

Nothing I didn't like

Ottima soluzione di passaggio per raggiungere altre mete dell'isola. Molto pulito, camere grandi e letti molto comodi.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, très bel accueil par l'équipe.

Un peu loin de la plage, et pas très bien insonorisé.

Résidence pour jeunes. Très bruyant. Piscine occupée par des jeunes qui jouent au ballon et éclaboussent en permanence. Bcp de bruit la nuit. Équipement très minimal. Trois fourchettes alors qu'on est 4, pas de liquide vaisselle.... Très loin de la mer et côte pas géniale.

sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse ein paar Schritte weiter. Günstige Preise bei den alkoholischen Cocktails. Dies stand zwar nicht auf meiner Prioritätenliste aber bei 6 Euro pro Cocktail kann man sich nicht beklagen.

Zimmer 108 am Eingang war diesmal wegen Weltmeisterschaft leider zu laut.

I love the staff, the set up, the family that ran it were amazing. The apartment was lovely and truly clean and tidy.

The cost of air-conditioning being an extra cost ... I have never stayed anywhere where I have it as an extra cost.

La propreté, la chambre en général et l amabilité du personnel ( réception et bar)

Trop de bruit, obligé de dormir les fenêtres fermées et de payer 9 euros de climatisation.

La piscine et le fait que c'était près de la ville . Le soir les commerces alentour étaient ouverts tardivement jusqu'à 22h minimum. Le soir les bars étaient très sympathiques avec possibilités de danser les gérants hyper cool. On nous a même offert des verres. Très accueillant.

Les deux lits simples compliqués de dormir en couple du coup.

Logement propre, équipé, un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel.

le bruit pouvait être dérangeant, d'une part avec les voisins bruyant, d'autre part avec les utilisateurs de la piscine le soir. Nous y étions hors saison la et ça allait a peu près, pour ce qui est du plein été je ne m'y tenterait pas.

Mein Appartment war wirklich überragend zu einem unglaublich günstigen Preis. Alles perfekt gepflegt und ein sehr modernes Badezimmer das nichts an Wünschen offen liess. Ich reise relativ oft aber das war das allerbeste Preis Leistungsverhältnis aller Zeiten.

La chambre est un peu petite

Kleines, familiäres Haus mit hilfsbereiten und sympathischen Betreibern und Beschäftigten. Auf vorherigen Wunsch bekam ich bei meiner Anreise ein Zimmer im EG und ein größeres Bett. Sehr sauber. Gute griechische Küche im Restaurant. Das kontinentale Frühstück war absolut ok. Die Altstadt von Malia war schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.Ich komme wieder.

Keine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer, nur ein Holzhocker. Toilettenpapier muss man selbst einkaufen gehen. Deutsches TV bis auf ZDF Info und österreichischem 3sat nicht vorhanden, bei leider relativ vielen Regentagen schade. Wasserdruck im Bad war sehr gering.

We had an amazing stay at Happy Days in Malia, Crete, and we are very pleased with the experience. It’s a beautiful place with truly wonderful people. The room and bathroom were very nice, clean, and tidy, and we had fresh towels every day. The atmosphere felt just like home — friendly, warm, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious. We tried a different Greek main dish from the menu each day, and we can honestly recommend every single one. There’s also a huge choice of drinks, all at good prices. Plus, there’s a lovely beach nearby which made the stay even better. Highly recommend!

Curat , îngrijit , personal amabil , studio dotat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie , o terasă mică cu masă și 2 scaune , cele 2 piscine curate și îngrijite , am primit gratuit și un pătuț pentru bebelușul nostru iar pentru asta mulțumim . Este o locație bună dar e puțin mai dificil cu locurile de parcare în cazul în care trebuie să parchezi mașina .

Ar trebui reguli mai stricte privind persoanele cazate în locație deoarece este foarte mult zgomot până spre 2-3 dimineața .

Nothing it’s all good

We absolutely loved the pool and sunbed area. The hotel had everything we needed and staff were very friendly. We came on a girls holiday so expected the bare minimum as it’s so cheap but it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable and the balcony was spacious and had a nice view of the old town. We found staff to be very attentive and kind and as long as you don’t break the rules you will not have a bad experience with any of them.

We felt the rooms were a bit small for 2 people but it was okay for what we needed and the price.

Komfortabel und gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr niveaulose Gäste. Lärm verursacht von laut lachenden und sprechenden Gästen zwischen 02 und 03 Uhr morgens. Ich begab mich auf den Flur um nachzusehen, von wem der Lärm verursacht wurde. Außer mir standen noch viele andere Gäste auf den Balkonen und äußerten deren Unmut. Ich forderte einen der Verursacher auf, leise zu sein und den Mund zu halten. Unmittelbar darauf lief dieser Gast zu mir hoch und verwickelte mich in eine tätliche Auseinandersetzung, indem er mir sofort in das Gesicht schlug. Erst durch den Nacht-Security beruhigte sich die Szene. Jedenfalls ist dies für mich kein „place to be“. Auch wenn sich die Managerin (Besitzerin) am Morgen zerknirscht gab und sich entschuldigte.

Am avut ghinionul sa fim cazati in acelas corp de cladire cu un grup de englezi, care veneau noaptea tarziu, beti si se certau pe hol. Usile foarte subtiri, te trezeai in tipete si asteptai sa intre la tine in camera in urma scandalului. Nu exista parcare pt masina, un stres in plus cu masina inchiriata, plus ca pe strada trec autocare foarte aproape de masinile parcate. Baia este fara produse de igiena, doar hartie igienica, restul a trebuit sa il cumparam.

Lo staff è sempre gentile e disponibile, dalle host al barista alla signora delle pulizie. La camera viene pulita ogni due giorni e gli asciugamani cambiati. La struttura è molto carina e vicinissima al centro storico di Malia.

Booking potrebbe fare confusione con il totale della tassa di soggiorno, perciò meglio chiedere conferma alle host.

Κοντά στο κέντρο των Μαλίων, είχε πολύ καλό φαγητό. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Διαθέτει πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά και η κουζίνα είναι κατάλληλα εξοπλισμένη. Πολύ ωραίος καθρέφτης πάνω από τον νεροχύτη που σου επιτρέπει να ρυθμίζεις την ενταση του φωτός.

Ενώ το δωμάτιο ήταν δίκλινο, είχε μόνο ένα μαξιλάρι. Χρειάστηκε να ζητήσω 2 φορές πετσέτα προσώπου γιατί στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε μόνο η πετσέτα του μπάνιου. Η ντουλάπα μύριζε πολύ έντονα κλεισούρα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να κρεμάσεις ρούχα. Για 2 μέρες δεν είχε ζεστό νερό.

Wygodne łóżka, miły personel, blisko na starówkę i plaże. Dobra cena polecam rezerwować w ostatniej chwili bo jest 30e taniej. Hotel położony w bocznej uliczce więc zawsze znajdzie się jakieś miejsce do parkowania.

Dolne piętra hotelu są wypełnione Anglikami którzy palą papierosy, głośno rozmawiają i imprezują przez całą dobę przez co cały hotel śmierdzi papierosami i ciężko jest w nocy zasnąć od halasu. Niedokładne sprzątnięte włosy wcześniejszych gości znajdowane nie tylko w łazience ale i w pokoju. Bardzo zimna wodą w basenach. Ciśnienie wody tak słabe że nawet nie można było przełączyć węża na prysznic. Prosiłam o pokój na niższym piętrze że względu na niepełnosprawną mamę i córkę a otrzymaliśmy 2 piętro co mamę tam uwięziło
