Mohammed at the bar was the kindest! Wonderful hotel, free upgrade as they had available suites and the garden is stunning.

The breakfast is in the dining room that misses a bit of character compared to the rest of the hotel. Also coffee order was a bit of a challenge.

Excellent hôtel pour séjourner à Marrakech. L'endroit est comme un petit paradis sur terre. Le personnel est aux petits soins et la nourriture y est excellente. Nous sommes à environ 25 minutes à pied du SOUK. L'endroit est paisible et plusieurs attentions sont portés aux invités. Un spécial MERCI à Falima qui a été tout simplement merveilleuse avec nous! Nous y retournerons assurément!

Absolutely stunning architecture and interior. It’s everything that you imagine Morocco should be. Our room was stunning with so much character. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It’s amongst the high-end glitzy part of Morocco - close to Nobu.

It’s a drive to the main square - Jemaa El Fna so if you are wanting to stroll into the markets you need to get a taxi. For some that’s a problem. We had already had a few days close to the square so we’re happy to be a little bit out for our stay.

Un très bel hôtel, avec une décoration de goût. La chambre est très jolie et spacieuse, le lit confortable et la salle de bain agréable. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable. La grande piscine et les lits qui se trouvent autour permettent de se délasser l’après-midi après une première moitié de journée dans le tumulte de la médina. La localisation très proche de la ville mais légèrement en dehors des remparts permet d’être proche de tout, mais au calme.

Le petit déjeuner est bon mais un peu répétitif quand on reste 1 semaine. Il pourrait y avoir plus de diversité de gâteaux, jus … Ce serait utile de régler le problème des guêpes autour des tables extérieures du petit déjeuner.

Lovely room, modern and quintessentially Moroccan. Fresh flowers in the room was a lovely touch. Friendly staff, good AC which helped given highs of 38 C during our stay.

Lift wasn't working during our stay, but we received assistance getting our bags up and down the stairs.

Charming, and cozy space. Stunning setting and designs. Felt like a private estate.

I would suggest the local taxes be included in the original booking so as to not have a surprise payment on checkout.

J’ai eu du mal avec le petit déjeuner.

Un véritable havre de paix au cœur de Marrakech. Le Dar Rhizlane est un endroit à part, où l'on retrouve exactement ce que l'on espère d'un établissement de cette qualité : calme, élégance, discrétion et surtout un niveau de service exceptionnel. Ce qui fait réellement la différence, c'est le personnel. Une équipe d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours disponible et attentionnée, avec un sens du service qui paraît naturel, jamais forcé ni impersonnel. On se sent véritablement accueilli et considéré. La tranquillité des lieux est également exceptionnelle. Une fois à l'intérieur, on oublie complètement l'agitation de Marrakech : le jardin, la piscine et l'atmosphère générale invitent immédiatement au repos. Un petit clin d'œil tout particulier à Soumeya, la directrice, pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention permanente au bien-être des clients, ainsi qu'à Aziz au bar, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Un séjour magnifique, porté par une équipe formidable. Le Dar Rhizlane reste pour nous une adresse incontournable à Marrakech, où l'on revient avec énormément de plaisir.

Exceptional property offering an oasis of calm considering it close location to vibrant Medina. No request was a tall ask, staffed by professional, courteous and very knowledgeable people at every level. Their advice was most valuable to explore Morocco not just Marrakesh, excellent organisational skills ,Shining beacon of the hospitality industry.

La tranquilidad y el relax que se siente al entrar en el hotel. Estás totalmente aislado del mundo. Discreto y con pocas habitaciones lo que hace que sea un buen lugar de retiro.

La ventana que daba a la zona de la carretera era un poco ruidosa por la noche debido a que el tráfico se nota bastante y son ventanas de madera. Por otro lado el spa estaba en obras, tema que podrían haber comunicado previamente a la reserva, ya que habíamos escogido el hotel también por sus buenas referencias del spa. Buscábamos relax y tranquilidad en un mismo lugar y al final tuvimos que ir a otro local con spa lo que ha sido un inconveniente y nos ha privado un poco de la experiencia de relax y spa en el mismo sitio que era lo que buscábamos y lo que ofertan en su web que sigue sin anunciar que el spa está cerrado por obras.

L’emplacement est super pratique (on peut sortir le soir à l’hivernage à pied, on est à 5mn du centre de Gueliz en voiture, à 5-10mn de la médina en voiture), l’établissement est très charmant et très reposant.

Rien qui nous a marqué le rapport qualité/prix est au rdv. Nous n’avons pas pu tester le spa qui était en rénovation

O serviço prestado. Ambiente familiar e atenção para com os hóspedes. Destaco também a localização, o sossego e a natureza envolvente.

A única coisa que não gostei foi da banheira e da ausência de um duche.

Cet hôtel est le meilleur de Marrakech, le plus beau, le plus reposant. La piscine est magnifique et l’ensemble de l’hôtel également. Le petit déjeuner et la nourriture sont exceptionnel, une vraie gastronomie. Le personnel est toujours accueillant et disponible si vous avez besoin, des vrais personnes en or. On reviendra à 100% ! Ça nous manque déjà 🙏

Fantastisk velkomst efter en lang dag. Smukke værelser og fantastisk smuk ejendom. Personalet er ligesom det marrokanske folk meget venlige og gæstfrie. Morgenmaden var god og frisklavet og smagte skønt. Vi rejste med vores to store børn og havde to suiter lige overfor hinanden. Det fungerede virkelig godt. Hotellet kan i høj grad anbefales.

Our stay at Dar Rhizlane was nothing short of magical and was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday. A special shout-out to Abdul Samad, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Every interaction with him was warm, thoughtful, and genuine. He has a rare gift for making guests feel incredibly welcome, and his kindness left a lasting impression on us. We stayed in the Serail suite, and it was absolutely spectacular. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and filled with ornate Moroccan details that made it feel luxurious yet authentic. I was especially touched by the beautiful floral decorations the team arranged for my birthday—it was such a thoughtful surprise. The property itself is stunning. From the fragrant orange trees surrounding the pool to the lush palms swaying overhead, every corner feels like a peaceful oasis tucked away from the bustle of Marrakech. Both breakfast and dinner by the pool were highlights of our stay. The setting was beautiful, the atmosphere was serene, and every meal felt like a special occasion. The suite's large bathroom and oversized shower made it a wonderful place to unwind after long days of exploring. We also loved relaxing on our private balcony, taking in views of the terracotta buildings, vibrant bougainvillea, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Another thing we appreciated was the location. Dar Rhizlane is within comfortable walking distance of many of the wonderful restaurants, cafés, and banks in the Hivernage neighborhood, making it easy to enjoy a quieter, more upscale side of Marrakech while still being a short taxi ride from the Medina. Dar Rhizlane perfectly blends exceptional hospitality with timeless Moroccan elegance. Between the beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, thoughtful personal touches, and an ideal location, it became one of the most memorable stays of our trip. We would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, relaxing boutique hotel, with great staff. Excellent location (10 min from airport and 5 min taxi to the Medina). The room was stunning, with a huge terrace and the bed was comfy. Lots of pretty nooks around the hotel, with a lovely peaceful ambiance.

O hotel vale pelo espaço: muito bonito, cuidado, tranquilo, especial - tanto pela zona dos quartos como pelas zonas comuns.

Apesar de funcionarios genericamente simpaticos, o serviço revelou-se por vezes inconsciente e a qualidade do pequeno almoço ficou abaixo do expectavel para um hotel de 5 estrelas e comparativamente com outros alojamentos até mais simples em Marrakech.

Dar Rhizlane is a beautiful diamond . You are greeted and welcomed into this special experience by a circle of specially trained , an extremely charming receptionist … who far beyond this title , I found they quietly shape the guest experience throughout your stay . The great restaurant La Mimouna and her staff . The pool which is a centerpiece . The gardens . The smiles . The serenity … I will return again and again. Thank you again to the front desk , the housemen and all the staff who made my stay so memorable .

We had a great stay, the hotel is beautifully designed, is very clean, and has a nice pool. The staff is friendly and attended to our every need. The breakfast is delicious and very generous. I will definitely come back here.

It would be nice to have water bottles or a water dispenser with cups at the gym (there wasn't any and we had to ask for bottles at the restaurant upstairs every time)

La présence de groupes importants certains soirs nuisait parfois au calme et à l’atmosphère intimiste de l’établissement. Par ailleurs, les prix pratiqués au restaurant nous ont semblé relativement élevés.

L’accueil, le parfum de l’entrée, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de la réception et des employés en général, la présence des dames de ménage qui changent quotidiennement les serviettes, ferment les volets, préparent les lits au petits soins, la chambre magnifique, la piscine et le décor vraiment au top, les lis piscine toujours au carré et remis en place en un temps record, la beauté des décors en journée et le soir aussi avec les bougies.

Les prix des consommations et repas coté piscine et jardin sont trop élevés et n’incitent pas à consommer régulièrement. Les gens qui mettent un bouquin ou une fringue sur les lits piscine pour les bloquer et qui se barrent faire leur vie en attendant d’autres clients présents ne peuvent pas en profiter. L’ascenseur en panne (pas de leur faute pr le coup)

La zona de la piscina es muy bonita y acogedora. El personal es muy atento, todo el mundo, desde el personal del restaurante, la gente que limpia, personal de recepción, chofer, todos. Hicimos un masaje y nos encantó.

Todo me gusto pero si tengo que decir algo que me gustó menos diría, que en algún momento son un poco lentos, tienes que coger transporte para ir a la medina.

Beautiful design and furnitures

Rooms on ground floor, you can hear other guests and staff in the hallway plus guests upstairs. Given the price paid it’s not acceptable. Breakfast could be more generous. Pool gets very crowded in the afternoon with no space to use it for all the guests. If you want a peaceful stay, it’s not necessarily adapted, there was construction work in the area that you could here from the pool and breakfast area

Un très grande chambre avec une bonne literie, terrasse magnifique agrémentée de végétation, un vrai cocon !! Le cadre de l'hôtel est apaisant, accueillant et romantique, la piscine très bien entretenue, le personnel est exceptionnel (mention spéciale à Abdelsamad pour son extreme gentillesse). Indéniablement Dar Rhizlane nous a émerveillé mais nous a surtout remplit le coeur de bienveillance et de gentillesse. Vos msemen me manquent beaucoup !!

Beautiful buildings and pool in fabulous gardens. We loved the traditional morroccan style. Super comfortable bed, immaculate house keeping. Quiet location yet walking distance of the old medina and sights if you're feeling energetic (about 30 mins). Can't fault the staff either. I managed to fall over and break my phone one evening so we asked reception if they new where we could take it the day. They had it fixed and delivered to our room within 45 mins at 11pm! Now that's 5 star service.
