Great facilities with great pools, shade and ample lounges. Breakfast and dinner are good and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Drying rack on balcony is useful. Street parking was not a problem.

Step in room is a concern. Water flow in hand basin and a damaged power outlet were reported but not remedied.

Eau filtrée fournie gratuitement. Équipements pour réparer les vélos fournis. Bikeshop à même l’établissement, vraiment gentil qui prête ses outils et pompe à vélo gratuitement. Dans la première chambre que nous avons eue, l’air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas. La température ne descendait pas en bas de 25 Celsius. Cependant, après avoir discuté longuement avec le personnel nous avons eu une autre chambre où l’air climatisé fonctionnait très bien. Nous pouvions régler la température à notre choix. L’hôtel est calme pour un hôtel familial avec des enfants. Peu de bruit après 21h.

L’insonorisation n’est pas excellente. Nous entendons les enfants courir dans les corridor. Cependant l’établissement devient très calme en soirée. Le ménage est fait rapidement. Le savons de la douche n’a pas été rempli pendant toute la durée du séjour.

Good location.

Our room had several issues. It was a damp room which smelt bad from day one. Mould spores became visible end of week on the kitchen ceiling. Bedding was damp every night. Shower was poor, wash basin tap pressure was very poor. Air conditioning fault caused electrics to pop requiring us to move rooms to a smaller room for one night whilst the AC was repaired. We reported the smell when the AC broke as we first thought it maybe just because the room hadn’t been used for a while. Out passports are damp in the safe. Mould spores on some of our luggage. The pool has some tiles worked loose around the perimeter of the pool which wasn’t rectified whilst we were then and some drain caps were damaged.

This hotel is such a gem that I almost don’t want to leave a review and keep it a secret! We loved everything about our stay, it’s a hotel that feels new and modern but without being too fancy. The facilities are brilliant, I loved using the spa, it’s small but a great place to relax although I don’t think the cold plunge was working (that suited me fine! ;))The gym and the Olympic pool were frequently used and the inflatables were great fun. The main pool has a big shallow pool for young children and was beautifully warm in July/early Aug and we spent all our time there. I’ve seen people comment on the sunbed situation but I found that people started heading down at 7am but there were often beds still available at gone 9am and that was the same for the 10 days I was there. We really enjoyed breakfast, the breakfast room is lovely and there’s lots of choice and we ate lunch in the outdoor restaurant most lunchtimes, there was a great selection and it was very reasonably priced compared to the UK and the portions were huge. We also loved our room which was impeccably clean, as was the rest of the hotel. There are also free washer/dryers which was helpful at the end of the holiday! Most of all, the staff were absolutely brilliant! The reception team were really helpful, the cleaners were superb and the wait staff were so, so good and brilliant with all the kids. I wish I knew all their names but huge thanks to Arturo and Alejandro and the rest of the team for looking after us so well and thank you to Aina for the best Mojitos! We’ll be back :)

There’s nothing I didn’t like but it would have been good to understand a bit more about the hotel and facilities when you arrive at the hotel or have some sort of welcome pack to explain where things are and access times etc. The info is written in tiny font on the card the key comes in. It would also be good to know more about the entertainment, there is only one sign in reception to say what’s going on but this could do with being in the bar area as well. Also more detail on the kids activity of the day so you know whether it’s suitable for your child. The lock is also broken on the inner toilet door in the ladies toilet is the main bar/restaurant area and several people got stuck while I was there and I had to help them out. Personal preference but it would have been good to have some berries for breakfast, the fruit selection was the same every day and after 10 days it would have been good to have some more choice :)

The location and breakfast and lobby areas were nice. Breakfast pretty good with plenty of choice but didn’t change day to day.

The pool area is too small and cramped with so many sun beds. The sunbeds are also reserved by about 7am. I think the children’s slide part is pretty old and not used that much that it would make sense to get rid of it and expand the main pool and sunbathing areas.

Very friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. The kids club staff were excellent, so attentive to the children and lots of fun. Great set up for families and good location close to the beach and restaurants.

Minor maintenance required to the room - table leg broken, balcony door didn’t lock.

Niet 1 keer plaats gehad om op een ligstoel aan zwembad te kunnen liggen. Allemaal ingenomen door handdoeken die al vanaf 7u werden gelegd. Hier werd niet op ingegrepen. Buffet van matige kwaliteit.

The trampoline was annoyingly squeeking constantly outside our room, it felt similar to Chinese water torture, I guess that was how you describe it, I think it needs to be relocated to the children’s area. The other annoying thing was the lack of available sunbeds around the pool due to the towel reserve culture . I think signs notifying guests if they remain unoccupied for more than 15 mins they will be removed. That seems to work in other places and stops the unfair practice by some guests.

Amazing for kids, they had everything we needed to entertain our 6 and 3yo. Breakfast was great! Snacks and bar very handy! Easy walk into town for plenty of dinner options. Free washing machine and dryer available. Bed comfortable! Staff fabulous! Highly recommend staying here!!

Tiles around the pool were a bit slippery and also in the room when you came in from the pool but we managed to work around it!

The location was excellent - very close to everything

On arrival our first room smelt absolutely disgusting - in fairness the staff member moved us straight away once we complained. Our teens were in a room across the hall from us and their bedroom didn’t smell as bad on arrival but was pretty damp smelling for our entire 6 nights and the air con didn’t work properly so it was a really poor experience for them. The second major issue I had was that there were very few sunbeds by the pool and they were generally all gone by 8am. This meant we had to go and pay for sunbeds at the beach each day. For the cost of the stay here they should invest in more sunbeds or remove towels from sunbeds. It was the worst situation for sunbeds I have experienced.

Everything!!! The staff were wonderful, the food was exceptional, the facilities could not be faulted. My wife, two adult sons and I stayed for 12 days, the hotel was so enjoyable, sometimes we were happy to hang around there… on other times, the walk into the town centre for a beer and wine was an easy and enjoyable stroll.

Insufficient outdoor space and sun beds for size of hotel No policing of the dreaded 'sun bed towel reservation' All beds 'taken' by about 9.30am but many sat empty of actual people until mid afternoon. Not fair. Soul-less bar with no 'vibe' and over stretched staff. Was actually told 'no' when I asked for a cocktail!! Insufficient toilet facilities around pool - have to walk into reception area to use the one toilet.

Attitude at the reception, welcome drink only allowed at the bar while sitting there. Strange pool towel policy where you gave your roomnumber to get a towel but nobody ever checked if they were returned.

Ideal for a family ranging from 3 to 70 years old, whether we wanted to stay round the pool or go to the beach.

Quite a few people started putting towels on sunbeds early in the morning just to reserve them, but they did not actually use them for several hours. The hotel staff were aware of this but could not help.

Pools were lovely, rooms clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good and the hotel overall was great. Location was towards rhe quieter end, around 10-15 minute walk to main hub of restaurants.

Air con in our room had a fault and we felt the communication was poor. Engineer was supposed to come but no one told us he couldn’t fix it until the next day. No offer to move room, we had to ask. We moved rooms and found the air con in the second room was broken. Really frustrating no one checked given the issues we already had. We ended up moving to a 3rd room at 11pm. The next day the hotel were apologetic and offered us compensation which was appreciated, but I’d really encourage better communication and problem solving in the moment for customers when something isn’t right.

Lo que no me gustó es que solo pudimos pasar una noche, pero volveremos. Solo decir que es un hotel de familias, para nosotros, ningún problema, y hay niños pequeños pero no se nota ningún tipo de ruido ni molestias

The hotel was really modern and clean and the facilities were brilliant for our 2 kids aged 3 and 6, particularly the inflatables. The ladies that ran the kids activities were lovely with the children too. The hotel had a really pleasant atmosphere, the room we were given was spacious enough for a family of 4 with a nice kitchen, bathroom and a lovely little garden. We could barely fault anything about our stay.

The only minor thing I could say is that every time we went back to the room for lunch the cleaner wanted to clean the room. It would be ideal if we knew what the cleaning schedule was so we could work around it.

Our room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Good air con. Comfortable bed. Good shower. The hotel decor is very nice and modern. The breakfast was very good with a great selection.

The kids pool had a green scum around the edges. No lifeguard on duty. The staff would not bring drinks down to the sun loungers. We had to go up to order and wait for a drink each time. I did ask the staff if they could bring down the drink to which they replied "no that I must wait". The hotel is nice but I don't think it's worth the price that we paid for it.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to promenade. Good selection of breakfast choices. Swimming Pools to suit all age groups & clean sun-beds. Very good choice for kids.

Although the rooms were clean I would say they could do with an upgrade as they are a bit dated and small! The bed was old fashioned on wheels & pillows were not comfy. The hallway and lift area same very dated and not fresh. The lunch & dinner menu were standard. Some of the staff were not friendly although majority at breakfast were helpful. Good hotel but over priced in my opinion.

Our balcony door wouldn’t lock, we reported this to reception and they “filed a report” no one ever came to check the door or fix it throughout our stay.. this left us with no option but to take all valuables with us everywhere we went which wasn’t very relaxing. The rooms was very out of date compared to reception and the linen was worn and had stains on them

Absolutely great hotel! As we stayed in multiple hotels durring our Mallorca trip, this one saved the reputation and standards of hotels & hospitality in our minds. Very good location, some parking options close to the hotel - difficult everywhere else. Close walk to the port - 8-9 min. Important - nice smell of reception, corridors and entering the room - smell of cleanliness & high standards. Very spacious, clean apartment room, everything was perfect. The gym area was amazing for a hotel, more than we expected, very happy! The breakfast best so far in Mallorca, compliments. All the staff looked happy to work there, bringing great energy. Price - service ratio = amazing. Great 10/10 !

Ich bin schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, weil mir die Lage und die Art des Hotels gut gefallen. Und es durch den Preis etwas ruhigere Gäste sind, obwohl es viele Kinder dort gibt-ich selbst mit meiner 9jährigen Tochter dort gewesen. Ihr gefällt der Sportpool auf dem 2x am Tag ein Wasserparcours aufgebaut ist. Zum Schwimmen ist er auch hervorragend geeignet. Frühstück ist ok, hatte 2x das Pech dass das vorbereitet Porridge sauer war-vermutlich vom Vortag- und die Churros waren auch manchmal zu lange frittiert, so dass sie innen Hohl waren. (OK gehört in die nächste Kategorie, was nicht so toll war). Alles in allem hat das Frühstück eine gute Auswahl, hatte in günstigeren Hotels, aber schon besseres Frühstück.

Engländer haben schon vorm Frühstück liegen für die ganze Familie reserviert, für jedes Kind, Oma, Opa, da waren oft einfach mal 5 Liegen reserviert, und gar niemand der Familie am Pool. Es kam vor, dass wir noch nicht mal eine Liege abbekommen haben und wenn dann eine in der Sonne zusammen mit meiner Tochter. Einmal waren wir 5 Stunden am Pool und die zwei mit Handtüchern belegten liegen waren die ganze Zeit unbesetzt. Die Leute waren am Strand und hatten sich für den Nachmittag schon mal Liegen am Pool reserviert. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sollten konsequent die Handtücher abräumen, wenn zu sehen ist, dass die Liege über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht genutzt wird. Zimmerservice ist ok. Aber oft wurden nur die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt, obwohl wir die Handtücher immer aufhängten und gar nicht täglich neue benötigt hätten. Mir wäre es lieber gewesen, das Personal hätte die Haare auf dem Boden gefegt und nicht das Bett gemacht. Das Hotel ist ok, die meisten Mitarbeiter freundlich, aber ich erwarte bei dieser Preisklasse mehr.

Lapsia ei oltu huomioitu illallisella juurikaan, vaikka paikka muutoin on hyvin lapsiystävällinen. Henkilökunnan jutustelu keskenään ruokailun aikana oli välillä häiritsevää ja henkilökunta pyöri ja hyöri levottomaksi. Ruoka oli mielestäni parempaa edellisenä vuonna.

Lovely variety of pools - 3 paddling pools with different things for kids of all ages (e.g. 4 great kids slides, very shallow pool, shallow to deeper pool for practicing swimming, family pool, swimming training pool, inflatable obstacle course in pool. Staff great and amenable to needs/helpful with lost property. Particular mention to Alejandro and Arturo in the restaurant who were really friendly every mealtime to my 4 year old son which really made his day! Also special mention and thanks to April - the children's entertainment co-ordinator who had just started her job at the hotel but did a great job with making our sons feel at home, happy, and dancing!

There should be water machines in reception (not just for cyclists in the bike shed) so people can fill up their water bottles - it is not good that hotel guests do not have free and easy access to drinking water.

Sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der 25-Meter-Pool und der Fahrradverleih sind direkt im Hotel. Es liegt nur einige Gehminuten von der Strandpromenade und vom weitläufigen und gepflegten Sandstrand entfernt. Das Frühstück und der Kaffee sind sehr gut, mit vielen frischen Früchten, Gebäck, Müsli, Ei usw. Das Personal ist aufmerksam.

The hotel has a wide range of facilities and is very much geared up for family, fitness and cycling holidays. The staff were all great, especially at interacting with the children. The rooms were comfortable, fully air conditioned and each had a small catering area comprising: two ring pan heater, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker and refrigerator with a large kitchen sink and a full set of crockery and cutlery. The customer facing areas and bedrooms were all spotlessly clean throughout.

There is no dedicated car parking but the adjacent streets are both one way only and had spaces available at most points in time. All meals are buffet style which works really well for family groups and served a wide range of self service dishes.

When we first arrived our bathroom smelt pretty bad, but we told the staff and someone from maintenance came and sorted it out quickly.

Great facilities for cycling.

The bike garage had cables to secure your bike by using your own padlock, Many guests left a padlock on the cables to "reserve" a space. There were occasions where we saw locks on cables late at night and early in the morning, Looks like the locks may have been left after a guest had departed, This needs to be stopped.
