Ligt wat te ver van centrum

Leuk ingericht en ruim appartement. Vrij kleinschalig complex maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon! Het rook ook lekker in het appartement en ook in de lobby. De ontvangst was vriendelijk en de check-in verliep moeiteloos en snel. Het centrum van Port Pollença is wel eventjes lopen, dus een auto, scooter of fiets is handig. Het strand is op loopafstand. Maar wil je de prachtige stranden van Playa de Muro bezoeken, dan zou ik zeker een auto huren.

De airco en de afzuiging van de wc zijn niet helemaal geruisloos, maar ik heb er niet wakker door gelegen :)

Aparcamiento, habitaciones nuevas, aire acondicionado y cocina. A muy poca distancia del puerto de Pollença y facil para ir a playa formentor.

La piscina. Sucia y lleno de cosas de playa en la piscina. Bordes verdes. Hay mucha gente maleducada que no recogía sus cosas tanto dentro como fuera del agua y no se podía ni bañar.

The room is clean and spacious, and the decoration is well selected. I like the dark green color. The entire hotel is well designed—it feels like walking in a forest from the reception to the room. There is plenty of parking.

There were some bugs inside the room.

Chalupa nás mile překvapila svou příjemnou atmosférou. Je útulná, čistá a velmi dobře vybavená pro pohodlný pobyt. Krásným místem k odpočinku je zahrádka s terasou a grilem, kde jsme trávili příjemné večery. Je vidět, že se o chalupu majitelé s láskou starají. Rádi se sem znovu vrátíme a pobyt můžeme jen doporučit.

Clean,big balcony, 5min walk to beach, 10min walk to Supermarket and Restaurants on promenade.

Television was difficult to navigate.

Das Appartment war verhältnismässig zu teuer. Es ist schlecht isoliert, man hört die Nachbarn gut. Ein Baby hat am morgen geschrien, es hörte sich an, als ob es direkt im Zimmer wäre. Die Eingangstüre ist so gebaut, dass unten ein kleiner Spalt ist, wodurch Insekten und andere Kriechtiere eindringen können. Im Bad stinkt es aus dem Ablauf. Die Klimaanlage war plötzlich auf kalt eingestellt. Man konnte es selbst nicht ändern, erst nach mehrmaligem kontaktieren des Personals konnte dies dann doch noch behoben werden. Hinter dem Sofa fanden wir tote Insekten. Es ist sehr schade, man könnte viel mehr aus den Appartments herausholen.

Nos encantó la terraza con la bañera de hidromasaje y el que las habitaciones estén insonorizadas. Habia almohadas, cojines y edredones finos a disposición. Paz absoluta. El personal muy amable y atento. Excepcional.

Pretty spacious room with a seating area, balcony and kitchen. Modern design. Staff was very helpful.

Our room has a cheesy smell - probably some leftover or spoilt food from the last tenant and the room cleaning did not deal with that properly. The bathroom could be more hygienic.

Helaas deed de airco het niet. We hadden daar weinig last van en zijn eigenlijk ook vergeten dit te melden Ook de hottub werkte niet de eerste dag maar dit is de volgende dag verholpen.

Tout etait exactement comme ce à quoi je m'attendais. L'appartement tres confortable, agreable. La piscine est un petit plus pour se detendre même s'il y a la mer pas loin. On peut stocker son velo sur son balcon et le personnel est vraiment très gentil : cleaning staff et reception !

Przytulny apartament, pełne wyposażenie kuchenne. Super lokalizacja, cicha okolica. Można w zupełności odpocząć nie wychodząc z apartamentu, prywatny taras był świetny.

Taras wymagał uwagi pod względem czystości, krzesła były brudne, nie było parasola. Serwis pokoju niestety polegał tylko na wyniesieniu śmieci i wymianie ręczników.

Appartement côté rue avec bruit de circulation importante. Heureusement isolation de la chambre une fois fermée correcte.

The locations was great value for money and close to the port and town. Furthermore, the apartment was clean and functional and the facilities have everything we needed.

Door didn’t lock, messaged them to tell them and nothing happened. Not clean.

Appartamento moderno ed elegante, ben arredato, piccolo ma confortevole, delizioso giardino a disposizione con jacuzzi. Spazi comuni di design, posizione ottima. Consigliato!

Nice peaceful location on the outskirts of the port. Lovely private terrace with whirlpool bath was a nice touch.

We had a minor problem with ants in the room which the proprietor sorted out quickly. Some of the lights weren’t working.

All of the staff members at reception were amazing and helpful. Especially Cisco, who went out of his way to help ensure that we make it in time for our excursion. The room was clean, comfortable bed and bathroom was in good condition. Pool was also good and clean.

I wish we were able to turn on the Air Conditioning, but the staff informed us that it was disabled as it is considered quite chilly at night.

Lovey and quiet Appartment in a convenient location for cycling. Reception was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English.

The cleaning service was unfortunately poor. There was hair in the Appartment when we arrived and the spa bath was extremely dirty. The cleaners entered our Appartment a few days in, we waited by the pool for approximately 20minutes for them to finish. When we reentered, nothing had been cleaned at all, the bed had not been made and they hadn’t even emptied bins or changed towels.

The style, decor, facilities, comfort, location, everything was fantastic!!! We loved it!! Would definitely recommend & stay again! Xx

Our bed linen was a bit stained + more bed pillows were needed. And when we first entered our room, it smelt a bit but the smell went away by the next day.

Geräumig, moderne Einrichtung, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Schimmel an allen Fenstern und Vorhängen, kein Personal vor Ort (Wintersaison) und wenig Kommunikation (im Notfall aber erreichbar).

Ein sehr schönes Apartment genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das Whirlpool auf der Dach-Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Das Reinigungspersonal sehr freundlich.

Der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel könnte schöner sein aber das ist auch schon alles. Sonst alles tipptopp

Les instal·lacions són molt noves, és un lloc molt acollidor. La gestió de l'arribada i la sortida és molt àgil i senzilla.

Hem passat 6 nits a l'apartament i en tots ells les llums del camí que portaven als apartaments no funcionaven. No m'ha agradat que si no pernoctes mínim 7 nits no netegen l'apartament durant la teva estada. Amb aquestes dues mancances, la relació qualitat preu no la trobo gaire bona. Una mica car per temporada baixa.

We had a studio apartment which had a very comfortable double bed and a sofa bed too. There was plenty of space for two people in the apartment and it had a small outdoor balcony

Super nice interior, great facilities with whirlpool on the terrace.

The whirlpool did not work properly. We arrived late, the check-in was super easy, but since it was a holiday in Mallorca, we could not get any drinks, as there was no one, and the fridge was locked.

Appartement quasi neuf, propre, bien aménagé avec goût, assez bien placé même s'il n'est pas proche de la mer. Balcon agréable. Calme en cette saison.

Difficile à trouver de nuit, pas de bonnes indications (le numéro de la rue n'est pas le bon, c'est le 14), et personne qui répond au téléphone. Il manquerait un égouttoir et un torchon de plus dans la cuisine. Et un étendoir sur le balcon (la salle de bain est humide, les serviettes ne sèchent pas). Le ménage mériterait d'être fait tous les 2 jours et non 3.

Tout, l'appartement était super. Nous avons apprécié le jacuzzi, le calme, l'environnement. La plage est tout près.

There was a problem with the door locking system but it was swiftly resolved by the on-site maintenance guy.

Clean and staff are nice

Shower height adjustment was broken, no ventilation in the shower. Lighting over the kitchen counter and sink was poor. Internet was out for a couple of days. Poor internet connection out in the veranda.

Ich war bereits im vergangenen Herbst in dieser Unterkunft und da es mir hervorragend gefallen hat, bin ich in diesem Herbst gleich wieder gekommen. Die Anlage ist ruhig und trotzdem ziemlich zentral. Es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement bietet den Komfort den ich mir in meinem Urlaub wünsche. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The main issue is cleanliness. When we arrived, there was hair in the bathroom (on the door and in the shower). The kitchen utensils and plates were also dirty, so we had to wash everything ourselves before using them. The couch also needs a proper cleaning, as it didn’t smell good and was unpleasant to use. Cleaning only takes place once every 3 days, which is too rare given the humid climate — towels really need to be changed daily. When the cleaning lady came after 3 days, we were in the middle of cooking lunch and asked if she could return the next day, but she said we would have to wait another 3 days! As a result, during our 7-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, on the last day of our stay, which was very disappointing. The kitchen could use some updates too: the non-stick frying pan is scratched and worn, which makes it unsafe to use. It would be helpful to have a cutting board and kitchen towels provided.

El hotel está bastante cerca de la playa, la chica de la recepción es muy amable y el hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio.

La habitación estaba bastante húmeda y no tenía mucha iluminación. Además, la limpieza podría haber sido un poco más profunda.

Lage war in Ordnung.

Unser Zimmer war für einen Badeurlaub völlig ungeeignet. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, nur eine Wandleiste mit Kleiderbügeln. Außerdem stand im Zimmer ein großer, feuchter Sofa, das viel Platz einnahm – an seiner Stelle hätte man problemlos einen Schrank aufstellen können. Weder auf dem Balkon noch im Badezimmer stand ein Wäscheständer zur Verfügung. Der Boden war so kalt, dass man nur mit Hausschuhen laufen konnte – für Kinder absolut ungeeignet. In der Küche war eine mini Pfanne, nicht Mal für ein Ei und keine Schneidebretter. Der Pool wurde morgens von Mitarbeitern manuell vom Kindersandeimer mit Chemikalien gereinigt, obwohl es im 21. Jahrhundert längst günstige, automatische Reinigungsgeräte gibt. Die Zimmerreinigung sollte eigentlich alle drei Tage stattfinden, doch während unseres dreitägigen Aufenthalts ist niemand gekommen. Auch an der Rezeption war die junge Mitarbeiterin nicht besonders freundlich. Für frische Handtücher musste ich selbst zur Rezeption gehen, anstatt dass jemand sie ins Zimmer bringt. Für das Geld habe ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Nie wieder – 1 von 5 Sternen.

Fiquei a saber que a "limpeza" era a cada 3 dias com troca de toalhas. Depois de insistir 3 dias seguidos tomamos medidas próprias para ultrapassar a "inércia" da equipa para exterminar os insectos na cozinha assim como a falta de higiene do apartamento. Não podemos descer no próprio modo de viver quando outros nos tentam forçar a um registo inaceitável. Felizmente não nos conseguiram estragar as férias mas saímos o mais rápido possível no último dia sem a dispensável despedida, o que cremos ter sido agradável pelo atendimento verificado em 14 dias.

-Nice Accommodation with great facilities. -Contemporary decor which felt very modern and with practical layout for family of 4 with lots of space. We especially loved the roof terrace with hot tub, this was amazing and a luxury having such a great outdoor space. -Staff were super helpful and at hand for all our needs. -Very close to a nice part of the beach!

-View from room was looking over a roundabout for a fairly busy road. -Mould/Mildew smell lingering in the room at all times. -Pool could have been cleaner. On the last day we saw one pool being cleaned so maybe needs to be done more often in peak season.

Estoy esperando tener unos días más para vover a este sitio. Los empleados amabilísimos, en especial Xisco, un amor de persona. Y en general todos ellos. A 5 min de la playa pero con unas piscinas perfectas para mantener los niños a raya.
