Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The room we were in was OK but the bathroom was horrible. The toilet had a terrible lean and the floor was crooked. The towel rack had more rust on it than metal. The shower head sprayed water all over. Beds and pillow were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful with places to eat.

Could hear air conditioning kicking on incrementally throughout the night. The continental breakfast was also not very good. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was fine.

When I got to my room I found out the TV in my room did not work and the lamp in my room did not work either. Breakfast was good though, I just don't think it is worth the cost.

Lastly the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We asked for another blanket, large water glasses if available , they helped us and was kind doing it. We would highly recommend this hotel in Slave lake.
