Das ganze Haus ist sehr liebevoll, stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der selbst Check-in hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich - frisch und lecker. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

All very well organised and laid out. Very clean and comfortable.

As it’s on the main road I was aware of some traffic noise but it didn’t spoil my stay.

That for the money, brekkie wasn’t included. Even a cereal or basic breakfast should have been included and up the charges for full breakfasts etc. we ends up getting a bacon role and cup of tea along the road for less than one brekkie for one day. We stayed 2 days so would have added £30+ to our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and I usually struggle with the temperature when staying away from home, but I had the best sleep ever! And you absolutely HAVE to book the breakfast. OMG! It was honestly incredible. I would go back every week just for the breakfast alone! We stayed for the Ayr Show and had such a lovely time. We will definitely be rebooking for next year and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

It was the only accommodation left in Ayr that night that wasn’t £300+. I’d never have paid that rate for a one night stay in a B&B which didn’t include breakfast but the airshow was on and you pay supply and demand prices. Booking .com would take their cut and there’s taxes due on the room fee etc. The owners were so helpful and our room was lovely. Breakfast was extra but only £12 and the choice of breakfast would satisfy anyone. So I’ve given a 9, I thought of an 8 as I’ve stayed in many places that have been superior. However, we went for the airshow. It was worth every penny. The B&B won’t be full all year. I would definitely recommend this B&B

Bit far away from esplanade but fine as we had a car and just one night to see all Rabbie Burns history in South Alloway.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending the bowling at Northfield Bowling Club

The only thing we didn’t like was half way through my shower the water turned cold, so my partner couldn’t have a shower on the Sunday morning after me.

Esperienza super positiva. La struttura è molto carina e curata, tutto impeccabile e pulito. La colazione è stata un vero punto forte. Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare sia la prima che l’ultima notte ed è comodissima per l’aeroporto. Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Torneremo volentieri!

For a last minute booking, this was a pleasant surprise. The guest house was an old Victorian building but modern inside with some original features. the rooms were exceptionally clean and big. We had the top two rooms and Ensuite bathroom which were plenty for the 3 of us and great value for money. The view from the top room is stunning. The host was very friendly and was happy to help with anything we needed (places to eat, EV charging spots, local supermarkets, etc) Would stay again.

The family room was nicely furnished, clean, and quiet. Street parking was available close to the guest house. Self service check-in was easy. The guest house was also a short walk to restaurants. We would stay here again if we pass through this area.

La atención de los anfitriones de 10. La habitación amplia, cómoda y bonita. A 5 minutos de la estación de tren que te lleva al aeropuerto en dos paradas.

Lejos de bares o restaurantes y del centro del pueblo aunque tampoco parece que éste tuviera nada destacable que visitar.

Just that the location wasn’t near the town centre but it really wasn’t far by walking or bus so it wasn’t a problem.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, David and Shona made us feel at home. Lovely room with everything we needed. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and breakfasts delicious. Very close to a small train station so perfectly placed for our train journeys.

Self-CheckIn hat perfekt funktioniert. Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht. Es war sehr sauber, gab Kaffee, Tee und Kekse, wenn man mag. Nur der Charme der bisher besuchten schottischen B&Bs fehlt hier gänzlich. Lage, direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Unser Zimmer ging nach hinten, dadurch war das kein Problem. Ich weiß nicht, wie die anderen Zimmer liegen. Kein persönlicher Kontakt, außer als wir Probleme mit der Beheizung des Zimmers hatten. Das wurde sehr zügig gelöst. Da wir unser Frühstück auswärts in The West Kirk (war übrigens super) einnahmen, gab es dann gar keinen Kontakt mehr. Wir sind einfach gegangen. Das war ein wenig komisch. Parken kann man entweder direkt am Haus (first come, first serve) oder auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Zu den guten Restaurants im Ort zu kommen braucht man das Auto.

This was my second time I stayed in this quiet b&b.. Friendly athmosphere, clean room, comfy bed and hot water in shower. Breakfast was fresh and there is a lot of choices.

The room was very clean and as we expected it to be. The location was superb and the instructions and communication from Beechwood Ensuite Guest House were very clear and friendly. They accommodated an early check in for us which was very kind.

The electric shower was very temperamental, not staying warm but instead either being freezing cold or boiling hot. We informed them of this in person and they assured it would be fixed for the next guests which was great. The bed was very small but very comfortable despite its size.

The staff were super friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They put our rooms next to each other which was nice. The bed was soo comfy. Everything was very clean and fresh, shower was lovely. Plenty of tea and coffee etc!

Really helpful and friendly owners. Accommodating when we extended our stay. And happy to give suggestions for nearby places to eat and park etc. Lovely garden, amazing view over to the sea. Rooms were clean, well stocked and the owners helpful for fridges and ice. It felt very homely, with only a few rooms and our group taking over 4 (the majority!) The kids were relaxed and able to go between rooms happily and without disturbing anyone. As did the adults! Great plug and mirror access which isn't always the case when staying away.

The shower pressure in the upstairs room was low, however I doubt this can be helped due to location at the top of the house. The main lights could be a bit brighter.

A lovely place, superbly located for ease of access into Prestwick and Ayr. Friendly and helpful owners, who were on hand if we needed anything. This is the fourth time we have stayed, will stay again.

Really clear instructions for my late check-in, with effort clearly made to provide a warm welcome. Room was comfortable and warm upon my arrival, I was able to get a good night's sleep before continuing on my journey.

The shower in my room was a bit tricky in terms of getting the temperature to remain constant.

Brilliant double room for families

SMS and email after 12pm to let us know room is ready. This is despite the room available from 4pm. Informed of how to check in and this was simple and effective.a lovely B&B in the heart of where we wanted to be. Owners were friendly, attentive and always available if you needed them.They really made us feel comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They were lovely to chat to too, Very knowledgeable about the area and learned about their family news. They were also interested in our visit. It was nice they recalled us from a visit a year ago. The amenities were great, kids loved having their own space and were delighted with the sweet touch of treats left for each of them. We enjoyed having the top floor to ourselves. Rooms were quiet and we all had a great, comfortable sleep. Breakfast was also outstanding! So much on offer. Meat produce was locally sourced and was delicious, also cooked exceptionally. The room was cleaned to a high standard and truly enjoyed our stay. They also recommend a Thai restaurant nearby to eat for dinner and also did not disappoint Book here, you will enjoy your stay
