Le bruit c’est très mal isolé donc entend tout, principalement les femmes de ménage des 7h30 qu’on entend à côté.

La propreté des lieux, la manager Silvia, le personnel de ménage et de restauration. L'emplacement près de la plage.

Nous avions choisi l'offre Petit déjeuner+ dîner, il le petit déjeuner est très bon, très correct mais le dîner est une véritable catastrophe. Très peu de choix et la qualité absolument pas au rdv pour un 4*. Nous avons préféré nous sustenter à l'extérieur et demander un remboursement. Pour lequel nous avons bataillé pendant 4 jours. Je vous conseille de prendre uniquement le petit déjeuner et de sortir manger dehors.

Alles stimmte nicht: Die Zimmer waren dreckig, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr schlecht gelaunt, und ich hatte nicht einmal eine Decke, nur ein Laken.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstückbuffet sehr ausreichend und abwechslungsreich, beim Pool auch sehr gute Atmosphäre durch den DJ.

Keine Parkplätze vor dem Hotel bzw. auch sehr schwer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe zu finden.

The reception staff were not friendly or helpful, especially when we experienced an issue with the air conditioning. It took approximately 8 hours to resolve the problem, and unfortunately, the staff were not cooperative in offering us another room or arranging a quick repair. Additionally, the extra bed provided in the room was very uncomfortable and caused back pain. The telephone in the room was also not working. Overall, we were disappointed with the level of service and the way these issues were handled.

The suite was spaceous and clean. It was right in magaluf, so easy to reach most places.

The wifi was pretty slow, which made casting on the smart tv so dificult. And the air conditioning never really got cool, so coming out of the 36c heat outside it was still not very inside which meant we kept our curtains closed to avoid the sun heating up the suite. Though it wasn't unbearable. The sofbed was also quite uncomfortable

De locatie was uitstekend. Het was heel proper en het zag er heel verzorgd uit. Het personeel was ook heel vriendelijk.

Het hotel ligt op een berg, dus je mocht elke keer een stevige helling beklimmen. Wij hadden een kamer waar 4 personen konden slapen, maar waren met 3. Met 4 zou het klein zijn geweest, maar voor 3 personen was het zeer goed.

Unfortunately, this hotel has far more disadvantages than advantages. We booked a Junior Suite, so our expectations regarding the room and the level of service were appropriate. However, in reality, we were extremely disappointed. When we checked into the room, the floor was already dirty: it had not been vacuumed or mopped. During our entire stay — 9 nights, or 10 days in total — the floor was never mopped even once. It was only swept. If you go to the beach every day, no matter how well you wash your feet before coming back to the room, some sand will inevitably get inside. As a result, it remains on the floor, and over nine nights quite a lot of it accumulates. The towel replacement was also very strange. Sometimes they would take only the face towels and leave the body towels unchanged. During our entire stay, the full set of towels was replaced only twice in 9 nights. The air conditioning system is very old and extremely noisy. It is practically impossible to sleep comfortably with it running, especially at night. The bathroom is also in very poor condition. Everything is old, and there are visible signs of rust and corrosion. The walls in the room are heavily stained and dirty, especially around the doors. It looks as though the room has not had proper maintenance or thorough cleaning for a long time. We also had a very unpleasant experience with the reception staff and the indoor swimming pool. The hotel’s Booking listing stated that there were three swimming pools: an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a children’s pool. During our stay, there was a sign next to the indoor pool saying that swimming was not allowed. However, the pool itself appeared to be completely functional. We went to the reception to ask whether the pool was actually closed, perhaps because they had simply forgotten to remove the sign. A curly-haired female receptionist told us that the pool was not operating. I asked, “Why is it not operating?

L'espace extérieur avec la piscine, le bar et toujours des chaises longues à dispo. La propreté quotidienne dans la chambre. 4 premières nuits 0 bruit, calme et agréable mais la dernière pas mal de bruits qui empêchent de dormir. Petit déjeuner au top pour qualité/prix.

La montée pour arriver à l'hôtel, dur dur avec pousettes et enfants. Canapé lit pas très confortable. Bruit assez important durant la dernière nuit.

Das Essen war grottig schlecht. Gläser wurden nur mit kaltem Wasser ausgespült, das Fleisch mit Händen angefasst & zwischendurch noch der Schweiß mit der selben Hand abgewischt.Es gab kein Animationsprogramm, das Welnessbecken war dauerhaft gesperrt.Am Abreisetag wurde behauptet,wir hätten 2 mal versucht die Kaution von den Pooltüchern abzuholen, als wir die Kameraaufnahmen verlangten, entschuldigte sich die Dame, sie hätte sich vertan. Es war bis jetzt das schlimmste Hotel für uns. Es hat höchstens einen Stern verdient

leider sehr dreckig um den Pool herum-ausgeleerte Getränke lagen um den Pool-Essensreste auf dem Boden.Nachts sehr laut durch die Partymeile vor der Türe-haben wir leider nicht vorher gewusst

El apartamento que me quedé estaba sucio, y luego al día siguiente no pasó la limpieza a hacer nuestra habitación.

Todos los servicios alrededor del hotel.Zona muy animada.La calidad de la playa ,arena fina ,aguas limpias y transparente.Varios puntos a pie de playa para sacar excursiones y otras actividades acuaticas Las habitaciones muy grandes .El punto exacto del hotel daba la opcion de disfrutar de 2 playas diferentes ,por un lado acceso a la playa de Magaluf y por otro lado a la playa de Calvia .los paseos maritimos muy animados y conectados.restaurantes muchos uno al lado del otro.La playa con sombrillas y tumbonas con cajas de seguridad .Hotel muy céntrico de todo.El desayuno muy bueno.Las ofertas de la comida en la cafeteria de la piscina muy rico todo .El personal de recepcion un encanto y una camarera del comedor que no recuerdo el nombre ,un poco madurita en años es un encanto

Lo malo es que esta en lo ultimo de una clase de cuesta para acceder a la playa de calvia y para la de Magaluf bajas 2 calles de cuesta y unas escaleras que te sacan la vida a la hora de subir .Para personas no jovenes no apto.Mucha cuesta.Para aparcar imposible.Lo mas pesimo es el horario de la cena hasta las 9 y 30,por la sgt razon ,he estado en muchos hoteles y jamas me habia pasado cosa igual ,que ese horario signifique q no puede quedar nadie dentro del comedor.No se supone que hasta esa hora puedes ir a cenar ,aqui a las 9 y 20 hay un camarero que me parece una gran falta de todo ,que va pasando por las mesas alertando que en 10 min cierran y al mismo momento dentro del comedor la chica de limpieza con el cubo de la fregona dentro del comedor .Por lo que si quieres comer como persona nornal y que la digestion no se t pasme ,estate a las 8 de la noche ya en el comedor de lo contrario parece que estas en un maraton.Creo que si ponen hasta las 21y 30 no vayan muchas personas justo a esa hora ,porque no debemos ir al extremo ,pero que estes cenando de antes y te estas echando del comedor porque a las 9 y 30 no puede quedar nadie,noooo .El horario de cena muy muy malo .Por otro lado muy pobre la cena ,poca variedad ,Con decir que estuvimos 14 dias y despues de pagar media pension ,fuimos solo 4 veces a cenar por lo que les cuento Muy triste el caso ,porque a disgusto mejor no cenar corriendo mal y que te esten echando ,es que no te da tiempo a nada pq como vas a estar a las 20 h para que t pueda dar tiempo cenar tranquilo .Vamos una pasada .

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was great for access to all things in Magaluf.

There was only one sheet provided for the bedroom and sofa bed. When we asked the front desk for a blanket, they said they could only provide sheets. A fuse was blown in our room somehow and the power went out temporarily. We notified the front desk and it was fixed quickly but still unexpected. The front desk require a deposit to use an iron and beach towels, deposit had to be paid in cash. There was also only one iron available at the property, and when we asked to use it we were told we needed to wait until it was returned by the other guests. Housekeeping left our room door open after cleaning. This was especially concerning because our room was right by the elevator on our floor and we had been out all day. The sofa bed had a lot of stains on it, wasn't the most comfortable to sleep on. The property advertised 3 pools, these pools were one large pool, a kiddy pool, and a small jacuzzi. These pools also closed at 7pm, kinda lame. We paid for half board and the food was subpar. We barely ate in the restaurant because the food wasn't great. Drinks were also not included in the half board price, we had to pay separately for soft drinks. While I have many complaints about the property, nothing I've said is directed at the staff. The staff were absolutely lovely. Ultimately, we just didn't feel like we got what we paid for.

Muy limpio. Hacen la cama y sacan la basura de la habitación pero no mucho más. Rica piscina. El día del checkout pudimos dejar las maletas y seguir usando las instalaciones (piscina, duchas, baños, lobby).

El sillón cama era demasiado incómodo, imposible dormir ahí. Éramos 3 y tuvimos que dormir las 3 en las 2 camas que habían. El wifi funcionaba mal. Cobran por reponer toallas limpias.

La posizione vicinissima al mare anche se situato alla fine di una ripida salita non comoda da percorrere con figli piccoli, lo staff cordiale e preparato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo discreto

L'area piscina poco curata con piscina e lettini sempre sporchi, la difficoltà nel trovare un parcheggio e la cucina poco varia con l'aggiunta dell'acqua a pagamento nonostante si acquista la mezza pensione.

Just that the Aircon was a bit dated and tricky to use at first but we figured it out eventually.

Jedlo vynikajúce a rozmanité. Personál super usmievaví, na recepcii aspoň 1 osoba, ktorá vedela aj po nemecky, takže sme sa hneď pri ubytovaní dozvedeli všetko potrebné.

Hoci sme mali skoro každý deň čisté uteráky aj osušky aspoň raz za náš 9 dňový pobyt mohla byť umytá dlážka, nakoľko keď zapršali nosili sme špinu z balkóna teda piesok zaviaty od mora

Le camere sulla strada non sono assolutamente insonorizzate essendo un posto con molta movida direi necessaria una insonorizzazione adeguata, inoltre la camera da letto non ha una tenda che oscuri la luce quindi al mattino entra tutta la luce, non garantendo un riposo adeguato.

Hemos ido de turismo y muy bien el hotel La hora de entrada no nos dieron habitación hasta las 15h ( bien perfecto) Pero la hora de salida a las 11h de la mañana venga entrar a la habitación para que la dejáramos,exigiendo que nos diéramos prisa,( porque asi las limpiadoras la limpian )cuando la salida es a las 12h. Si te la Dan tarde y no exiges nada al contrario tendría que tener en cuenta la hora de salida. Eso lo tendrían que ir cambiando en los hoteles. En este caso es porque nos han visto jóvenes y se aprobechan,seguro que si va un mayor no se atreven habrír la habitación y meter prisa en dejarla

Dovevamo avere un letto matrimoniale e ci hanno dato due singoli, ogni giorno ho dovuto chiamare la reception per avere gli asciugamani di ricambio che hanno dimenticato ogni volta che hanno pulito, e hanno pulito la stanza 3 giorni su 7 che siamo stati lì… Per il resto niente da dire

La stanza grande e molto pulita, la piscina, le ragazze e i ragazzi dell'animazione, le signore delle pulizie sempre cortesi e sorridenti, la posizione vicina al mare, la possibilità di depositare i bagagli nel deposito e di utilizzare la struttura fino alla nostra partenza anche se il check out era alle 11 e noi siamo partiti alle 18.

Un paio di signori al buffet che alle 21 e 20 cominciavano a ricordare che alle 21 e 30 il ristorante avrebbe chiuso. Non per il concetto, che ci sta, ma per la modalità. Poca empatia, nessun sorriso. Non mi è piaciuto l'eccessivo ricarico sulle bevande non incluse nella mezza pensione. 3,10 euro per una bottiglia d'acqua da 500 ml mi sembra alquanto eccessivo. La posizione è vicina al mare ma su una salita un pochino ripida. Assolutamente zero parcheggi per chi volesse noleggiare auto.

It was my birthday and I went with a friend so I booked the family suite The hotel charged and confirmed the booking, but made a judgement that because I don't have kids, they would give away my room The team were rude and argumentative and ruined my holiday and birthday

Entertainment was only on for two days we was there , and only on until 6pm when the outside bar cooled then only another bar by the restaurant and no entertainment inside .

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja, w zasadzie brak możliwości normalnego snu, łóżko ( a w zasadzie rozkładana sofa) to porażka. Niewygodne. Spałam Odwrotnie, bo gdybym miała głowę w miejscu głowy to spałabym głową w dół, materac był zapadnięty, więc ja nie wiem jak miałby tam spać 2 osoby… ja spałam głową w „nogach” i na ukos. Śniadanie do samolotu też…miało być ale jak to bywa „i’m sorry”. Ktoś zapomniał, chociaż wcześniej wszystko było ustalone.

A medence jó volt, naponta kétszer takaírtották a medence környékét. A szállás jó helyen van, minden könnyen elérhető.

Több, mint egy órát kellett várni a szobára, ennek ellenére a szoba padló koszos volt, a klíma nem működött a szobában 30 fok várt. A klíma később sem működött (éjszaka a terasz ajtót elhúzva a működő klíma mellett tudtunk épphogy aludni), arra is a karbantartó hívta fel a figyelmünket, hogy csukjuk be a fürdő ajtót, mert másképp egyáltalán nem működik a klíma. Azt is tőle tudtuk meg, miután a csapot megszerelte (ez a kezünkbe maradt, a takarító biztos nem vette észre mikor elvileg takarított), hogy a széf külön kulccsal működik amit a recepción kellett volna megkapnunk külön fizetés ellenében (amennyit reklamáltunk ezért végül nem kellett fizetni). A karszalagokat nem kaptuk meg, este a vacsoránál kérték tőlünk, ezt is a recepción kellett volna kiadni. Az ágynemű foltos volt, kértünk cserét, erre a kezünkbe nyomták húzzuk fel....A szálloda elvileg 4*.....de kettőt nem ért a szolgáltatás színvonala......A vacsoránál hűtő rész nem volt a meleg helyen több órán keresztül az asztalon voltak a majonézes, és egyéb ételek, mivel a klíma itt sem volt tökéletes.

Muy ruidosa la habitación. Entra luz muy temprano. Esta arriba de una colina. Llegar a pie es cansador. Difícil de encontrar lugar para estacionar y no cuenta con parking. Es un barrio de turismo ingles rodeado de bares, y tiendas de souvenirs, no nos gustó.

Excellent hotel and a great choice for young people! 🌴 Everything was great — the hotel was clean, well-maintained and very tidy. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless. I would especially recommend this hotel to younger guests, as the majority of the clientele is young — groups of friends, couples, both girls and guys. The atmosphere is relaxed and lively. It can get a little noisy at night when guests return from the city, but personally, I didn’t mind it at all and wouldn’t consider it a downside. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a great variety of food. 🥐☕️ The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff, who were wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to young people and couples. ❤️

Находится в центре города, но очень комфортно и не громко для отдыха и сна, очень дружелюбный персонал, вкусная еда , завтраки просто потрясающие, никогда нет очередей, хотя отель в августе был полный, всегда большой выбор продуктов, есть возможность посещать 2 пляжа, что разнообразит ваш отдых, море чистое и красивое, в округе много ресторанов и магазинов на любой вкус, возле бассейна всегда были свободные лежаки.

Если вы не любите ходить, то возможно вам будет немножко некомфортно подниматься на небольшой уклон. Для нас это не было проблемой, а наоборот дополнительная двигательная активность.

They took the payment out if the card i secured the booking with 5 months ago, and not the card i updated it to a month ago so i copped so much fees on that card, they were not responsive and dod not care. They took money out if an unauthorised card, the card i had on file nearly a month before the stay should have been the one that was made payment with. Already on top of an overpriced accommodation, i was out nearly $200 extra. Not happy

Pas de place de parking, une galère pour ce garer dans le quartier . Nous mettions plus de 45min une à chaque fois. Hôtel destiné qu’aux jeunes en quête de fêtes, hôtel à évité pour les familles. Les gens qui dans la piscine, dans le hall déambule à moitié nue partout. Les chambres donne sur couloir qui lui même donne sur la rue passante, donc impossible de dormir car nous attendons les bruits des fetards comme ci notre lit était en boîte de nuit. En arrivant la chambre était sale nous avons demander à ce que le sol soit nettoyé plein de miette, sol colant dû à des boissons sucrées. La climatisation fonctionne très légèrement. Il fait très chaud dans la chambre.

Pas d’isolation au niveau des murs. Très très bruyant la nuit !!! Impossible de dormir ! La luminosité dans la chambre est également très gênante. De plus, Nous avons été réveillé par des jeunes en pleines nuit qui ont essayé de rentrer dans notre chambre, la réception m’a répondu « ce sont des jeunes » Pour terminer, On nous met dehors à l’heure pile du petit déjeuner. Pour un 4 étoiles, cela laisse à désirer !!!

Peccato che venga scelto da agenzie di viaggi per giovani che portano gruppi in massa e se uno vuole riposare è praticamente impossibile , di giorno la musica ad alto volume in piscina e di notte gente che continua a passare vicino alle porte schiamazzando fino alle6 di mattina .

Cibo con poca scelta,camere non pulite,camere molto rumorose per via delle numerosissime comitive di giovani,aria condizionata molto scadente,per essere un 4 stelle pensavamo molto molto meglio.....invece una delusione

Struttura molto bella e accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo l'utilizzo della piscina messa a disposizione per i clienti. Posizione ottima. Camera molto carina climatizzata.

È stato un po' difficoltoso raggiungere la struttura perché situata su una salita abbastanza ripida avendo difficoltà sia a salire con le valigie e sia a fermarsi con l'auto. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie giornaliere della camera, mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel a Magaluf con un gruppo di amici e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La camera era pulita e veniva effettuata regolarmente la pulizia, con cambio degli asciugamani. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta per chi cerca divertimento e vuole avere tutto a portata di mano, soprattutto se si viaggia in gruppo. La piscina è molto pulita, ben organizzata e ideale per rilassarsi durante la giornata. Un altro punto di forza è sicuramente il personale, sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Non abbiamo avuto occasione di mangiare in hotel, ma la struttura offriva la possibilità di farlo tranquillamente. Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e lo consiglio soprattutto a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza divertente a Magaluf senza rinunciare a pulizia, organizzazione e cortesia.
