The staff were really friendly, and both breakfast and dinner were really worth the price. The sea view was absolutely gorgeous. I have nothing to complain about.

The large overhead shower kept running even when we wanted to use only the smaller handheld shower, so it didn’t work properly. One more thing we noticed was that the staff were sometimes a little too quick to clear the plates. On a few occasions, food that I was still planning to eat was taken away.

Pro: tolles Personal, im Zimmer gab es alles, was man soweit brauchte, drinnen und draußen einige Sitzmöglichkeiten, regelmäßige Abendprogramme, privater Zugang zum Meer über eine Treppe hinter dem Pool Bereich

Contra: für Veganer*innen leider sehr dürftiges Angebot. Beim Frühstück war nicht alles beschriftet, sodass man bei jeglichen Backwaren (Brot, Baguette, Croissants, Kuchen etc.) fragen muss, ob sie vegan sind. Außer Marmelade kann man eigentlich nichts auf dem Brot essen, auch die Margarine ist nur vegetarisch. Frühstück besteht daher hauptsächlich aus Obst und Gemüse. Auch in den Restaurants oder Märkten in der Nähe eher wenig Auswahl für Veganer*innen. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen neu sortiert, sodass man jeden Morgen aufs Neue schauen musste, wo sich was befindet und was für Veganer*innen verfügbar ist.

Stunning views from every area of the hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful & hard working. Loved the quirky style & design - very lively & young vibe. Entertainment varied & very high standard.

It was a little crowded around the pool at times. Maybe make more if the little beach with loungers? Or add a larger pool or plunge pool just to cool off?

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement magnifique, avec une très belle vue sur la mer, qui est clairement l’un de ses grands atouts. Les espaces sont agréables et l’établissement est très propre. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié et de qualité, tout comme la restauration en général. La grande plage de Calvià toute proche est également superbe.

Nous avons surtout été déçus par la literie, que nous ne trouvons pas au niveau attendu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, notamment en termes de confort et de dimensions du lit. Plus globalement, nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité-prix assez moyen : l’hôtel est agréable, mais pour le tarif pratiqué, nous avons déjà séjourné dans des établissements offrant davantage de prestations pour un prix inférieur. Il faut également savoir que l’hôtel se situe à Magaluf : l’environnement immédiat est très touristique, avec beaucoup de bars, commerces et lieux festifs, ce qui peut parfois donner une impression assez « cheap » et manquer de charme majorquin. Cela ne dépend évidemment pas directement de l’hôtel, mais c’est à prendre en compte selon le type de séjour recherché.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were quite disappointing: No basic amenities: Given the daily rate, it is completely unacceptable not to have at least complimentary coffee or tea facilities available in the room. Declining standards: This was my third visit to this hotel, and I noticed a clear decline in overall quality compared to previous years. The food was particularly disappointing—it felt as though they were doing the bare minimum while cutting corners as much as possible. Poor value: All things considered, the value for money is simply not there anymore.

Letto matrimoniale forse un po’ troppo piccolo rispetto alla media e posti auto davvero limitati .

Personnel très sympa, la vue depuis la chambre est incroyable, les buffets petit dej et dinner très variés et très bons. La piscine très sympa aussi. La salle de sport est bien, j'y étais 2 fois et j'y ai croisé 2 personnes seulement donc pas de problème d'utilisation du matériel. Le service navette proposé est très pratique, c'est un bus qu'on peut prendre depuis l'aéroport et qui dessert plusieurs hotels donc il faut compter un peu plus de temps de trajet qu'un simple trajet aéroport-->hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und gleichzeitig ist das Zentrum von Magaluf nicht weit entfernt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich. Auch die Hotelanlage und der Poolbereich waren sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es gab nichts, was uns besonders negativ aufgefallen ist. Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden.

Gros point négatif : c’est le parking , même si c’est marqué dans booking que vous pouvez avoir une place payante , c’est faux. Les places à l’extérieur sont quasi indisponibles , vous allez passer bcp de temps à chercher une place . Nous avons pris une chambre avec vue sur mer , mais pendant 2 premières nuits on a une une vue sur les escaliers de service en premier , un bâtiment de la cafétéria , et la mer plus loin. La región magaluf est loin d’être la plus belle región a visiter, l hôtel est entouré des boites de mutis , bars et trop de bruit. Pour un 4 etoiles, pas de room de service , pas de service tout court .

Les chambres bien que spacieuse sont assez basique . l'hotel est géré comme un club de vacance et non comme un hotel. Le petit dejeuner finit assez tot (10h30).

Beautiful views, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a great breakfast with plenty of choice. We loved the pool area, delicious food, cocktails, DJ program, and especially the rooftop bar.

A few things could be improved. The bathroom was very basic, and the shower and sink were constantly clogged. Shower gel was not provided or replenished during our 2-week stay. The bed was uncomfortable and there were no bathrobes. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no vegetables. Late check-out was advertised but unavailable despite several requests. The hotel is on a very steep hill, and the sea is about a 10-minute walk away with no direct access. There were also too few pool umbrellas, most of which were reserved early in the morning.

Szobánkból a kilátás gyönyörű volt, ahogy az étteremből, bárból is. Személyzet kedves, segítőkész, kiemelném a pincér csapatból Peter-t, aki az első naptól kezdve nevünkön szólítva köszöntött és mindig érdeklődött, amivel szebbé tette az ott tartózkodást. Ételek jók, változatosak.

Elég rossz bármit megközelíteni a környéken, jó kis dombot kell megmászni gyalogosan, ha az ember menne valahova. Bőröndökkel a buszmegállótól szörnyű volt felmenni, taxit ajánlok reptérről. Tengerparthoz közvetlenebb lejárat jó volna. Bár tengerbe egy elég régi létrán le lehet jutni, de a hullámok miatt és a rossz létra miatt nehézkes. Medence jó méretű, de kissé koszos volt. Szoba kicsit kisebb, mint amire számítottunk, takarításon lett volna mit javítani. Liftből több kellene!

Niekada nebuvome “Adults only” viešbučiuose, nors ir turime vaikų, atvykę be jų labai įvertinome formato privalumus - atmosfera buvo rami ir atpalaiduojanti, nebuvo triukšmingų svečių. Viskas buvo nuostabu. Taip pat patiko viešbučio sveikinimai žmonos gimtadienio proga.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, tolle Aussicht, freundliches Personal, leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet, kostenloses Wasser auf dem Gang. Wegen späten Flugs durften wir am späten Nachmittag nochmal kostenfrei eine Dusche nehmen.

Die Parkplatz-Situation ist wirklich schwierig dort oben und 20€ pro Nacht für einen Parkplatz dann doch sehr viel. Wir hatten Hochzeitstag und unser „Geschenk“ war für 150€ mehr ein besseres Zimmer. naja, da haben wir schon bessere Geschenke in anderen Hotels erhalten hahah Darüber hinaus gibt es keine kostenfreien Handtücher und generell leider viiiel zu wenige Liegen für die zahlreichen Gäste.

Très bel hôtel dans l’ensemble, avec une vue absolument magnifique sur la mer. L’hôtel est très beau, le personnel est vraiment adorable, accueillant et disponible, et le petit-déjeuner est également très bien. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Cependant, je reste assez déçue par certains points au vu du prix payé, plus de 250 € par nuit pour notre chambre/suite. J’avais notamment précisé lors de ma réservation que je souhaitais être située dans les étages supérieurs afin de profiter au maximum de la vue, et nous avons finalement été placées seulement au 2ᵉ étage. C’était particulièrement décevant sachant que c’était une demande qui comptait beaucoup pour moi. La climatisation n’était également pas assez puissante, ce qui peut vite devenir désagréable avec la chaleur. Dans la douche, la température de l’eau était assez instable et alternait régulièrement entre chaud et froid et j’ai trouvé la salle de bain vraiment très petite. Cela reste malgré tout un très bel hôtel, notamment grâce à son emplacement, sa vue exceptionnelle et la gentillesse du personnel. Mais pour le tarif payé, je m’attendais honnêtement à des prestations et à un niveau de confort un peu plus élevés.

Way too expensive for what it is. The bed was awful. Absolutely no options for pillows. What you have is what you get. The coffee is terrible. There is no coffee machine in the room. You have to pay for pool towels which is unacceptable when you pay 280 Euros per night

Vízparti annyit jelent, hogy a szikláról kell beugrani, kijönni nagyon nehéz, a kezemről lejött a bőr, volt, aki vérzett, úgy megsérült kijövetelnél. A vacsora egysíkú és főleg hideg ételek vannak, felvágottak, sajtok, saláta. Húst szemünk előtt sütik, de a disznó hús sajnos véresre sikerült. Az ágy matrac kifeküdve, nagyon kényelmetlen. A homokos part messze van, hegymenet és sok száz lépcső onnan vissza.

Everything was excellent! I really enjoyed my stay. I especially loved the delicious breakfasts with a great variety of fresh food. I also really appreciated the water dispensers on every floor, which made the stay even more convenient and comfortable. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the limited number of sun loungers by the pool. If you didn’t reserve one early in the morning, it was almost impossible to spend the day by the pool.

This hotel is in the most gorgeous location with fabulous views. It’s spotlessly clean with a lovely aesthetic and wonderful staff who are pleasant and courteous in their roles. The bedroom corridors were so quiet, it was like there was no one else there. Very peaceful. The food at both breakfast and dinner (we were half board and are vegetarian/pescatarian) was plentiful and good with something to suit everyone. Our bedroom was a perfect size with plenty of storage space and a balcony with sun-beds, should you choose not to go to the pool ( room overlooking the pool and out to sea). Side note: other reviews mentioned the lack of beds by the pool- this was not our experience. We never had any difficulty. If I had two pieces of constructive feedback, it’s that (1) the “entertainment “ by the pool can be quite loud. My idea of a holiday is tranquility with the surroundings being as I described above. We never intended to go in to the resort (Palmanova / Magaluf is not for us) and basing ourselves in the hotel fully for a relaxing break was the objective. However, I found the peace slightly shattered by DJs on 3 afternoons and a singer (who didn’t have the correct words to any song!) on 1 afternoon ( this is my opinion, I understand others may feel completely differently). (2) The juice offering at breakfast- fruit juices were dispensed from a machine and very sugary, a fresh offering would be more palatable. There was of course smoothies available which were freshly made but these are sometimes thicker than a juice and not “hitting the spot“. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Tak naprawdę wszystko tak jak powinno wyglądać w hotel 4*. `Śniadania bardzo fajne, świerze produkty, również dla vegan. Pokój przestronny, czysty, wygodny. Lokalizacja odpowiednia. Personel miły i pomocny. Cisza, spokój.

Jedynie uwaga to koniecznośc wykonywania drobnych napraw w pokojach aby wyglądały cały czas odpowiednio dla 4*.

La difficulté à se garer dans les alentours car le parking est payant (20€ par jour seulement jusqu'à 11h le lendemain)

J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, un peu à l’écart des lieux festifs, ainsi que son cadre idyllique.

La communication avec la réception. L’hôtel propose un service de taxi pour se déplacer en dehors de Magaluf. Malheureusement, nous avons manqué notre excursion, car le personnel de l’accueil ne nous a pas informés que le taxi avait été annulé à 2 reprises. Nous avons ainsi attendu près de deux heures inutilement, pour finalement ne pas pouvoir rejoindre le lieu de rendez-vous. En guise de dédommagement, l’hôtel nous a simplement offert une boisson. Compte tenu du fait que l’excursion coûtait 65 € par personne et que cette situation est due à un manque de communication de leur part, nous estimons qu’un geste commercial plus conséquent, comme un repas offert, aurait été plus approprié.

Rooms were nice and generally the hotel was really nice - though I don't think we see it all.

Hard to navigate to find things within the hotel, even signs near the lifts don't state where all the areas are for example we didn't see signs for the rooftop bar (we didn't go), we had to navigate our own way down to the swimming pool had no idea what floor it was on (only once in lift it states where to go). On our last day as leaving late - asked to use the shower room (which they reception were very accommodating of) however this was suppose to have been booked in advance - wasn't explained. I just feel it is a great hotel but more detail is needed when you check in.

Nous sommes en vacances pour nous détendre pas pour nous faire presser et refuser l’accès à certaines parties de l’hôtel comme le parking pour décharger les valises ou bien le niveau zéro qui normalement ferme à minuit alors que à 11h tout est déjà arrangé et on nous demande de libérer le lieu. La demande du lit double n’a pas non plus été respectée

Sauberkeit wirklich top, sehr leckeres umfangreiches Frühstück. Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! An der Poolbar gibt es sehr gutes Essen und Getränke. Direkter Meerzugang wird hier oft kritisiert, weil es „nur“ eine Leiter gibt wir haben es jedoch als sehr schön empfunden!

als Paar welches nicht feiern geht, nicht die schönste Lage, einem muss bewusst sein, dass es wirklich ein Partyort ist-wer wirklich entspannen will ist magaluf leider nicht der passende Ort. Die Betten waren wirklich sehr klein. Gegen das Reservieren von Liegen in der Früh müsste außerdem was gemacht werden

When booking it was nowhere mentioned that we would be placed in an annex building next door. This meant we had to walk to the main building for every single meal. If I wanted that kind of arrangement I could have booked any other accommodation and just paid extra for meals. You completely lose the feeling of staying at the hotel you actually chose...

Lovely hotel, good location although for some people the steep hill back and forth to the beach may be difficult. Pool area was beautiful and Sergio was a stand out with attentiveness around the pool area bar. Such a personable and happy man. Breakfast was plentiful too.

We picked this hotel as it is an Adults only hotel and we expected a bit more of a vibe. There wasn’t any music after 6pm and we were surprised that the pool closed at 8pm and didn’t open until 9am. It would have been nice to have some music or ambience while sitting in the pool until the sun goes down. We also ordered two taxi’s through reception and only one turned up which one group went in and the second one was cancelled and reception couldn’t help with a second taxi which meant as a group we missed our boat excursion, waiting over €500. This may have been a taxi company issue but it was disappointing that reception couldn’t help us.

Hotel is gorgeous as it looks in the photos. we had half board with our booking. the food was very hit and miss, some food ok some not so great. however, what annoyed me the most was they charge for tap water in the evening!! In the morning you have access to free water, juice, tea etc. However, in the evening they charge for tap water, so the next day i brought my own bottle and they told me i couldn't bring it into the restaurant. Such a shame as apart from that the hotel was beautiful but mainly because of this i would not stay again, or recommend anyone else to on principle. not enough sun loungers so you would be very lucky to get one and very limited on food options and times throughout the day. area is very "young" so great for people who want to go out and party on the strip.

Wow is all I can say about this hotel! It was absolutely fabulous. It was so clean and modern with so many little quirks! The staff were so accommodating and nothing was a bother. We are already looking to book for next year. We have made memories we will never forget. And the views are absolutely outstanding, it is also in a perfect location. Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights early July 2026. Excellent value for money, no complaints at all. Wish I’d have paid more for a sea view room but that’s on me.
