Très bien situé, près de la plage, l'accueil chaleureux, le buffet du petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, la belle piscine. Le stationnement possible en extérieur, la gentillesse de l'ensemble des collaborateurs.

L'insonorisation des chambres, on entend le ronflement des voisins, le bruit des toilettes et les conversations. Cet établissement mériterait un rafraîchissement, les moquettes des couloirs sont tachées, le sol de la chambre est rayé et certains meubles sont datés.

Locatie, ruime kamer. Zeer goed ontbijt en erg vriendelijk personeel. Strand op 5 min loopafstand.

I liked the vibe, the staff, the breakfasts (even though they are the same I like it), the rooms are clean, there is ample parking, close to the beach, and the rooms are nice. One thing I especially liked was how friendly and helpful the staff was. The garden is nice green, and well maintained. The showers are spacious and there's enough storage space for two people with trollies and backpacks. The checkout time is very good too. I found the wifi speed and stability is sufficient for watching stuff on YouTube and doing calls / video for work. I didn't dip in the pool but I noticed it's used often and looked nice.

The cleaning good be a little better as there where spider nets hidden in the corners of the room and some wall spots that can be very easily wiped off.

Hôtel à taille humaine situé dans un environnement calme à une dizaine de minutes en voiture du port. Chambre moderne confortable et petit déjeuner varié.

Per iniziare, lo staff é gentilissimo, sempre pronti ad aiutarti in tutto, sorridenti e ospitali. Sembrava di essere a casa. Un grazie particolare a Joan, Rosa e Marga. L’hotel é pulitissimo in ogni sua parte. Il cibo é di ottima qualità e vario, soprattutto la colazione. La stanza è molto ampia e funzionale.

L’orario di chiusura della piscina é alle 18, un po’ presto. La nostra stanza vista “giardino” in realtà era vista parcheggio, ma è stata sicuramente solo sfortuna.

Bardzo ładny hotel, przestronny pokój i łazienka, duży plus za serwisy streamingowe. Blisko plaża, miasto trochę daleko, ale można było przespacerować się wzdłuż brzegu.

Dosyć monotonne śniadania, ale nie były złe. Basen był duży, ale ze względu na dużą ilość dzieci, nie korzystaliśmy z niego - nie było to dla nas problemem ;)

La tranquilitat en l’hotel, el personal molt amable i atent, la localització per visitar la Serra de Tramuntana i platges com de Muro. Les instal·lacions són noves i acollidores. Disposen de carregadors elèctrics per només dos vehicles, però funcionen molt bé (són de càrrega lenta ~6kW i a 0,40€/kWh). Destacar, sobretot, la professionalitat del personal de l’hotel que es mereix un gran reconeixement i aprofitem per donar-lis les gràcies! Repetirem!!

Com a punt de millora, s’agraïria que la piscina semi-privada es pugui disposar per a tots els hostes, però només com a Only-Adults. En el nostre cas, la majoria de les vegades, netejaven l’habitació massa tard. Ens voliem dutxar després de la platja i encara estava l’habitació sense arreglar, però la neteja és excel.lent i el personal de neteja molt amable.

Nice location for easy car access, especially if you don’t mind a slightly longer walk into the centre in return for a peace and a better price. Clean, spacious rooms.

Hotel was great and very clean, but the running of it felt unnecessarily ridged. E.g. couldn’t fill water bottles outside of breakfast hours, not able to borrow bikes just for the evening without paying the full day rate (even though they were sitting there not being used), description of ‘apartment’ on booking.com was in fact a suite at the hotel so had to pay extra on arrival etc. People were nice but spontaneous customer service was sorely lacking which left a money-grabbing sour taste. A shame as otherwise would highly recommend.

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Hotel, dennoch in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Absolut freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück wirklich klasse, genauso wie das problemlose parken mit dem Mietwagen. Zimmer sehr geräumig.

Die Betten waren für uns leider viel zu hart.

We love the staff! We love the spacious apartment with kitchen facilities. The pool is wonderful with a fantastic restaurant and bar alongside, well priced too. There is a feeling of being part of the family staying here.

We only have one issue but this hasn’t put us staying here twice, the mattresses are quite hard. Just not what we prefer. We did however sleep perfectly well!

Lovely spacious suite with plenty of room on the second floor with a lovely balcony. We went half board and both breakfast and evening buffet (ate in x 4 evenings then out the rest) were excellent - very hot and fresh food. The staff on reception and in dining areas were really lovely and efficient!

The location is near the beach which is wonderful however it’s a decent 20 min walk which in the heat felt a long way!

- peu de places de parking obligé de se garer dans une rue adjacente, au vu du prix de la chambre c’est dommage - partie communes sales (sables, eau dans les escaliers qui s’avère dangereux avec le carrelage) - insonorisation très faible on entend les gens dans les couloirs et les balcons, prévoir des boules quies - attention il s’agit d’un hôtel FAMILIAL donc beaucoup de familles avec enfants, du bruit, du bruit et du bruit. Nous n’avions pas fait attention mais ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel. - climatisation ancienne et peu froide (réglage mécanique) peut déranger certaines personnes qui aime avoir une climatisation fraîche. - pas de couette.

Good in room facilities - fridge, free safe, tea/coffee making, plenty storage, toiletries, hairdryer, plenty sockets, etc. Fab breakfast buffet with plenty of choice & nice food. Great bike garage with plenty of space for bike storage & access to bike tools.

Exceptionally clean, friendly staff, great location. It’s not too far out from Puerto Pollensa but far enough to be quiet. The size is just right. There are always sunbeds available - and we went in high summer. The food is great. It’s just a lovely hotel.

L’apartament podria tenir algun cosa més a la cuina. Per cuinar és una mica just el estris que hi ha. Al lavabo hauria estat bé tenir alguna cosa més per penjar toballoles.

Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war perfekt und auch der Weg zum Strand nicht weit. Beim Essen gab es genügend Auswahl. Da war für jeden etwas dabei. Port de Pollença und Pollença sind sehr schön und der Strand auch sehr zu empfehlen.

Der wirklich einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Bett. Die Matratze war für uns leider zu hart.

We loved it here. Spacious room, very clean. Perfect location away from the crowds yet within easy walk to the restaurants & groceries. This side of the beach is not packed even in August, perfect for families. Lovely staff, great hospitality.

The quality & variety of food for breakfast is excellent, however it feels repetitive after some time. Might be good to change some options after a few days.

Rooms were lovely and clean, Aircon was ice cold, modern and comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Pictures a little misleading..expected a kitchenette in the room, all we had was a fridge and kettle. We were a party of 20, some rooms had one, others didn't although all room specified the same. Difficult to get loungers if you're not up early, which I never was..a lot reserved but not used.

Hotel położony w super miejscu. Blisko plaża. Bez problemu można znaleźć miejsce parkingowe. Do centrum 30 minut spacerem. Pokój sprzątany codziennie.

Śniadania ok ale monotonne. Leżaki nad basenem trzeba rezerwować. Animacje dla dzieci i wieczorne słabe ale my nie korzystaliśmy.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and the buffet is well stocked. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the main beach.

Myself, my husband and two daughters (3yo and 2yo) stayed last week of July/first week of Aug. Welcome: Fast, efficient and very friendly. Room was a prem garden view room. Perfect for us. Very spacious even with a double buggy and immaculately clean. Aircon was amazing, one of the best we have had. Beds were huge and so comfortable. Within minutes of requesting a cot it was in our room before we even got there. We were half board so just used kettle and our own cutlery for lunches in our room. Food: Im a veggie as are our children. Couldnt fault menu. Snack bar was fantastic quality. And breakfast and evening meal never disappointed. Not a huge buffet, but that meant that what they did, they did really well. At least x2 veggie options each night with superb sides and plenty at breakfast. Location: Yes a walk into town, but its a beautiful flat walk. We knew there wasnt any entertainment in the evening, so we walked to a nearby family hotel for a mini disco, had a drink there then home. The resort as a whole isnt about loud and brash entertainment. This wasnt an issue for us. Never said this before, but we will be back as soon as we can. Perfect hotel, in Puerto Pollensa.

This hotel felt like a hidden gem. We had a wonderful holiday. We paid for a room only option when booking direct with the hotel, in a premium garden suite apartment. It was number 49 which is right at the end on the left side of the hotel and I can’t tell you how quiet it is. We upgraded to have breakfast at the hotel and you get a discount for booking 3 consecutive days. Definitely worth adding breakfast - as it’s 100% worth it! Great food options with hot buffet options and lots of fresh fruit too. My kids loved pancakes and Churros which were available on opposite days to each other. Our room didn’t have any self catering facilities except for a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. But we improvised on the days we had lunch back at the apartment. The hotel staff have been so helpful, we were looking to hire bikes for the day and they let us try all the bikes before deciding on which ones were the best fit for our family - there were lots of options. There is a great bike lane that runs along the prom which is about 5km or so and suited us for a little activity. But you can definitely go much further with lots of bike routes. The hotel is immaculate, clean towels and linen, the room itself is spotless, around the pool and restaurant is the same along with the well kept gardens our daily house keeper was lovely - always saying hello and keeping our room so nice with fresh towels when we needed them and making our beds every day. Our room is a one bedroom beautiful apartment, but is set up with a very large sofa bed in the lounge for our daughters with a smart TV. The room is very spacious. . There’s a wardrobe and storage cupboard in the bedroom which was plenty enough for our family to keep all our clothes and also we were able to keep our luggage in there too (one large suitcase and 4 large ruck sacks which is a bonus). The beds were all very comfortable. Plus was a full length mirror and lots of plug sockets. The bathroom is large and modern. The air con is fabulous. You can dry your wet clothes on the line out on the terrace. The outside terrace was so lovely with two large sun loungers and two other sun terrace chairs. Reserving a sun bed isn’t a mad rush to the pool. And we are staying in peak school holiday season. Most were taken by 1030 but still some available after then. The beach is a 2 min walk so we’ve often popped down for a swim during the day and come back to the pool. The sea is very clear and lovely to swim in. There’s a lovely walk in to the busier part of puerto pollensa- from about 630pm the prom is half shaded so makes it easier in the hotter months when walking to the port in the evening. There are lots of restaurants to choose from along the front near to the hotel too. We really loved Swing ( but definitely book in advance for peak season), Casa Marquis, Unico, Lemon Lounge Bar. We also took a trip to the old town which was another highlight to walk up the 365 Calvari steps to an amazing view. We went in the evening when it was slightly cooler and it was very quiet at the top (no over crowding). And then once at the bottom we ate dinner in the square at Onze.11. Which was so good - we had a fab table in the square. We took a taxi which was about €12 each way but you can take a bus easily. There are several spar shops near by if you wanted to get a small food shop. You can get fresh towels for the sunbed, mon, weds and sat. There is no deposit for the premium suites. We had a late flight home, you may be able to extend your room on your last day for a small fee - if the hotel can accommodate, otherwise you can have an option for a potential courtesy room to freshen up before leaving to go home. But only if they have it - worth checking if you need it. The hotels staff are all so friendly, lovely, polite and helpful. Can’t say thank you enough. We would love to come back for another stay x x

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel on our visit to see the eclipse! The front desk staff were very friendly! The rooms were clean and cool. Loved the pool and other amenities. Highly recommend!!!

We have just spent a week at the Eu Bahia (2 adults, 2 kids) and had a lovely stay. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, which is a great spot with gorgeous views and not too busy. It's about a 20 - 25 minute walk into the centre of puerto pollensa, which is a nice stroll along the sea front, with various bars/restaurants etc along the way. The hotel pool is fine, not huge but it was adequate for what we were after. Sadly it was necessary to get there quite early to secure loungers, but that seems to be the case in most hotels. Breakfast was good - selection of pastries, fresh fruit, full English type choices and omelette etc. We found the staff to be welcoming and professional. Room was cleaned daily and we loved the garden area we had next to the room (Premium garden suite). Not loads going on in the day/evening entertainment wise, but it was enough for us (we went into town most evenings) and there were some pool activities which we and the kids enjoyed. All in all a great stay.

Walls paper thin, could hear everything going on next door, staff refused me some water glasses for my sick wife in bed. Beds were camping Beds and made so much noise.

A fantastic 10 days at the Eu Bahia Pollensa with my husband & 18 year old daughter. The staff were all friendly & engaged from reception to bar staff to cleaners. They really made you feel welcome & were definitely one of the best things about the experience. The hotel’s design makes it feel spacious and calming with some lovely touches in the rooms (although a bit more storage would be useful!). We stayed in a Garden Suite which was always quiet and peaceful. Great food each night with a variety of themes and reasonable prices for the wine, cocktails etc in the restaurant and pool bar. The location is about 1.5 km into town but we felt it was nice to be tucked away from the main promenade and the beachfront is only minutes away. The pool area was usually busy but that’s to be expected in the school holidays- having said that, we could usually find loungers especially later on in the day. We are almost certainly returning next year- a lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Mallorca!

From booking in we were met with really friendly and efficient staff. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. At breakfast there was plenty of choice, we were only bed and breakfast, so can’t review the evening meals. The pool area was very clean and the water wasn’t too cold and plenty of sunbeds. Beach was a five minute walk with a handy Spar supermarket opposite. There are lots of restaurants within a ten to twenty minute walk. We have been to the hotel two years running and I’m sure we will return very soon.

Just back today after a 7 night stay at the eu Bahía. What can I say, right from the moment we arrived we were impressed with this accommodation. Modern, clean, tidy with very friendly and welcoming staff. We booked a suite with pool view and the room was top notch. Lovely decor and plenty of space with a large modern bathroom. The pool and amenities are well maintained and the breakfast buffet is great. Food from the restaurant is also tasty and well priced. My wife also had a massage when she was here, this was booked at the desk and she said it was well worth the fee. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone looking somewhere to stay in puerto pollensa.

Het ontbijt en avondeten was uit de kunst! Zoveel variatie en alles was lekker! Personeel leden waren erg aardig en behulpzaam! Mooie grote kamers en lekker schoon!!

De airconditioning was echt slecht! Veel lawaai en weinig koele lucht en de bediening was kapot! Werd naar melding ook niet opgelost! Waterdruk op de douch penibel maar was normaal volgens de klusjesman! Soms een rioollucht ‘s nachts was ook niet heel lekker!

Location to beach only a few meters away, beach towels can be rented & money returned at the end of week,staff were so friendly & helpful, fresh room towels everyday & beds made, great choice for breakfast.

The evening buffet dinner was really tasty, lots of different things to try, and a different theme each evening. Pool really nice, clean, plenty sun beds. Can thoroughly recommend.

Das Hotel wurde vor Kurzem modernisiert und alles wirkt neu und modern. Es war wirklich sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr nett, die Zimmer/Apartments sind sehr groß und geräumig, es wurde jeden Tag sehr sorgfältig gereinigt. Das Buffet morgens und abends war außerordentlich gut. Es gab immer eine abwechslungsreiche, große Auswahl und das Essen war hochwertig und wirklich gut. Die Lage ist super, es gibt immer Parkplätze und zum Strand kann man laufen, auch ein Supermarkt ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Uns hat wirklich alles gut gefallen. Müsste ich Kritik aufführen, wäre es, dass es keine Klobürsten auf den Zimmern gab, dass keine Getränke beim Abendessen inklusive waren (auch kein Wasser) und dass der Pool "nur" von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hat. Das hat aber in keiner Weise gestört, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

Falta de regra sobre os alojados (90% britânicos), deixavam que tudo acontece-se na piscina. As regras existem para que todos possamos tirar o melhor partido das férias. Merecia uma melhor dedicação às noites temáticas de entretenimento.

Spent 10 nights here at the end of July / beginning of August. Overall we were really pleased with our choice to stay at this hotel. It was very clean across all areas. We stayed B&B and the breakfast selection was plentiful, with healthy choices as well as sweet treats! The pool bar and cafe were great for drinks and lunch. Pool was busy most days when we used it but not overly loud. It opened at 10 with a lifeguard on duty. Unfortunately despite saying that reserving sunbeds with towels wasn't allowed, this seemed to happen often with lots of vacant sunbeds throughout the day. We stayed in a garden suite as a group of 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 7 YO). The room was clean, modern and more spacious than expected. It was cleaned daily and our experience with the room was generally positive. However, there were some frustrations, which are mentioned in other reviews, mainly that it isn't set up for 4 people. Only 2 cups and glasses are provided, only 2 chairs on the balcony but the big thing is the lack of storage. They have gone for a minimalist design but it would have been useful to have had some more drawers and / or hanging space. In previous apartments we have stayed in with a similar set up of a sofa bed in the lounge, we have had a separate wardrobe in the lounge. There is a table in the lounge but it would have been much better if it was a 2 drawer unit, so you could store some clothes in it. The location for us was excellent. Yes, it is a c.20 minute walk into the town but it is a lovely walk along the beach. Also being this far out means that the beach isn't crowded and is positively only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Just returned from a week staying in this lovely hotel. Very clean, modern, friendly and great food. The perfect size and did not feel too busy even though our stay was the height of the summer season. We would definitely return in the future.

Lovely clean and pleasant hotel. Staff were all friendly. It sits about 15 min from the town /harbour area but is a lovely walk along the seafront, very pretty. Breakfast was good with lots of choice ( if your a tea drinker take your own teabags as with all hotels abroad tea not great ) our son is celiac and was catered for , they had bread and pastries he could have but unfortunately sausages and hash browns were not gluten free. Pool area was very nice , a few more sun beds would have been good with a rule of not putting towels on early as this did happen leaving you hunting for a lounger . . Loved it here and would come again , my only gripe was we had a 1 bedroom apartment with both (adult) boys on sofa bed yet we only had 2 cups 2 glasses snd 2 chairs on the balcony, we got more glasses but these little details are important as we were paying for 4 . I also found my bed extremely hard I slept on sofa bed in the end but I know that’s personal choice with how you like a bed. Overview is it was a lovely hotel

This was our third time staying here. We love the location at the quieter end of Puerto Pollensa. The beach, shops and excellent restaurants are a very short walk away. The port and busier area are about 15/20 mins walk. The hotel has recently been renovated and is nice and modern. The staff are all lovely, helpful and very accommodating. We stayed in an adults only premium suite which has its own private terrace area and access to a separate pool, so lovely and quiet. Breakfast is excellent and the room service pizza and chips was great. Other than that we eat out so haven’t tried anything else.

Great hotel. Perfect for families with small children. Staff are all very friendly and make your holiday more enjoyable. Food was great we had breakfast and buffet at night and never had a bad meal. Rooms spotless and equipped with everything you need.

We stayed here in July 26 for a week as a couple with our 9yr old son. We absolutely loved our stay! We added breakfast on arrival which worked out around £193 for the week for the 3 of us, and this worked out to be fantastic value, the breakfast buffet was great! Plenty of choice, loved the juice selection, coffee machine and my son in particular loved the churros!!! The pastries were always fresh and tasty. My husband also really enjoyed the omelette station. We had a double room with pool view and while initially I was disappointed as we were tucked right in the corner with a big tree blocking the view, I came to appreciate the privacy on the balcony (room 124). Room was modern, exceptionally clean and loved the walk in shower. My only comment re the rooms was the lack of drawer space for storage. The whole hotel was very well kept, constantly saw the lobby being cleaned, most mornings I counted 4-5 staff working in this area alone! Breakfast and restaurant staff were always friendly too. We had the nachos and pizza for lunches on the odd occasion and these were yummy - really good quality and good value! If you are looking for a hotel that has all singing all dancing entertainment, this isn't the hotel for you, the pool and bar area was chilled (no loud blaring music!!) and suited my son who has autism and struggles with chaos and loud noises. I really appreciated that you could pretty much go to the pool any time and find a sunbed, no mad rush. The pool didn't open til 10am so most people came down then after breakfast. Location wise we found it peaceful and away from the bustle of the centre, but with a really lovely 20min walk if you want to be in the main action in pollenca. We love an evening walk so this suited us, and I also loved how close it was to the larger part of the beach, again away from the hustle of the centre. Supermarket 5mins walk away was perfect so we literally had everything we need. We very rarely return to the same hotel twice but we are already looking at booking back here for next year as it ticks all of our boxes! Final comment was the air con in the rooms was absolutely fantastic!!! We wouldn't have coped in the heatwave without this so really appreciated being able to control it - thank you!!!! Book this hotel if you like a chilled vibe! I liked that there were various nationalities in the hotel - for me there is nothing worse than a 'brits abroad' all inc. hotel! But just my opinion 😊 We will be back!!!! Thank you to everyone at EU Bahia for a lovely stay.

The location is great, a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are shops and restaurants a few mins away (recommend Swing restaurant). It’s about a 15/20 min walk to the busier end of Pine Walk. The staff are all lovely and very helpful, the hotel has been recently renovated and is clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent, a very good selection.

Me, my partner and our 2 year old stayed here for 8 nights and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel was constantly clean, the staff were always friendly and happy to help with any queries. the prices for food and drink were pretty reasonable as well. The rooms were a nice size which were cleaned to fantastic standard. An extremely short walk to the beach and a spar which was brilliant, a little longer of a walk for more restaurants and shops but it was still lovely. Overall our stay was perfect and we will definitely be returning. I think this hotel is perfect for young families as it was very peaceful and never too busy. Really nice hotel 10-15minutes Walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. Close to the beach and a smaller supermarket. Nice and modern rooms. We had superior rooms facing the garden/entrance. Friendly staff and a breakfast that had everything . Did not spend any Time at the poolarea though. Crowded and if you do not have small children yourself this is not where you want to spend your days - but we just strolled down to the beach with our older teenagers. 2 sunbeds with umbrella 22 euro ( july2026) . A lot of Space!

Five years since we last stayed. Still the same excellent service and facilties. Staff are welcoming, assisting, hospitable and friendly. Any minor inconvenience sorted that same day. Clean. Comfortable. Air conditioning. Grateful to Rosa, Aida, Pau, Marga and two other gentlemen and lady on Reception. Friendly and accomodating cleaners and handyman, too.

Eu Bahia Pollença is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city, just a few minutes walk from the beachfront. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast and dinner was amazing, with a big selection of dishes which changed for every evening.

Brilliant! Beautiful hotel. All the staff were lovely, very friendly. The receptionist made a great first impression as the first member of staff we met. The cleaners, dining room staff and bar staff were all equally as fabulous. Great food every day of our holiday and amazing cocktails! Thank you!

Käytävästä kuuluva melu yöllä. Biljardihuoneesta kuuluva melu yöllä. Vähän kaukana kunnollisista ravintoloista, 1-2 km kylälle, onneksi oli vuokra-auto käytössä. Hintaansa nähden (370 € yöltä) iso pettymys. Toisaalta high-season niin kai kaikki maksaa.

Das Hotel ist super gelegen, 5 Minuten Fußweg zum schönen Strand von Port de Pollenca. Es ist nicht riesig und auf Masse ausgelegt. Alles ist modernisiert und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Zimmer bzw. Apartments sind sehr groß, modern, sauber, gemütlich und bieten viel Platz. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Essen ist wirklich exzellent. Riesige Abwechslung, alles frisch, hochwertig und trotz der großen Auswahl nicht auf Masse ausgelegt.

Es war alles wunderbar und ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Ein paar Punkte, die man aber vielleicht wissen sollte: Getränke (auch Wasser) müssen beim Abendessen gezahlt werden, der Pool ist nur von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet (teilweise waren Hotelgäste aber auch danach noch im Pool und wurden soweit ich sehen konnte nicht verwiesen), es gibt auf den Zimmern keine Klobürsten (wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt).

This is a great hotel. It's close to the beach and has a good family sized swimming pool. The food is excellent, the best buffet food we have had in Spanish hotels. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms have been refurbished and are large and comfortable. There is a fridge and a kettle and plenty of storage space.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Staff were very nice. Particularly Marga at reception. Breakfast was great, large selection and variety. The whole hotel was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The air con was a welcome feeling as the weather was so hot during our stay. I found the bed very comfortable. I always struggle to sleep when I stay in hotels and am exhausted after sleepless nights but I slept so well in this hotel!

Everything was great. Only minor comment, it would be nice if guests that aren't half-board could order dinner from the á la carte menu rather than having buffet as the only option. That's only a small reccommendation though and didn't dampen our stay at all.
