This was the 2nd stay in 10 days.The staff were very helpful and friendly,the room was comfortable and clean and the hotel is close to everything I needed. I would definately stay again.

Friendly staff right from when we walked in the staff at reception greeted us with beautiful smile.

The buffet meal I had was cold and should have been warmed more.

Everything. My room was great - special mention King bed and luxury carpet. The staff were welcoming, efficient and courteous. The food was amazing. Great steak and a fabulous buffet. Was obvious that people took pride in the well maintained property

The only, and only thing I can say that wasn't to my liking was the overly soft beds which, unfortunately, put my back out a little. Otherwise this place is perfect!

Everything required for a comfortable stay was provided. Great bed!

The lack of parking meant having to struggle with my luggage across the main road to where my car was parked. Also not easy to get down the stairs to my room with luggage. Loud voices outside my room for some time too which was disturbing.

As a work traveller it's great to have the bar and restaurant so that I don't need to go out to relax.

The vanity was very close to the toilet in this particular room. Had to be careful not to hurt myself on it.

Had a good stay for a couple of nights and enjoyed the warm comfortable room.

A very comfortable stay. The room was clean and cozy (little bit of noise from the room next door - we could hear snoring and coughing throughout the night). A big bonus feature for us was the guest laundry - we really appreciated this service

Great hotel, have stayed here many times. This time we were upgraded, the beds are sooo comfy, great pressure and temperature in the shower. Lovely hotel. Great location. Bar food was delicious.

Couldn't really fault it but would have loved the spa to be a little hotter

The breakfast was gorgeous

Very comfortable room with a lovely queen bed (I was upgraded from my usual standard room!) Plenty of hot water for the shower. There is a pool , which was being used in the evening in spite of it being early spring. I did not try it. The hotel is located on a main road fairly close to town, but probably most guests would prefer to drive there, rather than walk.

Parking is always a bit tricky- if you are late, you miss out! The rooms only have tea-making facilities, so you either eat out or use the on-site restaurant, which can be expensive if you overdo the buffet meals!

Value for money this place was great. Facilities very good as well. Overall, very impressed

Front desk staff were delightful, proffessional and fun. Off street parking great.

In this day and age one would expect a lift between floors. I am recovering from a total knee replacement and found it very difficult using stairs, carrying baggage. When booking I naturally assumed lifts would be the norm. Another guest had issues with her elderly mother negotiating stairs. Really upsetting.

Lovely garden areas and great big restaurant. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.

I think my room was above the laundry, my room vibrated when washer was on spin cycle, happened a few times a day, and could hear the water pipes a lot.

Cleaning staff. I had cut my finger on an external door and did not realize until later it was bleeding. Cleaning staff were helpful and good at tending to the cut and having a plaster handy. Thank u to the cleaners for room 741. Room was clean. This is my second visit. 1st visit a couple years back did not have a clean room on a late check in.

I had forgotten my shower gel. Realized it missing when I had gotten home. Unfortunate no one rang to say it'd been found.

Staff allowing an uninvited person access who then created a problem meaning guest was forced to leave.

Beds are very comfy

The bed was comfy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great. short stroll to the beach and close to city centre. Spa was lovely and hot. Breakfast was delicious. The lady in there was so warm and lovely. Had dinner there also. Yummy. I will be back. I recommend to anyone. It has everything. Great for solo travelers.

Not soundproof, was hearing other guests outside my room in corridors and constant slamming of doors. Also able to hear the showers through the walls in room next door.
