Beautiful resort with great facilities, good food and exceptional service from friendly staff

We found the resort location a bit disappointing as there were no outside shops or activities within walking distance, so constantly had to catch transport to anything outside the resort.

يعتبر افضل المنتجعات العائلية في بوكيت ولا يوجود له منافس حيث زرت بوكيت اكثر من 5 مرات وسكنت في العديد من المنتجعات وكان منتجع الماريوت الافضل بينهم. فعاليات للاطفال، افطار متنوع، مسابح نظيفة، شاطئ جميل، غرف رائعة. يبعد عن الباتونغ حوالي 10 دقائق بالتيك توك.

من سلبيات المكان بطئ تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة. المنتجع مزدحم بشكل كبير جداً وعدد العاملين اقل بكثير من عدد السواح مما يؤدي الى بطئ في تقديم الخدمات رغم تواجدي في Low season مبلغ التأمين مرتفع نوعاً ما حيث يجب دفع الفين بات كتأمين لليلة الواحدة. موقع المنتجع على هضبة ويصعب الوصول له بالتيك توك. لكن بشكل عام افضل منتجع في بوكيت.

We had an amazing stay at Phuket Marriott! Everything was absolutely wonderful, from the beautiful resort and amazing location to the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean, and the facilities were excellent. We especially loved the pools and the beach — everything was so relaxing and enjoyable. It was the perfect place for our stay in Phuket and made our trip even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Big spacious property with great facilities.

Honeymoon trip, and they gave us two single beds pushed together which usually isn't an issue. But this time they were to middle lamps in the middle meaning we couldn't sleep in the middle of the bed for safety reasons. (Bear in mind we booked a king bed on the "elite floor.") The staff were surprisingly unfriendly. Had 3 encounters with 3 separate staff that made the trip slightly unpleasant. We went on a honeymoon trip and stayed in top hotels in Bali and Phuket and found the staffs willingness to help and general mood was far off radisson in Uluwatu, royal pita maha in Ubud) Was also put in contact with a Marriott bonvoy agent as I was interested in joining. But this trip has made me unlikely to consider it

Our stay was, overall, a truly wonderful experience. Although we experienced a small inconvenience during check-in on our first day, the way the team handled everything afterwards was genuinely impressive. A special thank you to Kim, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her attentiveness, kindness and genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. She was incredibly helpful, always approachable and clearly passionate about ensuring that guests had a pleasant experience. The entire team was warm, welcoming and professional. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the atmosphere was lovely, and the location was absolutely fantastic — central, convenient and perfect for exploring the area. If we had to mention one negative aspect, it would be the behaviour of some groups of guests during our stay. At times, the hotel became quite noisy, with guests speaking very loudly in common areas and walking around in bathrobes, which unfortunately felt somewhat out of place with the hotel’s otherwise elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. This is, of course, something the hotel cannot entirely control, but it did occasionally affect the overall ambience. Apart from that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The location, service and especially the wonderful staff made a lasting impression on us. And once again, a very special thank you to Kim for making our stay even more memorable. We would be very happy to return.

القيمة المالية العالية مقابل الاقامة حيث ان الغرف صغيرة واثاثها قديم الشاطئ صخري لا يمكن الاستمتاع بالسباحه والشاطئ نظيف يمكن الاستمتاع بالرمل الغرف عزلها سيء حيث ان العرفة كانت مقابل الشارع العام في الدور الثالث حيث يتم سماع اصوات السيارات وكذلك اصوات النزلاء في الطابق العلوي حيث انه يوقظك من النوم التكييف غير بارد وسيء حيث انه يفصل من تلقاء نفسه

The facilities were excellent - you wouldn’t have to leave to be honest. The ongoing kids activities were also a plus plus. Honestly overall excellent. The staff were great too.

It was a bit of a hassle when we wanted to leave, especially if we didn’t book the transport earlier. There was construction work going on which was inconvenient.

部屋が広く静かなのは良かった。 プールが３か所あり、1つ目のプールは子供とかが遊べるスライダーや遊具があるプールになってて赤ちゃんても水遊びができるのでお子様連れでも楽しめます。 真ん中にあるプールにはプール内にバーがあってプールに入りながらお酒とかが飲めます。 ちなみにPM4時からPM6時の間は1杯頼むともう1杯は無料になるお得タイム。 最後3つ目の静かな大人なプールになり浮くマット的な物があるので寝転がりながらぷかぷかと浮けます。 またランドリーはホテルの外にありビーチの脇から行けるところにあります。 1ｋｇいくらな感じになっているのである程度たまってから出すのが良いかもしれません。 スタッフさんもフレンドリーなので過ごしやすかったです。

お土産ショップはあるのですが、ピューターなど高めなものがあるお店なので、簡単なお土産物的な物やおもちゃなどが売っているリーズナブルなお店があっても良かったかも。 ホテルとビーチの間にある芝生広場や砂浜でサッカーをやってる子供たちがいたのでサッカーボールもあれば良いかもしれません。

That It’s a one and a half hour drive from the airport. We were staying in a room on the highest floor with three children, including a baby, and it was difficult having to go back to the room and walk up and down the stairs/elevator every time.

מיקום לא טוב , מבודד ולכל דבר צריך לקחת מונית. בתוך המלון הכל יקר- כביסה , אוכל , שתיה . הזמנו 2 חדרים עם דלת מקשרת למשפחה עם ילדים , ונאמר לנו שאין אבל שהחדרים יהיו סמוכים זה לזה. כשהגענו למלון גילינו שלא רק שהחדרים לא קרובים אלא הם בבנינים נפרדים!!! הילדים הלכו לאיבוד כשרצו לבוא אלינו, הפקידת קבלה היתה מאוד לא נעימה ולא הסכימה לתת שום פתרון. לא פיצו אותנו על עוגמת הנפש אפילו לא בכוס קפה למרות שהיה כתוב בהזמנה בפירוש גילאי היילדים ובקשה שהחדרים יהיו קרובים אחד לשני. עלות המלון היתה גבוהה ביחס לתמורה ומעולם לא קיבלנו כזה שירות ברשת מריוט. לא נחזור לשם .

מלון יוקרתי, מושקע, מפנק עונה על הצרכים של כל משפחה, עם ילדים בכל הגילאים.. האוכל במסעדות במלון מאוד טעים ואיכותי ( קצת יקר ביחס למקומות מחוץ למלון) אבל שווה!! השירות יוצא מן הכלל!!

המרחק משדה התעופה... שירות ההסעות מהמלון מאוד יקר. יש להשתמש רק באפליקציית בולט.

Во всех ресторанах очень хорошее обслуживание.Вкусная еда,кроме итальянского.Классный бар в бассейне. Очень дружелюбный персонал,всегда все готовы помочь..Не повезло с погодой купались в море только один раз,очень ветрено и волны большие-август. Пляж хороший.Вход в море каменистый,нужны коралловые тапочки.В отеле их предоставляют.В номере есть все удобства.Уборка качественная ежедневно.Нам из полотенец каждый день делали милых животных.

На завтраках было много народу и заканчивались некоторые блюда и не всегда быстро пополнялись В итальянском ресторане невкусная еда.Пицца пепперони несъедобная.Коктейли средненькие,сочетание странное.Паста песто невкусная совсем.

We are a family of 6 (including a grandfather and two children) and paid a premium price, but the hotel failed on almost every level: 1. Room Discrepancy: We booked two identical rooms with twin beds. Instead, we received one room with a double bed, completely ignoring our reservation contract. 2. Terrible Location & Noise: Our rooms were placed at the absolute farthest point of the hotel, making it exhausting to reach the pools, dining room, or beach. The walls are paper-thin—we heard our neighbors showering and talking. Moreover, there is active construction noise right outside our rooms. 3. Lack of Transparency: The hotel hid crucial information prior to our arrival. Half of the dining room is under renovation, and the beach is unsafe for swimming due to jellyfish. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. 4. Poor Maintenance & Housekeeping: The main pool was extremely dirty (filled with leaves, sand, and hair). Guests were smoking right by the pool despite "No Smoking" signs, and the staff did absolutely nothing to enforce the rules. Furthermore, room cleaning happens at an unreasonable hour (around 17:00), ruining our daily schedule. 5. Unhelpful Solutions: When we asked to change our rooms due to the wrong beds and terrible location, the staff’s only solution was for us to pack up immediately, leave our bags in storage, and wait an unknown amount of time for non-adjacent rooms. As a returning customer to this hotel chain, this experience completely broke my trust. High price, zero value, and terrible managemen

Only suggestion is that families shouldn’t be given the rooms above the gym or the gym should advertise that there are rooms above - quite a few nights, very early mornings (4am) of being woken up to weights being dropped!

Thailand and Phuket Marriott Merlin Beach gave us abundance: abundance in experiences, in turquoise waters, delightful fruits and kind people who were always ready to help. Among these we would like to highlight Tuk and Blue. The stay was absolutely relaxing and we can recommend witnessing the lush nature during the rainy season. Everything is green and blossoming and the rain is warm and gone in a little while. Snorkeling in the local reef was a highlight.

My husband and I, had the most incredible stay at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach. Our room was spacious, spotless and had plenty of glass bottles of water on our arrival and throughout our stay. Our maid was called Vieng and she truly kept the room to a very high standard and made little animals from towels. She did this every day and it was so exciting to see what the next animal would be. Thank you Vieng. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with immaculate grounds and stunning tropical gardens that create such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Every part of the property is exceptionally well maintained, making it a pleasure to explore and unwind. The gardeners worked tirelessly to ensure the gardens were impeccable. It was a pleasure to see everyday. The food was outstanding throughout our stay, with an excellent variety of delicious dishes across the different restaurants. Lovely hotel, great grounds, great facilities, great for kids. Family of four had a great time, breakfast was good, pools were great. Kids enjoyed the kids club and activities eg cookie decorating, foam party etc. 24 hour good gym and extra classes like Muay Thai. It’s also nice how it’s near patong, but not in patong. Only downside is the 7-11 is a little far for some to walk. But use ‘grab’ and get around.

What can I say about the Marriott at Merlin Beach? My husband and I stayed there during the second half of our honeymoon - gorgeous! The swim up bar was fun, the restaurants were yummy, and the private beach was gorgeous. Most of our time there, there were man-o-wars infesting the waters (obviously no fault of the resort!) but we still enjoyed the beach. Golf, Pream, and Jib were an amazing team together! They made our honeymoon dinner so beautiful. A special decorated table, yummy food, constant awareness of our needs, and a surprise (delicious cheesecake) made for us. Our last night, we were served by Mika and their team. They decorated a private table for us and treated us like VIPs. It was a beautiful way to end the honeymoon. Should we return to Phuket we will be back!

Trying to dine in one of their air-conditioned restaurants could be proved difficult unless you have an early booking. Their common spaces are not airconditioned and dining in air conditioned restaurant could be adventurous to say the least. If they applied seatings could be easier than having people dine at 40 degrees and empty tables inside waiting for “bookings”

This is one of the best resorts for families with children. Our son had an amazing time with the numerous kid-friendly activities, the pools, and the well-organized recreation programs. There was always something fun to do, and the atmosphere throughout the resort was relaxed, safe, and perfect for families looking to unwind together. The resort itself is beautiful, with a peaceful private beach, lush tropical surroundings, and impeccably maintained facilities. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool, taking a walk along the beach, or simply enjoying the stunning views, every part of the property reflects the high standards Marriott is known for. A special mention must go to Chef Nathi Lal Dimri, who truly made our stay even more memorable. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests were exceptional. He went out of his way to ensure we had delicious vegetarian meals and personally checked that everything was prepared to our liking. His warmth and hospitality made us feel at home, and his dedication is a wonderful example of outstanding customer service. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly resort in Phuket with excellent food, plenty of activities for kids, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests, I can wholeheartedly recommend Marriott Merlin Beach. We left with wonderful memories and would happily return.

מלון שמציב רף גבוה של שירות ואירוח. צוות מסביר פנים שמקבל את האורחים תמיד עם חיוך, רמת ניקיון מוקפדת, בריכות מתוחזקות היטב ופינוקים קטנים כמו גלידה ופירות לאורך השהות. ללא ספק אחת מחוויות השירות הטובות ביותר שחווינו בתאילנד – מקום שנשמח לחזור אליו.

החדרים לא חדשים, אבל מתוחזקים טוב. בנוסף, המרפסות צמודות ואין הרגשה של פרטיות.

רחוק קצת ממרכז העניינים, אין מה לעשות מסביב למלון, סכנת רחצה בגלל המדוזות (כנראה רלוונטי לכל אזורי הרחצה) ביום שהיינו בים מצאו מדוזה ערסית)

Arrival was not welcoming the staff I had on was very rude my room was not ready on time and following morning breakfast staff was very rude not all but the once I came across. But after addressing this they did everything to make my stay a great one and to restore that bad impression I had

השירות, הצוות אדיב ומנומס ניכר שישנה חשיבה עד הפרטים הקטנים לטובה האורח. יש משחקי כדורגל, מסיבות קצף בבריכה, חדר ילדים מקסים.

המלון דיי מבודד, אין אפילו 7/11 במרחק הליכה. יחד עם זאת, המלון דואג להסעות לאזור הפטונג והמרחק מהפטונג היה נעים.

וואו, וואו, וואו - אין איך לסכם בקצרה את המקום המושלם הזה. נוף עוצר נשימה. בריכות מדהימות, פעילויות לילדים, מסיבות קצף, מחלקים אבטיחים וגלידות, מלא פינות ישיבה, סנוקר, פינגפונג, ארוחת בוקר מושלמת ומלאה במגוון (כן, כן, גם לחיך הישראלי). יש שאטל בשעות מסויימות לאזור הפטונג/קניון. בשעות המוקדמות הוא בחינם לאחר מכן עולה בסביבות ה 200 באט. ריזורט פשוט מקסים. נהננו מכל רגע. זה מסוג המקומות שאתה חולם לחזור שוב.

חדר קטן, המיטות הזוגיות שלהן קטנות. הסתדרנו אבל מבחינת נוחות החדרים זה המלון שדווקא הציע הכי פחות ביחס ליוקרה שלו וביחס למלונות אחרים בתאילנד בסדר גודל דומה של ריזורטים 5 כוכבים. במחיר שישלמנו בכל מקום נתנו חדר כפול עם דלת מקשרת. מלון יקר מאוד ביחס לאחרים אבל שווה את החוויה. המיקום לא במרכז הפטונג - יש כ 10 דק' נסיעה. לא היה לנו נורא בכלל. דווקא הערכנו בסוף שאנחנו לא בתוך ההמולה. ועוד דבר נוסף - החוף לא היה נקי בכלל, היה מצופה מהמלון שידאג שהחוף לא יהיה מלוכלך בשקיות, בקבוקים וכדומה. הוא מהמם במראה שלו אך לא נקי.

Дуже привітний персонал, обслуговування на вищому рівні. All-inclusive покриває майже все в барах та ресторанах. На вечерю отримуєте вибір із 4-ох ресторанів, дуже смачно та великий вибір страв. З сніданком трохи інакше, на мою думку треба робити зміну меню.

Готель вже потребує ремонт, деякі туалети були в незадовільному стані. Ліжко було зовсім не King Bed, як на дві людини досить мало місця.

A variety of restaurants and 3 pools with a pool bar. Food is good. The exceptional part is service from all the staff from check-in, to kids room, to staff in restaurants that we visited - Merchant Kitchen, Beach Grill and Chang Thai - they are all great - friendly and professional and efficient. The female manager of Beach Grill is a good example of friendly and professional management team too. We had a wonderful stay be because of this group of great hotel staff - thank you!

Some areas are a bit dated like the restrooms in pool area

Swim up bar

Badly needs an air conditioned bar where you can meet and have a drink in air conditioning. There is NOWHERE in the resort where you can do that. Something like a Sports Bar. The only air conditioned areas are the restaurants.
