تم بناء الفندق على سفح جبل مما يجعله غير مناسب لكبار السن ومن يعاني من مشاكل صحية لان المشي على القدمين داخل المنتجع ليس خيارا الشاطى الخاص صغير ومزدحم المطاعم تغلق مبكرا و كل شي يغلق الساعه 11 حتى خدمة الاكل داخل الغرف المعاناة الأكبر والشي المزعج انك تحتاج لسيارة لاخذك من و إلى الغرفة لانه متعب جدا صعود المنحدرات والسلالم الطويله للوصول إلى غرفتك. وهذا طبعا يولد مشاكل متعددة و ستفسد عليك متعة الاستجمام مثل طول فترة انتظار السيارة عند الرغبة في الدخول او الخروج وهذا للأسف سيسبب ربكة لجدولك وحجوزاتك وسيكون مصدر قلقل مستمر لان مدة الانتظار متفاوتة ولا يوجد عدد سيارات كافي يوازي عدد الغرف. السيارة المخصصة لنقل النزلاء عبارة عن سيارة نقل بضائع تم تعديلها لنقل أشخاص بشكل يفتقد أدنى معايير السلامة وستجد نفسك تنزلق وتحاول جاهد تثبيت نفس داخل العربة وهذا شي لا يجب أن يكون في فندق يتقاضى هذا المبلغ مقابل الليلة. ستضطر احيانا لاختبار صبرك عند نقلك مع ضيوف اخرين افرطو في الشرب وخصوصا في الوقت المتأخر ليلا. نظافة المرافق على الشاطئ مخيبة للأمل والحشرات ستفسد من جلوسك على الشاطئ فهي في كل مكان تم التواصل مع إدارة الفندق أكثر من مرة لمعالجة مشكلة النقل ولكن يبدو انهم يعرفون عن هذه المشكلة ولا يوجد لديهم رغبة لحلها. مقابل المبلغ الذي تقاضوه مني كان بالإمكان السكن في مكان اخر ويتوفر في المنطقة خيارات أخرى ارخص وبجودة افضل.. إقامة مخيبة للأمل.

Everything is old. Door cant close properly, need to push harder. The parquet flooring is faded and oily, i dont feel clean. And there is rusted nail bedded on the parquet flooring which is dangerous, my wife got injured due to the nail. The toilet musky smell. And the water tap is not shiny, means its not clean. Glass shower alot of water mark. Balcony cushion smell of sweat. My balcony view of the ocean is covered by a large tree.so my room is not ocean view but tree view. And the aircon barely feel anything despite stated 18C. Its already hot in thailand and im sweating in the room.

We stayed there for 12 days, initially in a room and then upgraded to a suite, each one had a different experience and we didn’t get bored! It felt like we were moving to another resort with the upgrade!

مافي نضافه ولا خدمه للغرف ننتظر وقت طويل عشان تجي السياره ومافي امان بالفندق لان انسرقت وكان مافي حسن تصرف ولا شرطه بالمكان ولا امان أبدا

The property is extensive but easy to navigate once you get your map. The staff was excellent in all locations and aspects of the property. The breakfast buffet is lovely with items for all global travelers. Visitors of all ages appeared to be satisfied!

There are signs posted near the pool areas that smoking is prohibited, but it is not equally enforced. Although the pools are outdoors, it would be helpful to enforce the "no smoking" around the deck chairs and require that smoking only take place in designated areas. I believe that's the intent, but not what occurred.

سيء سيء جدا عشان اخرج من غرفتي لازم اخذ اكثر من نص ساعه انتظر السياره الي توصل للغرفه ولمن توصل السياره يأخذك انتا وزوجتك مع كل الناس الموجودين وتجلس تنتظر اللين ينزل الناس وتوصل غرفتك ما انصح أبدا الموضوع كان مزعج لدرجه اني كان نفسي اخرج من الريزورت هذا غير الوزغ والصراصير في الغرفه والإفطار سيء للمسلين وكل هذا وانا حاجز واحد من اغلى الغرفه عندهم

We were three couples, and we all had an amazing time at this property. First, I would really like to thank Kenny for upgrading our (all three rooms) five-night stay to a suite. I think these suites have the most beautiful views one can ask for or imagine. The suites have a small kitchenette, a dining table, and a living area. Room size is good, with a nice wardrobe and a big bathroom. Air conditioning is good, and kudos to the staff who are always ready to serve tirelessly with a smile on their face. The suites are located on a hill with too much up-and-down, but the hotel has provided a very nice pick-up and drop-off service with their van/golf carts. The landscaping is so beautiful that one cannot even imagine. There are two restaurants where guests can enjoy their breakfast and other meals. The breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of varieties. There is also a separate section for Indian breakfast with good options. There is another nice restaurant, 'La Garita' where one can enjoy limited but very nice cocktails by the sea. The hotel also provides Spa services (though none of us tried them at the hotel), and I think it should be good. There is a free shuttle service thrice a day from the hotel to the central market. The hotel is situated at a distance of five minutes (by tuk-tuk) from Bangla Street. There are plenty of eating options around this property, and one must explore them, not because the hotel food is not good, but to experience the local taste and for a change. The airport is at a distance of almost one hour from the hotel, but the drive is so good that it doesn't feel that long. In the end, I would like to say that I have visited Phuket many times, but this property is clearly a winner so far. Whether one is coming with friends, family, or solo, this hotel has everything to make you feel happy and comfortable.

We had a good overall stay and enjoyed the property. The staff was courteous and the experience was comfortable. However, one area that really needs attention is the cart/tuk-tuk service at night (around 11 PM to 1 AM). We had to wait 20–30 minutes, which was quite inconvenient. Improving the availability or response time would greatly enhance the guest experience. Also, adding a few more fans in the lobby would make it more comfortable, especially during warmer hours. Other than these points, everything else was good.

The perfect place for the perfect family vacation! We enjoyed every part of it, the view, the sea, the pools all were amazing including all staff. We had an amazing experience at the Rim Talay breakfast and Pla was very pleasant and welcoming. Very sweet with our boy too ! Breakfast at the Coral Lounge was also a whole different experience! Ying and Sara were so lovely, accommodated all our requests and were amazing and lovely with our boy. I don’t think I’ll go somewhere else next time I’m in Phuket; it’ll be Amari always!

De spa was heel erg goed. De massages zelf waren erg goed en heerlijk bij het rustgevende geluid van de golven. Het restaurant had lekkere gerechten. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Ik dacht dat ik een leuke kamer had geboekt maar ik kreeg een upgrade naar een suite bovenop de berg zonder balkon of tuin. Als je naar het zwembad of restaurant of de spa wilt moet je bellen voor het busje. Je bent circa 20 minuten kwijt om er te komen. Dus als je wilt ontbijten ben je 40 minuten kwijt ( heen en terug wachten op de bus,rijden, en trap lopen vanaf de receptie bij meer dan 30 graden). Als je wilt zwemmen weer 40 minuten kwijt ( heen en terug). Als je wilt dineren ben je weer 40 minuten kwijt. Ik vond het echt waardeloos. Je staat je halve vakantie te wachten op de bus. Dus je moet plannen om de hele dag bij het zwembad en restaurant te blijven en met ontbijt zwemspullen al meenemen, maar dan moet je wel omkleden in het zwembad toilet. En als je naar de stad gaat weer zelfde verhaal met het busje. Je boekt een 5 sterren resort maar je staat 6 keer per dag op de bus te wachten.

Superb property location with private beach access.

I paid all my rooms booking amount in advance before reaching Phuket and check in Amari dates 9th Aug 2026, despite that I was charged with THB 8000 on my credit card (pre auth) which I did not appreciate at all - The amount is still not reversed, ideally it should get reversed immediately post full & final and check out.

The hotel is amazing.  We expected the great views, the nice room, the food, swimming pool and we got just that and more.  I have to point out the exceptional staff. They were so friendly, helpful, courteous and incredibly tolerant and professional towards certain guests that were not as nice as the staff here. The staff here are another level for our family, so thank you Amari, especially those that work at Club Pakarang during breakfast and the happy hour. You were all exceptional. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with an incredible sea view, which we got and that came with access to their Club Pakarang and its swimming pool. A bonus we were not expecting. The room was huge and the view of the bay exceeded our expectations. There was a maid everyday too. You don't need this club house as the rest of the hotel is equally as nice, but it's convenient if your apartment is near the top of the resort. There are three pools dotted around the complex with plenty of sunbeds. There are also a few restaurants with great food. The breakfast was fantastic with enough choice for my family. The main bar near reception has an amazing view of the pa tong bay, but it's open to the temperature outside. The only downside could have been the really steep hill for access to most of the rooms. However they provide several small buses up and down the hill and it takes no more than 10 mins to arrive. They really don't mind taking you and it's always with a smile. I believe they run 24/7. There is a hotel bus that takes you to the centre of Pa Tong and it leaves three times a day. However the walk is about 15mins to the main area. Taxis or tuk tuks are around 200-300 Baht. I also need to point out the funny security guards. Lovely people who again greet you with a smile, but in a comical way some salute you as you come in or leave the hotel. If we were to come back to Pa Tong, then this is the hotel we would choose.

From our booking and check-in with the lovely and very helpful Jabjib everything was fantastic We love the Amari Phuket , our fourth visit Staying up on the hill in the Club Accommodation is Definately the way to spoil yourself. All the staff are amazing! We will be back again

We stayed at Amari Phuket for the second time because our first experience had been very good. Sadly, our second stay was quite different. The rooms feel overused and are in need of renovation. In particular, the main door makes a very loud banging sound whenever it closes, which was quite disturbing. However, I would especially like to thank Ms. Sorn for her kindness, help, and compassion when I was suffering from a bad stomach bug. She thoughtfully sent a fruit platter to my room as I was unable to get out of bed. It was such a small but meaningful gesture, and it reminded me of what makes the hospitality industry truly special—genuine care and compassion, especially when a guest is unwell. Thank you, Ms. Sorn, for making a difficult moment a little more comfortable.

The breakfast and pool were amazing. The lady Sara treated us a lot, and very kind to our kids! The car transportation from room needs to be improved. I hope we will be able to make reservation through app. like LINE or whatsapp.

تم حجز غرفة وصالة وكانت فوق الجبيل وليس في الفندق الاساسي ، كانت المساحة جيدة فرفة وصالة والاطلالة جميلة والفطور جيد، التنظيف بشكل يومي

السرير غير مريح ، التنقل الى الغرفة عن طريق التكتوك الخاص بالفندق وتحتاج تطلبة والانتظار في بعض الاحيان يصل الى 45 دقيقة وهذا يؤثر على مواعيد الخروج ، جميع خدمات الفندق متباعدة عن اللوبي الاساسي ، وايضا بعدة قليلا عن منطقة الباتونج

معاناة غير طبيعيه في الوصول للغرفه. لازم قولف كار. وتحتاج تتصل اكثر من مره عشان يستجيبوا. الفطور شيء مرعب سكنت في ثلاث فنادق في بوكيت بنفس الرحله ولا كان بهذا السوء. واحده من اسباب السكن عشان المسبح وبسبب صعوبة التنقل لم نسبح ولا يوم ولم نوصل للشاطيء لبعد ولكثرة الدرج انا جيت استرخي والا اختبر اللياقه ؟ نمل منتشر بالغرفه المراتب لينه يعني اذا عندك ديسك الله يعينك الموظفين غير ودودين خاصه موظفيين القولف كار انا معي اولاد نصيحه لاتكرر غلطتي وتسكن هنا

الفطور سي وغير متنوع والتعامل فيه عنصريه حسب الجنسيه ولا يوجد احد يحمل الشنط الي الغرفه وانا سكنت الفندق بناء ع مدح الناس في الموقع ولكن للاسف غير ذلك طلع

تجربة سيئة جداً الذهاب للغرفة يتطلب سيارة غولف تنطر من 7 الى 10 دقايق التنظيف عادي جداً جداً الكثير من الحشرات في الغرفة النمل بكل الغرفة ! طلبت من اللوبي ان في حشرات بالغرفة و تم التنظيف رجعت الغرفة كلها نمل !! السرير غير مريح ابداً سيء سيء

Visited Amari Phuket with my family and had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, the views are stunning, and the overall experience was excellent. The only thing that astounded me was the checkout experience. While we completely respect the resort's checkout policy, it is completely natural to be laid back on the family vacation. SWITCH OFF the room's AC felt unnecessary (that too in Hot & Humid Weather) and not in the spirit of good hospitality. Having travelled extensively, this was the first time we experienced something like this. Apart from this, everything else was excellent. Amari is located at the one end of Pa Tong Beach walking is not recommended as it is uphill & downhill. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to Pa Tong dedicated timing that can be availed easily by booking with the reception on time. Please do go to the Pier for Beautiful Sunrise & sunset. Also, am sure Hotels spa services must be excellent but do avail thai body massage by the beach in a little shack near the Kids Pool, its a must & very vibey ( not sure whether they were part of the hotel or were independent business but it was great)

A 9 night stay at the Amari Phuket resort with family (2 children aged 6 and 4) and we still wanted more. The staff are attentive and always knew who we were. Club Pakarang (clubhouse) is a lovely addition too with complimentary drinks and snacks as part of your club room. The rooms were spacious enough for us (1 bedroom suite) and were neat with good amenities. The hotel rooms are on a hill so a buggy is the ideal way to travel, however they do have stairs and is not to much of a bother even with small children. The buggy service is good but can be a tad slow at busy times, but nothing to be too concerned about. The food options are vast, including Halal and vegetarian including Thai, Indian and Western cuisines. We regularly had room service and food was genuinely delicious. Furthermore the concierge team are Fantastic, as they’d bring your food from Grab (UberEats equivalent) to your room; not many hotels do this. The overall service provided by all the staff at Amari Phuket is 10/10 and we were sad to leave. A very big thank you to Jibci (Guest Relations Manager), Ploy Ms Ari, Betty, Senior Chef Ryan and Executive Sous Chef Suchet Sangmuang and all the front of house and housekeeping team for making our stay an unforgettable one.

This is the worst hotel, least to say standards are extremely low. Doesn’t look like an Amari doesn’t feel like Amari and management definitely doesn’t behave like Amari standard. Bathrooms are never cleaned. Hygiene is negative. Food is a big big problem. There is nothing for vegetarian. Food Taste is not good. But this is not the biggest problem. The biggest problem is the buggy service to the room. It is extremely inefficient. The buggy never reaches in time to your room to pick you up either to the lobby or to the breakfast Buffett. People que up to Wait for 10 to 15 minutes at a time.. when you reach out to the management people at the reception are extremely rude …yesterday night when I came back from the market, I waited 15 minutes, just to get one buggy, and I was standing in the heat with a small child After I called multiple times, I was sent a buggy… when I called a lady called Sandy She said this is normal and she was extremely unresponsive to this. I find it very rude. People who have very old family members or infants using buggies or prams should not use this hotel, walks are very long to the lobby, and if you dont get a buggy in time, it’s very difficult to wait outside in the heat. For vegetarian, there are no food options… for people who care a lot about hygiene should not take this hotel. It’s very dirty. It’s not clean. Water is not refilled. Bathroom toiletries are not refurbished. This is my second review. I had reviewed this hotel when I came because I was very disappointed The person at the reception met me and promised me.everything would be taken care of and she made me delete my first review.

Location in Pa Tong, yet not in the midst of its crowd.

Our third time at Amari staying in the Club Pakarang rooms. Beautiful views and location. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Excellent pools and restaurants. La Gritta is amazing and the service is excellent We will be ba k again next year

The property itself is beautiful and relaxing

This 5-star review is very well deserved! From the moment my family of four arrived, we were warmly welcomed and exceptionally well taken care of. The staff at Amari didn't even let us carry our bags, they handled absolutely everything! The buggy service around the hotel, whether to our room, the lobby, or the restaurants, was phenomenal. Every time we called, it arrived in less than five minutes. They also provide a complimentary shuttle to Patong Beach several times a day, which was incredibly convenient. I especially want to recognize the amazing staff at the Club Pakarang. Every single team member treated us with genuine warmth and kindness. A special thank you to Sao and Joy, who made our stay feel even more memorable. There were many other staff members who also deserve recognition, but unfortunately, I can't remember all of their names. The breakfast at the Club Pakarang was truly 5-star! An incredible variety of delicious options every morning. The location is perfect. You're within walking distance of everything Patong has to offer, yet the hotel is tucked away in a quieter, more peaceful part of the beach. This was ideal, especially since we were traveling with our family. When we return to Phuket, we will absolutely be staying at Amari again. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special!

My husband and I stayed at the Amari Phuket in the Club Suites, the location is absolutely beautiful, very close walk to anything and everything, looks like a distance but is actually very short walk, we had access to the "Club" restaurant, the Happy Hour was great the breakfast was also great. "Mimi" and SAO" were amazing, they treated us very well. The Italian Restaurant was amazing ate there, probably 8 out of 11 nights, I am Gluten Free (not by choice) and they were very accommodating, I always had wonderful food, from pasta, pizza and hot made GF bread every time we went. The Pork Chop was the most amazing meal I had during our stay, weird as I'm not really a pork chop girl, lol. Everything is top notch. The night guard (didn't get his name) was so so wonderful, he was always so friendly and always knew who we were. Our cleaning person was great, she always did a wonderful job. Everyone was great, would 100% recommend, and would go back in a heart beat. Our room was wonderful, it had a fridge and freezer that would actually keep cold and actually made ice. I could complain about the room above us, but it was only because they wanted to rearrange their furniture daily it seemed, lol, very loud and annoying but livable.

I checked in yesterday and to my surprise, there are no hand wash. No body wash. No shampoo. All bottles are empty. Thankfully, I was carrying my own soap. I had to buy water from outside. This property is isolated on a hill very difficult to go out to buy stuff, people don’t come to your room. Housekeeping is pathetic. There are no bathroom rolls. I would never have chosen Amari had I known this. Not choosing this property again.
