Location was awesome right in the middle of where you need to be.and rooms were spotless staff were friendly

I come here every time l visit Bali great location Love the rooms have been renovated the the new lift put in The pool is lovely and clean the the staff friendly and the service wonderful

The noise we were at the front of the hotel the noise from the pub was horrendous booming until 1am every morning

Everything was at an exceptional standard. The food, was served by kind, professional staff. The rooms, restaurants and all facility was so clean and comfortable! I was sick and the staff were so supportive and caring for me! Amazing staff add!

Great central location, small style hotel which we loved. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful at all times. Restaurants and shops plus the beach not far away.

It wasn’t so much the property but the noise from the street, if I were to stay there again I would definitely ask for a room away from the front of the street

The hotel was amazing. Location is perfect, staff were professional and very friendly. At breakfast, the Egg station was great and all other food items for breakfast were yummy.

Some breakfast items could have been warmer, eg/some food in the silver warmer trays were not very warm ie/sausages, potatoes, noodles.

I liked the size of the room, security to the rooms and the clean room...I loved the air flowing through the foyer, good place to chat with others

There were coffee and tea in the room, but no milk...The breakfast was below other hotels standard...Eg. croissants where hard and stale, pancakes where think and raw in the middle, coffee was undrinkable.

If you went to breakfast late about 10am there wasn’t much food left. Didn’t like that you could smoke around the pool I think they should be a smoking area.

Always a wonderful stay here, my favourite hotel, the staff are all so lovely and friendly, the pool is beautiful, room clean, cool and the beds comfy. The food is delicious. Awesome location, close to the beach, bars and shopping.

the hotel is in a great location and walking distance to most of the places that we frequent, the breakfast was delicous with a lot of choices. We only used the pool for one day, the pool lounges were vinyl so they are very hot to sit on.

We experienced a bit of noise from the loud music at the bar across the road, this was very unexpected. The shower would not drain properly while using the shower, I was standing in a big puddle of water every time I showered.

Bar opposite is really loud at night. Bit noisy sometimes around the pool area, depending on which new families checked in. That’s not the fault of the hotel. But the hotel does seem to attract a certain type of clientele lol Stayed at the Lokha 7 times now. Overall a lovely hotel

All the staff were so welcoming, the resort was very clean, a beautiful relaxing place.

The staff were amazing, the location brilliant. The buffet and pizzas were amazing and the happy gour drinks were perfect!

The band playing every night across the road and the bathroom was very aged and slippery.

The noise from morning all through the night staff doing the fog spray at 6am very noisy no notice so then the place is filled with the smoke or chemicals they use to stop mosquitoes some of the staff were very rude and unhelpful music all day and throughout the night they put earplugs next to the bed to use

Great location and close to everything. Staff were very welcoming and happy to help. Rooms were very clean. Swim up pool is awesome! Bar was always stocked and music was great. This is by far our favourite place to stay.

The staff are amazing and as we visit at least once a year I love the seeing my Lokha family. I feel safe when travelling without my family as the security always are onsite and helpful. I love all the staff as they are beautiful.

Nothing - except I always run out of caramel chocolates I take for them every trip but that’s my fault so I wish I could take more as they love them

We stay here at least one a year, sometimes 2 or 3. I love the staff as they are so friendly and are like family to us. I feel safe, secure and right at home.
