Tout est vieux,sale, pas entretenu, rien de moderne, rien ne ressemble aux photos sur booking C'est un scandale. L'hôtel est en bord de rue, qui est très bruyante. C'est purement un échec ce logement lors de notre voyage à Bali.

Magnifique vieille architecture traditionnelle car cet hôtel est très ancien et il s'appelait d'ailleurs avant le Johnny J'ai aimé son emplacement extrêmement calme car il ne se trouve pas du côté de la magnifique piscine DUBAI RESTO faite bien attention à cela mais la piscine toute petite qui est proposée dans le quartier plus calme juste en dessous dans la rue parallèle et plus une décoration qu'autre chose

J'ai détesté recevoir une chambre extrêmement vieille et pas du tout rénové dans l'électricité tu es cassé et les meubles en mauvais état je me suis dit que c'était parce que le tarif était extrêmement bas mais quand je suis revenu car j'aime bien cet endroit quand même j'ai obtenu pour le même prix une chambre bien meilleure dans le bâtiment adjacent ⚠️⚠️⚠️demander une chambre rénovée dans le quartier calme

El anuncio y las fotos de las habitaciones en Booking son un engaño. Son fotos de otras habitaciones de otro edificio del hotel situado en otro lugar. Las verdaderas habitaciones están destrozadas, tienen el lavabo metido en la habitación, están sucias y en un estado terrible. El hotel está en la zona más ruidosa de Kuta, lleno de turistas anglosajones y ruido continuo. Nos fuimos en cuanto pudimos de allí.

Loved the location, pool and the restaurant was amazing, staff were awesome.

The Towels we got every day smelt so bad we couldn't even use them, the water pressure was horrible and the bath connection didnt even work no elevater and we needed to walk up a steep stair well and that was with 2 older people in there 70s.

I really liked the staff, most were friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing and the rooms were cleaned when ever we asked them. Laundry Service was a great addition and also the cash exchange. I would like to give a shout out to Nundra and the older guy at the restaurant as they went overboard to help us with drivers and food.

We did not like the cat poo and pee in the hallways every morning. Did not like the black dog on the first day barking non stop and then barring us up at a clothes spot across the road. We certainly did not like the older serving lady who constantly hassled us to go to her friends tatooist not hot ink and who also accused my partner of not paying a bill when the rest of the staff told her she paid cash and then that same lady put the 11 rupiah in her pocket and did not give it to the cashier. Electric sockets also just hanging and a few times no water in our bathroom. Also on the opposite side of the pool people didnt have water in their rooms for over 4 days so came into spare rooms to have showers.

What we thought we booked and what we got were two different things. Not even in the main hotel area. It was across the road and down a lane way. The room was large but the bathroom was not nice. The bed was so uncomfortable and the springs were poking through.

The staff are lovely. The location is fabulous right near garlic lane! Its a very basic hotel but for the price and location its great. There is a money changer at the hotel! Very convenient!

No mattress protector on the mattress, the shower head fell off the wall but was quickly fixed when I asked. There is no pressure in the shower and the water takes 5 mins to heat up. The tv only worked if you jiggled the wall socket. The balconies are all open and you feel like youre sitting with your neighbours if out on the balconies. The roof of our balcony was deteriorating (the bottom of the balcony above.

Great value for money. Great location.....meals at lunch and dinner were good. Great price. Room i had was good.... Stayed at Legian Village Hotel for 30 odd years.... It's a great place for budget accommodation

The location was very central, virtually opposite Garlic Lane. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very big. The hotel offered a decent well priced menu.

This hotel is very tired. It needs painting and renovations immediately. The bathroom was very old and fittings were stained and outdated. Steps were broken and the outside area badly needed a good pressure wash. The pool is adjacent to the main road, making it very noisy and absolutely no privacy from passing traffic, cars and people.. with so many budget options close by, this hotel really needs to do some maintenance.

L’eau chaude (rare sur tous les logements qu’on a eu) Nous devions libérer la chambre à midi la réception a accepter que nous la libérions à 15h moyennant 300000 roupies (environ 15 euros). Sinon l’hôtel met à disposition un local pour déposer les bagages en attendant le départ à l’aéroport. Cet hôtel est sinon très bien placé pour aller à la plage et faire les magasins de souvenirs. Nous avons quasiment tout acheté ici car notre parcours était plutôt sur le Bali authentique et non pas touristique comme LEGIAN. Le coucher de soleil à Legian beach y est magnifique. Proximité de l’aéroport à 25 min en grab (coût de 90000 roupies (moins de 5 euros)

L’hôtel est séparé en deux parties. Nous étions dans la partie je pense la moins sympa à l’extérieur de l’hôtel. À 100 m plus loin dans la rue. Grosse déception car la chambre était extrêmement sale ( sous les lits poussières bouteilles d’eau vide, déchets plastiques) du jamais vu. La petite piscine de cette partie de l’hôtel ne donne pas tres envie car au bout d’un parking à scooter. L’autre piscine était beaucoup mieux. Les prix des restaurants de Legian sont chers par rapport au reste de Bali que l’on a pu visiter

The water pressure wasn't great, I lost hot water a couple of times, however it was resolved. There is no safe in the room & the decor is a bit tired. Some mold showing but you expect that with the heat & humidity.

I am very angry and disappointed. We stayed here last year and we loved it. That's why we came back. but this time we bought friends. well arent we embarrassed. we didnt have hot water for 3 days, even though you said you fix it every day we complain. The toilets dont flush, so we can't use them until the water comes down Eventually but all the toilet paper stays in the bowl (very minimal paper was used as we know bali) toilet was full of shit from day one, the air conditioner didnt work properly even at 16° and we had to move the bed so we could get cool. waking up every morning to the smell of smoke and poison from staff using a blower that smoked so bad it filled the air. I had no problems with the staff except for the reception. All the staff who asked about the hotel were amazing. The woman at the reception said that she wouldn't give us towels and then hung up on me. The towel was the last straw. I don't want the staff to be reprimanded or blamed for the problems the entire hotel and management has. this is all on management. as I write this poison is being sprayed right at my front door. i will be leaving a very honest review with photos on Google, bali facebook pages and on your site. i am disgusted with the lack of consideration and accomodation for guests and your reception staff. i would suggest in your advertisement on the hotel you do add. Limited hot dirty water if any, poison sprayed in all common areas daily filling air with smoke making it hard to breathe, towels that aren't washed properly and smell like piss, rude reception, air conditioner is cold only when you stand in front of it. only good thing is the ground staff wondering hotel asking if we need anything

We had standard rooms booked. On arrival they said they were over booked. Staff they said we will be upgraded to a superior room, which was not in the man hotel complex. The room was large, but it was in a terrible condition. Very old and run down. Construction works right next door until about midnight most nights. We were supposed to stay 14 nights there, morning of day 5 we checked out and went elsewhere. Not a great experience.
