Ak zákazník použije niečo z vybavenia izby je asi na mieste aby to následne upratovacka doplnila (napr, káva, vatové tyčinky a pod). Keď sme už aj požiadali o kávu, stare použité kapsule nikto nevyhodil. Hotel je celkovo už starý a rozhodne potrebuje rekonštrukciu.

Ogrom starego jedzenia w restauracji, na którym rośnie pleśń, a obsługa nie reaguje na komentarze i zgłoszenia ☹️ po informacji, że np. na chlebie rośnie wielka pleśń, chleb dalej leżał i kolejni goście mogli się nim zatruć. Pokój na parterze również zagrzybiony, śmierdzący. Dopiero po poproszeniu o zmianę na piętro wyżej było dobrze. Hotel nie reagował na zgłoszenia o spleśniałym jedzeniu, nie zwrócił kosztów nie wziął odpowiedzialności. Jedynie Booking potraktował sprawę poważnie i zaproponował rekompensatę.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner est incroyable, un choix infini de bonnes choses. Pour absolument tous les goûts. L’emplacement est proche du bord de mer. Il y a une bike station au sous sol d’un des bâtiments, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour les cyclistes. Nous avons apprécié l’offre plethorique de piscines. Nous n’avons pas d’enfants mais avons remarqué que l’établissement est particulièrement adapté pour les enfants en bas âge (moins de 5 ans).

Bâtiments un peu vieillissants. Le personnel qui nous a enregistré n’était pas au courant de la bike station et de son fonctionnement. L’absence de règles sur la réservation des chaises longues: beaucoup de clients de l’hôtel mettent leur serviette sur les chaises longues avant 7h…

How busy it was!!

Понравилось обслуживание / номер в целом хороший (но много острых углов ( так как малышка маленькая у нас , всегда боялись что ударится и ударялась) , но все остальное было прекрасно , отель супер , бассейны , программа в бассейнах , и также понравилась еды , мы брали полупансион , но приехав мы доплатили до all inclusive

Слышимость в номере была очень сильная , каждый вечер мы слушали концерты и иногда слышали как бегали подростки на этаже

Friendly staff, good location with both old and new towns in Alcudia within walking distance. Nice room, especially the private pool room. Spa facilities.

Food wasn’t the best; both buffet and à la carte very hit and miss. Hotel is extremely family-friendly so best to avoid if you don’t have kids or your tolerance for screaming babies isn’t high. Children’s entertainment was very loud until around 10pm each night.

Everything you need in one place. You don’t need to leave the resort! The staff were incredible. Friendly. Accommodating. Polite and friendly. They resolved all issues immediately and made sure our stay met all our expectations. We will be back!

Excellent facilities

Not many ‘quiet areas’ for adults without children (like us). Only 18 plus pool. Would have been nice to have had an adults only eating section at the main restaurant. At times we were sat next to the play area which wasn’t ideal - noisy with children running past us all the time.

Great location and fantastic staff. We had a lovely family time. The facilities in-house are perfect for families.

A la carte restaurants are very popular, and bookings open 3 days in advance. It was impossible to get a booking for our first few days so you have to be organised . Very delicious and worth it, once we did get a table

The resort was beautiful and immaculate. The food was some of the best I have had at a resort, and the staff was incredibly attentive. The kids loved the many pools and activities to choose from, and they loved the kids club and mini disco.

Location: conveniently located with closed proximity to the seaside. In few minutes walk there is a nice sandy beach with shallow entrance very nice for the kids and walking on the water. Beach extends for few kilometres, very nice walk . On the opposite side there is Alcúdia port, with nice walk, excursions, shops. 10 min walk from the hotel there is old town of Alcudia with its Sunday and Tuesday markets. Historical centre very interesting to visit, St Jaume church nicely visible from the hotel has little museum and beautiful interior. Many shops and restaurants. Facilities:the hotel offer so many services and facilities for family stay. Numerous pools both inside and outside, heated outside pool was just perfect for colder days. My son was enjoying big inflated bubble. There are pools for kids and just for adults. Mini golf is there, we were enjoying playing. Behind is a football- baseball playground. Hotel offers activities for all ages, my teenager son was happy to play football, darts, table tennis, other game all organised every day by hotel educators (big thanks to them, my kid loved playing with them). The territory is very green, nicely maintained, gardens are even inside the buildings. Our room was overlooking the back side of the building, but view was so nice because of green plants fence and gardens everywhere. Room was spacious, with big terrace with sun-bed and table with chairs. A lot of space everywhere in the hotel and spacious room is a big plus. Food: beautifully served, diverse, delicious food. Spanish dishes and products (tortilla de patatas, paella, local cheeses, meat, sweets, even yogurt ) were always served for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special thanks for diet choices of confitures, and attention to allergies- I had no problems with my gluten free diet. Deserts are freshly and nicely prepared and have no or very little sugar, delicious. Halloween deserts table was a real masterpiece!

There was a strange glass wall opening bathroom in our room. It was impossible to use restroom and shower in the evening as light through the glass was lighting up the whole room and my kid couldn’t sleep. This glass should have a light blocking cover or be just removed. Only soluble coffee of bad quality was offered in the room. Normal nescoffee and tea should be offered by the hotel as it is a five stars standard. The same laminated wood pattern is used all over in the room and the hotel: doors, cupboards, tables, even on walls. A bit too much for the eye. Some refurbishing to be done on rusty parts of the pools.

Breakfast was good with all Spanish hospitality, with traditional Mallorca food, but the fruits were not tasty at all, even the cucumbers .. this is my pain , they were all with a big seeds inside, my granny used to grow the new ones form these ..

Too far from the beach , it could be pros, but considering that this is family oriented, family hotel for me , as I always go for the sea, rather that a pool . We were at the end of the season, and the price was overpriced, we had only one option of room , where the windows were on the road and parking , but if we need better so is + 80€ , that was overpriced for the hotel you get at the end of the) it is not 5 star.. is is definitely 4 star hotel.

The all-inclusive buffet was what you’d expect from most, but the reserved restaurants were disappointing for food quality.

- there was pee on the toilet ring when we accessed our room - there were hair in the shower when we accessed the room - staff is average friendly - we tried one restaurant (other the market Buffett) and the steak was the worst quality I ever had

The staff were wonderful and really made our stay. The hotel is very family friendly and we were able to get a travel cot and high chair into our room. The buffet clearly shows allergens and anything that was unclear the staff were very quick to find out for us as my son has a severe egg and nut allergy. We enjoyed three of the 4 restaurants and enjoyed most of the food. We enjoyed most of the early evening entertainment. The location is walking distance to the port and beach. The room we picked had a great kitchenette for sorting baby bottles etc.

The room lets the hotel down. It was dirty, smelly and infested with silverfish. The finishings in the room are poor (tiling is a bit rough and ready and needing regrouting) The bed was broken and we had to move room as a result which lost us half a day of the holiday. When we moved rooms the new room was just as dirty as the first one particularly in the bathroom and also had silverfish. The drains were sorted after we complained about the smell a couple of times and they did attempt to fix the bed but were unsuccessful. we both got very ill midway through the trip but we can’t prove it was food poisoning. The hotel management did what they could to help us (offering to upgrade rooms and send maintenance etc) but at the end of the day we would’ve just wanted the room we booked without the hassle and the discomfort we experienced. most alarming to me was how management forced me to sign an agreement at check out not to write a negative review about the hotel otherwise we’d have to pay for the upgraded room (that we didn’t ask for or want) and a small compensation against our bill. We didn’t ask for any other kind of compensation so to attempt to bribe us for a fake review leads me to believe that this is why it reviews so well on Booking.com. This hotel’s staff are brilliant, but the room itself is not up to standard.

On the 29th of July 2024 at 10:30 am, my two daughters, my friend, and I experienced a distressing incident at the Zafiro Palace in Alcudia involving a male staff member. While we were in our room with the balcony door open, a male worker entered our room through the balcony. I don’t know how he was able to get access to our balcony. I was in my underwear, and my children were naked. The worker pulled the curtain aside and stared at us. Despite my repeated requests for him to leave, he continued to look at us for what felt like an eternity. This was a blatant invasion of our privacy and amounted to sexual harassment. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel reception. Unfortunately, their response was disappointing; they merely apologized and stated that the worker shouldn't have entered our room without our knowledge. I am deeply dissatisfied with how the Zafiro Palace Alcudia handled this situation. Feeling safe is paramount, especially as a woman traveling alone with her daughters. Sadly, Zafiro Palace Alcudia failed to provide this sense of security. As a result, I will not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff, nice rooms and location and great breakfast.

To get to a 10 rating would need better coffee for breakfast. This is really not good. Also the snack options to the evening drinks at the cocktail bar are poor.

Excellent stay at Zafiro Alcúdia travelling as a family, 2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 young baby. One bedroom deluxe suite catered perfectly for our needs, spacious, with small kitchen area (microwave, sink and hob). Excellent facilities for children, playground, bouncy castle, kids club (under 4s need to be accompanied by an adult) and kids pool with several slides, manned by life guards. Staff are exceptional - good level of English, extremely friendly and accommodating especially those in kids club and market restaurant (the buffet). Would definitely return, just when the weather is a bit more consistent! Kids pool g Heated .

The amount of kids and no space to get away from them. The music being on until midnight which wasn’t stated. The people were varied in being helpful - some were outstanding and some were disinterested.

The food, the pool area’s are great especially the adult only. The rooms are perfect. Just a lovely hotel to chill and relax.

Staff, poor communication, poor customer service. They didn’t know how to manage issues. A lot of the guest were ill as was my family and they didn’t really sort things out properly. A lady was sick on the lawn and it was there for 24hrs. We was really unwell and had to get the docter out, yet at reception they said no one rude in the hotel was I’ll but at the pool we spoke to several other people who were poorly and had ti have a docter.

The rooms are large and well equipped. The kids club had friendly staff and various activities. The pool area is great.

Impossible to find a seat by the pool because all are reserved with towels before 9am. The room-service menu was not quite good.

It is a children’s hotel not suitable for older people stairs to get around
