Look, the location is fine if you are willing to take a taxi to coco-mall every day. Which is where the public transport is. The breakfast was pretty modest but whatever they had was good. And the quality was alright.

The first issue we had was with renovation going on in the hotel. We booked the room in Q4 last year and they decided to start renovations Q1 this year. Instead of letting us know via e-mail they kept quiet about it. So, now it was really noisy and also the floor with facilities was closed and unavailable. Furthermore, the pool requires an extra fee and it turns out the pool is not part of the hotel. Which was not stated in the hotel description. Worst of all, there are cockroaches in the room. Which is a huge scare for us. The receptionist told us it is normal for this area since roaches are common in this humid part of the city.. not the response I expected. I stayed at other hotels in Shenzen, but this was the first time I had roaches..

The suite was modern, clean and very convenient for our family. Many elevators - always nice in a tower. The hotel is well located, and easy to find a Didi or transportation way around. The transport robot was a fun for the whole family.

Some parts of the hotel are under renovation, but it was told during the booking, so it was not a surprised. Also, we felt no disturbance due to the renovation.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were very pleased that the receptionist spoke English. Unfortunately, we did not get the room we had booked based on the photos on Booking.com. We booked an Executive Studio of 71 square meters, but we received a smaller apartment. We are both heavy smokers and needed a balcony; however, the only room available with a balcony could not compare—in terms of either appearance or size—to the one I had actually reserved. The balcony was so small and uncomfortable that your backside touched the door, and you couldn't even sit down and enjoy a coffee. There were several restaurants and a small 24-hour shop nearby. We also appreciated the Chinese grocery store that stayed open late. However, a large supermarket was reportedly a kilometer away. It was great that the accommodation offered a washing machine.

Overall, the hotel gave the impression of little bit being worn. We weren't pleased by the cockroaches around the hotel, either. The breakfast was average.

It’s a very spacious 3br serviced condominium, with good reception and concierge service. AC was strong in all rooms. Bathrooms clean and hot water available. Kitchen and washer dryer is perfect for a long stay or when with a big group.

Location is quiet, and situated in a residential area. There are local shops nearby if you want to buy something. The nearest mall is about 1km away. The rooms are big and can accommodate my family of 6 in the 3-room apartment comfortably. Helpful customer service at front reception. Special mention on Jim and he is approachable and friendly, helpful with many questions.

It is under renovation currently and most facilities are closed except for the Gym.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, although the property is quite old and has deteriorated significantly

The hotel is quite old, but the photos on Booking.com make it look much newer. It feels somewhat misleading and does not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property.

The property is not as listed if you want the facilities. There is no children’s playroom or other things like jacuzzi. It is all under refurbishment.

The personal is not professional enough: The guest arrived due to flight delay at 2am, they call him at 7am to check the payment (since we paid oversea with credit card, there were some issue) The book was 2 over nights I cannot find any reason for such unprofessional behaviour

Wenn man in der Nacht von Bettwanzen gebissen wird, einen das Personal und das Management daraufhin nicht ernst nimmt und an der Nase herum führt, was soll einem da schon gefallen!?

Bettwanzen !!! ein uneinsichtiges Management, alte und kaputte Ausstattung, schmutzige und schimmelige Zimmer! Nie wieder!

Great location for my needs. Shopping mall and restaurant were all in walking distances.

Entertainment facilities(TV) could be better.

The staff was helpful. They helped with delivering my Taobao parcels right to my accommodation. And that was at 230am!

The extra mile they went for the kids with the decor and play in the apartment, the two bedroom apartment was spacious for a family of four, the breakfast was fresh and had so many options

Breakfast was good and i liked that there was a washer and dryer.

The rooms are old and not very well maintained. Some areas are dirty and cracking, black dots that look like mold are forming on the edge of the sink. The rooms are not soundproof, we can hear cars beeping late night and early mornings.

El departamento de dos dormitorios es amplio y muy cómodo para cuatro adultos. El mobiliario es hermoso y las camas son grandes y cómodas. Proporcionan botellas de agua y amenities de buena calidad. Tener lavadora y secadora es un plus importante. La limpieza es excelente. Desayuno variado con comida china y occidental. Se encuentra a pocas cuadras de Coco Park, Pingan y el metro. Es Ideal si llegas a la ciudad por Futian, ya que está a una corta distancia en taxi.

Very well managed hotel with prompt, efficient staff

I stayed here in April and December 2025, and the hot tub was out of order during both these stays. Customers should be informed of this or any other facility being unavailable in advance.

Нам дали угловой номер, около 45м2, с 4-мя окнами и хорошим в дом. В номере было все необходимое. Кухня и стиральная машина.

Было бы здорово, если было бы немного стирального порошка.

We really like the breakfast spread with different varieties every morning. The apartment is very spacious and the bonus part is it comes with washing machine and dryer which is very useful for us as we were travelling in China for 15 days.

The fitness center was closed during our stay.

Cora and Lily were super friendly, helpful and prefessional. The other members of the staff were also great. Great location, great service.

На контрасте после Гонконгских ужасных отелей, которые в 4 раза дороже, это был глоток цивилизации. Соответствует всему описанному, номер огромный, есть все удобства, с душа отличный вид на округу. На такси до светящихся небоскребов 10-12 минут. Проживание очень комфортное. Еще раз напишу, что в сравнении с Гоконгом или Макао, Шэньчжэнь и его отели это просто топ уровень

В округе не так много ресторанов и нужно ездить

I loved it. Was very clean and modern. Their gym was fantastic. They also have this tea area in the executive floor where you can enjoy an excellent city view. The rooms where so well decorated, the interior was great

I did a second trip to this Shenzen Futian Hotel Thumbs up to Kelly for helping at reception - she is very well converse in English Note of improvement to have better Menu - Specially VEGAN food very important

it happened that my room type was not reserved for my booking so they had to upgrade me to an available suite. that's a mistake but a happy one? anyway good and comfy stay :)

Cofortable room comfortable bed. Good having balcony. Very close to central attractions: Pingan Tower, Coco Park, etc. Also to the train station.

Good location, short walk to CoCo Park which is a major shopping area. Nice size room, good in room facilities.

The door to our room doesn't close properly without having to pull on it. Building facilities were all unavailable at the time of our stay due to major pipping issues.
