Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The cleaning staff were very efficient and very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory, but the coffee was luke warm and not very good either day.
The carpets in the elevator were dirty, not a good first impression. They really needed to be steam cleaned. The coffee was not good in the lobby, nor the breakfast nook.

There were no usb outlets for charging phones and devices if you forget bringing a charging block. It was also difficult to adjust the airconditioning using the thermostat controller.

I find breakfast a waste of time when it comes to "breakfast included" due to the lack of quality of food that is presented and even when they food provided, the options are quite limited. Generally high sugary, processed food that makes you crash within an hour of eating. Best to just go eat out.

The same problem though, that I have with most hotels....the lack of choice when it comes to pillows. Not everyone appreciates thick fluffy pillows. Some of us like them a little thinner in order not to get a kink in the neck.

After tasting the circular eggs, I stopped. Turkey Sausage was okay and Sugary yogurt. No alternatives for individuals with various allergies. It was dull and boring, I was simply disappointed with your breakfast. We drove to Lacombe had a fantastic breakfast! More thought could have gone into the breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025We always like the spaciousness of a Hampton room. However, staff and management seem to be unaware of things that should be attended to. The SINGLE armchair in our room was old, worn and uncomfortable. Why, in a Hampton? The desk chair simply wouldn't adjust, requiring two pillows on it for a short person to even reach the desk surface. Finally, there seemed to be no way to adjust either the temperature or the fan speed of the Amana wall air conditioner; noisier than expected, and not the temperature we would have preferred. Again. staff and maintenance should have been aware of this issue. Other than those minor things, it was a great stay at a Hampton, as usual.

Close to freeway, gas stations and restaurants. Unless, rooms were updated, I would probably not stay there again.
