Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Sault Ste. Marie

The large parking lot as we were pulling a trailer and the proximity to restaurants

Nothing

We like the convenience of this location

Nothing

The room felt clean, the staff was very welcoming and helpful with any needs, breakfast was good with sufficient choices, and there are several restaurants in the area as well. The location provided easy access for traveling north along Lake Superior or south across the border to Michigan.

Clean room, good location for us.

All good

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable Location was great

Rooms were a little small

General good impression, clean

Had to wait app 10 min in outside lobby (entry w/card only) upon after shortly after midnight arrival until night desk person noticed we were waiting. The buzzer didn't seem to work...... Lost misc small repair tools left in small bags mounted to our bicycles (bikes were secured to car & bike carrier w/cable locks) to overnite thieves

Clean & good breakfast

Like everything

Check in was easy, staff was incredible and pleasant

Excellent stay . Room super clean and comfortable . Quiet and great breakfast ! Lots of good choices . Will book again. 😊👍

I like the simple but delicious complimentary breakfast. Room is perfect for a good night rest and works perfectly for travelers. Very comfy beds, have all the amenities and clean bathroom. My room had a very big windows with lots of sunlight coming in which is awesome. I also love the cucumber water tower in the lobby, refreshing after a long road trip.

The body wash is very cookie cutter and dries my skin. But it's no big deal

Staff very friendly and professional; rooms very clean. They also were informative and helpful

Ok a couple things the rooms clean and nice but the beds had very little covering should be Duvets on top as a little cold. My wife complained too. Remembering previous breakfast in other hotels this day lacked quality and food was cold

Best one

The room was very dirty and smelly. The floors was so sticky, bathroom was dirty and smelled really bad.

Coffee wasn't very good

Clean with nice beds and large lobby

Heating system was noisy and irregular Hot tub was cemented over

Comfortable room friendly staff Convenient location . Restaurant right next door.

Friendly staff, breakfast good, bed was comfortable. Need bigger tv with more channels.

A little dirty in bathroom, allergy to carpet.

Customer service was awesome thanks.

Breakfast could be better

Great stop with amenities nearby.

We had to alter our date to stay and front desk clerk Christine was extremely helpful. Check in was friendly and quick. Room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again.

The hot tub was out of order which was disappointing.

Got a terrible room first then they switched it. No orange juice anywhere. Hot tub broken and that was why we booked there.

Property and staff were amazing. We unfortunately were given a ground floor room with a flood light directed right into the room. No sleep was had even with the curtains closed. Unfortunately for the price and this I would think twice before returning.

good for the one night I stayed while passing through town. Restaurant next door ... breakfast was included ... right on the main road into town so it was easy for me

No safe in room No magnifying mirror in bathroom Very thin towels

Very clean and fast friendly service

Quick check in, clean

Very loud hvac system that kept waking us up when it came on.

It's a decent facility. The parking lot is kinda dark, could use more lights.

The receptionist was very friendly and nice.

Friendly on the main route

The place was clean, quiet and the staff were super friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. They accommodated everything we needed and required. Will stay again the next visit here.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing

Because online says swimming pool available but we I went the staff said the pool is closed for both days

Nice, newer, clean rooms, close to Dining Options.

Overall, clean friendly and close to most restaurants

Breakfast could have been offered a little later,

Great service, clean and comfortable rooms, would definitely sty again

It was ok but disappointed in the beds comfort. Was expecting better.

Staff was friendly and helpful to myself and the other guests arriving at the same time as us. Good location for us.

Nice place. Computer problems at check in, but we were able to access our room while they were being sorted out. Hot tub was out of service when we arrived but this was remedied by the time we got back from dinner. Overall good stay

We received a fast & efficient (under 2 minutes) check-in. The hotel was clean, quiet and close to main roads!

Check in was great. Very friendly. Was surprised on how outdated it was. Room did not have a great smell. Had a good hot breakfast but no fruit offered.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs and very pleasant experience

Our one night stay was very nice. Very clean and spacious room.

Nice location, was loud at night because I was on the side of the hotel that had the big AC units but ended up falling asleep to the noise. Room was lovely and clean and staff were great. I’d recommend.

This is the best hotel in the Soo ( We have stayed at all of them and the properties are sub par). We enjoy having this hotel option.

Hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable.

Location.

Only the Pillows.

Stayed for a night on the 1st floor. Quiet and comfortable, staff members were very friendly, and very convenient location for travelling. Breakfast options were better than most hotels offering continental breakfast.

Breakfast wasnt great and there wasnt much left by 9 am. Everything else was great.

Well established hotel. Spacious and comfortable accommodation. Appreciated having all the amenities. Crisp and clean linens. Close to dining options. Easy in and out while travelling through.

I booked a room with king size bed and I wars told is not available

Breakfast, facilities were what we needed

Expensive

Eveyything was great

I fell that , it was clean and comfortable. A nice place . The only inconvenience was the hot plates and toastet were not working well had a cold breafeast. This could be easily repaired.

Check was very friendly and quick

The biilding and staff were number one. But the breackfast equipment was all messed up. Breakfeast was cold

Basic tv channels. terrible, who watches that junk? For the money, I expected better

Good

Was there for a medical procedure at the hospital just 5 minutes away, love the convenience to the hospital and to restaurant

The room is big and clean, like the bed the most. Breakfast is good. The TV and AC are a bit old.

Excellent stay

I LOVED THIS HOTEL. MY MOTORCYCLE BATTERY WAS DEAD THE DAY I WAS LEAVING AND THE STAFF BROUGHT OUT A JUMPBOX TO GET ME STATED. IT DID NOT WORK ON MY BIKE SO THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL CAME OUT AND BROUGHT A NEW SET OF JUMPER CABLES. HE WAS A VERY NICE MAN AND WAS HELPING WHILE HOLDING HIS TODDLER CHILD. EVERY ONE HERE WAS SO NICE AND THE HOTEL IS BY FAR THE NICEST LOOKING QUALITY INN I HAVE EVER SEEN. IF YOU ARE IN THIS AREA DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY HERE.

Everything

Nice clean and friendly staff
