The view from outside the window of the sea is incredible. The staff was really good and breakfast was exceptional.

It was a little hard for me to communicate with staff due to language barrier but Google Translation worked sometimes 😅

DANKE

Excellent hotel with outstanding services and a very convenient location. I especially appreciated the warm welcome upon arrival, as well as the kindness, cooperation, and professionalism of the staff throughout my stay. The location is excellent and made everything very easy and accessible.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Here is a detailed breakdown of my experience: Staff: The staff are extremely attentive and very friendly, with a special mention to the receptionist, Ms. Mervat, for her exceptional service. Location: The hotel's location is fantastic and very convenient. Room: The room was very clean; however, I hope the hotel will provide cups and mugs that better match its reputation. Health Club (Gym): The health club is very spacious with a great variety of equipment, though upgrading to newer machines would make it even better. Breakfast: The breakfast was lovely with a diverse and delicious selection of items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I look to stay againin the same hotel

Location, staff, food ....

Think about making fresh juice for breakfast As a five-star hotel, better to offer fresh juices than industrial juice

Riesiger Fitnessbereich.

Location and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Location is amazing with a very welcoming staff.

Clean and pleasant. Everything is around you.

Everything was wonderful! The place was super clean, the location is beautiful, and I discovered a whole new side of Istanbul. The staff were so friendly too.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We were welcomed with such genuine warmth, and being offered a refreshing drink upon arrival was a lovely touch that made us feel instantly cared for. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Simge, Melek, and Ecrin for making our stay even more memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and exceptional service stood out and made us feel like valued guests.

Nothing.

The hotel staff were very friendly . Guided us for days out. Helped us with hotel transfer back to airport and even packed us a breakfast box on the day of our travel.

Well presented

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily return! The hospitality here is exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, polite, and eager to help whenever we needed anything. I would especially like to thank Simge, Mert, and Ecrin for their outstanding service. They always greeted us with a smile, were incredibly attentive, and made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit. The room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. The beds were amazing! I arrived late at night feeling exhausted and hungry, so I decided to order room service. It turned out to be one of the best decisions! The portions were generous, the food was absolutely delicious, and everything tasted like it had been prepared with great care. To top it all off, it arrived surprisingly quickly, even at such a late hour. I couldn’t have asked for a better first meal after a long journey! I appreciated how peaceful and relaxing the hotel felt. We slept wonderfully every night. The gym is spacious and well-equipped. The swimming pool was clean and a perfect size, and the spa area was beautiful and relaxing. We also visited the hotel’s hair salon and were extremely pleased with the experience. The staff were professional, attentive, and efficient. They listened carefully to what we wanted and delivered exactly the results we were hoping for. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere. I look forward to staying here again.

Very nice and Comfort stayin the hotel with nice view

Musste mich also in ein Stuhl quetschen.

Location was excellent Near to shore and malls.

Free transfer from air port.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. We truly enjoyed everything – the warm welcome, the parking, the reception service, and the daily housekeeping. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a larger and nicer room than the one we had originally booked, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive. They also made our child feel welcome and cared for. It's these little details that make a hotel stay truly special. <3 Extremely kind and welcoming staff. <3 The room was cleaned every day and always kept spotless. <3 Beautiful spa and swimming pool. <3 Wonderful and professional reception team. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! Thank you very much! Thanks Nihan and Melek (Guest Relations)

location of the hotel is apprpriate for me for access to my business and also shopping room cleaning is so good its better to have a choice to select a room with ortopedic bed

The location is great the hotel is clean, the stuff is super nice especially Ms. Malak she was very helpful and ensuring we are getting the best experience, she also give us a lunch boxes because we were skipping breakfast and my flight was at night. Actually All hotel stuffs very supportive, Thanks a lot!

Nothing, I’ll definitely come back to this hotel again.

Staff were very friendly, and were very supportive. The hotel was a walking distance from shopping areas and two malls and to the sea.

We stayed here for four nights. The photos are quite different from the actual hotel. The rooms are small, and the bathroom is also very small. The biggest downside was the mattress and pillows, which were very uncomfortable and far from standard quality. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. However, the housekeeping staff completely ignored the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and entered the room every day for cleaning. 😅 Overall, the only reasons I’m giving this hotel a good rating are its excellent location and the kind staff. If you value a good breakfast and a comfortable night’s sleep, I would not recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hospitality from day one till I left.

Location and amenities ok, but our window cant be locked and TV during worldcup keeps dropping out

Customer service

Breakfast can be better, I have stayed at you Kartal location, the breakfast their is amazing! In Bakirkoy the authentic Turkish options are limited. Having said that, the customer service is excellent, so not complaining:)

Staff, comfort, view, bathtub :)

The location is not that close to the main sightseeing area, but the commute is not bad either.

Sauberes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.

Essen aufs Zimmer ist etwas schief gelaufen.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spacious, and the location was excellent with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation.

Proactive staff who take note of finer details very well. Breakfast is fantastic too and has lots of options. Stayed in other popular 5 star hotel in Istanbul but service never came close to this hotel. Location is excellent and right in the shopping district. There is a huge Bakirkoy Bazaar on weekends and Thursday, a must go!
