Muy buen lugar para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Trato amable, buenas instalaciones. Buen desayuno buffet. No está en una zona como para salir a caminar o pasear durante tu estancia. Lo bueno es la cercanía al aeropuerto y su puntual servicio de transporte gratuito.

La zona en la que está el hotel no tiene servicios turísticos alrededor.

La habitación y las instalaciones en general, impecables. La atención del responsable de la recepción durante el check-in, y la de la persona que me atendió en el spa.

Fundamentalmente, un incidente en la recepción durante el check-out que describo a continuación: Me permití fumar un cigarrillo en el baño de la habitación, considerando que el olor desaparecería rápidamente (un error por mi parte). Al realizar el check-out, la señorita que me atendió me dijo que tenía que ponerme una MULTA de 80€ por haber fumado en la habitación. A lo que respondí muy educadamente que hiciera lo que creyese conveniente pero que yo no podía aceptar una MULTA del hotel. En ese momento apareció el responsable de recepción, quien sin mirarme tan siquiera a la cara hizo una indicación a la persona que me atendía y dándome la espalda desapareció de inmediato. Finalmente, se me aplicó un recargo (desagradable sorpresa) de 100€ en concepto de "smoke fee". Mi valoración de estos hechos: 1- El hotel en ningún caso puede aplicarme una MULTA. En todo caso, podría indicar que si se infringe la norma (y si se considera necesario o conveniente...) se aplicará un recargo de determinada cantidad. 2- Estimo que el comportamiento de la persona responsable de la recepción en aquel momento fue muy poco profesional y hasta insultante hacia mi persona. Les agradecería una respuesta a mi comentario por su parte.

Beliggenhet, midt i mellom flyplassen og byen. Veldig enkelt og oversiktlig med bussen I begge retninger. 3 minutters gange fra hotellet til busstoppet.

Ble forespeilet et depositum ved innsjekk på 50 euro pr natt. Men ved ankomst ble det forlangt depositum på 240 euro pr natt.

Het was een heerlijk bed en een ruime kamer dichtbij venetië.

Het ligt op een niet zo’n aantrekkelijke weg en op de kamer was het niet helemaal donker door groene lampjes van elektriciteitskastjes en de lampen sprongen soms ineens aan en uit.

Location was excellent to get into Venice. Pool facility was great. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice, staff were very helpful and friendly.

Die Lage ist optimal um nach Venedig rein zu kommen, denn die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Zimmers war vollkommen Okay. das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Busfahrtickets und auch die Tagestickets für Venedig ( Wassertaxi) bekommt man auch im Hotel. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, da wir in der Stadt frühstückten.

Ich mag es nicht, in Badewannen zu steigen um zu duschen. Schade fand ich es, dass man morgens keinen Kaffee ausserhalb des Frühstücks bekommen konnte.

Ein sehr angenehmes und schönes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Venedig. Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür und die Busse fahren in kurzer Taktung. Der Hotelbereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, mit einer schönen Lobby und einem separaten Bar-Bereich mit Aussenterrasse. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und kompetente Personal in allen Bereichen und der große, saubere Pool, in dem man sich gern etwas Abkühlung verschafft. Zusätzlich ist einen Wellness- und Spa-Bereich vorhanden, der aber durch mich nicht genutzt wurde. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus für eine Venedig-Reise und sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend, allerdings hat es mir, bei meinem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt etwas an Vielfalt gefehlt, da die Auswahl täglich fast identisch war.

Il plus dell’hotel sono le stanze ampie, pulite e comode, piscina esterna bella e mantenuta bene, la posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro si Venezia in bus che ferma davanti all’Hotel e per me che avevo necessità di garage un comodo garage sotterraneo perfetto.

Muy buen hotel, las habitaciones muy bien preparadas para el agobiante calor veneciano del verano (al igual que el hotel, todo con aire acondicionado). Es una excelente opción para compaginar visitas por la zona con piscina y descanso. La ubicación es buena para Venecia y otras islas, porque los autobuses urbanos pasan por la puerta del hotel y te dejan a la entrada de la ciudad, al lado de los embarcaderos.

Ovládání na TV pouze přes telefon (ne každý ovládá moderní metody!!!), na pokoji byly připraveny dva malé lahve s vodou, jedna byla zcela zkažená - až nebezpečně - musela se vylit....

Check in process was smooth, room was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was ultra comfortable. We were very satisfied with the service received at the bar area for dinner and drinks.

The transportation was unreliable. The website states there is transportation to the airport, it was "broken" whatever that means. We ordered a driver to pick us up at 9:00 am, he was 30 minutes late, desk staff attempted to keep us updated, originally was supposed to be 5 minutes late, then 15, then 20. Very unsatisfied with transportation that was supposed to be available. That is one of the reasons we booked with this location.

First of all the shuttle from the airport wasn’t operating. The Gym was closed and the wardrobe doors were jammed. The breakfast was just OK.

La piscina estaba genial! El chico de la piscina que nos atendió fue encantador y nos acerco unas ricas cervezas. Nos ayudaron sin problema para dejar los equipajes y para pedir un taxi furgoneta al aeropuerto yabque teníamos 2 bicis.

El horario de cierre de la alberca a las 7pm. A esa hr apenas estamos regresando de pasar el día en Venezia y ya la alberca cerrada, debería cerrar mínimo 9pm No permiten más de dos adultos por habitación, viaje con mi esposo y mi hija de 15 años y tuvimos que rentar una habitación más cuando perfectamente cambiamos cómodamente en la habitación de dos camas Queen. Por lo cual el total pagado fue excesivo para una familia de 3.

The location by the bus stop to get to Venice was great and was nicer not to be in the centre of the city and have access to the pool. I'd definitely recommend staying here over Venice itself. Super close to the airport too.

The lack of support from the hotel as we had an evening flight and they were quite reluctant to give us access to the showers before going to the airport.

From the moment we arrived (early as international flight), we loved it! Had asked for and received early check in which make a big difference to us enjoying Venice for 3 days. Wonderful bed to sleep in. Perfect temp in room. Used the pool=never crowded, always sun chairs and temperature was perfect. I have never had such a large pool at a hotel! Bus into and out of airport and Venice was easy and convenient. Breakfast plentiful-loved it. Only ate one dinner there and that was very good. Big park across the road from the hotel was spectacular-lovely trials and if you walk far enough, views across the canal. We would readily use this hotel again-only there 3 nights but lots to see and do!

Not the hotel's responsibility but for the bus outside the hotel, needed to use a covered overpass. It was dirty. Only one elevator working-again, not a big deal. we don't mind stairs but for luggage, bit of a wait.

Bella struttura pulita ed accogliente. Stanza come da aspettative. Colazione a buffet varia e abbondante. Piscina grande e pulita. SPA (a pagamento) con sauna, vasca con idromassaggio e sala relax. Ben collegato con Venezia con due autobus fino a tarda sera.

L'albergo si trova fuori dall'abitato, sulla strada verso l'aeroporto. Nei dintorni non c'è nulla. Se non si usufruisce della cena in albergo bisogna andare a Venezia, perché a Mestre la sera non c'è l'autobus che riporta indietro.

Отношение персонала. Уборка небрежная, полы остаются грязными. Персонал может пообещать, но не сделать. Сразу по приезду обратился с просьбой о позднем чекауте. Пообещали, потом выяснилось, что не могут. Ладно, доплатил за еще одни сутки проживания. Так персонал даже убираться не стал.

Convenient location and nice pool

Новый отель, где все работает, прекрасный подземный паркинг (если бы вы были со мной когда из-за сломанного переговорного устройства в Хилтон Батуми я заезжал час на парковку то поняли как важен исправно работающий паркинг для путешествинников за рулем). Кормят вкусно но не разнообразно. Сосиски на завтрак это позор всей Италии. Не должно быть в Хилтоне!!! В Италии!!! Таких... ммм мясных изделий.

Не было зубной щетки, тапочек, ну как то ожидаешь этих базовых вещей от **** звезд. Меню ресторана минималистично. Чуть чуть бы расширить.

A little dated in places

Sijainti oli helppo bussien osalta, Venetsiaan ja lentokentälle pääsi nopeasti ja pysäkki hotellin edessä. Uima-allasalue oli kiva ja lounaalla syömämme salaatit oikein maistuvat!

Ensimmäisessä saamassamme huoneessa oli voimakas epämiellyttävä haju, jonka vuoksi vaihdoimme huoneen toiseen. Uudessa huoneessa ilmanvaihtokanavassa kova kolina pidemmän aikaa. Kylpyhuoneen asettelu erittäin epäkäytännöllinen, ovi mahtui juuri ja juuri kiinni. Aamiainen keskitasoa heikompi valikoimaltaan. Toinen hissi epäkunnossa osan ajasta ja muutoinkin hitaat hissit.

Hotel bardzo przyjemny. Obsługa niesamowicie pomocna. Świetnie działa klimatyzacja. Basen robi dobre wrażenie. Nie korzystaliśmy ale wygląda na bardzo zadbany. Śniadanie smaczne. Byliśmy przejazdem ale na pewno wrócimy pełną rodziną. Zabytkowa cześć Wenecji prześliczna.

Hotel agréable. Le personnel est professionnel et accueillant. Les équipements sont dans la norme pour ce type d’établissement. Le rapport qualité/prix est correct. La piscine est un plus agréable. Un arrêt de bus au pied de l’hôtel vous emmène en 2 stations jusqu’à Venise. Le parking sous l’hôtel à 10eur est une bonne solution pour les voyageurs véhiculés. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Les autres clients de l’hôtel peu civilisés qui parlent très fort en pleine nuit dans les couloirs. Mais ce n’est pas de la responsabilité de l’établissement.

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn Venice Mestre. The hotel met all our expectations — the room was very clean, and the staff were welcoming, helpful, and always easy to communicate with. The hotel restaurant was also excellent, with delicious options for both lunch and dinner, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. We especially enjoyed the hotel bar, which is open until midnight and serves really good cocktails. The outdoor pool area was another highlight. Towels were conveniently available at the pool bar, which made everything very easy. We also booked the SPA experience with saunas and a pool for two hours, and having the entire area completely private made it feel extra special and relaxing. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

The only thing we would have liked to be different was the pool opening hours. The pool is available from 7:00 AM until 7:00 PM, and during the warm summer evenings it would have been great to enjoy it for a little longer.

Todo, el personal muy atento, la habitación para tres perfecta, todo limpio, la cena y el desayuno muy buenos, la piscina perfecta. La ubicación es buenísima, la parada está justo en el hotel y tardas 5 minutos en bus a Venecia, y llegas justo a la ubicación para ir a San Marcos en vaporetto. Todo fenomenal y muy fácil. El personal ayuda mucho y te venden lo billetes del transporte.

清潔で静かだった。

スリッパが無かった。夜中ずっと部屋の入口の緑のランプが点滅して、眠りにくかった。洗面台から、ハンドソープ設置場所まで遠く、タオル掛けもなかったので、水回りの設備が使いにくかった。

Me gustó la cercanía, la habitación con camas muy cómodas.

Le falta mucho mantenimiento, principalmente al parque y pileta , el pasto estaba largo , sucio y casi abandonado, en relación precio calidad es bueno regular, pero como se trata del Hilton 4 estrellas no pueden pasar esas cosas , además que no hablen español es todo un tema .

The location was excellent for a one night stay

The staff at the check in desk were extremely rude. After looking at our passports, they tossed them back at us. There was a man checking us in and a woman was sitting there on her phone with NO care of the world. They were not the best first impression. The staff at the bar however were very kind and made us a quick sandwich late at night.

Es hat alles gepasst. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Toller Pool um zu entspannen. (Handtücher inklusive) Frühstück ist OK. Es ist das typische italienische Frühstück. Also für jeden was dabei. Tolles leckeres Abendessen Perfekter Lage um Venedig zu entdecken. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Die Säfte beim Frühstück sind nicht wirklich lecker.

Le personnel à l'accueil est très aimable. La décoration est très soignée, belle chambre très grande et au calme. L'arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise, à l'aéroport ou au port pour les bateaux de croisière se situe juste devant l'hôtel.

L'extérieur de l'hôtel est quelconque, alors que les espaces intérieurs sont vraiment soignés. L'environnement immédiat: l'hôtel est situé le long d'une route, il n'y a rien autour. Hôtel bien desservi par les transports, mais assez éloigné du centre historique de Venise.

Certo, te la metto qui bella pronta da copiare e incollare: “Ho apprezzato la struttura, i servizi e la posizione comoda per l’aeroporto, tuttavia desidero segnalare un episodio in reception che ho percepito come poco professionale. Al mio arrivo serale, mentre attendevo di saldare il parcheggio, sono stato ignorato per alcuni minuti dall’unica addetta presente, senza ricevere neppure un cenno o una parola di attenzione. Capisco la possibilità di essere impegnati, ma un semplice ‘arrivo subito’ avrebbe fatto la differenza. Lo segnalo solo nell’ottica di un miglioramento, certo che non rispecchi lo standard generale dell’hotel.” Così rimane fermo ma corretto, senza esagerare.

Les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Les lits sont très confortables. La piscine est bien. Le personnel est globalement bien aussi. Le barman du soir est très bien, capable de vous orienter sur un cocktail, très prévenant et les verres servis donnent envie de s'attarder... :)

Restaurant moyen. Petit dejeuner médiocre, à l'américaine : de la quantité mais pas la qualité. Même le café n'est pas terrible. Enfin, on ne peut pas diner dehors à cause des moustiques alors qu'il y a des tables à l'extérieur. Un établissement de cette catégorie est incapable de mettre à disposition de ses clients un flacon de lotion répulsive, des bougies à la citronnelle ou des spirales pour leur permettre de profiter des espaces extérieurs. Il a fallu 1 heure et plusieurs demandes pour obtenir une lotion... prêtée par un membre du personnel ! Incroyable !!.Evidemment il y a des moustiques en Italie, ce n'est pas un problème dès qu'on est un peu équipé !
