Staff in the front desk

We ware placed to another building totally separate from the main building w/ open access for anybody. The room toilet was not cleaned - got changed to another one next door which didn't really get prepared for guests (no water bottle, empty refrigerator). There's a step in the building not clearly marked w/o hand rally.

Bardzo przyjemny, estetycznie wyposażony hotel, do Laguny Weneckiej całkiem dobre i szybkie połączenie. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa hotelu. Smaczne i urozmaicone śniadanie. Miejsce godne polecenia i powrotu.

Le personnel est très attentionné

Dicht an der Bahn gelegen, nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Im Hotel konnte man auch direkt die Tickets kaufen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz ist überwacht und war im Preis inbegriffen.

Fenster waren nicht dicht, haben nicht richtig geschlossen. Neben an war eine Baustelle, diese war sehr laut. An ausschlafen war nicht zudecken, leider. Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Steckdosen funktionierten nicht alle. Das Personal wurde auf die Misstände hingewiesen, es wurde leider nicht drauf reagiert. Was niergends stand & wo auch nicht daraufhin gewiesen wurde, dass noch Zusatzkosten dazu kommen zum Aufenthalt.

O alegere bună dacă vrei să vizitezi Veneția și să nu cheltui mult pe cazare. Tramvaiul care te lasă în Veneția este la 5-10 minut de mers pe jos iar apoi în 20-30 minute ai ajuns pe insulă. Hotelul oferă parcare gratuită, este aproape de autostradă și a fost curat. Micul dejun a fost unul ok. Un bonus este că acceptă animale de companie fără extra cost.

We really enjoyed our stay in Venice. The room was absolutely wonderful — everything was perfect, and we have nothing negative to say. The two people who welcomed us at the reception were very friendly, smiling, and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made us feel very welcome. Φοβερό ξενοδοχείο!!! Άψογο όλο το προσωπικό,ευγενικοί και πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν σε ότι χρειαστηκαμε.Πολυ καλό και πλούσιο πρωινό!!! Ωραία δωμάτια!!! Έξω από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχε στάση του τραμ Τ1 που σε 20 λεπτά σε πήγαινε απευθείας στην παλιά πόλη της Βενετίας!!! Το κέντρο της πόλης, που ήταν το mestre centro, με το ίδιο τραμ ήταν περίπου 10 λεπτά, ωραία πόλη με εμπορικό κέντρο και μαγαζιά οικονομικά για ρούχα,παπούτσια κλπ.Εαν θέλετε για βράδυ φαγητό, τα περισσότερα restaurant κλείνουν νωρίς.Καλυτερα να πάτε πριν της 10 το βράδυ.Μειναμε 3 νύχτες,πολύ καλή τιμή με πρωινό !!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Siamo stati 2 giorni fa, e siamo veramente soddisfatti! L'albergo è a 10 minuti della stazione di Mestre, molto comodo. Le camere ampie e pulite. Lo staff gentilissimi. E il servizio sia a cena che a colazione è stato top, ringraziamo ancora a Liliana e Roberta per essere state veramente gentili con noi. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, e per colazione cè una ampia scelta. Torneremo sicuramente

Super punkt wypadowy do Wenecji. W hotelu można kupić bilety na tramwaj. Otrzymaliśmy również mapę z dokładnymi wytycznymi jak dotrzeć na przystanek, aby dojechać do Wenecji oraz jak wrócić. Tramwaj jedzie pół godziny co dziesięć minut. Obsluga bardzo miła, hotel czysty i blisko autostrady, śniadanie pyszne, a kawa wyśmienita.

La posizione. La pulizia. La disponibilità e la gentilezza dello staff. Colazione con prodotti molto buoni, di ottima qualità e abbondanti.

Si sentiva della musica di sottofondo di notte, proveniente dalla veranda esterna, situata sotto la finestra della nostra camera. Magari di notte sarebbe da evitare. Gli arredi avevano qualche difettino.

I liked the location and enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

I booked a night with breakfast included and wrote in advance to the hotel to ask what the breakfast options were. The receptionist who responded remembered about the request also during the check in and I was assured that there would be options for me as a vegan. When I went to have breakfast I was shown everything I could eat from the regular selection and also provided with soy yoghurt, tofu and a vegan ham alternative. Very much appreciated.

Fantastyczna obsługa - bardzo pomocna, parking przy hotelu w cenie pokoju, świetne połączenie z historyczną częścią Wenecji (25 minut tramwajem oddalonym od hotelu o 3 minuty spacerem). Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Wenecji!

Дуже привітний та приємний персонал. Мені пішли назустріч та заселили в номер на кілька годин раніше, за що я дуже вдячна! Біля готелю є велика відкрита парковка. Готель пропонує трансфер до Венеції. Також туди можна доїхати громадським транспортом за 30-40 хв (до зупинки йти 5 хв). В номері є все необхідне: холодильник, фен, кондиціонер. На 1 поверсі працює ресторан, де можна замовити сніданок, або повечеряти. В мене залишились лише приємні спогади про цей готель!

The rooms were clean and everything was in order. The receptionist was amazing and helped us with everything we asked about. There was a good selection of breakfast options, and nothing was missing, as everything was regularly replenished. When booking two rooms at the same time, I requested a baby cot for each room, but it seems that the system incorrectly registered the request and assigned a cot to only one room. Fortunately, we noticed this in advance and, after contacting the hotel, a baby cot was also added to the second room. The communication with the hotel was excellent.

**Disappointing stay** Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. The room had a bad smell, and the towels were stained and even had holes in them. The room was also extremely small and uncomfortable for our family. Our room building was separate from the reception, which was inconvenient as well. Overall, the cleanliness and room condition need significant improvement. They put a pack/ play for my 5 year old to sleep! Room was too hot to sleep and when we called them to fix, they said someone will come in 5 minute and it never happened. We had a terrible night before our long flight back.We were disappointed with the experience and would not choose this hotel again.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr hilfsbereit. Trotz Baustelle war es ruhig. Eine gute Lage mit ca. 600m Entfernung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Wir hatten hier 14 tolle Tage verbracht und werden hier bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Rezeptionist war perfekt, sprach englisch. Der Herr war sehr hilfreich mit der Verbindung der Stressenbahn in die Stadt. Ticket konnten wir vor Ort kaufen. Frühstück super und vielfältig mit Rührei Wurst Käse und süßem Gebäck wird immer wieder aufgefüllt, sobald etwas fertig ist. Alles Top. Da wir auf der Durchreise waren haben wir nur einmal übernachtet. Perfekt ist auch, dass die Rezeption 24h geöffnet hat.

Naja wir sind Balkon gewöhnt, aber evtl habe ich es bei der Buchung übersehen. Ansonsten alles ok

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Specially lockable space for bicycles. Tram to Venice a 5-minute walk away.

A 10 min dall’aeroporto, funzionale il parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Tutto molto pulito, camera singola sufficiente e spaziosa.

Unica pecca le tende oscuranti della finestra che facevano entrare comunque luce e l’aria condizionata non regolabile (durante la notte quanto meno).

Breakfast consider variety. Staff is nice and helpful. Need to the tram/bus to the Venice city, but 5-7 min walk to the tram station. Room is clean and spacious. You can get tram and daily ticket from the hotel receptionist. Another good point is they allow early check in if room available. Luckily I manage to check at 10 am.

Good location to get a taxi into Venice

The coordination was a joke. Breakfast was meant to start at 7am, but we were stopped from going in because the hotel had over 100 people from the coaches and were letting them in first in breakfast sittings. We weren’t told anything about this beforehand or at check-in. After having to ask what was going on, we were finally let in, but it was absolute chaos. There were people everywhere and you couldnt get to the breakfast, let alone enjoy it. The room wasn’t much better either. The floor was dirty, and you couldn’t really walk around barefoot because it didn’t feel clean.

It was as expected and the staff are very helpful. I will definetely recommend this hotel and if comming in the are a again i will surely book another stay there.

Apart that ive noticed that there need a bit of maintenance the rest all good

The hotel is in Mestre accommodation area, super quite at night. Several supermarkets are nearby. Taking tram to Venice downtown center is super easy and accessible, not worried about parking space in Venice. Rich options of breakfast and kind hotel staff, helping us to get one way tram ticket to Venice and allow us to leave luggages after check-in for walking around Venice. Thump up!!

Colazione si può migliorare. Mi sarebbe piaciuto avere più proposta “italiana”; inoltre ci vorrebbe il caffè espresso e non solo quello della macchina automatica!

Otel çok temizdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle resepsiyonda ki beyefendi Otel, ulaşım ve Venedik ile ilgili bilinmesi gerekenleri detaylı şekilde anlattı. Otel Venedik'e biraz uzak ama resepsiyonda tramvay bileti satılıyor ve tramvay durağı otele çok yakın. Bilet bir kişi gidiş dönüş 3 euro.Tramvay ile yaklaşık 40 dk. da Venedik e varılıyor. Araç ile gelecekler için ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut ve güvenli. Biz aile olarak geldik ve aracımızı otele bırakıp tramvayı kullandık. Venedik şehir merkezine girişte bazen kontrol yapılıyor, eğer bir otelde kalmıyorsanız şehir vergisi alıyorlar. Otelde bu konuyu da anlatıyorlar ve Venedik belediyesinin internet sitesine kayıt olup Qr kod almayı gösteriyorlar. Bizim için güzel bir tatil oldu. Herşey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Otelin kahvaltısı biraz yetersizdi. Domates salatalık zeytin yoktu. Çeşit çok azdı. Biz kahvaltı dahil almamıştık ve ilk gün Venedik te kahvaltı yaptık. Fiyatlar biraz yüksekti. İkinci gün kişi başı 10 euro ya otelde kahvaltı yaptık.

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere il centro di Venezia in una ventina di minuti con il tram. Lo staff è stato molto professionale, accogliente e ha saputo dare tutte le informazioni necessarie in maniera precisa. Il parcheggio anche è gratuito e comodo.

La pulizia era ok (il telecomando della tv era meglio non toccarlo, però la stanza in generale era discretamente pulita). La colazione non era sicuramente il punto forte. Abbiamo trovato solo 1 cuscino a testa in camera e decisamente molto sottile.

Das Hotek liegt in guter Distanz zum Flughafen, ruhig und in direkter Nähe zur Autobahn nach Mailand. Die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und die Betten sind recht hart. Das Zimmer 402 liegt sehr ruhig.

Leider läuft auf der Toilette die ganze Nacht die Lüftung (erst auf sehr hoher Stufe, dann etwas leiser und am morgen um 06:30 Uhr wieder auf Voll). Frühstück ab 07:00 aber das Personal war wohl mit div. Reisegruppen beschäftigt und es gab nur "reservierte" Tische für die Gruppen. Ich musste mich erst bemerkbar machen und um einen Tisch bitten. Es wäre auch für nicht Gruppenreisende schön, wenn es einen Bereich gibt, der nicht mit lauten Gruppenreisenden und ausschliesslich reservierten Tischen belegt ist. Die Auswahl der Speisen war dementsprechend auch auf Gruppen ausgelegt (Büchsen Fruchtsalat, Scheibenkäse) und echt kein guter Kaffee.

Un hôtel très bien, propre, avec parking, personnel très aimable, qui donne plein des informations. Il est très proche de la station de tramvai, les tickets acheté directement à la réception. La chambre et salle de bain très bien, silencieux, spacieux. Petit déjeuner très bon

Frontdeskmanager "Nicola" hat die Höchstwertung verdient ohne die Leistung seiner geschätzten Kollegen geringschätzen zu wollen. Frühstücksservice ebenfalls auf diesem Niveau.

Wermutstropfen ist der zu kleine Lift.

No AC first night.

A small but pleasant hotel located about 15–20 minutes from Venice by tram. The receptionist was very helpful and provided us with detailed information and maps explaining how to reach Venice city centre. There is a tram stop approximately 300 metres from the hotel. From there, we were able to travel directly to the centre of Venice on a single tram and return comfortably on the same route at the end of the day. The room was sufficiently spacious, and the bathroom was clean. However, the sound insulation could be improved, as we could hear noises from the bathroom in the next room. The breakfast the following morning was disappointing. The selection was very limited. In addition, some of the staff members serving breakfast appeared rather unfriendly. It felt as though they were waiting for us to finish our breakfast and leave as soon as possible, and they did not seem particularly happy with their work.

The breakfast experience was the complete opposite of our otherwise positive impression of the hotel. The menu was inadequate, the selection was very limited, and some of the staff members appeared unfriendly.
