We stayed from the 27th August, for 5 Nights. The Riviera was spotlessly clean throughout. The Staff were exceptional, always smiling and friendly. There is a lovely outside terrace bar, a proper sun trap, with reasonably priced drinks. The Restaurant was relaxed and although not a huge choice of food, the quality was fantastic. The rooms are an adequate size, with really comfy beds. There are only 9 floors, so never had to wait long for the lifts. We are looking forward to staying at the Riviera again next Month.

Not a huge deal for us, as we like to go out and about in the Evenings, but there was no hotel entertainment, which may have been nice, if we fancied a quieter Evening.

La limpieza y comodidad. La piscina, aunque no es muy grande, no está saturada, se está tranquilo. Lo mejor es que los precios de la bebida en el bufet y en el bar son súper asequibles, no abusan como hacen la mayoría de hoteles. La comida muy correcta

Por decir algo, que en el bufet muchas veces no reponen cuando se acaba y los horarios del restaurante están pensados para los ingleses/ alemanes, a las 21:00 cierra

Estaba muy limpio, la cama súper cómoda y el desayuno y las cenas variados y muy bueno todo.

Está bastante lejos de la playa porque no se puede ir en línea recta

I have always wanted to stay here and it didn't disappoint. Staff were fabulous, food top class and varied. Drinks very reasonably priced. Waiters in the front bar soon knew your order and were quick to serve. You also got discounts in other venues by showing your room key. Morgan's, Philippines, western saloon etc. Although it didn't work in some. Great location, not too noisy at night too. Good bars opposite and it's just around the corner from Morgan's. Only downside was it's a small pool (but sufficient as its adult only) and the sun doesn't arrive till gone lunch. There was a run to reserve beds at 9 lol The room was comfortable and absolutely spotless and I'm fussy! No dirty grout. I suffer with noise anxiety and had no issues. We were on the ground floor too and I was next to reception at that. You do have to pay for the tea and coffee etc refilling. Would I return? Without hesitation and I'd go full board again, every meal was fabulous. 2 Small points, no toilet brush, and no pool bar but you can telephone through, never saw anyone do that.

Hôtel d’une finesse rare : personnel sympathique et attachant, nourriture excellente avec des produits de qualité et bonne variété, chambre spacieuse avec beau mobilier et confort total, belle piscine et belle terrasse. La liste est longue. Remerciement chaleureux à Anabel, Joaquin, Mohammed, Eyler et ceux dont je n’ai pas retenu les prénoms, surtout les excellentes barmans et serveurs avec qui nous avons passé d’excellents moments, sans oublier le Chef qui nous a bien régalés. 8 nuits en pension complète sont passées comme un éclair tellement c’était génial. Nous reviendrons.

We have said it all before and we are going to say it again. Out of the five countries we have been to and over 60 hotels, this is the best all round hotel we have stayed in. The management and staff are just tops. We cant name them all as to a couple of new faces. So would be unfair to mention the many we do know. THANK YOU ❤️ The rooms are perfect to the size of the room, the comfy bed (great sleep) and the amenities within the room with great sound proofing. Any special request for rooms will be noted but not guaranteed. They have never let us down with our requests. The front terrace bar is a sun trap. The prices are cheep considering the high standard of the hotel. Staff again very friendly and attentive. My wife had to tell me to sit down a couple of times due to rude guests/visitors. No need for people to be rude to staff. We never used the music lounge due to the humidity which you can expect in July, but we have been before and the acts are great and again prices at the bar were very reasonable with very hard working staff. I was glad to see one act had been removed as I didn't find it funny at all. Now the main part. The food. The restaurant staff are great and hard working, front and back of house. The food is plentiful and variable. My favourites were the roast beef (cut nice and thin 😉) very tender, roast chicken, stake pie, burgers and real back bacon at breakfast. The hotel is situated near the end of the strip. Don't let that put you off, you wont hear a thing (not unless you want to pop out on the balcony for a laugh!) Thanks to each and everyone of you involved with the Riviera. See you all very soon.

This hotel is quite quite fabulous! We put a request in for highest floor room ,as we always do and got it! The cleaning team in here especially on this occasion Sonia, are all hardworking .She had stealth like ninja skills! Sometimes we had only popped out briefly,yet Sonia would pop in and maintain the highest standards like ever!! I always tidy before we go out ,yet Sonia and her lovely smelling cleaning products could be noted. Nuno and David,indeed all the bar staff team at the front of the Riviera are so helpful and work incredibly hard. The snack food was also great value for money and served promptly. David especially a funny caring guy who clearly enjoys his job. Bucket deals at the this amazing place are brilliant .Just to sit there after your flight and enjoy some bucket deals is amazing !! Air con was amazing and much needed.Pool area had loads of sunbeds .No handbags at dawn or hassle in getting a sunbed. The food is great .Huge variety. Joaquín in the dining room is quite frankly a genuine warm lovely man who we Kept bumping into on our daily travels and has been with Team Riviera for a few years now.👍 The perfect location for a hotel with high standards No kids. Central to everything. The mighty Explorers club is a few steps away with the fabulous Ben Jackson as Michael Jackson.Loads to do/places near by. Or just chill. There is a mixed bag of ages here .It is not the “Cocoon” style Don Pancho,but it is for over 18’s and we are just over that👍By a tiny bit We didn’t see Raquel this year but her standards mirror the previous Gabrielle with everyone maintaining standards and also being super nice. Male cleaning operative maintained the downstairs toilets near the bar to a very high spotless standard. I cannot tolerate in clean toilets but let me say this hotel in it’s entirety was spotless!!! We say go now .We as always ??Will be back .

The terrace bar,the bar staff were excellent we sat there every night and the drinks were cheaper than the bars ..the whole hotel was clean the restaurant was lovely and the food was good as well staff lovely and very pleasant toilets always clean and smelt lovely our room was always cleaned and beds made up and also smelt lovely

The WiFi wasn't good and the mattress wasn't very comfy but other than that we had a great holiday

We arrived at the hotel and were immediately impressed. The hotel itself is lovely, the receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and our room was immaculate. The hotel was also exceptionally clean throughout, with a nice bar and fantastic staff. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because we specifically booked this hotel as it was advertised as adults only. As we were on a party holiday and the hotel is located right by the strip, we assumed it would attract guests of a similar age and with similar plans. However, it quickly became apparent that the hotel was mainly occupied by older guests, who understandably didn't appreciate us returning at 3–4am. We certainly weren't trying to be disrespectful, but it wasn't the atmosphere we were expecting. Unfortunately, one evening an older guest angrily pushed my husband down the corridor while he was just minding his own business eating his kebab, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel with excellent staff, spotless facilities and a great location. It just wasn't the type of adults only hotel we had imagined. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay, I'd highly recommend it. However, if you're in your 20s or 30s and planning a lively party holiday, you may find that it's not the best fit despite its location.

Starting to be not as much! Looking a bit tired with old fashioned lifts and non occasionally working cards in lift and room doors and receptionist’s with a bit of an attitude on them !!!

We stayed here for a week, we stayed in room 907 which overlooked Uncle Peds which we loved as we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. During our stay we celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary, when we came back to our room that day we had a bottle and a lovely note wishing us a happy anniversary. A really big thank you. We have stayed here a number of times and we love this hotel the location is perfect a short walk to the beach. Close to bars, shops and evening entertainment. We stayed full board they were great choices, at breakfast you can have poached eggs, omelettes, hash browns and english bacon and sausages. At dinner different choices and a lovely salad bar. At tea my favourite was the chicken and veal kebabs. The cost of drinks at dinner and tea were reasonably priced, a glass of wine and a bottle of San Miguel was €4. The hotel is very clean, the staff work really hard, keeping the hotel clean and looking after the guests. We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning to come back. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Amazing hotel - amazing staff! Me and my husband stayed here for 8 nights in June. We had a late night flight and didn’t arrive to the hotel until around 4am - we had a lovely check in, was given a lunch bag and some helpful info. The hotel is lovely and clean - cheap drinks and the food was amazing!! Lots of choice and the staff in the restaurant were all super lovely too! We enjoyed the food every day! Lots of selection! We had a front facing room but didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise as the window when closed made the outside quiet. English TV channels - lovely hot shower. Wanted to stay here for Christmas this year but unfortunately closed for renovation. Will 100% stay here again - great location!!

Booked a last minute trip to Benidorm and just returned from staying at the Riveria . What a gem this hotel is …. Not disappointing . Friendly greeting by reception on arrival with clear communication on what to expect . Safe cost is €4 euros a day . First impression on walking into the hotel on how clean it appeared and when going into our room it was spotless . Our room was just perfect for the two of us . Kettle in the room with compliments condiments after you have used them you then provide your own . Plenty of wardrobe space and bedside cabinets either side. Beds are so comfy best I’ve ever slept in . The bathroom shower is powerful and always has hot water. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash . Towels replenished daily. Hairdryer . I bought my own though I always do . Full length mirror on wardrobe doors. Our balcony small but suited us . Our room was overlooking Uncle Pedd but not too much noise tbh. We stayed full board and after being at other hotels I was a bit anxious on this but the food was just exellent , plenty of choice and great service by the restaurant team , nothing was too much trouble. You are well looked after. The beach is only a five min walk which we went to everyday , I would have loved to have had some time around the pool area…. So my only negative is the pool area is small and does not get the sun until after approx 1pm then only for a few hours after. But we used the beach . Great terrace at the front to sit at great atmosphere. I would return here again the Riveria without question, great hotel great location …. Perfect.

Great hotel, great terrace. Pool quite a let down. We were half board and food was lovely. Rooms were immaculate. We were on the second floor. Cleaner had a major attitude problem. She also cleaned the terrace outside and when we went to sit out as we were up early for our flight she was not happy. We were no where near to where she was cleaning and asked politely if it was ok to sit down. She nodded but then began to mumble on in spanish and her facial expressions told us she was not happy. Same when we said it was OK not to clean our room. She was blonde with a pony tail. She gave us the death stare. Apart from that. Hotel is perfect location and bar staff were really friendly and work so hard. They are a credit to the Hotel.

Paid £630 half board for 4 nights which was a bit dear for us but thought its a 4 star it'll be worth it. Check in was quick and when we got to our room it stank of sewage. Didn't complain as it was only 4 nights and wouldn't be in much. We decided on 1 of nights to go to the music lounge downstairs to listen to a tribute act. (We don't drink and didn't want anything) we were told in a very cheeky way and he laughed and said we couldn't stay as we didn't purchase anything. Bare in mind we were staying there. We complained to reception who agreed with the waiter that we should of bought a soda. Not happy. There was also complimentary tea coffee milk in the room when we arrived. When we asked for more coffee and milk the next day they told us we could purchase more in a package we have to pay for, bare in mind they were small satchets of coffee and the tiny milk. Other than that the food was lovely beds were comfy but I will not be returning to this hotel as I don't think its worth the 4 stars. Im never 1 to complain but unfortunately for this hotel I had to

Location excellent I thought it might have been a bit noisy cos of the closeness to the strip but it wasn't as soon as you were in the hotel you could not here anything which was great..our room was on the 2nd floor we asked for a low floor.very nice and comfortable with kettle and tea coffee etc which gets restocked every day for a change of €5 for the week for 2 people..room was very bright and the balcony was nice 👍 the hotel is absolutely spotless.all the cleaners work so hard and every member of staff are very welcoming and friendly..food was very good plenty for us to choose from.my partner used the gym every day.not a big gym but was good enough for him .WiFi very good had no issues with it .the lounge at night the entertainment was excellent all top artist..and the bingo fella is so funny...😂 the service in the lounge bar is excellent and all staff are very friendly and polite .the staff at the reception bar are also very good 👍 the pool area is small but we didn't have a problem with that and cos it only may there were no problem get a sun bed .some people have competed on there being no pool bar but it's not far to the reception bar.or there is a phone at the pool you can call the bar and they will bring it for you it's no problem..in all we found it to be a brilliant hotel and we will book it again

We normally stay at the Barcelo Beach Hotel in Benidorm; however wanted to give the Riviera Beachotel a try; we were not disappointed. Great location, very, very clean and well maintained, exceptional service from staff on the bar terrace and in the restaurant. High quality food and varied choice, the room was light, airy, spacious, excellent power shower, good sized bed and extremely comfortable. Nice pool area with a chilled out vibe, the only downer was people were smoking when it clearly said it was prohibited. Exceptional value for money and would highly recommend and we will be returning

Our sixth visit to the Riviera. Everything very good as usual. Cleanliness, food, staff brilliant. Can't be faulted at all. Will be back again.

I can't complain about anything

This is one of our favourite hotels to stay at in Benidorm. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable, well decorated and clean. The food on the restaurant was great with plenty of choice each day. We will definitely be coming back again 🙂

All the staff were efficient and friendly. The food and restaurant are exceptional. Night time entertainment is very good.

The amount of non residents using the lounge at the front to sunbathe and just booze on the cheap offer beer deals. The music is too loud although some of this will be from Uncle Peds across the road.

We've just got home from 2 weeks in Benidorm and stayed at the Riviera Beach Hotel. From first glance it looks like a really nice hotel. Upon arriving we were welcomed by Beatriz on reception. She was most helpful with our holiday, helping us to plan our day trip via the tram to Alicante to meet our sister, advising us where to get the tram, how long it takes and how much roughly it costs (it's so cheap by the way!). Our room was very nice, clean and fresh. We could have our linen changed everyday upon request. The only downside was brew tackle can be filled up with a weekly charge of 5 euros. We just by chance took our own anyway as I'm fussy with my coffee. The restaurant was absolutely amazing with such a great food selection for both breakfast and evening meals (we went half-board). I have coeliac so I'm required to have a gluten free diet and this was met every day. The restaurant manager Joaquin "Jack" would meet me every meal time and took me through all the food letting me know what was gluten free and what wasn't. The other restaurant staff are amazing too.. Elyer, Mo, Gloria, Marina, Joel.. always having a laugh and giggle with the guests, making them feeling welcome. I can honestly say that I've never been to a hotel before where the restaurant staff are so happy at work. The area of Benidorm that we stayed in was good too. Very close proximity to the beach, not too far from the shops, and for those who like a good night out.. 5mins walk away! For those who dont wish to venture too far there is a bar downstairs with bingo and plenty of tribute acts for entertainment. We will definitely stay the Riviera Beach Hotel again.

Third visit to Riviera Beach Hotel in 6 months - and two more future bookings should say it all. We love this hotel for lots of reasons. It is impeccably clean, staff are helpful and friendly and the food is exceptional. The Riviera Lounge where entertainment takes place is a nice environment too although the entertainment is usually a little less inviting than other cabaret bars in the very local area around the hotel but that is purely personal choice. Such a shame Ruby Rox left as I’m sure she pulled in the very best of entertainment. The bingo, prior to the cabaret is also personal choice but all I will say is do the maths regarding how much is being made on each game and counter balance that with the payout ….. bingo caller is on a good wage!! We played once for fun but sadly, on realising how annoying the caller was and the total lack of interest he put into the game (spends most of the time on his phone hiding behind the numbers screen), we left and haven’t returned to the lounge until bingo is finished. It does have a pool area but this is very shaded for most of the morning, sun hits it around 1pm. The open air bar terrace on the front of the hotel is a real pull for many, usually full by 12 at lunchtime, and why not ? - big screens, great music, reasonable prices and a great place to watch the world go by. On balance, this hotel is an absolute gem, I believe it is due to be refurbished, I have no idea why as it is in very good condition but anything added can only make it even better.

Great location for night life.

My wife, my sister in law and I have not long returned from another wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel. This was my sister in law's first visit and she loved it. As always the staff were lovely and extremely hardworking and the food was great. Our favourite part of the hotel, the front terrace was packed every day creating such a great holiday vibe as always. All in all we had another wonderful stay in the Riviera and hopefully we'll make it back again in September.

Just home after another wonderful stay at the Riviera Beach .. this Hotel just keeps on getting better !! We were nervous around visiting for St Patricks Day .. Yes the Hotel and terrace were busy .. but the Vibe was unbelievable .. just full of guests enjoying themselves and having Fun .. Thank you Riviera Beach for once again hosting to the highest standards .. From Reception to Housekeeping .. The Terrace Staff to the Cabaret Bar .. not forgetting Mohammed and his delightful Restaurant Team who were just the Best .

Second time staying at this hotel so knew the standard and very pleased.

Wow what a place check in lady was amazing room spotless and great shower , towels changed and bedding every day if wanted .The food was best ever had at a hotel so much choice and quality food , think I put half stone on , terrace bar great fantastic prices and suntrap .The riviera music lounge was great as well great acts and again great prices deffo be back .Right near shops bars and local amenities

Anyone not giving this small but perfectly formed little gem 5 stars needs something to flippin moan about!!! We have stayed in Riviera too many times to count and would 100% book again without hesitation, in fact hubby is going back in September with the "boys" (he's the youngest at 59!) Yes the terrace gets busy with non residents but that's because of how popular it is to everyone, remember you are in Benidorm not a place renowned for it's peace and quiet! Everything about the hotel is just spot on, we have been coming to Benidorm for the last 25 years and once we found this hotel we haven't stayed elsewhere, we have absolutely no complaints at all. I've got to say our favorite meal time was breakfast, the best proper bacon ever and naughty fried bread, you will definitely not go hungry and don't get me on about the ice cream O.M.G so lovely.

Wow! What a fabulous hotel. Arrived half 10 in the morning sat in the sunshine for an hour whilst they got our room ready. The hotel front bar is a fantastic sun trap, much so that other people come and drink there with great music playing in The background. Hubby and I like the buckets of corona to share 10 euros for five cold bottles with slice of lime lovely ! Next the food , probably the best food we have ever had in the whole of Benidorm and we have been here loads of times, the roast beef and yorkshires were amazing , salads lovely show cooking fab ! I don’t eat desserts but my hubby said they were great ! Lovely restaurant proper table clothes napkins adults only hotel so lovely and relaxing to dine . The best were the staff they could see one day I needed a knife I didnt even have to ask they gave me a knife and a napkin they were so attentive. My hubby and I said the staff were like a family so happy and respectful to us especially the lovely waiter Eyler , he knew I was trying to learn Spanish and he helped me by speaking in simple sentences in Spanish and telling me what they meant . He was so lovely and funny and very very pleasant . Room was spotless, beds comfy , great walk in rain shower very powerful, missing it already. We stayed in room 307 our maid was lovely she always waited for us to come out to clean, was never knocking the door cleaned every day , clean towels every day too . Food was so good we only ate out once an that was at the Indian restaurant Kathmandu which was very nice . Also watched greatest showman at the Philippines club underneath the Presidente hotel which is just around the corner. Saw the Beatles tribute at the palladium they were great ! Location of this hotel is great. Central to Morgan’s and the ambassador hotel. But don’t need to move really as they have their own wonderful relaxing entertainment club downstairs ,which in my opinion is better than anywhere else . Get waited on and watch act after act its a great room. Great atmosphere and great acts. So basically this hotel has everything . Plenty of live entertainment everywhere. We can’t wait to return to the riviera beach big shout to your fab staff at this great hotel missing you already !

Our 3rd stay here, always enjoyable. The staff are all lovely & give excellent service in restaurant, outdoor bar & reception. Good excellent quality & choice much better than many 4 stars we have stayed.

Unlike it states on it’s website, this is not a place of tranquility and peace, if you like peace and quiet and somewhere to relax the outside terrace is not for those who don’t like very loud music, where you have to shout to have a conversation with your partner, the volume level is so loud you can hardly hear yourself think, also you might be lucky to find a seat as most of area is taken by people from outside the hotel Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and if you’re on a budget holiday and don’t mind the hustle and bustle, then the hotel is ok The food choices are not brilliant, and the quality not that great which is very disappointing, if you like a full English for breakfast then it’s ok, limited choice if you don’t Evening meals are basic, chicken or fish, not a great choice on vegetables, desserts are very basic choices as well However most of the evening entertainment is good standard

This is our 6th stay at the Riviera Beach. Great speedy check in at Reception. Room clean but lots of chips in the paintwork. The Air Con was very weak. The shower was powerful. It does need updating. We could here next door coughing and sneezing The dining room was spacious and we always got a table. Joaquin was such a lovely head waiter.courteous and nothing too much trouble. He took a photo of us by the Valentine Heart. We found the head waiter when Joaquin wasn’t there extremely rude and for some reason took a dislike to us both. We asked for a photo from him and he said No that he was too busy. And when we paid for our drinks we didn’t get a thank you. And making inappropriate jokes with other guests The food was hit and miss. Again we found it luke warm most days and quite samey. The Veggie option non existent It was better than the other hotels we have stayed. We like the pool area,though the pool was like an ice bath. Nice and quiet some days and then some random piano music others The Riviera is still the best hotel in Benidorm we tried the Flash and The Don Pancho and it’s a cut above them The safe let us down twice also

If you are thinking of booking this hotel and don't have kids you no longer need to keep thinking. Book it! We have been coming to Benidorm for fifteen years (two, three times a year) and sadly only stayed in this hotel three times since 2025. The staff steal the show of this hotel. Could not meet a more friendly, professional and funny team. The last manager/Director of this hotel was brilliant and friendly. So we were a bit apprehensive of the new manager/director as to making changes to the hotel. We had nothing to worry about. If anything, things improved and I don't know how that was possible. To the reception, bar staff, kitchen staff, waiting staff, maintenance, cleaners and director, we thank all of you. We have booked again. Look forward to seeing you all again. Great location. Near both indoor & outdoor markets. Very friendly staff great prices. Excellent acts on in Music Room every night. Just watched IL DIVO tribute act with standing ovation they were fabulous!! Diana Ross was superb!! Will book again!!

Been coming over 60 times to this hotel , from moment walk in feel like at home, reception staff always make us feel welcome, rooms are spotless, bed are so comfortable. The food always something nice to have n desserts yummy

Fantastic stay , hotel ticks all the boxes , came on holiday with hubby , sister and partner for 10 days , couldn’t fault the hotel from the minute we arrived the reception staff were so welcoming , and booked in straight away , room was spotless , bathroom was good with a powerful shower , complimentary toiletries that were topped up when needed and towels changed daily . The restaurant had lots of choices , different meats and fish dishes , and lovely salads , super desserts and even a ice cream machine . The outside terrace was a sun trap , good prices on drinks , and the waiters were so friendly and fast , we didn’t have to wait long to be served , even though it was busy most days . The Riviera lounge was really good , great acts on each evening , after a game of Bingo with Cheapy , Cheapy such a funny man . We would definitely recommend this hotel , and will be returning , thank you to all the caring staff who made it a great holiday , Sharon and Patrick Memery

We booked a package holiday through Jet2.com. We had a twin room on the 4th floor with shower only as requested and it was very spacious, light, with a good size balcony, great storage, tea and coffee making facilities and quite a large TV with many British channels. The room and all public areas were spotlessly clean. We booked full board and the food was excellent. Buffet style and the choice of dishes was exceptional. Always plenty of food and the hot food was hot, not lukewarm as it can be in places. We were very satisfied with the service of dining staff who gave 110% 😀. We would certainly return to The Riviera Beach hotel as it was great value for money and would definitely recommend it to others. Please be aware....this is an "Adults Only" hotel. Aged 16 and over.

The Riviera Terrace had to be THE place to go every day . Perfect sun trap , great food and amazing staff who work harder and more efficiently than any other staff in Benidorm. Big shout out to especially Luciano and Jairo who are absolutely amazing and work tirelessly , five star awards to them , this is the place to be . Thankyou to all the staff here , you are amazing.

1st time defo return stayed lots in Beni over Xmas an new year best hotel we have stayed for food and friendliness of staff. Stayed in presidente, there sis hotel Oct told I was gluten but they wasn't bothered at all but here omg I cud eat almost everything I was not bad at all,the restaurant staff an the manager was so so helpful won't go nowhere else. Rooms was very clean all in all wish we would of gone all those years ago. There was no fishy new year's eve menu let's face it there are alot of English who like there food we had lamb beef etc proper mash free bar nye just everything was perfect. A big big thankyou to you all. See you soon

My brother and I stayed at the Riviera Beachotel from 29th December to celebrate the New Year for the first time. We’ve stayed at this hotel since 2012 and have celebrated Christmas a few times. As usual we were not disappointed. The staff in all departments worked really hard to make sure that everyone had a great time. The hotel is spotless and the food is delicious. We have booked our next holiday and look forward to returning to the Riviera Beachotel in September for our next stay. Keep up the good work. You’re all doing a fantastic job.

I stayed 18/12 until 28/12. We had room 812 which was spotlessly clean. Check in was efficient and friendly, the terrace bar staff were great, the restaurant team cannot do enough for you. The food was varied and top quality. Christmas day weather was horrendous, but the staff made it memorable. Canapes in the morning, followed by all the staff performing a Spanish song and dancing. Xmas dinner was excellent, followed by a good evenings entertainment in the music Lounge below the hotel. Staff in the music Lounge are chatty and efficient, and Mr Cheapy Cheapy is a unique character. All in all, another great holiday at this cracking hotel. Thank you!

CHRISTMAS 2025 we've just spent a week at Christmas at the Riviera, 20/12 - 27/12 and it was fabulous. From reception , front terrace ,all the way through the cleanliness is second to none. This hotel has the friendliest staff I've ever seen in every department . A very welcoming lady on reception checked us in quickly and efficiently. Our 2 rooms were nxt door to each other which was perfect as one member was a lone occupant ( 306 , 308 ) . Beds were so comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. Credit to the cleaning staff. Christmas eve we received, hand delivered ,a programme of Christmas day a card and a box of Lindt Chocs, what a lovely touch. Christmas day was absolutely outstanding. Drinks n nibbles to start , music playing , santa 😃 and the staff put an excellent little show on , dancing and singing. The Christmas lunch was perfect . Shown to your seat quickly. So much top quality food we couldn't fault a thing . The head waiter in the restaurant is fantastic and runs a very organised operation and still all staff are so friendly. Thank you all at the Riviera for making our Christmas magical

First time to the riviera and we really enjoyed our 10 days away. We were in room 210 with a view of the rosamar hotel pool . We asked for a room with a walk in shower and they kindly obliged . The room although on the small side had everything we needed with plenty of storage , tv , kettle with one complementary tea and coffee filling. The beds were singles and made a creaking noise when you turned over and moved away from the wall so they could be better. The safe you had to pay for which is not good these days. The bathroom was great with a very powerful shower with continuous hot water , magnifying mirror and hair dryer . The only thing I didn't like was the paper cups in the bathroom so we had to buy a glass . Our bedroom cleaner was porena and she was fantastic , she changed our towels every day and everything was spotless . It was my wife's birthday while we were there and they left a bottle of cava which we thought was a lovely touch . The hotel is spotless throughout and all the staff are lovely and are a credit to the hotel . The food was mostly good and the seated bar area outside on the front of the hotel is great for soaking up some winter sun whilst having some great deals on drinks . The bar staff out there work very hard and always have a laugh with you . We used the music lounge underneath the hotel a few nights and the acts were good although they do seem to repeat a lot through the week . The riviera is in a perfect spot for all the live music bars . We will definitely return at this time of year.

Quick check in and although still morning our room was ready. The glass lift will only take 4 and you need a room card to operate it. I had emailed reception a few days earlier requesting a room with morning sun if possible so was very happy when we got 302. Please beware though in the summer these rooms also overlook the rosamar pool so could get very noisy. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. Beds bathroom television balcony etc are all first class. At night no noise whatsoever and totally dark with curtains pulled across. We were full board and all food on offer is top class and majority caters for Brits taste. The waiting staff are always helpful and happy. Is it the best English breakfast in Beni ? Probably is. Worth going just for that. No need to leave hotel if it rains like it did on Christmas Day this year. After a beautiful gala meal at lunchtime we were then entertained by a first class singer with guitar singing all the favourites which soon had the guests up and dancing for the rest of the afternoon. Drinks incidentally are very reasonably priced. Then walk just 20 metres into the music lounge for bingo followed by three or four of Benidorms finest acts entertaining you into the small hours. The director Raquel you will see about the hotel multi tasking giving a hand where needed she is always ready for a chat you will find her a very nice helpful person. We have been to all the other top hotels in Benidorm especially at Christmas and this one now is our firm favourite. Keep your eye on availability for Xmas week because I think this one will now sell out pretty quick.

This was our 3rd Christmas here and also visited at other times of the season however I don’t believe it’s keeping up with other hotels in the area. It is a good hotel however starting to look a little tired not changed in the last 10 years, possibly a colour theme change? Baths are dangerous for the older clientele, should be walk in showers. Food has been better, due in my opinion budget limitations have kicked in. €500 for Christmas Day? Staff are mainly excellent some can be grumpy. Restaurant staff are all outstanding. Need not to rely on the restaurant for return visits. Kept very clean. No soundproofing.

Great customer service, Good food and always a good selection. Attentive staff always ready to help. Rooms are clean and good TV selection. Coffee making facilities in room. Child free. Music lounge below the hotel offers various good quality acts every night.. 600 Mrs from the sea front.

Guest discount card a bit iffy when used in music lounge because charged the same amount as on drinks menu.

Great location, staff were excellent and very friendly. Everywhere was exceptionally clean. They had a flood while I was there and the staff still smiled at you even under this stressful situation they were dealing with.

This was my fourth visit, and things had changed a little. You have to pay €5 a week if you want the tea and coffee topping up. And you have to pay to use the digital safe. I understand paying when there is a key involved in case of replacement. We found it hard to cool the rooms down at night as the aircon was blowing out warm air.

We have stayed at this hotel a few time now, again another fantastic stay, It has to be one of the best allrounders in Benidorm, with great value for money, loverly rooms, great staff, fabulous choice of food, with a very friendly service all round with a fun loving atmosphere . The hotel is in a good location for the new town and beach.

Arrived at this hotel early expecting to have to wait for room to be ready was surprised at the time to find room available, however during the stay realised this was down to the excellent staff. Hotel is bright with modern appearance and kept spotless by hardworking cleaning team.. Front of house team take the time to chat with guests. Food at this hotel is very good constantly changed day to day with live cooking stations and variety for picky eaters. Bar at the front of the hotel gets sun most of the day and prices are some of the cheapest in Benidorm. Will return in the future

Just had a week at the riviera beach hotel benidorm. Staff all very friendly rooms lovely. Food is great plenty choice. Not far from anything although we had hire of double scooter owing to my mobility issues. Very clean hotel good value for money will definate return. We was on the 6th floor never heard any noise.

Great location, close to the “strip”, but nice and quiet at night. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was awesome and the food good.

We were there for a short break. The hotel and staff were excellent, The breakfast had an excellent choice as did the evening meal.

The two nights we were there we found the entertainment was very very amateur. We really expected to enjoy the 50 & 60s night but sorry the singer left a lot to be desired.
