Heel net hotel in rustige buurt. Fijne ruime kamers en aardig personeel.

体調が良くない旨、お伝えしたら、ご配慮頂き、ゆっくり休むことができ、おかげ様で快復しました。

Well located and connected to metro. Many restaurants close by. Great diverse breakfast. Close to Nishiki market. Well connected with metro and busses. The public bath was very pleasant and quiet between 5 and 6 am.

I think I like the hall and location.

The toilet is a bit smelly… I don’t like the toilet and room is a bit small.

大浴場と朝食、品数豊富で美味しかったです。毎年、利用させて頂いています。

自分も悪いと言うか、大浴場に行った時に、カードでドアを開けようとしたのですが、何回もカードをかざしても開かないので、何故かなぁ〜❓️と、思いつつ、内側から出て来られたので、浴場に入ることが出来たのですが、男性用と女性用のカードがあるのが、後から分かった次第でした。受付でひと言言って頂いたら良かったです。

O quarto era muito bom e bastante espaçoso. A receção que tivemos à chegada ao hotel foi fantástica e superou as nossas expectativas. Nota-se também bastante organização e a localização é excelente para explorar Kyoto.

Embora os funcionários sejam extremamente cordiais, simpáticos e atenciosos, alguns dos processos durante a estadia são bastante lentos e acabam por demorar mais do que seria expectável. Ficámos com a sensação de que não se trata de um problema dos funcionários, mas sim de alguns processos do próprio hotel que poderiam ser mais eficientes.

Ho adorato questa struttura Alberghiera. Il gruppo Mitsui Garden è una garanzia di affidabilità bellezza, pulizia, relax, posizione perfetto. Nulla di dire. Tutto straordinariamente pulito e perfetto. E la Onsen poi.. esperienza indimenticabile

朝食は種類も多くバリエーションに富んでいておいしかったです。お茶漬け 用のお出汁やカレーうどん用お出しなどお出しががとても美味しかった。 入口のスタッフも可愛らしい声で流暢な英語で案内していてよかったです。

お部屋の窓から対面するビルの窓が丸見えでカーテンが開けられず残念だった。バルコニーに鉢植えを置くなど 工夫がされてもいいかなと思いました。

スタッフの対応は良かった

駐車場に関しては最低　よって総合評価は下がる 先ず、駐車場が地下に有るのに上に行くには階段しか無い　一緒に行った姉は足が悪く大変困った スロープを上がって行こうとしたがスロープを上がらないようとの事。こんな状態の案内は全く無い為車を地下に入れてしまった。私に姉をおぶえと？ それとも足の悪い人は来るなと？ 更に駐車場利用料金一泊二千円、これは良く有る しかし夕食を食べに出庫したら1時間八百円別に取られ 再入庫後が二千円。2泊したので結局一万円近くかかった。　他は宿泊者は一泊ならば二千円払えば出し入れしても取られない。 また一度出た場合帰って来た時、満車の場合近所のコインパーキングを利用して下さいだそうです。 京都へは墓参りに行こうと思い、インバウンド等により、バスやタクシーを利用しにくいので車にした つまりこのホテルは自動車で来るなとゆう事らしい ブッキングコムにもその様な案内は無かった

Posizione strategica, a 10 min di autobus da Gion (il quartiere più famoso di Kyoto). All’interno presente la lavanderia con asciugatrice, Onsen è piccolo giardino zen per il relax. Molto pulito e personale cordiale. (Ci è capitato di avere un inconveniente con la lavanderia, si sono presi il disturbo di rifare loro lavatrice ed asciugatrice, veramente gentilissimi)

Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi because it was raining. The hotel facilities and lobby are really clean and beautiful. We arrived about 2 hours ahead of check-in, but our room was already ready so they let us check in early! I also appreciated that they always called the elevator for us when we started walking toward the elevator. It's a small thing that made our lives easier because waiting for an elevator took forever at the last hotel we stayed at. I emailed them that it was my sister's birthday and they said happy birthday to her at check-in, which was very thoughtful.

Bathroom was dirty, smelled bad, and had black mold. I also notified them a week ahead of check-in that it was my sister's birthday and they said they would leave a note in the room, but only gave us the note at checkout which was after her birthday.

車で行ったが駐車に関しては最低 地下に駐車場が有るがホテルとは別会社で24時間2000円と有るが、食事をとる為外出したらチェックインから外出迄の2時間1600円払い、その後再度入庫から2000円を払った 2泊した事から駐車料金だけで一万円近く払った これでは割高になる 今回は無かったが外出後戻った時,満車だったら外部のコインパーキング(提携ではない為割引なし) また、ホテル駐車場が地下に有り、何とエレベーターが無く階段を荷物をもって上がった 連れが足が悪い為大変だった ホテル自体のサービス等は良かったが駐車場のおかげで一気に評価がさがった この情報何処にも書いて無い(このサイトにも) 市バスもタクシーも大行列、その為車で来たが困った つまりこのホテルは車で来るなと言う事らしい 他のホテルを利用してるがチェックイン時に払えば出し入れしてもかからない 場所によっては駐車場所も確保してくれる 障害者が連れの場合には地下駐車場には行くな そもそも車では利用するなと京都に行く人には案内しようと思ってる このサイトもその辺りを載せると良いでしょう

Nieuprzejmy recepcjonista. Kultura osobista i sposób kontaktu z gościem jak dla mnie nie do przyjęcia. Całe szczęście to raczej wyjątek, bo reszta personelu przyjazna. Pozostałe rzeczy to drobiazgi: nieczynny dystrybutor wody przez część dnia, brak jednorazowych kapci, nieciekawy widok z okna na jakieś zaplecze.

It’s really well located.

Among the 4 hotels we stayed in Japan this was the least spacious and had the darkest room. The hotel staff was also ok. The bathroom was very small. The facilities were ok but not the best. The hotel is definitely above average and comes recommended especially due to its location but should be regarded in the price/performance category.

The hotel was perfect, it had everything we needed and even more. The staff deserves a lot of recognition, they were friendly, welcoming and really helpful. Good positioning and overall totally recommended.

予約時に朝食追加OK だったのに、 チェックインの時に 朝食は満席で利用できず、 楽しみにしていたので とても残念でした。 利用したい人必ず利用できるように してもらえたらと思います。 それ以外は普通に良かったです。

JR京都駅からバスで行きやすい。また使いやすいバスの停留所が近い。京都に少し慣れている人なら、バス利用で滞在の醍醐味も味わえると思った。 とにかくきれいで部屋も快適そのもの。 朝食は品数がやたら多くないのが良い点だと思う。迷わないし、人が右往左往しないので快適。もちろんとても美味しかった。

ちょうど団体客のチェックインと重なってしまったのかもしれないが、エレベーターが少ないと感じた。 ただ、座り心地の良いロビーの椅子で待てたので、大したことではなかった。

駐車場の係員の対応が不親切であった。また、車高制限で駐車できないことは理解できるが、昨今の車事情に追いついていないのなら、提携した駐車場、民間駐車場の料金をしっかり説明してほしい。

Localisation assez centrale pour visiter Kyoto. Chambres assez grandes au vu des standards japonais. Bouteilles d’eau minérale renouvelées chaque jour dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre, c’est très appréciable vu la chaleur en août ! La salle du petit déjeuner est suffisamment grande pour éviter de l’attente quelle que soit l’heure dans le créneau imparti. Grand choix pour un petit déjeuner de style occidental ou japonais.

Nous n’avions pas eu de consigne de réserver le petit déjeuner avant d’arriver et on a dû prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur les 2 premiers jours. Il faut donc s’y prendre à l’avance… Pas de bar dans l’hôtel. Il s’agit globalement d’un bon hôtel mais peut-être pas de ce qu’on attend d’un 4 étoiles

La habitación era cómoda y amplia para 3. Los baños públicos, poder relajarse después de hacer turismo. El desayuno era muy completo.

Tienen pocas lavadoras para lo grande que es el hotel. Son 6 lavadoras para un hotel grande. Siempre había cola al estar ocupadas. Al número de lavadoras se sumaba que muchos huéspedes ponían la lavadora, se iban, y dejaban la máquina bloqueada durante horas.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to bus stops. It has a very good breakfast and a public bath. We booked 2 rooms and had a comfortable stay.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful in all regards. The hotel itself was presented well, with some useful amenities. Overall we were happy with the price we paid for this hotel room. The breakfast was also good, with a wide selection of 'western Japanese' food available.

The rooms are rather small, especially if you are travelling with large suitcases. We had to get very creative with luggage storage so that it didn't feel too claustrophobic. The location was also fine, but we had to rely on busses a lot which soon added to our overall budget for Kyoto, as it costs around 190 Yen for each trip (single ticket). Without the busses, walking to the popular areas of Kyoto takes about 30 minutes.

すべてに神経が行き届き、大浴場も快適でした。阪急と地下鉄の駅に近いのも良かったです。

京都市内に三井ガーデンホテルが4ヶ所あり、外来者の私にはわかりにくく、タクシーで２度、別の三井ガーデンに連れて行かれました。何かもう一つ、わかりやすい誘導があると助かります。

館内、室内とも綺麗でスタッフの対応もよい。

良くなかったわけではないが、大浴場に露天かサウナが付いていれば最高だった。タオルも室内から持っていくのが若干面倒だったので、持っていかなければならないなら、館内移動用の手提げかごみたいなものが部屋に置いてあれば嬉しいと思った。

1층에 위치한 대욕장에서 매일 피로를 플 수 있어요. 1층 로비가 밝고 좋은 향기로 교토에 여행 온 기분을 느끼게 해줘요. 체크아웃 날 교토역의 호텔로 짐 배송 서비스를 이용해서 너무 편하게 히루카를 탈 후 있었어요. 자판기와 정수기, 얼음 모두 필요한 곳에 적절하게 배치되어있어요. 또 다시 묶고 싶은 호텔이에요.

주변에 마트, 편의점(프레스코, 라이프, 패밀리마트)이 있어서 늦은 시간에도 편히 장 볼 수 있어요.
