La habitacion un poco oequeña, pero super comoda y muy limpia. Desayuno impresionante y muy rico y el servicio graruito del hotel de cafe, bebidas y ochazuke por la noche, no.lo ofrecen muchos lugares. Bus y tren muy cerca. Volveremos.

시설이 너무 좋았습니다! 깨끗하고... 거의 호텔급 숙소였어요 ㅎㅎ 한적한 목욕탕에 깨끗한 숙소 공짜로 나오는 음식들ㅎㅎ (간소했지만 퀄리티도 참 좋았어요ㅎㅎ) 다시 가도 여기에 머물고 싶을 정도였습니다. 역시 후기가 많은거엔 이유가 있어요ㅎㅎ

교토역에서 좀 멀었다는 거 외엔 다 좋았습니다~

Das Hotel war sehr zentral, man konnte fussläufig vieles erreichen. Es gab immer wieder ab Nachmittag Happy Hour und Snacks bis in den späten Abend. Tolles Frühstück.

Die Fenster waren mit einer Folie angeklebt, man hatte keinerlei Sicht nach außen. Zu öffnen waren sie auch nicht, was zur Folge hat, dass sich ein eigenartiger Geruch bei betreten des Zimmer ergab, da nur „künstlich „ belüftet! Schade, das war leider der einzige minus Punkt, und leider auch gewichtig!

The onsen was great. Extra amenities for free were nice aswell. Inside each room had robes for the onsen which we loved. The overall aesthetic of the property was very nice. Felt both modern and traditional in some ways.

The size of the rooms, but it was typical for a room in Japan since they are generally smaller in size. Honestly otherwise, everything was great!

部屋のシャワーカーテンがものすごく臭く、トイレに行く度に不快になった。 ラウンジは清掃が行き届いていて綺麗だった。バータイムにビールもあればもっと良かったのと、朝のスムージーが1種類しかなかったのは少し寂しかった。せっかく早起きしたので他のドリンクも欲しかった所。

チェックイン時間より30分位早く到着しましたが、直ぐに部屋に通して下さいました！ 疲れていたのでありがたかったです。 ラウンジの内容も、朝食もとても美味しかったです！特にお味噌を使ったミネステローネが美味しかったです⭐︎

Номера достаточно просторные, даже для двух чемоданов и кучи покупок. Удобный диван и столик, очень понравились ставни из бумаги, это придавало колорит номеру. В лобби отеля симпатичные зоны для отдыха с видом на сад. В лаунже в течение дня чай, кофе, автомат с водой, в том числе газированной, всегда пополняли запас перед прогулками по городу. С 17 до 19.00 в лаунже подавались закуски, красное, белое и игристое вино, коктейль. Мест всем хватало, не было проблем разместиться. Туристы из совершенно разных стран, было классно наблюдать такую общую атмосферу. Отель расположен в 7 минутах ходьбы от станции метро, ветка напрямую идет от вокзала Киото. Также в пешей доступности Нишики Маркет и район для шоппинга (Сидзё-Каварамати). Завтрак без излишеств, есть блюда и японской, и европейской кухни, выбор достаточный. Свежие фрукты, вкусные десерты и прекрасная свежая выпечка. По выходным - игристое вино. В отеле есть онсен - один бассейн в помещении, можно отдохнуть расслабиться после пеших прогулок. Посетительниц там было немного. Все комфортно и чисто. Персонал прекрасный, на ресепшн быстро сориентировали нас, куда пойти поужинать в поздний час, помогли оформить доставку багажа в отель в аэропорту. В ресторане также очень вежливые и внимательные сотрудники. Хочу поблагодарить всех за прекрасный отдых в Киото Интергейт.

Несколько комментариев для улучшения. Подушки или жесткие, или очень мягкие. Хотелось бы еще средний вариант. На happy hour помимо вина можно было бы еще предложить гостям саке - мой муж бы очень оценил такую возможность.

Otelin konumu iyi. Temiz. Kahvaltı seçenekleri aşırı iyiydi her gün başka yemek deneyimledik. Ayrıca ikramları da çok iyi. Hem yiyecek hem içecek ikramı var. Ücretsiz masaj koltuklarını sevdik. Hamama zamanımız olmadığı için gitmedik.

Odamızın penceresi olmaması kötüydü. Penceresiz olduğunu biliyordum ama bu kadar rahatsız edeceğini düşünmemiştim. Başka zaman konaklasam pencereli bir oda isterdim.

參觀祗園祭的完美住宿點，出門四面八方大路小巷中都有山鉾可看，而且位在巡行路線上，在飯店就可以看山鉾巡行，超讚的！ 下午茶的點心跟宵夜茶泡飯大加分，櫃檯的台灣員工陳先生提供許多協助，非常感謝。 浴池只有一個而且有一點小，但人也不多，很適合放鬆。 房間很大，我們三個人，房間裡加了一張床也不嫌擠，還可以打開兩個大箱子（稍微移動一下桌椅把空間弄出來）。 下次一定還會再來😊

夜のぶぶ漬けが美味しかったです。 大浴場も人が少なく清潔で気持ちよかった。

ドライヤーを最近の良いものにすると、乾くのが早くなり回転率もよくなります。娘はロングヘアなので、時間がかかりました。気持ちよくお風呂から上がった後にドライヤーで汗をかいてしまうので、お願いします。

祇園祭の鉾を見に行きやすかった。 各時間のラウンジはどれもおいしく、とくにぶぶ漬けは色々選べてよかった。 部屋もすっきりしていて過ごしやすかった。

大浴場に部屋のタオルを持参する必要があるのですが、チェックインでいただく注意書きにあるだけなので、持ってきていない人が多く、部屋に戻っていた。（一度の利用で私含め3人いました） できれば、浴場に入るドアの前になど、注意書きをしていただけると嬉しいです。

I missed looking out of the window, even just to see the weather or street lights. Having a window to the street that you can't see through is bizarre. Eventually you get used to.

Great breakfast: many western high quality options (fruits, yogurt , French toast , scrambled eggs) Great lunge .. refreshing beverages and small snacks. Good location. The staff was very helpful and nice. Especially on check out day - helped us so much to order the Taxi, and the tall nice guy - helps us to make it with 3 big suitcases into the Taxi itself … and reminded us to ask the Driver the exact location of drop off in Kyoto Station. This was amazing service, done so kindly. Thank you 🙏 ✈️

夕方のラウンジの利用時に、ワイングラスや、少なくなったメニューの補充が追いついていなかったことですが、スタッフの方にこえをかけたところすぐに、気持ちよく対応してくれました。

Great location. Not far away from a train station and easy access to busses. Breakfast was nice, but luckily we dodged the queues, because we always came early. In other case we'd need to wait for some time to be seated

The profile of the hotel says that baby cots are available which was not true in our case. As a workaround a baby nest was provided

年に何回が利用しておりますが、今回特に思った事を共有致します。 Wi-Fiのつながりが遅い、また1Fカフェの機械が途中で壊れてしまい、その際、コーヒーはこちら的な案内が不十分でした。 また、昼、夕方のカフェのお菓子？が訪れる度しょぼくなってきたと感じる。飲み物がなくなっていても補充が間に合わず、従業員の笑顔も少なく、教育がいまいちと感じる 今までは大浴場へ行くと色々なメーカーのシャンプー、トリートメントが置いてあったので大浴場の楽しみではあったのですがそちらもなくなっていた。（残念）、大浴場の女性パウダールームですが、ドライヤーの台数が足りず、 お風呂から上がってもすぐには髪を乾かせず、渋滞していました。ドライヤーに関して、他の京都のホテルでは、ナノイーのドライヤーなど、他のホテルと差別化を図っていたりしていて女性客を喜ばせる仕掛けをしています。基本女性に気に入られるホテルは繁盛すると思っているので 今後の努力をお願いいたします。今後の利用は今回宿泊して、他にしようかと初めて思いました

Fenêtres opaques et fixes, à déconseiller à ceux qui craignent l’enfermement. Le personnel est assez distant et les rapports humains sont rares. Quatre nuits passées sans que le lit n’ait été fait… assez étonnant à ce niveau de gamme.

Todo estuvo perfecto, aunque esperábamos que la habitación fuese un poco más espaciosa.

It had all the touches you’d expect from a high-end property, yet it remained approachable and comfortable. Overall, this was an incredible value. The rooms were spacious for Japanese norms. Good facilities: bath and free services in the lounge. Spakling wine at breakfast over the weekend is a nice extra touch.

The window could not open and it was not transparant. I only stayed one night, but if I would stay longer i would like a room with a window i can open and transparant glass.

We really enjoyed the Onsen and amenities. The Happy Hour and Ochazuke were completely unexpected and wonderful! Ordering a taxi was made very easy!

We were treated very well at all times. Great experience at every level. Could not find anything that we didn't like!

I liked the fact that you had the lobby area open to the guest to get relaxed time with free treats.

Emplacement au calme, pas trop éloigné des artères commerciales et du métro. Petit déjeuner buffet excellent et complet, un vrai régal. Il varie chaque jour un peu. Chambre de taille correcte pour le Japon. Très propre.

Le lobby est un peu chaotique, tous les bagages consignés se trouvent dans l’entrée avec un énorme filet qui les recouvre, ce n’est pas très joli. Le personnel est agréable, mais sans plus. Il faut débarrasser son assiette du petit-déjeuner soi-même, ce qui dans l’absolu ne me dérange pas, mais n’oublions pas que cet hôtel est un 4 étoiles avec les prix d’un 4 étoiles. En résumé, pour moi cet hôtel mérite plutôt 3 étoiles que 4 étoiles.

Gutes Frühstück, aber wenig Auswahl an Obst. Lage hervorragend, vieles von dort auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So war das verschicken unserer Koffer ans nächste Ziel vom Hotel aus problemlos. Empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter und würde wiederkommen.

No view whatsoever. Frosted glass windows that don’t open. The bathroom is worse than that of a motor home; a tiny cubicle, poorly built, cheap everything, including the bathtub curtain which is not changed in between guests. Limited breakfast offerings and cold food. Mini appetizer plates or a small plastic cafeteria tray. No proper, full size plates. “Over 50 items” only if they’re counting each piece of bread. The lounge is not worth it. Again, pretty much just crackers, marmalade, water and coffee. They did have a chocolate fountain with no fruit, just a handful of stale biscuits. Wr decided to stay in Kyoto 2 more days and went elsewhere. Do not stay here!

Estuvimos de vacaciones con mi esposa y nuestras dos hijas pequeñas, y el hotel nos encantó. La habitación era linda y cómoda; pagamos un upgrade a la Junior Suite a un precio muy razonable y resultó épica: amplia y preciosa. El staff realmente se esforzó por dejar nuestra estadía impecable y fue amigable con nuestras niñas de 2 y 3 años. A lo largo del día el hotel ofrece varios momentos con comida y bebidas gratis, además de una máquina de café con muy buen café y café con leche, dispensador de agua natural y con gas, dos sillones de masaje gratuitos disponibles las 24 horas, microondas y baños termales. La ubicación es preciosa: queda rodeado de restaurantes en callecitas tranquilas, en un barrio súper chic, y encima está excelentemente conectado por bus y metro. El desayuno también impecable: mucha variedad y excelente calidad. Nos encantó. Volveríamos 100%

Me cuesta trabajo pensar en algo que no nos gustó. La secadora de ropa (de la zona de lavado) secaba muy lento.

Very comfortable hotel and the family room was very spacious. Good facilities and easy to get to metro station that was very well connected to about everywhere in Kyoto.

Curtains didn't block out all the light so early morning light was a small issue.

The location was conveniently located a few bus stops from Gion off a major avenue on a quiet street. The spacious lodge opens most hours of the day and offers different kinds of water, tea, coffee, snacks, wine etc on different hours. The breakfast was excellent - local and international cuisines with fresh ingredients and lots of vegetables, which can be hard to come by in Japan. The spa was nice too and it opens until 1am. Even the toiletries were of good quality and variety. The staff was courteous and very good in sharing their knowledge about the area. Mr. Chen at the front desk was especially helpful in recommending many good restaurants and answering our many questions. In short, to us, it is a hotel with an old-fashioned custom-oriented vibe and we felt well-taken care of. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The room was not large, but it has most of the things we needed.
