the place could have been much cleaner to reflect what was sold on the website. The old entrance looked like the hotel had closed a while ago.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The room was very spacious, clean and fresh upon checking in. Beds were clean, comfortable and linen was fresh. Water was hot. Impressed that a little fridge was provided for our use as well as a kettle. For the price paid unit was well worth it and overall we were happy.
A shop could be useful for purchasing of refreshments on the premises.

1.The room had cocroaches. Urgent pest control was needed or maybe get another pest control company. 2 The shower drain was slightly blocked, the water wasn't flowing as fast as it should be. 3. The room didn't have cutlery, there was 2 mugs, it wasn't even a set. No teaspoon to mix your coffee. No milk. I brought my own tea and coffee. 4. The locks on the door didn't work.

There was no hot water when I needed to shower in the morning. Their irons weren't working. I forgot my foundation in the room when I left and when I called to ask about it they said they didn't see it.

Reviewed May 31, 2026The staff was very friendly like the lady that was in reception she was very helpful and your cleaners was brilliant and very helpful , good customer service , good communicators and fast pace .
The advertisement and what we received is another thing , we booked as the advert was studio apartment and full kitchen set cause we bought our own self catering meals only to find its not like that . Was really dissapointed wish they were some where some how they should have a button to select studio apartment or simple room . That put us in other cost cause we had to change and do take aways , what about the self catering we bought 🥺🥺🥺😰

The location was convenient and the environment was peaceful. “The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth thanks to the professional and polite receptionist. The receptionist provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable
Overall, my stay was good. i enjoyed everything.

The place does not feel clean, there is fan-like thing that blows and makes noise for the whole night. The curtain/blind has mould, the shower does not run properly, the view over the window was extremely untidy, the bed was very uncomfortable, the side drawers of the bed fall off when you open them, the braai garden that is advertised onthe website does not exist on premises.

The Room was very uncomfortable furniture is way too old I mean very bad facilities, the place need a make over it didn't meet my expectations at all. The money I paid was way to big than what I got. As I was sleeping I had somebody entering my room I woke up in a big shock, it's was an assistant an old indian lady apparently the old lady was claiming my room to be hers and I was so disturbed emotionally I couldn't sleep afterwards because I was afraid and all that and to think about the safety of my stuff in there if I was not there I was gonna come back find someone sleeping in my room and what about my stuff and my safety? They are so not legit they need to do their work much appropriate because they should know who's room it's by checking on their system. I'm never going back there I didn't feel safe at all
