Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Honestly the accommodation serves it purpose. It is clean, carpet are clean with no foul smell. Its really worth it money. The place is not design for holidaying, its purpose is for you to rest for the next day. They do have a coffee machine and microwave by reception

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026It was close to where I was going. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was an issue with the room I was initially allocated, and they gave me a new room. The reception and security staff were helpful.
They should consider having a microwave and a bar fridge in the rooms. Even the cheapest B&Bs have microwaves and fridges in rooms these days.

The night shift staff were rude and didn’t want to provide customer support. My room had a water leaking noice and it took me moving out of the room and staying at reception for them to offer me another room. Uber drivers are not allowed to come in to pick up and deliver. This is ridiculous and not convenient.

We left the room at 7 in the morning to go explore Durban, we came back at 15:30 and the room was not cleaned, housekeeping was still down the passage just starting to clean the rooms. We were supposed to take showers and get ready for our event but we had to wait until the cleaning lady came to our room. It was soo inconvenient because we had a time frame. And on the last day the water was not running in our room, we had to wait for it and when it eventually came, it was just a little bit and it was on and off

The air-conditioner released only cold air. There was no warm air to warm the room. In the morning, hot water was unavailable. We had to take a cold shower in this bad weather conditions.

I didn't like that every morning water is an issue and definitely needs to be looked into to accommodate the capacity of people especially if they can provide hot water per unit. But there is no water many times

Im a person with sinuses, so a room with a mat is a 👎👎👎👎 for me, I was blocked the whole 2 nights, I wish they can remove a mats n put tiles
