Location

Very small room. If you want to drink coffee or tea, you should place a kettle on the floor. The pillows were terrible. When I asked to change them, they changed them for no better quality. It is a shame for 4-star hotel.

Good location. Excellent service and very helpful staff. Restaurant is very good. We had an excellent dinner without hassle.

Nothing. The rooms are a little small but very comfortable, clean, well serviced.

Well appointed rooms, great location for walking around Lisbon, lovely service and great shower. Loved it overall.

Disappointed with the size of the balcony, I had expected the room I booked to have the balcony that’s shown on the picture and I booked specifically that room type for that reason. Aside from that I couldn’t fault it and I would stay again.

A experiência ficou bastante aquém das expectativas, sobretudo tendo em conta o valor pago. Fiz a reserva no próprio dia, devido a um problema com o alojamento onde inicialmente iria ficar. No entanto, depois de chegar ao hotel, fui informada de que, afinal, não ficaria naquela unidade, mas sim noutra do mesmo grupo, localizada a cerca de 20 minutos de distância. Como a localização era importante para a minha estadia, esta alteração tornava a situação pouco prática e acabei por encontrar outra solução para pernoitar. Toda esta situação foi tratada diretamente na receção do hotel e decorreu num período de cerca de 30 minutos. Apesar disso, por a reserva ter sido feita através do Booking, informaram-me de que não seria possível efetuar o reembolso. Como alternativa, foi-me proposta a alteração da data da estadia, com a oferta de um quarto de categoria superior e pequeno-almoço incluído. Quando finalmente utilizei a estadia, no entanto, ninguém na receção tinha qualquer registo da oferta do pequeno-almoço, pelo que este acabou por não estar incluído. Foi bastante frustrante, sobretudo porque essa tinha sido uma das condições apresentadas aquando da alteração da reserva. Relativamente ao quarto, fiquei também dececionada. Era bastante pequeno e a porta do roupeiro encontrava-se danificada. No geral, não considero que a qualidade e as condições oferecidas correspondam ao preço pago. Infelizmente, entre a alteração inesperada do hotel, a falta de comunicação relativamente ao que tinha sido acordado e as condições do quarto, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do que esperava.

Parkplatz musste ich seperat bezahlen, mindestens 38 Euro, damit man dann in ein öffentliche Parkhaus fahren durfte.

La ubicación y la limpieza excelentes. El desayuno bastante completo: café, yogur ,fruta, cereales, huevos cocidos, zumos, queso, huevos revueltos .. albornoz y zapatillas para usar allí.

El tamaño de la habitación un poco justo. La cama era súper grande ( 180 cm) y para pasar al armario o acostarnos había poco espacio. El suelo con moqueta no me convence aunque tengo que decir que estaba muy limpia

I stayed two nights at this hotel. They helped me coordinated airport transfer and a hop on hop off bus tour of Belém Lisbon City tour. It was excellent-I was travelling solo and felt completely safe my entire stay. The AC in the room was welcoming! Breakfast was a good combination of proteins and pastries. I ate the most delicious pasta bolognese I have ever had in my life! Still thinking about it hahaha.

The bathroom smelled like beans. So strange but I assume its the plumbing and not a big issue since I was out and about most of the time. I didn’t notice that smell in the bedroom.

Os funcionários foram muito gentis, nosso quarto era bem confortável para 2 adultos e 2 crianças com itens de conforto muito agradáveis e ótima localização.

Nosso quarto era excelente, no último andar, mas não nos foi notificado que o elevador do edifício não chegava até esse andar e que teríamos que subir as malas um lance "no braço". Também não foi oferecida ajuda para isso e tínhamos malas grandes. Conseguimos solucionar a situação sem problemas, e o quarto era realmente charmoso e confortável, mas considero importante o hóspede saber desta limitação do quarto antes da reserva. No andar térreo o elevador fica ao lado de banheiros e sempre tem cheiro ruim. Foi desagradável tidas as vezes que chegamos ao hotel. Sugiro que busquem alguma solução.

Pela categoria que escolhemos o quarto é muito bom na questão de acústica pois é uma região com muita movimentação de pessoas. Janelas anti ruídos excelentes.

The front desk staff were amazing! Room was a bit small but that is because the bed was big which I loved! Location was excellent.

Only thing I was disappointed about was the small size of the room.

Excellent location to visit Lisbon! Very well placed to visit the city. The metro Rossio is not far. the busses and trams are in the neighboring. In this hotel, you are in the center of the city. Rooms are not so big but very clean and quiet. The beds are good and you sleep well. Breakfast is OK. Good quality for the price and the location.

Super gelegen, direkt in der Altstadt, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend Zimmer Größe ist okay, Preis auch, alles sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer war im 4. Stock, mit Balkon, sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück war super, alles was man braucht vorhanden, nur der Kaffee ist verbesserungsbedürftig, man kann sich aber auch frisch gemachten bestellen. Lissabon ist eine Reise wert.

Colazione soddisfacente, posizione ottima e servizio ineccepibile come la pulizia. C'è anche un ristorante attiguo molto comodo.

La camera dava su una zona interna, per cui aprendo la porta-finestra si vedeva a due metri un muro di altro edificio e una schiera di condizionatori. Peccato perchè si tende a non aprire affatto neanche per arieggiare.

Stanza un po’ piccola per il prezzo, mancava anche un cestino (presente solo uno piccolo in bagno). Manca l’aspiratore in bagna (in assenza di una finestra).

Ótimo hotel! Café da manhã muito bom, preparado com cuidado e detalhamento. Localização ótima para quem gosta de conhecer as atrações a pé!

Een zeer aangename verwelkoming in het hotel met uitleg over bezienswaardigheden in en rond de stad. Oké ontbijt, lekker rustig wakker worden. Het hotel is centraal en toch rustig gelegen.

De kamer stelde wel teleur. Het rook er zeer muf (wellicht door tapijt). Zeer gehorige kamers ook: stemmen en douchekraan van buren (te) duidelijk hoorbaar, hetgeen ons toch wel op ons ongemak stelde.

Comfortable bed and pillows. TV has good English programs. Bathroom size is good with bathtub. Cute little window area with "shades". Good size wall mirror with the right amount of light above it. Lightings are fantastic for different mood settings.

•Tight space - a little too hard to open luggage fully. •Bathtub glass panel could be longer (3/4 length of bathtub) to avoid water from splashing out when using standing shower. •Bathroom door is sturdy but could be a little lighter weight to open easily.

Zimmer klein aber fein. Die Lage ist super! Frühstück war auch sehr zufridenstellend.

Comfortable, spacious room. Quiet accommodations convienent for walking and/or mass transit to main attractions. Gracious, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Overall, a really great place to stay!

The location is good. Right in the center of bars and plazas with lots of restaurants. Easy to find it getting out of the metro and no extra hills to deal with besides metro stairs.

Our room was smelling sewage. We think it could’ve been the air vents or something related. The bathroom was very clean besides the smell. The balcony is so small that it’s unfair to charge an extra for the “upgrade”. The mattress was terrible, it wasn’t comfortable and it was marking the shapes of our bodies after 1 night sleeping.

The room was air conditioned, the bed was large and very comfortable. The location was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The restaurant is lovely. The staff was helpful during our stay, recommending restaurants, providing directions. We had to leave before breakfast the last day, and they provided a packed breakfast to take with us!

The location was very good. Near many of the things we wanted to do and to public transportation (including the metro from the airport). It's in a relatively flat part of town. Beds were comfortable, but pillows were lumpy. The desk staff was very nice and helpful, but that didn't translate to things asked for and agreed to actually getting done. There were slippers and robes in the room. Slippers were welcome, but just had to find someplace to put the robes in the room which already had no extra space. Breakfast had a good variety of options done well.

The room (with two twin beds) was tiny. Barely space to walk around. No place to put anything, like carry on size suitcases. No empty surface space in room. No closet to speak of- just a few hangers on a short pole coming out from the wall. Had to live out of suitcase for 4 nights. No place to hang wet towels after use, although the bathroom was surprisingly large compared to room size - had to keep one of the suitcases in there. We did not have bargain price rooms by any means. There was no way to control the a/c - it was either on and freezing cold - or else off and hot. Saving grace to the room size was a small balcony space. Street was often noisy at night, but windows kept most of the noise out. Breakfast room was small and crowded
