Hotel Chanti Managed by TENTREM Hotel Management Indonesia

Eigenlijk niets.

Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.

Entrance area. Lobby was acceptable.

Goed ontbijt.

Personeel leek niet altijd even gemotiveerd.

value for money. Clean & comfortable. Good spread of breakfast. Food is tasty. Friendly staff, helpful, easy to communicate & reliable. Small & cosy.

Wish the hotel has a porch & a garden upon arrival. But really it’s a small matter once you settled in. Its cosy.

It’s okay

Just okay

Beautiful hotel!! It was super clean, cosy & welcoming! The staff are INCREDIBLE! So friendly & professional! The room was great - good AC, WiFi & hot water! Couldn’t fault anything! The food from the restaurant was delicious & breakfast was soooo good & varied! Would definitely come back!

Semuanya baik baik saja

Bila ingin ngecharger EV dihitung Rp 50000/jam sangat merugikan konsumen. Dengan model charging home maka 1jam = 10% terisi, bayangkan jika ngecharger 80% maka biayanya Rp 400K sangat memberatkan.

Breakfast, comfortable beds, staff, everything

Maju terus Chanti.

Pokoje czyste, łóżka wygodne, śniadania wyśmienite i różnorodne, miękka wykładzina w korytarzach, wszystko działało, miłe welcome drinks.

The aesthetics, the firm bed, the toiletties

The price and the hygiene

Checkout time Booking.com said I could check out from 12pm to 1pm, but the front said I have to check out until 12pm. In addition, the front called me to check out soon though it was still 1130 pm.

Good Location

The flavour of the food during breakfast

Breakfast was strange and very limited for vegetarian. Tiramisu, gateaux and ice cream unusual for breakfast Bathroom door and safe not working

I Like this Hotel is clean , quite, staff is so polite and friendly ,very high quality Hotel facilities is complete and easy to walk around pr to go out

breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. room were clean as always. I also like the option for in-room facilities, water and coffee choices.

the gym need a bit of improvement. the stationary bike is broken and missing an anti bacterial wipes after use the equipment.

The location is central not to far from my sister place. Very comfortable and the breakfast is beyond expectation. Comfortable room and super friendly staff.

Gym facility doesn't have a sanitizer wipes to wipe the equipments after use. The indoor bike is broken.

Centrally placed and very clean. A breakfast with literally everything you could imagine available.

Whilst this is not a criticism it’s a typical town / city hotel with no frills, to use literally as a base and a bed it’s perfect and a good price.

The swimming pool.

The smell in the room (humidity)

Very good breakfast varities

Limited parking space

Location is near everywhere. Walking distance to the 1st toko Oen, Mall, food. Swimming pool not too big. And fitness centre also enough for everyday exercise. The star of this hotel is their breakfast. I should say, its almost like 5 stars hotel breakfast. So if breakfast is important for you, this is a perfect hotel

Parking space actually not too small, but not big. Specially if they held an event. If there is not space left on 1P, dont try to go to the 2P if you have a very low car

Nezih temiz

Kahvaltı esnasında 5 kişi olduğumuzu baştan söylediğimiz halde (ikisi çocuk) bir kişilik ek ücret talep ettiler

Sarapannya enak

Clean and staff very friendly

Spazi, pulizia, colazkone eccezionale, servizi ottimi

Nulla

The staff service at this hotel is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. If you ever travel to or visit Semarang for business, this hotel would be your first choice.Highly recommended! 😊

Breakfast, walking approach

Too small cabin for 2

We had a really memorable moment in this hotel because as we arrived in the hotel after a long trip from jakarta, one of the tyres became flat. Jay, one of the security/valet team members quickly called me and offered to help with the Tyre change. He event went the extra mile to help me get the Tyre repaired in the nearest SPBU. Afterwards, he helped putting back the original (and how-fixed) Tyre. What impressed me was not that he helped me because anyone will help if I asked them, but rather his quick and proactive thinking, combined with his experience in doing the work. For me this was the true definition of service excellence in hospitality. Throughout the stay I also notice that the service excellence standards for all team members are really high. Well done Chanti for having such a standard. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in Semarang.

The parking space is rather small, but with a helpful team of security/valet, this is actually a non-issue.

room

Parfait pour une nuit

Everything was excellent. I loved my stay at Chanti Hotel. The exterior design looks a little outdated, but surprisingly, it was beyond my expectations once I entered the lobby and went up to my room. I really enjoyed the variety of food, especially the Indonesian dishes, as I had been looking forward to trying authentic Indonesian cuisine. The service was tip-top—just like a 5-star hotel. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Nothing

Good location and ambient of the hotel little same as Tentrem Hotel

The entrance to the hotel is so bad 😪😪

Very good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, the bed was good and the size of the room.

The breakfast

The room
